  • In this paper, we introduce the concepts of fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semiopen sets and fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semicontinuous mappings on intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces in ${\v{S}}ostak's$ sense. The concepts of fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semiinterior, fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semiclosure, fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semineighborhood, and fuzzy (r,s)-quasi-pre-semineighborhood are given, and several properties of these concepts are discussed. Using these concepts, the characterizations for the fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semicontinuous mappings are obtained. Also, we introduce the notions of fuzzy (r,s)-presemiopen and fuzzy (r,s)-pre-semiclosed mappings on intuitionistic fuzzy topologica spaces in ${\v{S}}ostak's$ sense, and then we investigate some of their characteristic properties.

  • adr 아형 B형 간염바이러스의 preS2염기서열을 베타갈락토시다세 유전자에 연결시켜 클론닝한 후, 융합단백질의 형태로 대장균에서 발현시켰다. 한국인 간염환자로부터 분리된 표면항원으로 유도한 단일 클론항체 H8는 preS2에 특이성을 지니고 있으며, 상기의 융합단백질과 특이적으로결합하였다. 이 단일 클론항체는 adw2아형 preS2 융합단백질과는 단지 낮은 수준의 결합성을 보여주었는데, 이와 같은 단일클론항체 H8의 adr 아형과 adw2아형에 대한 결합성의 차이는 preS2부위의 아미노산 차이에 기인한다고볼 수 있다.

The concepts of fuzzy (r, s)-pre-semineighborhood and fuzzy (r, s)-quasi-pre-semineighborhood are given. The characterizations for the fuzzy (r, s)-pre-semicontinuous mappings are obtained. Also, we introduce the notions of fuzzy (r, s)-pre-semiopen and fuzzy (r, s)-pre-semiclosed mappings, and then we investigate some of their characteristic properties.

  • In this paper, we introduce the notion of fuzzy (r, s)-S1-pre-semicontinuous mappings on intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces in $\check{S}$ostak's sense, which is a generalization of $S_1$-pre-semicontinuous mappings by Shi-Zhong Bai. The relationship between fuzzy (r, s)-pre-semicontinuous mapping and fuzzy (r, s)-$S_1$-pre-semicontinuous mapping is discussed. The characterizations for the fuzzy (r, s)-$S_1$-pre-semicontinuous mappings are obtained.

  • Using (r, s)-preopen sets [14] and pre-${\omega}_t$-closures [6], a new kind of covering property $P^t_{({\omega}_r,s)}$-closedness is introduced in a bitopological space and several characterizations via filter bases, nets and grills [30] along with various properties of such concept are investigated. Two new types of cluster sets, namely pre-(${\omega}_r$, s)t-${\theta}_f$-cluster sets and (r, s)t-${\theta}_f$-precluster sets of functions and multifunctions between two bitopological spaces are introduced. Several properties of pre-(${\omega}_r$, s)t-${\theta}_f$-cluster sets are investigated and using the degeneracy of such cluster sets, some new characterizations of some separation axioms in topological spaces or in bitopological spaces are obtained. A sufficient condition for $P^t_{({\omega}_r,s)}$-closedness has also been established in terms of pre-(${\omega}_r$, s)t-${\theta}_f$-cluster sets.

Association between metabolic syndrome components and cardiac autonomic modulation in southern Indian adults with pre-metabolic syndrome: hyperglycemia is the major contributing factor

  • Metabolic syndrome (MetS) involves multi-factorial conditions linked to an elevated risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular disease. Pre-metabolic syndrome (pre-MetS) possesses two MetS components but does not meet the MetS diagnostic criteria. Although cardiac autonomic derangements are evident in MetS, there is little information on their status in pre-MetS subjects. In this study, we sought to examine cardiac autonomic functions in pre-MetS and to determine which MetS component is more responsible for impaired cardiac autonomic functions. A total of 182 subjects were recruited and divided into healthy controls (n=89) and pre-MetS subjects (n=93) based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. We performed biochemical profiles on fasting blood samples to detect pre-MetS. Using standardized protocols, we evaluated anthropometric data, body composition, baroreflex sensitivity (BRS), heart rate variability (HRV), and autonomic function tests (AFTs). We further examined these parameters in pre-MetS subjects for each MetS component. Compared to healthy controls, we observed a significant cardiac autonomic dysfunction (CAD) through reduced BRS, lower overall HRV, and altered AFT parameters in pre-MetS subjects, accompanied by markedly varied anthropometric, clinical and biochemical parameters. Furthermore, all examined BRS, HRV, and AFT parameters exhibited an abnormal trend and significant correlation toward hyperglycemia. This study demonstrates CAD in pre-MetS subjects with reduced BRS, lower overall HRV, and altered AFT parameters. Hyperglycemia was considered an independent determinant of alterations in all the examined BRS, HRV, and AFT parameters. Thus, hyperglycemia may contribute to CAD in pre-MetS subjects before progressing to MetS.

B형 간염바이러스 표면항원 preS2 부위의 항원결정인자 규명 (Antigenic Determinant Mapping in preS2 Region of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen)

  • adr아형 B형 간염바이러스의 preS2유전자 부위를lacZ 유전자의 5말단에 연결하여 preS2-$\beta$-galactosidase 융합단백질을 생성하는 플라스미드, pTSZ를 건설하였다. 갈본된 preS2 유전자의 3' 및 5발단을 결손시켜 얻은 재조합 플라스미드를 발현시킨 후 결손된 preS2를 포함하는 융합단백질의 항원성을 단일클론항체 H8을 사용하여 비교하며 보았다. 양말단에서 일정부위까지의 결손은 항원성에 영향을 미치지 않았지만 그 이상의 결손에 의하여는 항윈성이 소실됨을 볼 수 있었다. 이상의 항원성 전한부위를 DNA 염기서열 분석에 의하여 결정할 수 있었다. 그 결과 항원결정인자의 양말단은 preS2 서열 중 아미노산 전기 130-132와 140→142 사이에 각각 존재함을 알 수 있었고, 아미노산 143번의 결손은 항원성의 부분적인 감소를 초래하는 것으로 보아 항원성 결정에 보충적 역할을 한다고 생각된다. 한편 adr과 adw2아형 간의 아미노산서열의 차이가 항원결정부위 중 130, 132 및 141번 위치에 존재하며 단일를론항체 H8이 adr아형에만 특이하게 결합하는 것으로 부터, 세 잔기 중 하나 혹은 그 이상이 아형특이성에 관여한다고 추정된다.

유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 예비유아교사교육 프로그램의 단기종단효과 (The Short-term Longitudinal Effect of Pre-service Teacher Education Program for Children's Creativity)

  • 본 연구는 실험연구로서 유아의 창의성 증진을 위한 예비유아교사교육 프로그램의 단기종단적 효과를 검증해보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구에는 실험집단 36명과 통제집단 31명, 총 67명의 예비유아교사와 실험집단의 유아 65명, 통제집단의 유아 61명의 자료가 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 예비유아교사 및 유아의 창의성을 측정하기 위해 TTCT를 사용하였다. 본 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 창의성 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 평균, 표준편차, 잠재성장모형을 적용하였고, 본 프로그램 참여 여부와 교사의 창의성이 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 창의성 변화를 알아보기 위해 잠재성장모형을 확인한 결과, 프로그램 참여가 예비유아교사의 창의성 변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 본 프로그램 참여여부 및 교사의 창의성은 유아의 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Effect of Pre-annealing on the Formation of Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 Thin Films from a Se-containing Cu/SnSe2/ZnSe2 Precursor

  • A Se-containing Cu/SnSe2/ZnSe precursor was employed to introduce S to the precursor to form Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) film. The morphology of CZTSSe films strongly varied with two different pre-annealing environments: S and N2. The CZTSSe film with S pre-annealing showed a dense morphology with a smooth surface, while that with N2 pre-annealing showed a porous film with a plate-shaped grains on the surface. CuS and Cu2Sn(S,Se)3 phases formed during the S pre-annealing stage, while SnSe and Cu2SnSe3 phases formed during the N2 pre-annealing stage. The SnSe phase formed during N2 pre-annealing generated SnS2 phase that had plate shape and severely aggravated the morphology of CZTSSe film. The power conversion efficiency of the CZTSSe solar cell with S pre-annealing was low (1.9%) due to existence of Zn(S.Se) layer between CZTSSe and Mo substrate. The results indicated that S pre-annealing of the precursor was a promising method to achieve a good morphology for large area application.

예비전류를 이용한 자동차용 프리실드 강판의 저항 점 용접성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study for Resistance Spot Weldability of Pre-sealed Sheet Steel for Automobile Body by Using Pre-current)

  • In the present day, new performances are demanded for automobile body steel sheet for example, light weight, durability, resistance corrosion and environmental protection. For an improvement of resistance corrosion, European automobile companies developed pre-sealed steel in 1990's. Pre-sealed steel have organic coated layer upper zinc coated layer. Evaluating a resistance spot weldability of pre-sealed steel plate is important because resistance spot welding is used mainly in automobile body joining process. In this study, evaluating a weldability of pre-sealed steel plate was carried out using lobe diagram, dynamic resistance and high-speed image. Usually, Pre-sealed steel has poor weldability than GA steel's. To improve a weldability of pre-sealed steel sheet, pre-current was applied to welding process. Pre-current is applied prior to base-current. In conclusion, the weldability of pre-sealed steel has been improved than GA steel's by applying pre-current.
