커피전문점 소비자의 사이드메뉴 선택 시 중요도와 만족도 연구 (A Study on the Importance and Satisfaction of Consumers in Selecting a Side Dish at a Coffee Shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information necessary to efficiently run a coffee shop. It comparatively analyzes the relative importance and satisfaction of side menu selection characteristics through analyses on customer importance-satisfaction when selecting a side menu as well as their usage behavior of the side menu at coffee shops. According to reason price the analysis result on the differences in the coffee shop side menu importance and satisfaction, there was a difference because the importance of selecting a side menu was higher for the attributes of taste, health, packing & appearance, economics and personnel service compared to satisfaction among which the price of a side menu was found to be the top priority for improvement. The significance of coffee shop side menu for the respondents prior to usage as well as their satisfaction after usage was evaluated in order to comparatively analyze the relative importance and achievement of each characteristic through the IPA. The result indicated that the variables positioned in the Concentrate Here area (II) were related to economic feasibility such as reasonable price, appropriate price of set menu, telecommunication company affiliated service and coupon usage and point accumulation. As for the Keep up the Good Work area (I), there were many variables regarding personnel service including taste of side menu, blending with coffee, clean packing, clean packaging, staff's side menu knowledge, staff's quick response, staff's politeness and staff's sincere response. As for the variables in the Low Priority area (III), health variables on health such as nutritional value, eco-friendly food materials and calories were observed.

패션아웃렛과 백화점 이용 소비자의 점포혼합애고행동 (Store Patronage Mix Behavior between Fashion Outlet and Department Store Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was 1) to find out the consumer patronage mix of department and fashion outlet stores, 2) to compare the clothing and price attitudes among store patronage groups and 3) to compare the importance of the stores' attributes among the store patronage groups. The subjects were 381 female consumers in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. The data was analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range Test and Cronbach's Alpha. The results were as follows. First, clothing purchasing attitudes of the total respondents were classified by three factors: fashion/confident oriented, appearance oriented, and brand-name oriented. Also, clothing price attitudes were composed of three factors: price/quality-prestige inference, discount/low price pursuit and benefit/value pursuit. In addition, the importance of the store's attributes was composed of five factors: convenience/service, concern of fashion outlet store, brand-name/fashionability, awareness of fashion outlet store, and practical advantage of the store. Second, the department store patronage group was significantly different from the fashion outlet store patronage group in clothing attitude, price attitude, and the importance of the store attribute. Third, the responses of the department store patronage group were significantly different from those of the fashion outlet store patronage group in product reliability and awareness of the fashion outlet store.

레스토랑 물리적 환경과 지불가격의 관계 (Relationship of Restaurant Physical Environment and Payment Price)

  • Research there is a place objective which searches the importance of physical environment. Namely, there is a place objective which defines the effect relationship of physical environment and payment price. The analysis result physical environment appeared in 6 items. (interia, hygiene, illumination, the color body and atmosphere, space, movement and the command installation). The item which causes a big effect in price appeared with the interia and atmosphere. The upgrade of the interia and atmosphere of the restaurant increases the price it will be able to pay letting with the customer is judged with the fact that role. Currently the restaurant service or importance of specialty knowledge of the work unit field is embossed. But, the customer pays an expense and the item which is important it will be able to create a value is showing is physical environment.

  • 인터넷 사용의 증가로 탐색비용이 낮아져 소비자들이 얻을 수 있는 정보의 양은 증가하였으며 가격에 대한 정보 또한 쉽게 취득하고 비교할 수 있게 되었다. 그 결과 동일제품을 취급하는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 간의 가격 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 소비자들은 제품 구매결정에 있어 다른 요소들보다 가격에 더욱 민감하게 반응하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 가격 경쟁을 줄일 수 있는 차별화 전략을 모색하고자 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 가격 민감도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴 보았으며, 가격 민감도에 따라 선호서점에 대한 선택이 달라지는가를 분석해 보았다. 연구대상은 국내에서 가격 경쟁이 치열한 인터넷 서적시장을 선택하였으며 연구 방법은 인터넷 서점에서 구매 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 가격민감도가 선호서점의 유형선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 가격민감도 영향요인을 도출하기 위한 탐색적인 연구란 점에서 의의가 있으며 향후 제품 특성 및 품질에 차이가 있는 비동질 제품 등 다양한 시장을 대상으로 한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

공동주택의 분양가 결정을 위한 영향요인 도출 및 중요도 분석 (The Analysis of Importance Ratio Factors of Sales Price for Apartment Building Construction Projects)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택의 분양가 결정을 위한 영향요인 도출 및 중요도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기, 충청지역별 각각 3곳의 공동주택을 사례대상으로 선정하였으며, 관련 연구자료 및 전문가 면담을 통해 분양가 영향요인을 도출하였다. 이렇게 도출된 분양가 영향요인을 대상으로 각 지역별 전문가 설문을 통해 AHP기법을 활용하여 분양가 영향요인의 중요도를 분석하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 공동주택 분양가 영향요인은 원가, 단지, 주택, 교통, 지역, 토지, 정책 투자가치요인의 총 8가지 항목으로 도출되었다. 2) 각 지역별 영향요인의 중요도 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 서울지역은 투자가치요인(16.0%), 정책요인(14.6%), 원가요인(13.9%)이 주요인으로 선정되었으며, 경기지역은 지역요인(15.9%) 교통요인(13.8%) 투자가치요인(13.4%)이 주요인으로 선정되었다. 충청지역은 지역요인(17.1%), 교통요인(16.4%), 주택요인(14.9%)이 주요인으로 선정되었다.

에스닉 푸드 레스토랑 선택속성의 중요도가 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Importance Factors Affecting Ethnic Food Restaurant Selection upon Overall Satisfaction)

  • This study analyzed the Importance-Performance Analysis of selective attributes of Ethnic Food Restaurant. A total of 369 questionnaires were analyzed. Five factors were obtained from factor analysis of Importance variance of selective attributes of Ethnic food restaurant: Factor 1 "Quality", Factor 2 "Service", Factor 3 "Physical environment", Factor 4 "Uniqueness", Factor 5 "Health". Also, "Quality", "Physical environment", "Uniqueness" factors influenced overall satisfaction. In addition, according to the IPA results, selective attributes with low satisfaction and high importance in the second quadrant were 'Sanitation that comfort hospitality', 'Level of service' and 'Price'. These results suggest that when customers select Ethnic food restaurant, they consider 'food price' and 'food quality'. Therefore, manager of ethnic food restaurant should take these improvement factors into consideration in order to meet consumer's expectations.

한국 수출의류제품의 품목 특성 -1990년대를 중심으로- (Characteristics of Export Articles in Korean Clothing Trade -Focused on the 1990's-)

  • Clothing exports of Korea has grown rapidly till the latter half of the 1980's, contributing Korean economic development. However from the 1990's, the amount, the world market share and the international competitiveness of clothing exports have declined. Based on these phenomena, the purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of export articles in Korean Clothing Trade focused on the 1990's. Statistical data of clothing articles(SITC 84 : Articles of apparel & clothing accessories) were used. The relative importance, trade orientation tendency and unit price of each export clothing articles were analyzed. The results of the study were as follows. On the relative importance, trade orientation tendency and unit price of each export clothing articles, outer garments or products that required complicated production process(e.g., coats, suits, ensembles, jackets, dress) had been decreased in the portion and weakened in the export orientation tendency. But one item in a set or casual wear like trousers, skirts, blouses, shirts, Jerseys, pullovers, T-shirts has been increased in the portion and risen in the unit price. These trends means that clothing exports of Korea were more focused on those category and the international competitiveness on those articles were advanced. From these results, this study can be contributed to establish the concrete clothing export articles strategies of Korean firms.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 아파트 분양가격의 결정요인에 대하여 AHP 분석방법으로 신규공급 아파트의 가격 산정을 위한 기준을 마련하고자 한다. 아파트 분양가격의 분양가격 결정요인을 계층구조로 모델링한다. 모델링한 계층구조에 따라서 부동산전문가그룹의 설문으로 분양요소들의 상대적 중요도를 파악한다. 그리고 AHP 분석방법으로 단계별 분양가격 결정요인의 상대적 중요도 찾아내어서 신규공급 아파트의 경쟁력 있는 분양가격 산정을 위한 기준을 마련하고자 한다.

커피의 소비 유형별 품질 속성에 대한 고객 인식 분석 (Analysis of Customer Perception for Quality Attributes According to Consumers' Coffee Consumption Types)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze importance and performance for coffee quality attributes based on customers according to their consumption types; and provided ideas and marketing strategies to increase sales through IPAs (Importance-Performance Analysis). University students in Incheon were conducted a survey from March 13, 2007 to March 31, 2007. As for a quality attribute with the highest importance, the survey showed 'price' was important for ${\ulcorner}$vending machine coffee${\lrcorner}$, and 'taste' was important for ${\ulcorner}$commercial coffee${\lrcorner}$, and ${\ulcorner}$coffee house coffee${\lrcorner}$. And 'thirst relief' was found to have the lowest importance for three types of coffee. As for a quality attributes with the highest performance, the survey showed 'taste' was important for ${\ulcorner}$coffee house coffee${\lrcorner}$ 'price' was important for ${\ulcorner}$vending machine coffee${\lrcorner}$; and 'period of circulation' was important for ${\ulcorner}$commercial coffee${\lrcorner}$. IPA results for coffee quality attributes also showed quality attributes that should be improved quickly for each type of coffee: 'hygiene', 'safety', 'period of circulation', and 'package' were for ${\ulcorner}$vending machine coffee${\lrcorner}$; 'price' and 'freshness' were for ${\ulcorner}$commercial coffee${\lrcorner}$; and 'price' and 'period of circulation' were for ${\ulcorner}$coffee house coffee${\lrcorner}$.

인구통계적 특성에 기초한 푸드트럭 컨셉개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Food Truck Concept based on Demographic Characteristics)

  • This study aimed to develop food truck concept based on demographic characteristics by using conjoint analysis. This study investigated the attributes importance and attributes level based on gender, age and income. Results of the research were following. First, as a result of analyzing the attributes importance and attributes level of gender, age, and income, it found that the price was more important than the type of food. The shape of food, a design of the truck and service are the following features of the attributes importance. Second, in the entire of market analysis, packaging was the most important factor next to the price and the food shape. Third, according to gender analysis, male and female prefer Korean style with price range of 5,000~7,000 won. Men prefer take - out menu such as plastic packaging and traditional truck design. Also, the study showed that women prefer having a meal at restaurant, paper packaging style and modern design. Fourth, according to the age analysis results, all of ages group prefer the price range of 5,000~7,000 won except for people who are 60s and beyond. Also, in the food type, people prefer Western style in their 20s, Japanese style in their 30s and Korean style in their 40s, 50s, 60s. Fifth, according to income analysis, Western menus with income of 4,000,000~5,000,000won are preferred a price range of 7,000~10,000won and Japanese menus with income more than 5,000,000won are preferred a price range of 7,000~10,000won.
