수학적 창의력에서의 성별 차이에 관한 연구 - 다답형 문항에 대한 반응을 중심으로 - (A Study of Gender Differences in Mathematical Creativity)

  • This study was designed for the purpose of finding some gender differences in the mathematical creative problem-solving ability. For this research, we selected two problems. One is "counting marbles" of algebra, and the other is "drawing figures" of geometry. And we examined and analyzed the written responses of the students with classifying the four categories; fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. These are the factors of the creativity. There were no significant gender differences in the fluency, flexibility, and originality in both problems. but girls got significantly higher scores than boys in elaboration. In conclusion, boys tried unusual and special responses but gave many incorrect and many similiar answers, whereas girls had low scores in high originality but gave less incorrect and less overlapping answers than boys did.swers than boys did.

뇌졸중 후 일반적 특성과 관련된 성기능의 변화 (Poststroke Changes in Sexual Functions Associated with General Characteristics)

  • Purpose: The physical deficits after stroke have been well documented, but there is little information on the sexual functions of stroke patients. This study examined the associations of the general characteristics with the poststroke changes in sexual functions. Methods: A survey was conducted on 200 stroke patients from November 2008 to February 2009. Among the 200 submitted questionnaires, 147 responded, and the results were analyzed by SPSS for windows version 14.0. Results: A majority of the stroke patients reported a marked decline in all the measured sexual functions, i.e., frequency of sexual intercourse, frequency of kissing and romantic touching, thinking about sex with interest or desire, ability to become sexually aroused and the overall level of sexual satisfaction. Significant differences were observed in age (p<0.01), years since diagnosis (p<0.05), and educational level (p<0.01). There were no significant gender differences (p>0.05). Conclusion: Decreased sexual function is a common problem after stroke. These finding demonstrate a need to develop sexual adaptation programs that can be effective in improving the sexual functions reported by stroke patients.

  • Recently, a multi facility, multi product and multi period industrial problem has been widely investigated in Supply Chain Network(SCN). One of keys issues in the current SCN research area involves minimizing both production and distribution costs. This study deals with finding an optimal solution for minimizing the total cost of production and distribution problems in supply chain network. First, we presented an integrated mathematical model that satisfies the minimum cost in the supply chain. To solve the presented mathematical model, we used a genetic algorithm with an excellent searching ability for complicated solution space. To represent the given model effectively, the matrix based real-number coding schema is used. The difference rate of the objective function value for the termination condition is applied. Computational experimental results show that the real size problems we encountered can be solved within a reasonable time.

Multi-constrained Shortest Disjoint Paths for Reliable QoS Routing

  • Finding link-disjoint or node-disjoint paths under multiple constraints is an effective way to improve network QoS ability, reliability, and so on. However, existing algorithms for such scheme cannot ensure a feasible solution for arbitrary networks. We propose design principles of an algorithm to fill this gap, which we arrive at by analyzing the properties of optimal solutions for the multi-constrained link-disjoint path pair problem. Based on this, we propose the link-disjoint optimal multi-constrained paths algorithm (LIDOMPA), to find the shortest link-disjoint path pair for any network. Three concepts, namely, the candidate optimal solution, the contractive constraint vector, and structure-aware non-dominance, are introduced to reduce its search space without loss of exactness. Extensive simulations show that LIDOMPA outperforms existing schemes and achieves acceptable complexity. Moreover, LIDOMPA is extended to the node-disjoint optimal multi-constrained paths algorithm (NODOMPA) for the multi-constrained node-disjoint path pair problem.

구조체의 위상학적 최적화를 위한 비선형 프로그래밍 (A Nonlinear Programming Formulation for the Topological Structural Optimization)

  • 구조물에 있어서 위상학적 최적화 문제는 최적화를 구하는 과정에서 구조체가 변화함으로 인한 어려움 때문에 최적화 분야에서 가장 어려운 문제로 간주되어 왔다. 종래의 방법으로는 일반적으로 구조요소 사이즈가 영으로 접근할 때 강성 매트릭스의 singularity를 발생시킴으로써 최적의 해를 얻지 못하고 도중에 계산이 종료되어 버린다. 본 연구에 있어서는 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 비선형 프로그래밍 formulation을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 formulation의 주된 특성은 요소 사이즈가 영이 되는 것을 허용한다. 평형방정식을 등제약조건으로 간주함으로써 강성 매트릭스의 singularity를 피할 수 있다. 이 formulation을 하중을 받는 구조물에 있어서 응력과 변위의 제약조건하에서 중량을 최소화할때의 유한요소의 두께를 구하는 디자인 문제에 적용하여, 이 formulation이 위상학적 최적화에 있어서의 효과를 입증하였다.

조리전공 대학생의 요리경연대회 참가를 위한 문제중심학습(PBL) 적용사례연구 (A Subjectivity Study of Culinary Arts Major Students in Problem Based Learning(PBL) Program for Culinary Competition)

  • 본 연구는 요리경연 대회 참가를 원하는 조리전공 대학생들을 대상으로 문제중심학습(PBL)을 적용한 수업을 진행하고 수업에 대한 학생들의 주관적인 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 주관적인 인식의 파악을 위해 Q 방법론을 적용하여 학생들 사이에서 발견되는 공통적인 유형을 도출하고 유형들 간의 특성과 함의를 분석하여 향후 유사 학습법에 대한 적용에 있어 중요한 시사점을 발견하고자 하였다. 유형 분석을 통해 총4개의 유형이 도출되었으며 각 유형은 제 1유형(N=6): 문제해결능력 형 (Problem-Solving Ability Type), 제 2유형(N=8): 팀 구성원 협업 중요 형(Team Member Collaboration Important Type), 제 3유형(N=3): 자기주도학습 필요 형 (Self-Directed Learning Needed Type), 제 4유형(N=2): 취업 준비 형 (Employment Preparation Type)으로 명명하였다. 또한 결과를 통해 학생들은 적용된 학습에 대해 문제해결능력발달, 집단 내 협업관련 이슈에 대한 이해증가, 자기주도학습 능력의 필요성 지각, 그리고 취업준비로서의 조리대회 역할에 대한 인식을 가지고 있음이 들어 났다. 추가로 동일 학습법을 진행하게 되는 교수자의 입장에서는 집단 협업을 위한 중재자적 역할 필요성, 학습동기부여 관련 적극적 노력에 있어야 함을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

치과병의원에서 요구하는 치위생과 졸업생들의 직업능력에 관한 연구 (The study about occupational ability of dental hygiene department students required of the dental clinics)

  • Objectives : This study is aimed to help the dental hygiene department students to improve their adaptive ability to the field work by letting them know the performing levels required of the job world, by renovating the knowledge-centered curriculum, and by finding out the core competencies needed for successfully performing their duties and tasks in the work field. Methods : The survey tool was recomposed through the examination of the preceeding studies on basic vocational competencies and skills, and the survey has been done to 200 dentists in Seoul and Gyunggi provice. Results : 1. As for the job-getting routs, 35.1% of them finds their jobs through the job portal sites, and 21.3% through the recommendation by professors. So we can see the meaningful difference in the employment ways. 2. Dental hygiene clinics think that the purpose of their cooperation with the colleges is mainly to secure human resources by requiring the colleges to give field-centered education the colleges through. 3. The clinics for dental hygienic students' field learning have a great power for hiring the students. So it is necessary to set up a good management system of the clinics for dental hygienic students' field learning in order to reinforce the students' competitive power in getting jobs. 4. The priorities in basic working abilities needed for the task performance are in the order of vocational responsibility, self-managing & developing ability, interpersonal skill, and problem solving ability. 5. The core competencies required of those who graduate from dental hygiene school show the following scores by Likert measurement; good personality and vocational consciousness 2.16(${\pm}.677$), understanding power of major-related knowledge 2.19(${\pm}.723$), field adapting ability 2.31(${\pm}.748$), get-along-with ability 2.32(${\pm}.799$), interpersonal skill 2.42(${\pm}.768$), and self-development ability such as getting certificates 2.43(${\pm}.729$). Among the core competencies, the only meaningful factor which influences on their satisfaction measurement has been identified as the professional ability related to the major. Conclusions : The results suggest that the knowledge and skill related to the major are core competencies of able human resources and closely related with the professionality of the job, and so they are very important. However, job basic abilities are also proved to be important, which reinforce the students' activeness, self-regulation, and creativeness, and help them to pursue their lasting growth in their abilities.

초등학교 저학년 아동을 위한 기초적 수학 능력의 신장 방안 (The measures for nursing the foundational math skills of the lower grade elementary school children)

  • After entering an elementary school, in fact, a number of children regard mathematics as one of very difficult subjects because of its abstractiveness. This is caused by the fact that their basic thinking power is not yet formed or they can not understand the special quality of mathematics. So this article emphasizes the need to build up the higher logical thought and a basic mathematical concept at the lower grade elementary school stage in which the loaming activity on mathematics begins in earnest, that is, at the stage before having an experience on the calculating activity using numbers. But at present the lower grade elementary school students in our country do not understand the special quality of mathematics composed of a various symbolic system and lay stress upon mathematics learning attached to the calculative activity. In order to make the right mathematical concept of the lower grade elementary school, the basic knowledge and ability as follows is sure to be formed. 1) the foundational logical manipulation activity and knowledge 2) the using ability of the sign and symbolic system At the stage on which mathematics learning activity begins, it is a very important task to make the right concept of the abstractive math and nurse the capability for finding mathematical relations covered under the sign system through the continuos loaming activity on . Through the basic logical manipulation activity and the game activity of sign for lower grade elementary school students mentioned in this article, they can not only foster the higher level logical thinking power and the foundational calculative ability but also bring up the interest on the activity of establishing a new problem solving strategy.

라이트봇을 활용한 컴퓨팅 사고력에서 지식 정보의 진단 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Diagnosis Method of Knowledge Information in Computational Thinking using LightBot)

  • 현대 사회는 다양한 분야의 문제를 컴퓨터와 접목하여 새로운 방향으로 생각하고 문제를 해결할 필요가 있다. 이렇게 자신만의 아이디어로 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용하여 다양한 문제를 추상화하고 자동화하는 것을 컴퓨팅 사고라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍 교육 상황에서 다양한 문제를 제시하고 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 문제해결 방식을 찾도록 하는 과정을 통해 컴퓨팅 사고 기반의 지식 정보를 어떻게 진단하고 향상시킬 수 있는지를 분석하고자 한다. 학습자를 진단하기 위해 사전 검사와 라이트봇을 수행하고, 그 결과의 상관관계를 파악하여 학습자의 지식 상태를 체크한 뒤, 문제 해결 학습 기법에 따라 강의를 진행한 평가 결과와 라이트봇 수행 결과의 상관관계를 분석하여, 제안하는 기법에 따라 학습한 학습자들의 집단 평균 성적을 비교 분석한 결과 학습효과가 유의미하게 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 문제해결을 위한 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 지식 정보를 도출하고 향상시키는 기법을 소프트웨어 교육에 적용한다면 학생들의 흥미와 관심을 유도하여, 학습 효과가 높아질 것이다.

학령전기 아동 성장발달의 PBL 모듈 개발 (Development of a Problem-Based Learning Module for Preschoolers' Growth & Development)

  • 문제중심학습(PBL)은 간호 임상실습 시 간호 지식, 기술과 태도를 통합하는 학습자 중심의 교육이다. 본 연구는 간호학 교과과정 가운데 학령전기 아동 성장발달의 PBL 모듈을 적용하기 위한 사전 연구이다. 이에 본 양적연구는 PBL 모듈을 Dick과 Carye의 프로그램 개발 과정(계획, 개발, 적용, 평가 단계)에 따라 개발하였고 2학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 활용하여 그 효과를 평가하였다. PBL 모듈은 각 팀 당 4-5명의 학생이 약 40분 정도 참여하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, 내용분석을 하였다. 그 결과 간호대학생의 메타인지 수준이 유의하게 증가하였고, 팀 효능감은 모듈 참여 전후로 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 사후 학습만족도가 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 간호대학생은 PBL 모듈 참여 후 학령전기 아동성장발달에 관한 지식 및 문제해결능력을 습득하였고 PBL 참여 시 팀워크에 대해 만족한다고 응답하였다. 따라서 본 연구 결과는 간호 교과과정 내 PBL 모듈의 적용을 고려하기 위한 근거 자료를 제공하였다.
