  • 임베디드 시스템의 저장매체 시장의 플래시 메모리의 점유율이 증가되고 반도체 산업이 성장함에 따라 플래시 메모리의 수요와 공급이 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 특히 스마트폰, 테블릿 PC, SSD등 SoC(System on Chip)산업에 많이 사용되고 있다. 플래시 메모리는 셀 배열 구조에 따라 NOR-형과 NAND-형으로 나뉘고 NAND-형은 다시 Cell당 저장 가능한 bit수에 따라서 SLC(Single Level Cell)과 MLC(Multi Level Cell)로 구분된다. NOR-형은 BIST(Bulit-In Self Test), BIRA(Bulit-In Redundancy Analysis)등의 많은 연구가 진행되었지만 NAND-형의 경우 BIST 연구가 적다. 기존의 BIST의 경우 고가의 ATE 등의 외부 장비를 사용하여 테스트를 진행해야한다. 하지만 본 논문은 MLC NAND-형 플래시 메모리를 위해 제안되었던 MLC NAND March(x)알고리즘과 패턴을 사용하며 내부에 필요한 패턴을 내장하여 외부 장비 없이 패턴 테스트가 가능한 유한상태머신(Finite State Machine) 기반구조의 MLC NAND-형 플래시 메모리를 위한 BIST를 제안하여 시스템의 신뢰도 향상과 수율향상을 위한 시도이다.

글로벌 마켓 지향 고감성 자카드를 활용한 여성복 디자인 개발에 대한 기초적 연구 (A basic study on development of Women's Fashion Design using Global Market Oriented-Supersensitive Jacquard)

  • This paper has the purpose of suggesting a development-method on the fashion products that would secure the competitiveness in the global markets through creating supersensitive practical products on the basis of developing originative fashion-goods being made of jacquard that is fine quality of couture. This paper has collected data through the cases of the developed nations in fashion, precedent studies and all the related literature on the subject. The results of this researching are as following: The first, it is expected that the necessity of developing new fashion products would be appealed toward the prestige group of consumers who are seeking for the fine quality and super-sensitivity in female fashion in Korea, and it is the current situation that the products made of jacquard are gradually expanding not only in the area of apparel, fashion goods and interior but also another areas. The current situation of the global market suggests the necessary strategy of survival, that is, the development of supersensitive materials and creative products which would be able to keep the high quality and lower the selling price through cost reduction. The second, the suggestion of the direction in developing the products of the female fashion made of jacquard has two points - the development of the texture that would realize a unique form and the development of the material that would be able to realize planar pattern and three dimensional pattern which are woven with thin and light materials with various solidity and delicacy through various techniques of mixing and three dimensional expression. The third, the expected ripple effect and utilization generated from the development of fashion products are as followings: As material characteristics of jacquard, It needs the specialization of various techniques and specialized production system in using jacquard, and the specialized technique and system would make it possible to produce not only the higher value-added products through expressing affluent colors and delicate design but also competitive products through cutting the process and cost, eventually, it would lead to the expansion of the jacquard market of super-sensitive prestige. Therefore, it is remarkable that various development of products toward the global market and the prestige female fashion market can suggest the vision that make the national fashion industry develop into the higher value-added knowledge industry integrating technology and culture.

수도권 개별입지 공장의 시공간적 입지특성 분석 (Spatial-Temporal Pattern Analysis of Unplanned Factory Locations in the Seoul Metropolitan Area Using FEMIS Data)

  • 본 연구는 수도권을 대상으로 개별공장의 시공간적 확산을 분석하고 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 공장의 입지는 개별입지와 계획입지로 나눌 수 있다. 계획입지의 경우, 공장 설립의 기간이 오래 걸리고 높은 비용과 규제 때문에 개별공장의 설립이 쉽지 않다. 그러나 개별입지 공장은 설립 절차가 간단하여 지대 가격이 저렴한 비도시지역을 중심으로 개별입지 공장 난개발이 증가하였다. 공장 난개발의 문제점은 공장 주변의 도로 및 환경오염 처리 시설과 같은 인프라 부족을 야기하고, 쾌적한 환경과 도시 경관을 훼손하며, 주변지역 거주민의 생활환경을 악화시킨다. 본 연구의 분석자료는 공장설립온라인지원시스템 자료를 ArcGIS Pro를 활용하여 2001년부터 2016년까지 수도권 지역에 설립된 개별공장의 입지를 시공간적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수도권 전체적으로 살펴보면 개별입지 공장은 기존의 산업단지나 공업입지 주변에 집중적으로 형성되는 것을 발견하였다. 이러한 이유는 집적지 주변에서 얻을 수 있는 외부효과라고 판단된다. 둘째, 서울시의 경우 개별입지 공장은 주거지역에 많이 설립되고 있어 주거와 공장의 혼재가 발생하고 있다. 셋째, 경기도의 개별입지 공장은 비도시지역 내 관리지역에 많이 입지하는 것으로 나타났다. 비도시지역 내 관리지역에서의 공장 난개발은 경관 훼손, 인프라 부족 등 사회적 비용을 초래할 수 있다. 본 연구는 수도권지역을 대상으로 개별공장의 시공간 확산과정과 특징을 분석하여 향후 개별공장 난개발을 제어하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

탈모(脫毛) 고객(顧客)의 제품이용실태와(製品使用實態) 관리(管理) 및 만족도(滿足度) 조사(調査) (A survey of the status of hair loss product use, hair loss treatment and satisfaction level)

  • The domestic market for scalp care and hair loss management reached 1 trillion won. The market for hair loss management is expected to expand further. Systematic scalp and hair care services, such as scalp scaling, scalp massage, equipment maintenance, scalp care products sale, and care program based on scalp and trichology are provided. This study examined the status of hair loss management and use of hair care products by people experiencing hair loss and the level of their satisfaction. In addition, this study presents basic data for the effective hair loss management and marketing strategies for scalp and hair loss clinics. The results are as follows. 41.2% of the study subjects were in their 20s, and 66.6% of the study subjects were women. As for the hair loss symptoms, 45.2%, the largest percentage, had thin and wispy hair and more women had thin hair than men. 80.0% of men had oily hair. As for the scalp condition, 39,3% had oily scalp. As more women experience hair loss, 39.6% had female pattern hair loss and 31.0% had male pattern hair loss. As the largest percentage of people experiencing hair loss was in their 20s, 33.4%, the largest percentage, had the onset of hair loss in their early 20s. 34.1%, the largest percentage, reported having used the clinic for less than 1 month. The older the subject, the longer the length of hair clinic use. As for the average number of monthly hair loss clinic visits, 28.2%, the largest percentage, said 3 times. As for the hair loss management product use, 61.9%, said they do not use it and 38.1% said they use it. 5.6%, the largest percentage, used Davines at home and 9.6%, the largest percentage, used Kerastase at the clinic. As for the experience of hair loss product previously, 84.5% said they had no experience and 15.5% said they had eThe following are related to the satisfaction level of hair loss management. xperience. 5.0%, the largest percentage, reported having used Daenggimeori. The following are related to the satisfaction level of hair loss management. 32.8%, the largest percentage, said the effect of hair loss management lasted less than 6 monthas. As for the satisfaction levels on hair loss management program, service, skill of the hair specialist, hygiene, and hair loss management products, most people indicated between average and somewhat satisfactory levels. As for the satisfaction level on the cost of hair loss management, most people indicated average satisfaction level. As for the element essential to hair loss management, 39.0%, the largest percentage, indicated development of effective and specialized programs, 28.2%, indicated low price, 25.1%, indicated systematic and professional education of the hair specialist, 4.6%, indicated marketing and promotion, 2.5%, indicated service quality, and 0.6% indicated others.

지역분석을 위한 시계열 공간연관성 탐색도구 (An ESDA Tool for Time-series Spatial Association)

  • 지역분석 기법에서 지리사상의 공간적인 특성을 가장 잘 반영하는 개념 중 하나인 공간연관성은 "모든 것은 다른 모든 것과 연관되어 있지만, 가까운 것은 먼 것보다 더욱 관련이 있다"고 하는 Tobler의 법칙과 그 맥을 같이 한다. 이 연구는 공간통계와 지리적시각화를 결합하여 공간연관성의 시계열 패턴을 탐색적으로 분석하는 지리정보시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 전역적 및 국지적 공간연관성 분석을 통한 공간현상의 클러스터 탐지나 공간연관성의 시계열 탐색을 통한 사회경제적 변화의 모니터링은 공간정책 투입의 의사결정을 지원하는 수단으로 기능할 수 있다. 전역적 및 국지적 공간연관성을 측정하는 데 반드시 필요한 근린가중치행렬은 행정구역 폴리곤의 기하 및 거리에 기반한 유연한 가중치모형을 구현하여 사용하였으며, 기존의 지리적시각화 기법을 응용 및 개선한 시계열 평행좌표플롯, 시계열 애니메이션지도, 3D 시계열 모란산포도 등을 통해 공간연관성의 시계열 패턴을 효과적으로 표현하였다. 실제 공간현상에 대한 적용 및 평가를 위하여 1995년부터 2004년까지 10년간의 전국 시군구단위 지가변동률 자료를 이용하여 공간연관성의 시계열적 특성을 분석함으로써 시스템의 유용성을 확인하였다.

대학생들의 음료 소비실태 및 이미지 조사 연구 (A Study on Beverage Consumption Pattern and Image of College Students)

  • In order to investigate consumption pattern and image of beverage, this study was performed by using questionnaire based on stratified random sampling about 200 students from September 6, 1999 to September 18, 1999. The result was as followings: 1. For the reasons of each beverage consumption, coke, soda pop and sport drinks were for quenching thirst. And coffee and juices were for dessert and milk.yoghurts, dietary beverages, green tea and ginseng tea were for health. 2. For the priority in selecting each beverage, trademark was dominant factor for choosing coke. And the dominant factor of choosing milk.yoghurts and ginseng tea was nutrition and in case of other beverages taste was the first factor. 3. For the place of taking beverages, coffee, coke and sport drinks were mainly consumed in school and milk.yoghurt and juices in home. 4. The college students loved or liked milk.yoghurt and juices, and they liked or enjoyed coke, soda pop, sport drinks and green tea moderately, and enjoyed ginseng tea and black tea moderately or disliked them. 5. For the frequency of each beverage, many of them consumed coffee and milk.yoghurt once or twice a day. and consumed coke. soda pop. sport drinks and juices once or twice a week. And they answered that they did not consume dietary beverages, green tea, ginseng tea and black tea so often. 6. There was significant correlation with frequency of drinking and preference score of beverage. 7. For the consumption of the Korean traditional beverages, more than 50% of the subjects had no experience in taking sangwha tea, omiza tea, and Kugiza tea. Among them, many answered that they would try the Korean traditional beverages, if they had an opportunity, and that their price was moderate. 8. The results from the analysis of the image of those beverages were as followings; \circled1 Coffee, coke, sport drinks and dietary beverages had a modern image and green tea, ginseng tea and black tea had a traditional image. \circled2 Coke, sport drinks and ginseng tea had a manly image and juices, dietary beverages, green tea and black tea had a womanlike image. \circled3 The students recognized coffee, coke, milkㆍyoghurt, sport drinks, juices, dietary beverages and green tea to be daily and catholic. \circled4 Milkㆍyoghurt, juices, dietary beverages, green tea, ginseng tea and black tea were recognized to be good for health and coffee and coke bad for health. \circled5 Coffee, coke, soda pop, sport drinks, juices and green tea were slightly concerned with a change. \circled6 Coke, soda pop and sport drinks had a dynamic image and coffee, juices. green tea, ginseng tea and black tea had a little static image.

Cu-7Al-2.5Si 합금의 기계적 및 내식특성에 미치는 열처리 효과 (Effect of the Heat Treatment on the Mechanical Property and Corrosion Resistance of CU - 7Al - 2.5Si Alloy)

  • Recently, the fuel oil of diesel engines of marine ships has been increasingly changed to heavy oil of low quality as the oil price is getting higher and higher. Therefore, the spiral gear attached at the motor of the oil purifier which plays an important role to purify the heavy oil is also easy to expose at severe environmental condition due to the purification of the heavy oil in higher temperature. Thus, the material of the spiral gear requires a better mechanical strength, wear and corrosion resistance. In this study, the heat treatment(tempering) with various holding time at temperature of $500^{\circ}C$ was carried out to the alloy of Cu-7Al-2.5Si as centrifugal casting, and the properties of both hardness and corrosion resistance with and without heat treatment were investigated with observation of the microstructure and with electrochemical methods, such as measurement of corrosion potential, cathodic and anodic polarization curves, cyclic voltammogram, and a.c. impedance. in natural seawater solution. The ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}^{\prime}$ and ${\gamma}_2$ phases were observed in the material in spite of no heat treatment due to quenching effect of a spin mold. However, their phases, that is, ${\beta}^{\prime}$ and ${\gamma}_2$ phases decreased gradually with increasing the holding time at a constant temperature of $500^{\circ}C$. The hardness more or less decreased with heat treatment, however its corrosion resistance was improved with the heat treatment. Furthermore, the longer holding time, the better corrosion resistance. In addition, when the holding time was 48hrs, its corrosion current density showed the lowest value. The pattern of corroded surface was nearly similar to that of the pitting corrosion, and this morphology was greatly observed in the case of no heat treatment. It is considered that ${\gamma}_2$ phase at the grain boundary was corroded preferentially as an anode. However, the pattern of general corrosion exhibited increasingly due to decreasing the ${\gamma}_2$ phase with heat treatment. Consequently, it is suggested that the corrosion resistance of Cu-7Al-2.5Si alloy can be improved with the heat treatment as a holding time for 48 hrs at $500^{\circ}C$.

원주지역 중학생의 패스트푸드 섭취정도에 따른 패스트푸드 이용태도 및 식습관 비교 (Fast Food Consumption Pattern and Food Habit by Fast Food Intake Frequency of Middle School Students in Wonju Area)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 원주 지역에 소재한 3개 중학교에 재학하는 1, 2학년 454명을 대상으로 패스트푸드 섭취 빈도에 따른 패스트푸드의 이용 태도, 패스트푸드에 대한 인식, 식습관, 건강관련 사항 등을 파악하기 위해 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 대상자 중 패스트푸드 자주 섭취군(주 1회 이상)은 29.5%, 보통 섭취군(한 달에 2~3회 정도)은 50.7%, 비섭취군(한달에 1회 이하)은 19.8%로 분류되었다. 패스트푸드를 먹는 목적으로 '간식용'의 비율은 자주 섭취군과 보통섭취군이 비섭취근에 비해 유의하게 높았고, 패스트푸드에 관한 개선점으로 세 군 모두 저렴한 가격과 덜 기름진 음식을 희망하였다. 패스트푸드에 대한 인식에서 자주 섭취군, 보통 섭취군은 비섭취군에 비해 패스트푸드가 배고픔 해소에 도움을 준다고 인식하였으며, 패스트푸드의 섭취 빈도가 많을수록 패스트푸드를 쉽게 사 먹을 수 있고, 메뉴가 다양해 질리지 않는 것으로 인식하였다. 또한 패스트푸드 비섭취군은 자주 섭취군, 보통 섭취군에 비해 식사량이 적당하고, 여러 가지 다양한 식품을 섭취하고 있었으며, 밥, 채소류, 과일류, 단백질, 우유 및 유제품, 해조류의 섭취가 더 많았다. 건강이상 증상 조사에서 자주 섭취군과 보통 섭취군은 비섭취군에 비해 졸음이 오고, 손발이 차고, 피부가 거칠은 증상을 더 자주 느꼈다.

우리나라 농업 에너지체계의 전환을 위한 정책대안 연구 (A Study on Policy Alternatives for Major Changes in the Korea's Agricultural Energy System)

  • The agricultural sector's economic structure in Korea is regarded to encounter major barriers on the way toward revitalizing its economic prosperity. Among many, the energy-related problem is one of prime nuclei embedded in the country's agricultural sector. The ought-to-come structural changes in the country's agricultural energy system hinge upon the central government's policy direction as well as efforts of local governments and local farming community members. The indirect aids via 'cross subsidy' of electricity tariff rate and 'tax-exempt price' of oil fuels are two notable causes of the unsustainable energy consumption pattern in the country's agricultural sector. As measures, demand-side management(DSM) and energy-efficiency promotions are regarded to be the most attractive methods for energy conservation and economic productivity as well. Development of renewable energy sources are also receiving a great deal of attention for the long-term alternatives to the country's existing oil-based agricultural production mode. This study examines the contributive potential of DSM approaches and renewables-based technologies. With the critical evaluation on the concurrent adversities of the country's agricultural energy system, various sources of renewable energy-solar power, wind power, biomass, etc.-are examined for the purpose of technological and economical viability. As sufficient potentials of renewable energy sources are being estimated, both the system production cost and the installation cost for the county's rural areas are expected to lower in the long term. DSM options are also evaluated to be fruitful even in the short term. Both the public and civil arenas must galvanise each side's effort in order to promote these policy options and community potentials.

여고생의 라이프스타일에 따른 신발 구매 행동과 착용만족도 (Shoes Purchasing Behavior and Wearing Satisfaction Related with Lifestyle of High School Girls)

  • Teenagers are considered as one of important consumer groups by marketers because of their high purchasing power and impulsive purchasing propensity. Especially high school girls are most significant purchasing group of them. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of high school girls' lifestyle on shoes purchasing behavior and shoes wearing satisfaction. This study surveyed 428 high school girls in Seoul and Chonbuk area. Data were statistically analyzed using SAS 9.1.3 for Window. Major statistical methods are factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, cluster analysis, frequency analysis, Chi-square test, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test. The shoes purchasing behavior is significantly different according to students' lifestyle. Activity-pursuing group's major shoes purchasing factor is practical use and fashion & scholar-pursuing group's major shoes purchasing factors are fashion and brand. Relationship between lifestyle and shoes purchasing pattern is as follows. Activity-pursuing group and fashion & scholar-pursuing group purchased shoes more frequently than family-pursuing group. Fashion & scholar-pursuing-group purchased shoes for the harmony of suit and shoes. As for wearing satisfaction, design is the primary factor and price was the least significant factor in sports shoes, while durability is the primary factor and material is the least significant factor for the casual shoes.
