The optical sensors of Electro-Optical Camera (EOC) and Ocean Scanning Multi-spectral Imager (OSMI) aboard the KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite (KOMPSAT) will be placed in a sun synchronous orbit in late 1999. The EOC and OSMI sensors are expected to produce the land mapping imagery of Korean territory and the ocean color imagery of world oceans, respectively. Utilization of the EOC and OSMI data would encompass the various fields of science and technology such as land mapping, land use and development, flood monitoring, biological oceanography, fishery, and environmental monitoring. Readiness of data support for user community is thus essential to the success of the KOMPSAT program. As a part of testing such readiness prior to the KOMPSAT launch, we have performed the preliminary acceptance test for the KOMPSAT data processing system using the simulated EOC and OSMI data sets. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the readiness of the KOMPSAT data processing system, and to help data users understand how the KOMPSAT EOC and OSMI data are processed, archived, and provided. Test results demonstrate that all requirements described in the data processing specification have been met, and that the image integrity is maintained for all products. It is however noted that since the product accuracy is limited by the simulated sensor data, any quantitative assessment of image products can not be made until actual KOMPSAT images will be acquired.

According to the Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) system milestone, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) has three steps test until the end of the project. SAT#1 is the first time of SAT steps and verify the KASS Reference Station (KRS) and Sub System (S/S) for the monitoring and controllable. After the equipment and software were installed at the Mission Control Center (MCC) with Central Monitoring and Control Simulator (CMS) for the SAT#1, the 1:1 test was progressed when the KRS and S/S are ready to test. SAT#1 has a 10 steps test case and it was progressed each KRS sites. The test was finished throughout the real-time monitoring and the data collection including the data analysis all of the 7 KRS sites. Finally SAT#1 was completed on December 2020 with successfully.
The acceptance and dining behavior of Taegu residents for western foods were surveyed through the questionnaire to provide basic information for the diet improvement. The results were as follows: 1. The preliminary test showed that 19 western foods had high preference among them in the order of ice cream, fried chicken, fried potato, coffee, salad, pizza, soup, pork cutlet, hamburger sandwich, hamburger steak, potato croquette, curry rice, omelet rice, beef steak, spaghetti, com flakes, hashed rice, and omelet. Although a diversity was observed depending upon the age groups, the persons in their thirties generally had high preference on most western foods. 2. The recognition types of housewives to the western food were grouped into the merits of meal, disadvantages of meal, nutritive values, and cooking convenience. In order to have western food, 54.5% of the respondents went to restaurants, mainly family restaurant, however, the level of frequency was very low.

The study examines an empirical case that explores the key constructs of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) (Venkatesh, Morris, Davis & Davis, 2003) and the relationship between security and privacy of the Theory of Perceived Risk (TPR) (Bauer, 1960). This study employs survey data of 200 young Internet users aged 18 to 25. The study was conducted through two steps: preliminary research by qualitative research method to form the official research scale then formal research by quantitative research method using CFA and SEM to test the research model. The research results show that performance expectancy and social influence significantly predict behavioral intention to use e-wallets in payment. In contrast, the factors, namely, security and privacy, and effort expectancy, are statistically insignificant on behavioral intention. Nevertheless, the facilitating conditions factor still affects the behavior of using e-wallets. The study proposes a model to generalize the online payment environment through the integration of UTAUT and TPR models that are important for online payment management and researchers in the technology environment. The findings of this study suggest that social influence significantly affects the intention of young people to use e-wallets instead of security and privacy.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a meaning of life scale with high validity and reliability. Method: A conceptual framework composed of 4 phases of meanings of life was identified. And 49 preliminary items on a 4-points scale were developed through content validity. A reliability and validity test of the 49 items was conducted on 564 adults. By means of internal consistency of the 49 items, 1 item was deleted. To verify the 48 items, factor analysis, reliability test, and LISEREL were done. Result: Through exploratory factor analysis of the 48 items, 8 factors were extracted. These factors were labeled as 'self- awareness and self-acceptance', 'hope', 'responsibility awareness', 'love experience', 'self transcendence', 'relation experience', 'self contentedness', and 'Commitment'. Through LISEREL of the 48 items, 2 items were excluded and finally 46 itemsremained. Cronbach's Alpha of the 46 items was .94. The correlation coefficient of the Self-esteem scale was .79. Conclusion: By the above results, the researchers recommend the following: An exploratory study on the variables related to the meaning of life are needed for criterion validity of this scale. Studies on meaning of life of different groupa, and subjects are needed for reverification.
This study was conducted to present the fundamental data on physicochemical properties and sensory evaluation of salad dressing by chicken foot gelatin. Preliminary experiments were performed for conforming the concentration of gelatin powder to make the gelatin solution. Gelatin solution of 2% including agar of 0.5% was fixed for using the followed experiments. Sensory evalution was conducted to compare the organoleptic acceptance of dressing manufactured with the difference of the concentration of additives, seasoning soybean sauce, mayonnaise, and sesame powder. Gelatin-dressing prepared with seasoning soybean sauce of 10% appeared the most acceptance. In mustard mayonnaise dressing made with gelatin solution, 10% of mayonnaise added was good in low concentration. Sesame dressing prepared with gelatin solution by adding sesame powder of 30 g was excellent. Shear stresses to shear rates of dressing were tested at 45$^{\circ}C$. Viscosity of soybean sauce dressing decreased following to increase of the content. However, mustard mayonnaise and sesame dressing appeared the opposite results. Viscosities of the dressings statistically increased by the increase of the concentration of the addition of gelatin powder. The decrease of turbidity was observed in mayonnaise dressing and in sesame dressing. Color difference values of all dressings did not appear any differences. At sensory test to the dressings prepared with gelatin solution of the different concentration of 1, 2 and 4 % of gelatin powder, dressings with 2%(4 g) of gelatin appeared the highest score in overall acceptance in all samples. In this study conducted to efficiently use a waste product of chicken house, chicken foot, the use of the chicken foot is expected as a new raw material for producing collagen and gelatin, protein source widely increasing in the field of food and bioindustries.
Globally, cloud service is a core infrastructure that improves industrial productivity and accelerates innovation through convergence and integration with various industries, and it is expected to continuously expand the market size and spread to all industries. In particular, due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, the introduction of cloud services was an opportunity to be recognized as a core infrastructure to cope with the untact era. However, it is still at the preliminary stage for market expansion of cloud service in Korea. This paper aims to empirically analyze how cloud services can be accepted by users by each industry through extended Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), and what factors influence the acceptance and avoidance of cloud services to users. For this purpose, the impact and factors on the acceptance intention of cloud services were analyzed through the hypothesis test through the proposed extended technology acceptance model. The industrial sector selected four industrial sectors of education, finance, manufacturing and health care and derived factors by examining the parameters of TAM, key characteristics of the cloud and other factors. As a result of the empirical analysis, differences were found in the factors that influence the intention to accept cloud services for each of the four industry sectors, which means that there is a difference in perception of the introduction or use of cloud services by industry sector. Eventually it is expected that this study will not only help to understand the intention of using cloud services by industry, but also help cloud service providers expand and provide cloud services to each industry.
