Cooperation is an essential element in mathematics education with independence. We observe cooperative learning and apply it to the education spot. We conducted cooperative learning experiment with students who were not ready for the prerequisite learning of college mathematics. We try to make up the prerequisite learning through collaborative learning to them. We discuss how cooperative learning affects the students who were not ready for the prerequisite learning of college mathematics.

HACCP system application has been expanded to livestock products chain from farm to table in Korea. However, it requires flexible application with modified simple model in order to activate its application in small businesses such as butcher shop. We calculated non-compliance rates to identify weak points of prerequisite requirements and choosed main contents to be controlled as a simplified prerequisite program in butcher shops. The data used for the analysis of non-compliance rates were based on the HACCP accreditation evaluation inspection reports conducted by Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service. Among the existing 51 evaluation items, we suggested 28 items of prerequisite requirements for the butcher shops.

The purpose of this study was to determine food safety practices and procedures based on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system and to suggest more effective method of HACCP implementation in meat packaging industry in Korea. We used the non-compliance rate of each evaluation item to compare the weak points of prerequisite requirements and HACCP. The prerequisite items related to facility, equipment, and tools showed inadequate level of requirements or unsanitary conditions for proper HACCP operation. A lack of understanding of sanitation standard operation procedures was identified as a fundamental barrier to HACCP implementation. High rate of non-compliance in HACCP items compared to prerequisite requirements signify that small businesses have potential difficulties of applying HACCP due to lack of technical expertise, financial resources for prerequisite requirements, and available personnel to prepare and operate HACCP plan. Also we suggest to revise and minimize current critical control points (CCPs). Time-temperature control of cold-storage rooms for carcasses and final products could be performed by control points of prerequisite requirements. As the occurrence frequency getting lower, metal detector should be replaced by intensified training of sanitary handling and safety procedure. This will be more effective and preventive measures against physical contaminants including metal particles. In conclusion, control point of prerequisite requirement may replace CCP in the plant with simple processing line and no heating process such as meat packaging industry.

We analyzed the HACCP prerequisite of National Veterinary Research and Quarantine Service (NVRQS) and the Food Establishment Inspection Report of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to recommend contents and ranges to be complemented and used for preparation of guidelines for more effective application of HACCP prerequisites. We used the HACCP inspection reports implemented by Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service from 2007 to 2009, FDA Food Code 2009 Guide 3-B Instructions for Marking the Food Establishment Inspection Report, and Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements of 410 Indiana Administrative Code. Major non-compliance items were open doors and windows, insanitary cleaning of in-use utensil, inadequate record of warehousing, and improper storage, transportation, and labelling. Hot water supply, personal hygiene, and regular product testing were additional week points which should be more strongly controlled by detailed operating guidelines. Also, current prerequisite items were required revision into more precise contents to enhanced the effective evaluation and practical application in meat markets.

현재 우리나라에는 영재교육을 받기 위하여 사교육과 선행학습을 받고 있는 기형적인 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이에 영재교육원 입학 이전의 수학 선행학습이 입학 이후의 영재교육원 학업성취도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검토할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 대학부설 과학영재교육원에서 수업을 받고 있는 학생들을 대상으로 수학 선행학습이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 영재교육원 학생들의 수학 선행학습 기간이 학업성취도와 자기효능감에 영향을 주지 못하였다. 둘째, 영재교육원 학생들의 수학 선행학습 기간은 성취동기에 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선행학습기간과 학업성취도, 선행학습기간과 성취동기, 성취동기와 학업성취도 사이에는 유의미한 결과가 거의 없었으나 성취동기와 자기효능감 사이에는 강한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학 이공계열 대학생들의 과학과 선수과목 이수에 대한 인식을 조사하고, 고등학교 과학 교과의 선택권을 실질적으로 보장하는 방안을 모색하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 516명의 이공계열 대학 재학생들을 대상으로 전공과 관련성 높은 고등학교 과학 과목에 대한 인식 및 관련 교과목 이수 실태, 학과 적응, 전공 공부에 미치는 영향 등에 관한 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 이공계 대학생들은 9개 전공 계열 중 5개 계열에서 물리를, 3개 계열에서 화학을 자신의 전공과 관련성이 높은 과학 영역으로 지목하였다. 고등학교에서 전공과 관련성이 높은 과학I, II 과목을 모두 이수한 집단이 학과 만족, 해당 과목 이수 여부가 전공 공부에 미치는 영향 등에서 가장 긍정적으로 응답하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 과학II 과목이 개설될 수 있는 여건 조성, IT와의 연계성 제고를 통한 과학 II과목의 경쟁력 향상, 고등학교 과학과 선수과목과 대학전공 공부의 연계성에 관한 보다 실증적인 연구의 필요성 등을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 검역원의 선행요건 항목을 식약청 및 미국 FSIS의 선행요건과 비교 검토함으로써, 보완되어야 할 검역원 선행요건의 내용과 범위를 제시하고자 하였다. 검역원과 식약청 모두 HACCP 고시에서 선행요건 평가항목을 제시하고 있으나 서로 상이한 부분이 많이 발견되므로 관리항목 범위와 내용을 조정할 필요성이 지적되었다. 또한 HACCP 적용업소가 지속적으로 확대되면 업종별 작업환경조건이 다양해지므로 HACCP 고시에서는 선행요건 관리항목의 기본 틀만 제시하고 세부지침 및 일치 불일치 조건은 별도로 명시하여 관리하는 것이 선행요건의 현장적용 활용성을 높이고 평가업무의 표준화를 이루는데 필수적인 것으로 파악되었다.

본 연구는 선수학습 상기 수학 수업이 초등 5학년 학생들의 학업성취도와 자기효능감에 어떠한 효과가 있는지 알아보았다. 이를 위해 선수학습 상기 수업을 기반으로 하는 실험 집단과 전통적인 수학 수업을 수행한 비교 집단을 대상으로 학업성취도 및 자기효능감 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선수학습 상기 수학수업을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 수학 학업성취도에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났지만, 실험집단 학생들의 학업 성취를 수준별로 구분한 집단의 비교에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 자기효능감에 대한 효과를 분석한 결과, 선수학습 상기 수학수업을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단과 비교하여 자기효능감의 하위 영역 중에서 자신감과 수학 과제 난이도 선호에서는 큰 차이가 없었지만, 자기조절 효능감에서는 유의미한 차이가 있었다.

There has been a need for establishing operational curriculum for chinese characters and chinese writing used by traditional korean medicine (TKM), but it was not carefully recognized so far. We analysed the frequency of unicode chinese characters from five medical textbooks and showed prerequisite chinese characters for TKM beginners. It was found that 之, 者, 不, 也, 而, 氣, 陽, 陰, 下, 其, 病, 爲, 人, 以, 中, 則, 於, 脈, 上, 故 are the most frequently used 20 chinese characters. We also showed that adequate prerequisite chinese character should be designated for the more efficient education of TKM. This study was the first systematic approach to get essential and prerequisite chinese characters for the education of TKM. The prerequisite characters by this study will be used for the development of KEET (Korean Medicine Education Eligibility Test), entrance exam to the Colleges of Oriental Medicine and textbooks, and educational curriculum of premed students.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the HACCP systems of contract foodservice establishments by surveying HACCP plans and prerequisite programs from the twelve HACCP-implemented contract foodservice establishments appointed by KFDA. All the subjects (100%) appeared to develop HACCP plans with their own hazard analysis. Except the two giving no response, it turned out that two establishments had 2 CCPs (20%), four had 4∼5 CCPs (40%) and another four had 9 CCPs (40%). Especially, 'cleaning and sanitizing of raw vegetables and fruits (90%)' and 'cooking (temperature) (100%)' were monitored as CCPs by all the subjects. Only one subject (8.3%) answered that continuous monitoring was not conducted. But the verification, record keeping and internal audits were maintained by all the subjects (100%). Most of the surveyed foodservice establishments maintained various prerequisite programs enough to back up HACCP system.
