수도권 200병상 이상 노인요양병원 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Nurse Turnover Intention of Senior Convalescence Hospitals in the Metropolitan Area)

  • Purpose: This study was a descriptive research to investigate the factors influencing nurses' turnover intention of Senior Convalescence hospitals in the metropolitan area. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. A questionnaire was distributed to the nurses in Senior Convalescence hospitals. The data of 210 nurses were analyzed using the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: Turnover intention was significantly correlated with professionalism, job involvement, organizational commitment, job stress, practice environment. Organizational commitment, job stress, age, and practice environment were identified as factors influencing turnover intention. These factors explained 53.3% of variance of turnover intention. Conclusion: The results suggest that strategies to decrease turnover intention should be discussed and continued to develop ways to establish organizational commitment, to lower job stress levels and to improve practice environment of nursing work. And further study is needed to identify the key mechanism in nurses' turnover intention of Senior Convalescence hospitals.

간호단위별 간호근무환경이 간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Unit-level Nurse Practice Environment on Nurse Turnover Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 3차 의료기관 1개소에 재직 중인 간호사를 대상으로 간호사의 이직의도에 대한 간호단위별 간호근무환경의 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 서울 소재 의료기관의 24개 간호단위, 간호사 267명을 대상으로 서술적 관계 조사연구를 시행하였다. 자료수집은 2013년 11월에 수행되었으며, 분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 간호사의 이직의도는 간호단위 차원의 간호근무환경과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 간호사의 이직의도 예측요인으로 연령, 간호근무환경이 유의한 변수로 도출되었으며, 23.0%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 의료기관은 간호사의 병원운영 참여, 간호 관리자의 리더십 향상, 간호사와 의사의 협력적 관계형성 등 간호단위별 간호근무환경의 개선을 통해 간호사의 확보수준 향상 및 이직의도 감소를 위한 전략을 수립할 수 있다.

물 재이용에 대한 인식이 물 재이용 실천의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of the Perception of Water Reuse on Water Reuse Practice Intention)

  • 물 재이용에 대한 인식이 물 재이용 실천의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구결과 물 재이용 절수제품 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 물 재이용 실천 필요성 인식, 세면수 재활용 양변기 효과 인지도(p<.01), 공공기관 절수제품 의무설치 인식, 절수제품 의무설치 대상 확대 찬성도, 물 재이용 법률 인지도(p<.05)로 나타났다. 또한 월평균 가구소득이 150만원 이하인 경우, 직업이 전문가 및 관련 종사자와 판매 및 기능 종사자인 경우, 월평균 수도요금이 4만원대 이상인 경우 물 재이용 절수제품 구매의도가 상대적으로 높은 집단 간 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 물 재이용에 대한 인식이 물 재이용 실천의도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 물 재이용 실천율을 높이기 위한 물 재이용 정책 추진방향에 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

노인요양병원 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influential Factors on Turnover Intention of Nurses in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify levels of turnover intention of nurses in long-term care hospitals, and to explore influential factors on turnover intention. Methods : Data were collected with a structured questionnaires from 165 nurses. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results : First, the average score for the practice environment cognition, job satisfaction, reward importance, and turnover intention were $3.14{\pm}0.21$, $3.18{\pm}0.32$, $4.02{\pm}0.53$, and $3.29{\pm}0.67$, respectively. Second, there were significant differences in the turnover intention according to the average monthly wage, total clinical career, present clinical career, work form, average monthly night shift and turnover experience. Third, the significant predictors of turnover intention were monthly salary, practice environment cognition, reward importance, monthly night shift and type of work explaining 67.0%. of the variance. Conclusions : It is necessary to conduct continuous and systematic research and to find ways that can prevent the resignation of nurses and improve cognition in the practice environment in long-term hospitals nurses.

온라인 실행공동체에서의 지식공유에 관한 연구 : 관계적 특성을 중심으로 (A Study on Knowledge Sharing in On-Line Communities of Practice : Focusing on the Relational Characteristics)

  • Prior studies on knowledge sharing have concentrated primarily on either organizational or individual characteristics. However, by focusing on the interaction between members in On-line communities of practice (CoPs), we seek to identify and analyze factors that affect knowledge sharing by members in CoPs. Therefore, we examine if the independent variables such as interactivity, followership, and trust have positive impacts on the dependent variables such as commitment to CoPs and intention to share knowledge. In addition, this study also investigates the relationship between commitment to CoP and intention to share knowledge. The empirical results show that interactivity has a positive impact on commitment, but an insignificant impact on intention to share knowledge. Besides, trust between members is significantly associated with intention to share knowledge, whereas it does not have a significant effect on commitment. Moreover, followership is significantly related to both commitment and intention to share knowledge. These empirical findings show that the relationship between members in CoPs play a significant, positive role in intention to share knowledge. In conclusion, this research contributes to shedding a light into both interactions between members in and commitment to CoPs that are critical to facilitate knowledge sharing.

일 농어촌 중년여성의 고혈압에 대한 건강신념 및 건강행위 실천의지 (A Study of Middle-Aged Women's Health Beliefs and Their Intention to Practice Health Behaviors to Prevent and Improve Hypertension)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate factors related to middle-aged women's health beliefs and their intention to practice health behaviors for preventing and improving hypertension. Methods: The participants were 319 middle-aged(40-59 years) women who lived G city. Data was collected from January to February, 2005. Personal interviews were performed. The data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's multiple comparison test and hierarchial multiple regression analysis. Results: Perceived susceptibility of health belief was high in those who had higher educational level, disease history and health education experience, significantly(p<0.05). Perceived seriousness was high in those who had higher educational level, middle economic status and health education experience, significantly(p<0.05). Perceived benefits was high in those who had higher educational level and perceived barriers was low in those who had disease history and hypertension, significantly(p<0.05). The subject's intention to practice health behaviors was significantly high in those who were younger, who had higher educational level and menopausal status(p<0.05). In hierarchial multiple regression analysis, the subject's intention was related to perceived seriousness, perceived benefit and educational level, significantly(p<0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to develope the education programs which can increase the subject's health belief and intention to practice health behaviors towards hypertension in middle-aged women.

중소병원 간호사의 병상규모별 간호업무환경과 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nurses' Practice Environment and Job Embeddedness on Turnover Intention in Medium-small sized Hospital)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 병원규모별 간호업무환경, 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 2015년 8월 10일부터 8월 24일까지 B광역시 소재 200병상 미만 병원에 근무하는 간호사 131명, 200~400병상 병원에 근무하는 간호사 145명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 병상규모 200~400병상 간호사와 200병상 미만 간호사에서 간호업무환경과 직무배태성은 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 이직의도는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 두 집단 모두에서 이직의도는 간호업무환경 및 직무배태성과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 200병상 미만 병원에서 직무배태성, 나이, 간호업무환경의 순이었으며, 200~400병상 병원에서 직무배태성, 월급여, 간호업무환경의 순이었다. 현재 중소병원 간호사의 이직률 증가로 인해 간호사의 인력난이 심각한 수준이다. 이에 본 연구결과는 중소병원 간호사의 간호업무환경을 개선하고 직무배태성을 높여 이직의도를 감소시키기 위한 전략을 마련하는데 기초자료로 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

지역거점병원 간호사의 신종인플루엔자 관련 지식, 감염관리 인지도 및 이행도 (Influenza A (H1N1) Regional Base Hospital Nurse's Knowledge, Awareness and Practice of Infection Control)

  • Purpose: This study was to provide baseline data about nurses' Influenza A (H1N1) knowledge, awareness, and practice of infection control and to identify the significant factor affecting the level of practice. Methods: The subjects of this study were 144 nurses who worked at Influenza A (H1N1) regional base Hospital in D city. Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires during September 2009. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. Results: The knowledge of Influenza A (H1N1) was statistically different according to age, unit, career and experience of seasonal influenza vaccination during the last year. The awareness of infection control was statistically different according to age, career, experience of seasonal influenza vaccination for last year and intention to get seasonal influenza vaccination for this year. The practice of infection control was statistically different according to unit, experience of seasonal influenza vaccination for last year, intention to get seasonal influenza vaccination for this year and intention to get Influenza A (H1N1) vaccination for this year. There was positive correlation among knowledge, awareness and practice (p < .05). Awareness was the significant factor affecting the level of practice. Conclusion: An educational program focusing on strategy to change nurse's awareness can be effective for infection control of Influenza A (H1N1) in regional base hospitals.

중소병원 기혼간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Turnover Intention among Married Nurses in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This descriptive study analyzed the factors affecting turnover intention among married nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals with less than 300 beds. Methods: Data were collected from 177 married nurses located in K city from April 8, 2022 to April 21, 2022 using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, independent tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient test, and multiple regression were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22 program. Results: Nurses rated items on a scale of five points. Their average rating for job satisfaction was 3.43±0.30, resilience was 3.51±0.38, and role conflict was 2.60±0.63. The nursing practice environment was rated 3.12±0.44, and turnover intention was 3.14±0.62 points. Age, job satisfaction, and nursing practice environment accounted for 25.1% of turnover intention (F=6.90, p<.001). Conclusion: To decrease married nurses' turnover intention in small- and medium-sized hospitals with less than 300 beds, these findings can help develop a program that addresses the causes of high turnover amongst married nurses in local hospitals.

임상간호사의 근거기반실무 신념과 연구 관련 행동의도에 따른 온 요법 간호 (Heat Application According to Nurse's Belief on Evidence-Based Practice and Behavioral Intention Related to Research)

  • Purpose: This study was done to compare heat applications by nurses in accordance to belief in evidence-based practice and behavior intention related to research. Methods: A cross-section survey design was used. Participants were 228 nurses from 5 institutions who completed the research questionnaire. Data were collected during July and August 2015. Results: The nurses reported that duration of heat applications was 2.5 minutes to 90 minutes. Frequently used heat application devices, in order of frequency, were rubber bag, gel pack and red clay pack. Most of the nurses (78%) responded that advice from colleagues was the most frequently used basic evidence for heat application. There was a statistically significant difference for the necessity of heat application practice guidelines between the high evidence-based practice belief cluster and the low cluster ($x^2$=15.39, p<.001). Conclusion: There were difficulties in providing consistent nursing interventions because of practical differences and absence of evidence-based guidelines for heat application. The researchers recommend that basic studies with various instruments be conducted and proper practice guidelines developed for heat application.
