  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical availability of submentoplasty for esthethic improvement of the cervico-facial region of patients with obtuse chin-neck angle. Materials and methods : Case 1. We evaluate the changes of submental line length and chin-neck angle of 35-year-old woman with skeletal Class III and mandibular excess with excessive submental fat before and after surgery: Bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy(BSSRO) setback(5mm), Mandibular Angle Reduction, Reduction Malarplasty and Submentoplasty. In this case, It was done simultaneously with orthognathic surgery. Case 2. The changes of submental line length and chin-neck angle of 20-year-old man with skeletal class III and maxillary defiency were evaluated before surgery, at first surgery : Lefort I osteotomy(6mm posterior Impaction), BSSRO setback(9mm), Paranasal Augmentation and at second surgery: genioplasty(6mm advanced) with submentoplasty. In this case, submentoplasty and advancement genioplasty were done after 2 months post-operative periods. Results : Case 1. In case of the Skeletal Class III mandibular excess with submental fat deposit, It showed the improvement of submental angle and length of submental line after simultaneous submentoplasty. Submental angle is changed from $177^{\circ}$ (pre-op) to $151^{\circ}$ (post-op) and submental line length is changed from 8mm(pre-op) to 36mm(post-op). Case 2. The improvement of submental angle and length of submental line after delayed submentoplasty was aquired in case of the skeletal class III maxillary defiency. Submental angle is changed from $154^{\circ}$ (pre-op) to $161^{\circ}$ (first surgery) and to $153^{\circ}$ (second surgery) and submental line length is changed from 25mm(pre-op) to 19mm(first surgery) and to 23mm(second surgery). Conclusion : The results suggest that Submentoplasty is useful surgical procedure for esthethic improvement of the cervicofacial region of patients with obtuse chin-neck angle.

  • Online teaching has become a daily routine in schools after 2020, and at the same time, the ability to design and conduct classes using smart devices and apps is becoming more important to teachers. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find out how the demonstration of classes using smart devices and apps online has an effect on the intentions of prospective teachers who want to use them in the future. To this end, classes were designed according to the design principles for improving smart education capabilities of pre-service teachers, and the classes were conducted for pre-service teachers. Afterwards, the variables included in the UTAUT model, such as Performance Expectancy, effort Expectancy, social influence, Voluntariness of Use, Behavioral Intention, and Facilitating Conditions, were measured before and after classes, respectively, and the effectiveness of the class was verified through t-test of response samples. As a result, it was confirmed that all variables except the Facilitating Conditions had a significant positive(+) effect. These results suggest that online class demonstration education can be a way for pre-service teachers to more practically adapt to the educational field where smart education is required.

  • In this study, I investigated how pre-service teachers (PSTs) proved three geometric problems by using Geometer's SketchPad (GSP) software. Based on observations in class and results from a test of geometric reasoning, eight PSTs were sorted into four of the five van Hiele levels of geometric reasoning, which were then used to predict the PSTs' levels of reasoning on three tasks involving proofs using GSP. Findings suggested that the ways the PSTs justified their geometric reasoning across the three questions demonstrated their different uses of GSP depending on their van Hiele levels. These findings also led to the insight that the notion of "proof" had somewhat different meanings for students at different van Hiele levels of thought. Implications for the effective integration of technology into pre-service teacher education programs are discussed.

  • The purpose of this research was to provide basic data to childcare consulting scholarship which will be expanded completely in the future by examining awareness on childcare consulting, requests for childcare consultant, operation method of childcare consulting and tendency and meaning of childcare consulting for 500 early childhood pre-service teachers who are attending senior classes of departments related to childcare teachers in Busan. The results of research, obtained by the above process, are as follows. In the awareness of early childhood pre-service teachers on childcare consulting, they replied that they know concept and method of childcare consulting well. Also, qualifications of childcare consultant are actual knowledge and technology related to childcare process, they wanted consultants to provide ideas about class technology and problems which are expected among the consultants are lack of time by heavy works, etc. As expanded in the aspects of educational necessities and qualitative and quantitative system as the awareness or publicity of childcare consulting is insufficient.

  • This study aimed to evaluate the nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal dimensions of the patients with skeletal class II division 1 or division 2 patterns during the pre-peak, peak, and post-peak growth periods for comparison with a skeletal class I control group (79 for pre-peak, 40 for peak, 40 for post-peak). Total 159 lateral cephalograms (70 for skeletal class I, 51 for skeletal class II, division 1, and 38 for skeletal class II, division 2) were selected. The growth of anteroposterior dimension of the pharyngeal airway were statistically significant among growth periods. The dimension for the nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal airway space was the smallest in the division 1 skeletal class II group followed by class II division 2 and skeletal class I.

  • Android application is vulnerable to reverse engineering attack. And by this, it is easy to extract significant module from source code and repackage it. To prevent this problem, dynamic class loading technique, which is able to exclude running code from distributed source code and is able to load running code dynamically during runtime can be used. Recently, this technique was adapted on variety of fields and applications like updating pre-loaded android application, preventing from repacking malicious application, etc. Despite the fact that this technique is used on variety of fields and applications, there is fundamental lack on the study of potential weakness or related secure coding. This paper would deal with potential weaknesses during the implementation of dynamic class loading technique with analysing related international/domestic standard of weaknesses and suggest a secure way for the implementation of dynamic class loading technique. Finally, we believe that this technique described here could increase the level of trust by decreasing the weakness related to dynamic class loading technique.

  • A 25 year and 7 month old man patient who had Angle's classII division 2 malocclusion combined with anterior crowding of upper & lower part was treated by bioprogressive mechanism. After setting our objectives through the use of V.T.O., we programmed a sequence of mechanics. The possible objectives of treatment in the classII division 2 malocclusion can be listed as follows. 1) Relief of crowding & irregularities. 2) Relief of anterior gingival trauma & correction of interincisal inclination. 3) Correction of buccal segment relationship. We'd applied the classII intermaxillary elastics, Quad helix, utility arch wire and sectional arch wire in order to achieve anticipated objectives. As compared with pre & post treatment cephalogram, the result accomplished by this mechanics showed to us that interincisal angle was improved and favorable molar relationship was achieved.
