A Release Test for Gels Containing Ketoprofen (겔제제로부터 케토프로펜의 방출특성 시험법)

  • A method that describes the determination of the in vitro release of ketoprofen from gels was suggested. The experimental system of the method consists of a Franz diffusion cell, which contains a pH 7.4 phosphate buffer as a receptor medium, and a $70\;{\mu}m$ mesh woven nylon membrane as a diffusion barrier. Under the given condition of the system, the diffusion of ketoprofen across the membrane was rapid enough that the apparent release profile of ketoprofen obtained from the present method could represent the release of the drug from gel preparations. The release of ketoprofen in the present method was reproducible, and the rate increased in proportion to the concentration of ketoprofen in the gel. These suggest that the present method is applicable to the quality evaluation of gel preparations containing ketoprofen.

Validity of LIGHTSCAPE As a Visualization Tool for Daylighting Performance (자연채광 성능의 가시화도구로서 LIGHTSCAPE의 유용성 평가)

  • Computer simulation is one of the most useful techniques to predict daylighting performance and present visual image. In architectural and interior design practice, the Lightscape is commonly used often to produce persuasive images rather than physically accurate results. Therefore, this study is to validity the Lightscape as daylighting evaluation tool, in particularly performance and realistically visualization. For the purpose, an evaluation test model (12.0m$\times$7.2m$\times$3.0m) of side lighting window with lightshelf was selected. A 1:6 scale plywood physical model was made. Under clear sky condition, illuminance of 84 Interior point were measured. Lightscape was run on a 750 MHz Pentium PC running Windows 2000 under the same sky condition. And a photography image was compared to rendering image. The physical results of interior illuminance were within 8% between the scale model and Lightscape simulation. There were no differences between the photograph image and rendering image by Lightscape in the sight. Lightscape as visualization tool for daylighting performance was validated.

  • The present article aims to develop a numerical method for numerical analysis of fusible filler behavior for self-interconnection process. The CIP(Cubic Interpolated Propagation) method is used for determination of interfaces and the CSF(Continuum Surface Force) model is adopted for evaluation of curvature. To validate these models, first, the present study performs the numerical simulation for a droplet formation and it simulates the interactions among fusible fillers inside resin under the operating condition. As a result, similar tendency is found compared to the experimental observation. This study would be a first step towards finding the optimum condition for self-interconnection process.

  • Understanding the importance of web accessibility as the solution for digital divide, this study recognizes the problem that existing web accessibility researches have been conducted only by governmental administrative organizations and the accessibility researches of web service that is frequently used in every day life are rare. For the research on the actual condition of web-accessability, this study selected the e-mail service of the representative web-service providers - Daum, Naver, and Empas. Through this evaluation research, this study is intended to present a way to provide convenient and efficient service for those who have been alienated from information. For the accessibility evaluation, the automation evaluation tool "KADO-WAH 2.0" was used. And then, source analysis and manual evaluation using Firefox were conducted to see if 'web contents accessibility guideline 1.0' had been kept.

  • Here are shown on stress and vibration evaluations and application of piping system in petrochemical plant with and actual example. While stress evaluation by thermal growth has no argument on the calculated results, vibrational evaluations have some different results in accordance with the evaluation methods. In case of the static stress evaluation the ASME B3l.3 code defines 7000 cycles of fatigue lift: in operating the piping system with a design condition. However, the method of vibrational evaluation on piping systems in petrochemical plants has not been established clearly, yet. In this stuffy, it is purposed to present the requirement of a vibrational evaluation method for petrochemical plant piping system, with an actual application.

  • This study purposes to present the improvement on the index by analyzing concretely the certification and evaluation index and the actual certification acquisition focusing on the buildings acquiring the barrier-free (BF) certification. So, after analyzing the screening results of the buildings acquiring the BF certification and then grasping the general application level based on the above analysis, this study tries to present the improvement on the BF certification index by analyzing the detailed applications of the BF certification-acquired buildings and then grasping the problems on the evaluation index of the current certification system. It was analyzed that the items which applied the BF construction method generalized to the common buildings through the Act on the Promotion of Convenience in medium facilities and the items with higher distribution points were shown as high in terms of points and the acquired point level of items which influenced by the shape and condition of side and land to defile the appearance of buildings were low.

  • The present article has the purpose of evaluating subjective response of Won Buddhism sanctums by psychoacoustics experiment. Furthermore, basing on this experiment, the present article makes a suggestion of a physical sound-evaluating index. To achieve the purpose, I conducted an psychoacoustics experiment at 6 sanctuaries out of the representing 40 sanctuaries of Won Buddhism sanctums, which size is bigger than 1,000 m$^3$. I made a reanalysis with 3 Buddhist sanctums out of the subjects of psychoacoustics experiment which are generally rated superior. From the result, I can make each evaluation type into two types, sound clarity and space sense of sound. Also, I make various suggestions of physical parameter, with which I can evaluate the proper sound condition for Won Buddhism sanctums.

Developing a Framework for the Implementation of Evidence Collection System: Focusing on the Evaluation of Information Security Management in South Korea

  • Recently, as evaluation of information security (IS) management become more diverse and complicated, the contents and procedure of the evidence to prepare for actual assessment are rapidly increasing. As a result, the actual assessment is a burden for both evaluation agencies and institutions receiving assessments. However, most of them reflect the evaluation system used by foreign government agencies, standard organizations, and commercial companies. It is necessary to consider the evaluation system suitable for the domestic environment instead of reflecting the overseas evaluation system as it is. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, we will present the problems of the existing information security assessment system and the improvement direction of the information security assessment system through analysis of existing information security assessment system. Second, it analyzes the technical guidance for information security testing and assessment and the evaluation of information security management in the Special Publication 800-115 'Technical Guide to Information Security Testing and Assessment' of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Third, we will build a framework to implement the evidence collection system and present a system implementation method for the '6. Information System Security' of 'information security management actual condition evaluation index'. The implications of the framework development through this study are as follows. It can be expected that the security status of the enterprises will be improved by constructing the evidence collection system that can collect the collected evidence from the existing situation assessment. In addition, it is possible to systematically assess the actual status of information security through the establishment of the evidence collection system and to improve the efficiency of the evaluation. Therefore, the management system for evaluating the actual situation can reduce the work burden and improve the efficiency of evaluation.

  • Data of central government and local government was collected automatically from the public data portal. And we did the multidimensional analysis based on various perspective like file format and present condition of public data. To complete this work, we constructed Data Warehouse based on the other countries' evaluation index case. Finally, the result from service level evaluation by using multidimensional analysis was used to display each area, establishment, fields.

An Application of the Rough Set Approach to credit Rating

  • The credit rating represents an assessment of the relative level of risk associated with the timely payments required by the debt obligation. In this paper, we present a new approach to credit rating of customers based on the rough set theory. The concept of a rough set appeared to be an effective tool for the analysis of customer information systems representing knowledge gained by experience. The customer information system describes a set of customers by a set of multi-valued attributes, called condition attributes. The customers are classified into groups of risk subject to an expert's opinion, called decision attribute. A natural problem of knowledge analysis consists then in discovering relationships, in terms of decision rules, between description of customers by condition attributes and particular decisions. The rough set approach enables one to discover minimal subsets of condition attributes ensuring an acceptable quality of classification of the customers analyzed and to derive decision rules from the customer information system which can be used to support decisions about rating new customers. Using the rough set approach one analyses only facts hidden in data, it does not need any additional information about data and does not correct inconsistencies manifested in data; instead, rules produced are categorized into certain and possible. A real problem of the evaluation of the evaluation of credit rating by a department store is studied using the rough set approach.
