궤도 유지보수 주기 예측을 위한 구간 특성에 따른 궤도틀림 표준편차 진전정도 분석 (Study for Progress Rate of Standard Deviation of Irregularity Based on Track Properties for the Railway Track Maintenance Cycle Analysis)

  • 궤도틀림은 열차의 주행안전 및 승차감에 미치는 영향이 크고, 소음 진동의 주요원인으로 작용한다. 따라서 현장에서 발생하는 궤도의 틀림을 체계적으로 분석함으로써 이를 저감할 수 있도록 차량운행 조건과 선로선형 및 궤도구조를 설계하는 것은 중요한 과제이다. 현재 국내에서 EM-120에 의해 검측된 틀림 데이터는 매우 불규칙적인 형태를 나타내며 데이터 분석 시 다양한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 궤도의 효율적인 유지관리를 위해 검측된 틀림데이터의 효율적인 처리 기법을 개발하고, 정제된 데이터를 이용해 선로를 구성하고 있는 이음매, 도상, 노반, 체결구 등의 요소를 고려하여 레일 궤도 틀림의 진전 정도를 정량화 하였다. 또한 축적된 검측 데이터로부터 궤도의 건전도를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 정립하고 잔존수명을 예측하여 효율적 유지관리를 실현하기 위하여 검측 데이터의 확률론적 수명 산정 기법 개발 및 데이터를 이용한 구간 특성에 따른 궤도틀림 표준편차의 틀림 진전 정도에 대한 통계 및 확률적 분석을 수행하였다.

AHP 분석을 통한 공동주택 안전 및 안심생활 수준 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of the Safety and Safe Living Standards of Apartment Houses through AHP Analysis)

  • 연구목적: "AHP 분석을 통한 공동주택 입주민의 안전 및 안심생활 수준 향상"을 위하여 상위계층과 sub 상위계층, 하위대안 요소의 중요도 및 안심생활을 위한 요인을 확인하며, 종합우선도를 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서는 공동주택 유지보수 및 제도에 관한 선행연구와 전문가 자문을 토대로 안전관리 평가요소 및 대안을 계층 구조화하였다. 연구 모형은 전문가를 상대로 쌍대비교 구성의 설문에 활용하고, 대체안 순위 결정 등을 위해 AHP분석 기법을 사용 하였다. 연구결과: 설문조사 응답 결과는 일관성을 확보하였고, 연구의 최종 목표 달성을 위해 sub상위계층 그리고 대안을 상대적 가중치 비교 등을 분석한 결과 상위계층은 공동주택 전기설비 안전점검, sub 상위계층은 안전점검/정밀점검/진단평가, 대안은 급·배수시설이 최우선적으로 중요한 것으로 확인되었다. 결론: 공동주택관리 전문가의 관리자적 시각으로 볼 때 급·배수시설, 방범안전, 전기안전이 최우선적인 대안으로 나타났다. 이는 생활안전사고의 중요성을 확보하고 안심생활의 수준 향상이 가능한 것으로 의사 결정되어 사전 예방 및 관리 강화의 대안임을 보여 주었다.

식육판매장의 HACCP system 운용 개선을 위한 제언 (Suggestions for better HACCP system operation in butcher shops)

  • Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system application is expanded to food chain from farm to table to supply safe livestock products with consumers in Korea. The objectives of this study were to analyze the HACCP operating conditions in butcher shops and to suggest for better HACCP implementation. We analyzed the HACCP inspection reports for butcher shops implemented by the Korea Livestock Products HACCP Accreditation Service from 2007 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2012 to compare the rate of HACCP non-compliances. The overall rate of non-compliances was higher in 2010~2012 than 2007~2009. The current inadequate HACCP operating level was directly related with the business size. Ninety-nine percent of the butcher shops were very small business with under 10 employees in Korea, and these small-sized businesses usually had great difficulties in implementing HACCP due to lack of technical expertise and financial resources. To overcome the obstacles and to facilitate more effective HACCP application and operation in butcher shops, government should play a leading role in developing flexible and simplified HACCP-based system which merges both the pre-requisite and HACCP principles.

급식소 HACCP 관리항목에 대한 영양사의 중요성 인지도 평가 (Evaluation of Dietitians' Perception of Importance about HACCP Guidelines in Foodservice Facilities)

  • The purpose of the study was to evaluate the perception of importance about HACCP guidelines of dietitians. A questionnaire was developed to achieve research objectives and sent to random samples of 500 dietitians by a mail ; 418(84%) responses were analyzed. The respondents used three-point-scale to rate their perception of importance about HACCP from 1-"will be necessary" to 3-"very important". All statistical analyses were conducted using SAS package(version 8.12) for Windows. Means and standard deviations were computed for all variables. One-way analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range test were used to assess differences in the perception of importance about HACCP guidelines among business and industry, health care and school foodservice managers. The study results were summarized as follows. Dietitians especially had lower perception of importance on the contents of Critical Control Points(CCPs), such as; adequate thawing methods and keeping records(1.95) and correct cleaning and sterilizing for raw vegetables and fruits(1.93). The rates of perception of importance about HACCP guidelines were significantly different from 19 of the 37 contents among business and industry, health care and school foodservice(p<.05 or p<.01 or p<.001). Generally, the item related to purchasing and inspection management had the highest perception level score and the item related to pre-preparation management had the lowest perception level score in foodservice production process(p<.001). Results indicate that there is a need for increased education of dietitians about HACCP principles and appropriate practices.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of pre-school children's past lactation types and food habits on dental health status. This study was carried out by analyzing the information obtained from oral inspection of 163 preschool children and questionnaires answered by their mothers. The results are as follows: 1. 80.4% of the preschool children have decayed and filled teeth. 2. The older they are, the more decayed and filled teeth they have 3. The earlier they started to have weaning foods, the more decayed and filled teeth they have. Preschool children who started weaning foods after 12 months of their birth have significantly more decayed and filled teeth. 4. Preschool children who had weaning foods by using milk-bottles have significantly more decayed and filled teeth than others. 5. Preschool children who had weaning foods regularly have significantly less decayed and filled teeth. 6. Preschool children who have frequently skipped breakfast have the least decayed and filled teeth. 7. Preschool children who would like to have sweet things have significantly more decayed and filled teeth than others.

면색정보취득 制御條件 표준화 및 윤택측정방안 설계 (Standardization of Inspection and Imaging of Facial Color, and Design of Gloss-detecting Method)

  • In order to make digital processing of facial color, standardization methods of photographing and observational requirements and gloss-detecting are done through preceding papers and actual experiences. Examiner's observational informations should be contained with original and temporary color, normalcy and deviation range and gloss. And these are interrelated with time, interior and exterior temperature, emotional state, so should be recorded too. Picturing procedure should be controlled in simple and practical but objective way. Just water cleansing, 15 to 20 minute resting, prohibiton of moisturizing of examinee are common for examiner. Temperature and moisture, width, light source requirement, brightness, polarizing filter of parlor and camera-to-object distance, posture of examinee are should be recorded. In addition, pre and post-revision of color and manifestation of color space after taking images are needed coping with construction of diagnostic database.

혐기-호기 상향류 필터 공정에서 양식배출수의 질산화 및 탈질 연구 (Nitrification and Denitrification of Land-based Fish Farm Wastewater using an Anaerobic-Aerobic Upflow Biological Aerated Filter)

  • This study induced biological denitrification and nitrification via a biofiltration process with the view of removing nitrogen from land-based fish farm effluent. To achieve this, we operated an aquaculture nitrogen-removal system that includes a denitrification and nitrification reactor [working volume 40 L, flow rate 64.8 L, HRT (hydraulic retention time) 14.8 h, HRT considering recycling of NOx 7.4 h]. In the continuous process, the nitrification rate of ammonium nitrogen exceeded 90% at a steady state and the denitrification efficiency exceeded 80% with recycling to a pre-anoxic reactor. In addition, the pH in the final effluent was lower with a low influent water alkalinity averaging 100 mg/L (as $CaCO_3$). For effective denitrification reactions, carbon must be supplied via particulate organic matter (POM) hydrolysis because of the low C/N (carbon/nitrogen) ratio in the water.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out The Effects of the Learning Motive, Interest and Science Process Skills using the 'Light' Unit on Science-based STEAM. As the subject, 2 classes in the 6th grade of G elementary school located in Busan were selected. Through the pre/post inspection design between experiment and comparison class, the units of science courses in the first semester of 6th grade '1. Light' were applied. The results were as follows: Firstly, it was observed that it would have a meaningful effect to improve the learning motive of students who performed STEAM education. Secondly, it was observed that it would have a meaningful effect to improve the interest of students who performed STEAM education. Especially, the results of 'attention', 'relevance', 'confidence' and 'satisfaction' in the experimental class were higher than those of students in the comparative class. The experimental class gave a positive effect on the 'attention', 'confidence' and 'satisfaction'. According to statistical analysis, this result is meaning. Thirdly, the test on science processing skills showed that there was not statistic meaningful differences between the two groups. But, in the sub-parts, there was statistic meaningful differences between the two groups on the 'integrated inquiry ability'.

Manufacture of High Quality Musical Steel Drums in Trinidad and Tobago

  • This paper explores innovative manufacturing processes, which can be used to manufacture the national musical instrument of Trinidad and Tobago, the Musical Steel Drum or Steel Pan. The main manufacturing process used today is the manual hand-forming technique. In order to achieve more consistent and deeper formed components while maintaining the high quality of the instrument, it is proposed that the Marforming process and the Flow-forming process, an adaptation of the Spinforming process, be used more frequently in the future to replace the traditional Hand-forming method. In the traditional Spinforming technique material is pushed from the outer circumference of the metal disc to the center in progressive passes of the former. This results in a thinning of the outer region of the formed component with thickening of the center, however the opposite is required for the musical steel drum and by adapting the process the required strain distributions were achieved. Evaluation took the form of strain analyses of pre-formed steel drums and visual inspection of the quality of the surface finish. It was found that the Marformed components had the smallest range of strain values while the Spinformed components had the largest range.

제연설비 성능시험방법의 표준화 (Standardization of the Performance Test Procedure for Smoke Control System)

  • 화재 시 발생하는 고온의 유독가스는 가장 주요한 사망원인이며 공기와는 다른 유체역학적 특성을 가지므로 화재실의 형상과 특징에 맞는 제연방식이 필요하고 제연설비 각 구성품은 이에 따른 일정한 성능을 요구하게 되는데, 이를 위해서는 성능시험방법과 평가기준이 정립되어 있어야 한다. 이와 관련된 국내 기준은 서류에 의한 예비검사나 부위검사 등으로 되어 있어 성능위주의 평가방법 및 기준이 미비한 실정으로 국제규격과 비교해볼 때 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 제연설비 주요 구성품인 제연경계벽, 배연구, 송풍기, 풍도, 방연댐퍼에 대해 국내외 기준을 비교 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 각 구성품의 성능시험방법 표준화를 위한 방안을 제시하였다.
