치기공과 학셍들의 임상실습만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study for Satisfaction Degree on Clinical Practice for Dental Technology Student)

  • An aim of this study is to find out influenced factors of satisfaction degree on the clinical practice for the dental technology student and it can be provided the basic necessary data for the educational planning of the curriculum for the clinical practice. The target of study are selected form 7 junior health college students and colleges are located in around seoul form 14 junior health college throughout the nation. The questionnaries were distributed between 24th Feb to 30th July in 1997 to the 100 dental technicians who finished clinical practice and entered profession in 1997. All collected data were analysed by using SPSS/PC, Technical Statistic, One-Way ANOVA, Ttest, Person Correnlation Coefficient, Chrobach Alpha Coefficient and the result of the study is follow. 1) The satisfaction degree were classificated as 7 aspect and overall average score was 3.042. During that period satisfaction of personal relation aspect(M=3.737) shows highest level. Satsfiaction of clinical parctice(M=3.571) shows as second, Satisfiaction of environment(M=3.028), Satisfaction of guidance(M=2.915), satisfaction of subject are ordered of their scores. According to above study satisfaction's degree of subject show lowest level. 2) According to the result of verification of study. general character of student and satisfiaction degree has not much relation with sex, location of college, religion, period for enrolling college, teaching method of clinical practice. But the result show similar relation with following items. Satisfaction if subject and satisfaction of clinical practice(P=0.000), place of clinical practice and satisfaction of clinical practice(P=0.002), Academic record of college and satisfaction of clinical practice(P=0.000). 3) The relation of satisfaction(Subject, method of teaching, environment, period, rating, personal relation) of clinical practice and age of investigation's target Older student show higher satisfaction(P=0.040). Also method of teaching, environments, period, rating, personal relation has similarities with satisfaction. Therefore student who has higher satisfaction of clinical practice they also have higher rate for subject, environment, period, personal relation. 4) The result fo investigation, most interesting subject was crown & bridge and most difficult factor was too many simple-works to the student. One of ideal factor was discussing with counselor before they choose place for clinical practice. Third grade and first semester is most efficient time for clinical practice and 8 week is proper period for clinical practice. Clinical practice is absilutory mecessary and we find out most student rated positively. However we need more specific study about satisfcation of each subject. Because it shows lowest level and we need more pay attention for planning of clinical practice.

제7차 중학교 ‘환경’ 교육과정과 청소년 환경교육 (Middle School Environmental Education of the 7th National Curriculum and Application to Teen-agers Practice of Environmental Education)

  • The Quality of human living depends on the environmental quality of the region sustaining the life. The environmental deterioration of the modern society is due to mechanical environmentalism. For the better quality of the life, The changes of recognition and attitude on the environments are required. These changes of mind are also important in environmental education for teenagers. The 7th national curriculum, officially anounced December 1998, focuses on the change of attitude to environments and practical behavior in real life for “Environments”, the environmental education curriculum in middle school. Basic elements of the curriculum are cultivation of the pro-environmental thinking, multi-levelling of teaching materials and methods, and encouraging of student participating activity. Actually, the curriculum construction is composed of stepped-levelling of teaching and learning, reasonable contents volume, encouraging of student practice, and suggesting of evaluation standards of textbook writing. Three main subjects of environmental education for middle school consist of (1) man and environment, (2) recognition of environmental problem, and (3) protection activity for environment. Methodology of environmental education can include multi-disciplinary approaches, variable teaching methods, and continuing evaluation of student practice and participation attitude. Environmental education for teenagers relating to the 7th national curriculum focuses on recognition of the environmental problems and practice activity in daily life. The recognition includes considering relationship of human life to environment, solving environmental problems in regional context, and development of comprehensive understanding concept of the environments. For the practice education, variable teaching methods, such as field survey and application of multi-media, are needed.

방사선(학)과 학생들의 임상실습만족도에 관한 연구 (Study on Clinical Practice Satisfaction by Students in Department of Radiologic Science)

  • 급변하는 의료환경에 적응할 수 있는 현장실무형 인재양성을 위해 방사선(학)과 학생들을 대상으로 임상 실습교육의 만족도를 조사하였다. 조사 대상자는 학제에 따라 3년제와 4년제 학생 302명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/PC+ Win 13 버전을 사용하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 일반적 특성 분포와 임상 실습 특성은 빈도분석, 둘째, 변인에 따른 임상실습 만족도 차이는 일원분산분석, 셋째, 변인 간 관계는 단순 적률상관관계로 분석하였다. 임상실습교육과 관련하여 실습과목의 도움, 지도자의 전문성, 실습내용, 실습환경, 실습시간, 실습 후 평가, 그리고 실습 전반에 대한 만족도 분석 결과, 실습 전반에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고, 임상실습 내용, 시간 순이었다. 그리고 임상실습교육 만족도 관련 요인들은 높은 상관관계를 지니는 것으로 분석되었다.

간호대학생이 경험한 무례함과 임상실습교육환경이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effects by Incivility Experienced and Clinical Learning Environment of Nursing Students on Clinical Practice Stress)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생이 경험하는 무례함과 임상실습교육환경이 임상실습스트레스에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 임상실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 간호대학생 204명이며, 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 배부하고 자가보고하는 형식으로 2019년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 수집되었다. 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 간호대학생이 경험한 무례함의 평균은 1.58점, 임상실습교육환경의 평균은 2.79점, 임상실습스트레스의 평균은 3.33점으로 나타났다. 임상실습스트레스는 간호대학생이 경험한 무례함과 정적 상관관계, 임상실습교육환경과는 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생이 경험한 무례함과 임상실습교육환경은 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 임상실습 중 경험한 무례함과 임상실습교육환경은 임상실습스트레스에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났으며 22.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생들의 임상실습스트레스를 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 임상현장에서 경험하는 무례함을 감소시키고 임상실습교육환경을 개선하는 노력이 필요 할 것이다.

한국 정신간호영역에서의 간호업무환경 측정도구의 타당화 연구 (Validation Study of the Practice Environment Scale of Nursing Work Index for Psychiatric Hospital Nurses in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test the reliability and the validity of the Practice Environment Scale of Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI) scale when applied to Korean psychiatric nurses working in the psychiatric hospital in Korea. Methods: Data from 224 psychiatric nurses working in the 6 psychiatric hospitals in Korea were analyzed using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, item total correlation, and exploratory factor analysis. Results: The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for the 27 items from the PES-NWI were .93, and the item total correlation coefficients ranged from .38 to .64. Six factors which explained 61.2 of variance in the perception of practice environment, emerged; nurse professional role and development, nurse manager ability, leadership, and support of nurses, staffing and resource adequacy, nursing foundation for quality of care, collegial nurse-physician relations, co-worker's ability and qualification. Five derived factors reconstructed, and two factors were renamed. Conclusion: Findings demonstrate that not all but 27 items from PES-NWI is a reliable and valid scale when applied to Korean psychiatric nurses working in Korea. Also findings indicate that Korean psychiatric nurses perceive practice environment differently than American nurses but have some point of similarities with Asian nurses working in the United States.

융합 시대의 임상실습 교육환경, 임상실습관련 무력감, 현장실습적응, 간호전문직관이 돌봄효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Clinical Learning Environment, Clinical Practice Powerlessness, Field Practice Adaptation, and Nursing Professionalism on Caring Efficacy in Convergence Era)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 4학년을 대상으로 돌봄효능감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G도 J대학 간호학과 173명을 자료수집 하였다. IBM SPSS WIN/25.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple regression을 사용하였다. 돌봄효능감은 임상실습 교육환경(r=.42, p<.001), 현장실습적응(r=.53, p<.001), 간호전문직관(r=.42, p<.001)과 상관관계, 임상실습관련 무력감(r=-46, p<.001)과 역상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 돌봄효능감에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 현장실습적응(β=.330, p<.001), 그 다음으로, 간호전문직관(β=.188, p=.005), 임상실습 교육환경(β=.176, p=.015), 내성적(β=-.146, p=.018), 외향적(β=.134, p=.035) 순이었다. 설명력은 41.8%이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 돌봄효능감 향상을 위한 체계적인 간호교육 프로그램이 필요하며, 돌봄효능감 프로그램 개발에 도움이 되는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 임상실습 스트레스 및 임상실습수행능력 (Critical thinking disposition, stress of clinical practice and clinical competence of nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship among Critical Thinking Disposition (CTD), stress of clinical practice and clinical competence in Korean nursing students. Methods: Participants were 407 baccalaureate nursing students (3rd and 4th grades) in Korea. Variables included CTD, stress of clinical practice, clinical competence, and demographic variables. Data was analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Results: Clinical competence positively correlated with CTD, but negatively correlated with stress of clinical practice. The regression model explained 25.6% of clinical competence. The significant predictors of clinical competence were intellectual eagerness, intellectual fairness in CTD, conflict with patients, and clinical environment in stress of clinical practice. Conclusions: CTD and stress of clinical practice contribute to nursing student's clinical competence. Therefore, efforts to encourage nursing student's CTD, increase stress management skills, especially in conflict with patients, and build a supportive clinical environment should be made to strengthen clinical competence.

  • This article is focused on the review of the judgement standard for compliance of the documents in international standard banking practice. Since the establishment of Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, The practices of the Credit transactions has been formed and developed with the rapidly changing progress of the international trade environment. but though the international standard banking practice have meaning to suggest a new examination standard, in practice, there are some problems on the judgement of the compliance of the documents. Therefore, for the useful judgement standard for compliance of the documents, the range of the standard should become concrete and simple so that all the related parties can forecast. and the opinions and interpretations published by ICC Banking Committee are recommended to be used, systematized and activated. and also with the change of the trade environment, the changed standard practice could be published annually for the useful use. and it will be necessary to consider to publish the publications in the form of the "White Book" Last, it is necessary to accept the changes by the needs of the times as the international standard banking practice promptly and analysis accurately its problems for the times of the electronic commerce, so that Credit systems should be settled and developed continuously as the useful means of the settlement of the proceeds conquering of the characteristics originated from the international transactions between the parties concerned.

저농약인증 농가의 유기.무농약 전환의향 분석 (Research on Farming Practice Change of Low-pesticide Farmers)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of abolishing the low-pesticide agricultural product certification on environmentally friendly farming. A survey was conducted to quantitatively analyze farming practices and factors that change farming practice. It was found that only 17.0% of low-pesticide fruit farmers said that they will change their farming practice into organic or pesticide-free farming. With regard to the factors of farming practice change, binomial logistic regression model was applied for the analysis. In the analysis, it was found that farmers who grow the low-pesticide agricultural product are more likely to change their farming practice into organic or pesticide-free farming, as their expected price of organic or pesticide-free products is high, their area size is small, price premium of low-pesticide agricultural product is low, the frequency of their training is high. It is necessary to enhance the direct payment system to enlarge organic and nonpesticide acreage, and pest management techniques for fruits should be developed for low-pesticide fruit farmers to change their practice into organic and nonpesticide practice. Dissemination of cultivation manual, introduction of insurance to farmers, improvement of certificate system, and advertising and marketing of environment-friendly agricultural products are useful to develop environment-friendly agriculture.

지방 중소병원 간호사의 간호업무환경과 조직공정성이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nurse Practice Environment and Organizational Justice on Job Embeddedness in the Small and Medium Sized Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 지방 중소병원 간호사의 간호업무환경과 조직공정성이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이었다. 자료수집은 경상남도 U시에 소재한 2개 중소 종합병원에 근무하는 233명의 간호사를 대상으로 2017년 8월 23일부터 9월 8일까지 자가기입식 설문지를 사용하여 이루어졌으며, 분석은 SPSS/WIN 24.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 간호사들이 지각한 간호업무환경은 4점 만점에 평균 2.36점, 조직공정성은 5점 만점에 평균 2.61점, 직무배태성은 5점 만점에 평균 2.89점으로 다소 낮게 나타났다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 연구모델은 간호사의 직무배태성의 49.7%를 설명하였으며, 간호사가 지각한 간호업무환경과 조직공정성의 수준이 높을수록 간호사의 직무배태성 수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 바람직한 간호업무환경과 조직공정성을 조성함으로써 간호사의 직무배태성을 향상시킬 수 있음을 보여준다. 따라서 지방 중소병원 간호사의 직무배태성을 높이기 위해서 병원과 간호관리자는 적정 간호인력 확보와 간호사-의사간 협력관계 도모 등 간호업무환경을 개선하기 위한 노력과 더불어 병원 내 간호사의 기여도를 공정하게 평가하고, 조직 내 의사결정이 공정하게 이루어지도록 하여 공정한 조직문화를 조성해 나가야 할 것이다.
