Generally, hanger insulator for polymer arrestor have to be good insulation properties and mechanical strength and weatherability, But many remark and repairs have been to think about low cost and light weight. The Paper is used Polymer arrestor for post and performance analysis and mechanical strength insulator hanger according to development of simplest product. To enhance the efficiency of experimental modal analysis, we proposed the process which is the selection of the locations and the number of measurement points for pre-test.

OFTEL은 1998년 7월 유럽위원회(EC)의 수정상호접속지침(amended ICD, 97/33/EC)에 의거 유선망의 지배적사업자인 BT, 그리고 Kingston Communications사를 제공의무사업자로 결정하고 사업자사전선택제를 도입하기로 결정하여, 2000년 4월부터 임시적 사업자사전선택제를 도입한 후 단계적으로 유선시장 전화서비스에 대해 multi-basket 유형으로 사업자사전선택제를 시행하고 있으며, 사업자들은 수시영업(marketing) 방식으로 가입자를 확보하고 있다.

Recently there are many researches of text mining to find interesting patterns or association rules from mass textual documents. However, the words extracted from informal documents are tend to be irregular and there are too many general words, so if we use pre-exist method, we would have difficulty in retrieving knowledge information effectively. In this paper, we propose a new feature extraction method to classify mass documents using association rule based on unsupervised learning technique. In experiment, we show the efficiency of suggested method by extracting features and classifying of documents.

This article introduces a unified method of choosing the most explanatory and significant multiway partitions for classification tree design and analysis. The method is derived on the impurity reduction (IR) measure of divergence, which is proposed to extend the proportional-reduction-in-error (PRE) measure in the decision-theory context. For the method derivation, the IR measure is analyzed to characterize its statistical properties which are used to consistently handle the subjects of feature formation, feature selection, and feature deletion required in the associated classification tree construction. A numerical example is considered to illustrate the proposed approach.

We have obtained photometry of stars in NGC 2264 with several combinations of H$\alpha$ filters and continuum filters. The main purpose of these observations was to determine the best filter combination for selecting low ma!,s member stars in their Pre-Main Sequence (PMS) stage using H$\alpha$ photometry. A narrow band H$\alpha$ filter (${\Delta}{\lambda}$ = $l0{\AA}$) with any combination of continuum filters showed the highest resolution in the H$\alpha$ photometry.

The purpose of this study is to present models for evaluation and selection of DataBase Management Systems(DBMS) suppliers. The major concern of management is that most decision problems have multiple, usually conflicting, criteria. The fuzzified multiple-objective programming models are given to accomodate the aspiration level and satisfaction level of decision makers. The proposed models are classified into two types, that is, pre-emptive priority and interpolated non-membership function model. Numerical examples illustrating each type of model are presented and the implications of these models are discussed.

최근 세계적으로 환경문제가 대두됨에 따라 모든 산업분야에서 환경부하를 감소시키기 위한 노력이 나타나고 있다. 특히 건축물이 환경에 미치는 양향은 절대적인 비중을 차지하고 있기 때문에 건축물의 전생애주기 동안에 에너지 절약과 생태환경보전을 위해 국가별로 친환경 건축물 인증제도를 운영하고 있다. 국내에서도 국토해양부와 환경부가 모든 시설물에 대한 친환경건축물 인증을 실시하고 있다. 특히 2010년부터 신축되는 모든 공공청사에 대해서 건물에너지효율 1등급의 취득을 의무화하고 있다. 효율적이고 체계적인 친환경건축물의 설계를 위해서는 설계 초기단계부터 친환경요소를 고려해야 하는 것이 필수적이다. 그러나 현재 친환경건축물 인증을 받기 위한 과정을 살펴보면, 실시설계가 거의 완료된 시점에서 친환경요소들을 고려함으로써 근본적인 친환경요소들을 설계에 적용하는데 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 기본 및 실시설계 Value Engineering에서 친환경적인 요소들을 고려하여 체계적인 친환경요소들을 고려한다면 효율적인 친환경건축물을 설계할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 친환경건축물 인증기준과 기존의 VE 대상선정 기법을 분석하여 프로젝트에서 집중적으로 고려해야 하는 친환경적인 요소들을 선정하기 위한 Green VE 대상선정모델을 제안하고자 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 사범 대학 과학교육학부에 재학 중인 예비 과학 교사들을 대상으로 고등학교에서의 지구과학선택 과목의 이수 여부와 대학 전공이 일반지구과학 수업에 대한 태도, 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이 연구의 대상은 광역시 소재 대학교 과학교육학부 소속의 학생들 중 2012년 2학기부터 2015년 2학기까지 총 4개 학기 동안 일반지구과학 강의를 수강한 273명의 학생들이다. 현재 전공과 고등학교 지구과학 교과목 이수 여부가 일반지구과학 수업에 대한 태도 및 시험 체감 난이도, 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향을 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 이원분산분석(two-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 지구과학교육 전공 학생들과 타 과학교육전공 학생들 사이에는 일반지구과학 수업에 대한 태도와 시험 체감 난이도에 대해서 차이가 없었지만, 고등학교에서 지구과학의 이수 여부는 학생들의 태도와 성취도에 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 고등학교에서 지구과학 I과 지구과학 II를 모두 이수한 학생은 지구과학 I만 이수한 학생 또는 지구과학을 전혀 선택하지 않은 학생들보다 일반지구과학 수업 태도가 더 좋았으며 높은 성취 수준을 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 과학 교사를 양성하는 사범 대학의 교육에서는 학생들의 요구와 수준을 반영한 교수학습적 접근이 필요하며, 과학 교사로서 필요한 교과 지식을 효과적으로 학습할 수 있도록 사범 대학 과학과 교육과정의 지속적인 보완이 있어야 할 것이다.
