Objectives: This study aimed to provide basic data for the development of clinical practice-related education program by analyzing the effects of grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention on transition shock of new dental hygienists. Methods: From April 19 to July 4, 2022, the data was collected from 200 new dental hygienists working for dental hospitals/clinics. Using the SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0, this study was conducted the t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were positive correlations between grit, job satisfaction, and retention intention, a negative correlation between grit and transition shock, a positive correlation between job satisfaction and retention intention, a negative correlation between job satisfaction and transition shock. and a negative correlation between retention intention and transition shock. As the factors affecting transition shock, lower pay and main performance of medical cooperation work increased transition shock. When job satisfaction and retention intention were higher, transition shock decreased. Conclusions: In order to reduce transition shock of new dental hygienists, it would be necessary to operate clinical practice-related training program, and also to establish a training environment similar to the clinical site/context/situation similar to clinical context/situation.
The purpose of this study is improvement of clinical practice education through examination of satisfaction on clinical practice of physical therapy students and grasping the factor have on effect on satisfaction of clinical practice. The students of the survey were 328 junior college students and 41 University students selected from 8 junior college and 2 University by questionnaire from Oct. 6 to Oct. 26, 1993. The collected data was analyzed by ANOVA, T-test, Multiple range test (Tukey, LSD, Duncan), principal factor analysis according to purpose of study. The results were as follows : The degree of satisfaction according to the item on clinical practice was low as 0.346 of a total 1.0. The degree of satisfaction of instruction(0.40) revealed to be high. Compared with the degree of satisfaction on contents(0.39), practice environment(0.38), satisfaction after practice(0.36), practice hours(0.35), personalrelations(0.33), problem of practice place(0.31), practice evaluation(0.25) revealed to be low. 1. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to education system was lower junior college than University. 2. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to volitional group and another intention group and another intention group was not different. 3. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to the order of merit was not difference A group, B group, C group, but it of D group was low. 4. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to the time of practise, the group that clinical enforce during a session was higher than the group that it enforce during vacation. 5. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to clinical practice place was high in University hospital and general hospital, but was low in hospital and clinic. 6. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to existence or non-existence of a hospital in affiliation was higher existence a hospital in affiliation group than non-existencea hospital in affiliation group. 7. The degree of satisfaction on clinical practice according to satisfaction of major was high in group of high satisfaction major.
Purpose: This study was to identify ethical dilemma, coping types, job satisfaction and turnover intention in order to examine nurses' ethical recognition. Methods: The subjects were 1,225 registered nurses who were working in 111 general hospitals with more than 300 beds in Korea. The data were collected from August 15 to September 15, 2010 by using the self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff\acute{e}$ test and Pearson's correlation coefficient, using the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program. Results: The mean score of the level of ethical dilemma was 0.69/1, and nursing practice area was the highest (M=0.75). The result showed that nurses experienced ethical dilemma in many cases in their practice. The mean score of the level of coping with ethical dilemma was 1.43/3. The score of the job satisfaction of the participants was 2.97/5, and that of the turnover intention was 2.94/5. The ethical dilemma demonstrated significant correlations with coping (r=.255, p<.001), turnover intention (r=.079, p=.005), and job satisfaction (r=-.212, p<.001). Conclusion: Nurses need to get education on reducing ethical conflict as well as training to develop strategies for effective coping with ethical dilemma in practice. Futhermore, it is necessary to take efforts as a whole to increase nurses' job satisfaction and to reduce their turnover intention.
The purpose of this study was to investigate knowledge, attitudes and practices of women toward breast self-examination and to identify factors that may influence compliance with breast examination. The subjects for this study were 282 women in three hospitals located in In-Chun. Data were collected during the period from October 15 to 30, 1993 by means of a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the SAS program and include descriptive statistics, 1-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The results of study are as follows : 1. The mean knowledge score for the total sample was 13.58. Factors affecting the women's knowledge of breast cancer and BSE were : age, level of education, experience with breast cancer patients, experience in learning BSE, information about BSE, self-practice of BSE, level of intention to perform BSE, and participation in a BSE class. 2. Elements related to attitude included : (a) perceived feeling of susceptibility to breast cancer, and (b) belief about the effectiveness of BSE. The mean perceived susceptibility score was 1.62 and the mean effectiveness score was 4.22. Factors affecting the women's perceived susceptibility to breast cancer were exercise for health, level of intention to perform BSE , intention to recommend to others and self-practice of BSE. The relation between the womens' belief about effectiveness of BSE and level of intention to perform BSE and intention to recommend to others were statistically significant. 3. The mean self-practice score for the total sample was 4.01. Factors affecting the women's practice were experience with breast cancer patients, information about BSE, experience in learning BSE, enlisting the help of significant peers, and level of intention to perform BSE. Results indicated 35.8% of the total sample practiced BSE. The most frequent reason women gave for not performing BSE was “Didn’t knew about BSE technique”, “Didn’t think do it”. 4. No relation was found between knowledge and attitudes and practices. 5. When all the variables were examined for their contribution to the variance in the practice of BSE, it was found that confidence in ability to detect a mass by BSE, knowledge about breast cancer and BSE, and experience with breast cancer patients were significant variables and explained 35.8% of the variance. From the results of this study it can be said that women need to be taught proper BSE technique so they can become more proficient in detecting breast abnormalities.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of Korean medicine (KM) nursing knowledge, nursing practice and role conflict with retention intention among KM nurses. Methods: The study used a survey design with a sample of 152 nurses working at Korean medicine hospitals in Kyunggi province and Seoul. The data were collected from January 15 to March 18, 2016 and were analyzed with SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: The factors that influenced on retention intention were knowledge (${\beta}=.36$, p<.001) and role conflict (${\beta}=-.18$, p=.020) of KM nursing which explained 25.3% of retention intention in KM nurses (F=6.06, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings suggest that it is necessary to develop and offer KM nursing education programs for increasing retention intention among nurses in Korean medicine hospital. It is also important to specify the roles of KM nurses for reducing role conflict.

Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the difference in satisfaction and importance of nursing care between patients in comprehensive nursing care unit (CNCU) and general nursing care unit (GNCU). It also confirms the difference between practice environment of nursing work and nurse's intention to work. Methods: Nursing care satisfaction and importance levels were measured from 202 patients. Practice environment of nursing work and nurse's intention to work were measured from 54 nurses. Results: The satisfaction level was higher in the CNCU in comparison to the GNCU (p<.001). There was no significant difference between the importance and satisfaction level of nursing care for patients at the CNCU (p=.973), whereas in the GNCU, patients' satisfaction level was lower than the importance level (p<.001). The score for practice environment for nursing work was higher in the CNCU than in the GNCU (t=3.34, p=.002). The nurse's intention to work in the CNCU was higher than that of the GNCU, but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Through the survey, the paper suggests that comprehensive nursing care is a service type that satisfies the nursing demand (importance) that patients consider important. Results from nurses showed no significant differences.
The purposes of this study were to investigate the factors that influence the school drop-out of North Korean refugee youth and to generate recommendations for social work practice and the resettlement policies of the government to ameliorate the high school drop-out rate among North Korean refugee youth. This study examined the effects of the environmental factors such as the quality of parenting practice, peer attachment and the kind of school a youngster attends, and personal characteristics such as self-respect and acculturation stress level, and academic efficacy on the school drop-out intention. Gender, duration of stay in Korea, family economic status were established as control variables. The drop-out intention was used as a proxy for drop-out behavior. The study findings indicate that the personal characteristics such as gender, self-respect and acculturation stress, academic efficacy were the significant influencing factors, whereas environmental factors such as quality of parenting, peer attachment did not exert any statistically significant effect on the drop-out intention. At the conclusion, the implications of the study findings for research, social work practice and the government policies were discussed.

Result - Based on prior studies, the current authors figured out that the green brand image plays an essential role in promoting companies' efforts in green marketing practices and green purchase intentions through its mediating ability by fostering trust, green perceived value, green brand loyalty, and social responsibility as a significant determiner of green practices Conclusion - This research concludes that green brand positioning helps companies secure a special place in a consumers' mind by facilitating the design of the desired green brand awareness image and strengthening consumers' desire to purchase a specific green product/service. Green brand positioning centers on the way marketing communications of green brand features green brand knowledge.
The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effect of WLB on the relationship between the nursing practice environment and turnover intention of nurses. Data were collected from October 5 to October 30, 2020 for 144 nurses for more than 6 months at three general hospitals located in A-do. Data analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. As a result of the study, WLB was partial mediating role in the relationship between the nursing practice environment and turnover intention. Therefore, in order to reduce the turnover rate of nurses, it is necessary to develop and apply programs along with organizational human resource management strategies to positively improve the nursing practice environment of nurses and to promoting WLB. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data to reduce the turnover rate of nurses by positively recognizing the nursing practice environment of nurses and improving WLB.

While there have been a lots of studies on the use of cyber money, few researches proposed the results on relationships among quality factors, usage intention, and usage characteristics of cyber money in online business environment. Therefore, this study investigates the relationships between cyber money quality and usage intention of cyber money, and examines whether the usage characteristics(frequency, amount) of cyber money has moderating effect on the relationship between cyber money quality and usage intention of cyber money. Firstly, multiple regression analysis tells significant causal relationship between functional and emotional factors of cyber money quality and usage intention of cyber money. Secondly, dummy regression analysis shows usage characteristics of cyber money has the moderating effect on the relationship between cyber money quality and usage intention of cyber money. This paper concludes with some implications for both theory development and cyber money practice.
