The purpose of this study was to analyze majors trends and issues of e-Learning curriculum for human resource development in the corporate context. The e-Learning curriculum was chosen as the subject of research consists of 2,710 lectures that were given from 2007 to July 2009 for the recent three years by providing at Ministry of Labor and Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. In order to investigate trends and issues, it was employed theme analysis which is one of the types of document analysis that approach a qualitative research methodology. As a result of this research, 7 major trends and issues in e-Learning curriculum for HRD in the field of corporate education were drawn; ① Strengthening expertise through learning of job related professional knowledge, ② Cultivation of common & essential knowledge for a job to increase work performance efficiency ③ Organizational management strategy for improving performance, ④ Organizational management and operational strategy for actively responding to environmental changes, ⑤ Leadership as a strategy for cultivating core personnel and field-centered practical leadership. ⑥ Creating a happy workplace through the work-life balance, ⑦ Strengthening global communication skill. Based on these analysis, practicals and theoretical implications of e-Learning professionals and HR researchers for HRD were suggested.
Purpose: The objectives of this study is to collect the opinions of experts in the field of dental lab technology, and to present a plan for reforming the curriculum for producing clinical-based dental technicians. Methods: 71 experts were selected for this study. Experts were grouped into clinicians, educators, and policy-makers. First of all, the purpose and method of this study were explained to experts. After receiving the consent to participate in the research, their opinions were investigated. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire created based on their opinions and opinions collected. Results: The results showed that they were relatively satisfied with the curriculum. In addition, it was found that they hope to increase the proportion of mandatory education of digital dentistry and clinical practice. Emphasis was placed on expanding opportunities for on-the-job training as well as on time for hands-on training. As for admission capacity, the highest opinion was to keep it as it is, followed by the need for reduction. Conclusion: It seems necessary to minimize the difference between the curriculum and the clinical field in order to produce field-oriented dental technicians. To this end, it is necessary to reorganize the operation of field-oriented subjects and to increase the practice time to improve practical skills.
Education on the physician continues with undergraduate medical education, graduate medical education, and continuous medical education. The countries such as the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, German, and others are required to undergo training in the clinical field for 2 years after completing the national medical examination, and to become doctors after passing the clinical practice license test. Korea can obtain a medical license and become a clinical doctor at the same time if it passes written and practical tests after completing 6 years of undergraduate medical education or 4 years of graduate school. About 90% of medical school graduates replace clinical practice with 4-5 years of training to acquire professional qualifications, but this is an option for individual doctors rather than an extension of the licensing system under law. The medical professional qualification system is implemented by the Ministry of Health and Welfare on the regulation. In fact, under the supervision of the government, the Korean Hospital Association, the Korean Medical Association, and the Korean Academy of Medical Sciences progress most procedures. After training and becoming a specialist, the only thing that is given to a specialist is the right to mark him or her as a specialist in marking a medical institution and advertising. The government's guidelines for professional training are too restrictive, such as the recruitment method of residents, annual training courses of residents, dispatch rule of the residents, and the quota of residents of training hospitals. Although professional training systems are operated in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, most of them are organized and operated by public professional organizations and widely recognize the autonomy of academic institutions and hospitals. Korea should also introduce a compulsory education system after graduating from medical education and organize and initiate by autonomic public professional organization that meets global standards.
The objective of this research is to develop education and training systems for IS department and user department personnel, which is essential to effective implementation IT(information technology) strategies in most of organizations. In order to achieve this research objective, first this study theoretically derives six categories of education and training based on comprehensive review of the previous research, and explicates concrete items for each category. And then, with respect to each of these items, we empirically investigate the degree of necessity measured by the gap between the required level of knowledge and skills which staff members should have for effective implementation of IT strategies and the present level of them which they really have. Field survey is employed for the data collection: 270 questionnaires are distributed to the companies in private and public sectors, and 196 questionnaires are collected in useful condition and are analyzed. The findings of this research shows that six dimensions of education and training are empirically derived by factor analysis as following: (1) general knowledge for organizational overview, (2) management knowledge and skills, (3) knowledge and skills of the specific information system which IS department and user department personnel are directly involved in developing and operating, (4) knowledge and skills for strategic use of IT, (5) general knowledge and skills for IT and (6) advanced expert knowledge and skills for specific IT. And the degree of necessity turns out to be statistically significantly different among six dimensions of education and training needed by IS department and user department personnel respectively. Also for each dimension, the degree of necessity is shown to be statistically significantly different between IS department and user department personnel The results of this study can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the IT education and training system for effective implementation of IT strategies, Also they can be used as a practical guideline in developing and promoting specific IT education and training programs in real organizations.

The purpose of this study is to develop a competency model that enhances the management capabilities of vocational training institutions and to identify the priorities of educational needs. After reviewing prior studies to tentatively establish a competency model, a training needs assessment was conducted in the field using this model. Data for the analysis were collected through a survey conducted among vocational training institutions. Following the needs assessment, a new management competency model for vocational training institutions was formulated, comprising six competencies and 26 competency dimensions, by eliminating the dimensions considered relatively less important. The competency model developed through this study is anticipated to be utilized in creating management education programs for directors of domestic vocational training institutions.

The development of teaching models to strengthen practical education and actively participate in the classes of students is now required in recent education situations. This study examined the participation and satisfaction level of students' classes after applying a teaching model-integrated hospital and school laboratory (named L2L). A total of 33 students who took the subject of a clinical microbiology experiments were involved in this study. Each group representative participating in a pre-class field exercise in the hospital microbiology laboratory was asked to conduct the experiment. After applying the L2L teaching models, the academic self-efficacy ($2.87{\pm}0.58{\rightarrow}3.38{\pm}0.55$), class participation ($2.60{\pm}0.92{\rightarrow}3.62{\pm}0.78$), and class satisfaction ($2.48{\pm}1.01{\rightarrow}3.85{\pm}0.87$) increased significantly (P<0.05). This means that pre-class field exercises created interest in the student's class and boosted self-confidence, leading to increased participation and satisfaction for the class. In conclusion, the L2L teaching model is an effective teaching method to enhance the practical training for preliminary clinical laboratory technologists.
This study aims to cultivate specialized professionals equipped with practical skills essential for compliance with textile environmental regulations and analysis of harmful substances. This is achieved through the revision and restructuring of educational programs targeting workers in the chemical analysis industry. To address this, a survey was conducted among chemical industry workers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to gauge the demand for educational programs. Specifically, a survey was conducted among 240 SME workers who participated in the 2022 education curriculum to identify their educational needs and specific requirements in the field. The research findings indicate that the majority of SMEs recognize the necessity of education in the chemical field and express a strong willingness to engage in the curriculum. Particularly emphasized was the need to enhance practical skills crucial for compliance with chemical environmental regulations. Consequently, adjustments were made to the curriculum, reallocating time and increasing the duration of practical training. This enables trainees to directly operate analysis machines and interpret results. Additionally, in response to further educational demands reflected by survey participants, the curriculum was expanded from five to six courses, with adjustments made to existing educational programs. Based on these research outcomes, practical educational methods tailored to SME requirements are proposed, aiming to bridge the gap between regulatory compliance and industry needs.

The objectives of this study were (1) to analyze the degree of rice farmers' knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of the Integrated Pest Management (IPM), (2) to determine the related variables for decisions on pest control, and (3) to indicate desirable direction for IPM farmers' field training. The study was carried out through a questionnaire method and sane interviewing survey of 300 rice farmers by the IPM trainers who participated in IPM training in 1994 or 1995. The data were collected from 268 respondents to the questionnaire consisted of KAP and related variables. The major findings of the study were as follows: 1. The KAP score of the farmers concerning IPM were 71 for knowledge, 76.2 for attitude and 74 for practice on average. 2. The KAP score was higher for farmers cultivating larger land size and for those with more participation in IPM training. Also the KAP was higher for the members of the Rural Leaders Association and Future Farmers Association than any other groups. 3. The IPM farmers had strong positive attitudes towards the resistant rice varieties. However, the practical pest control rate of the IPM farmers was low for conservation of natural enemies, timely control following occurrence and plant compensation what few pest were presence in the paddy field. 4. The KAP Score on the economic threshold level and safe pesticide use was relatively low for elder farmers and for those with lower educational background. Most farmers preferred calendar spraying methods for preventive pest control to any other method of pest control. Knowledge was relatively low on pesticide and environmental contamination. 5. Decision making on pest control depends on the extension officer and rural leader's opinion. The survey method for pest occurrence by directly counting pest in the field was only 22.9% among the farmers of this study. 6. Most farmers used pesticide for preventive pest occurrence even when pest didn't occur in their field. The average number of pesticide applications per cropping season in rice field was 3.7 times, and the number of mixed pesticides per application was 4.3 kinds of pesticides. Also 6 recommendations were made in this study for improvement of IPM farmer's training.

The issues and alternative solutions are as follows First, many student hope sutible training cost require. Second, An amount of subsidy for trainee is too low, and a trainee is used as substitution for regularem ployee's vacation during summer season and for beginning and end of year during winter season. Third, There is no clear linkage between job training and employment. Forth, many students enter a technical college due to learn professional technique and service, however, many other students go to a technical college as means of transfer to university, Since a tourism bussiness is predicted as a potential industry for the twenty-first century, besides a positive national economy and tourism business, the continuing and active supports and needed as follows First, An active support on tranning provided by tourism companies is required. Second, A continuos driving force and thorough management of job training by technical college and relevant major department are needed. Third, sutible traninging cost would be required. Forth, In order to achive a objectives and practical and effect ive job tranning, students majoring in tourism should enhance a service mind and manner.
This paper aims to share the course, performance and implications of Project-Based Learning (PBL) education in healthcare data science (HDS). The HDS team of the business group of Soonchunhyang University, which was selected for the health care field of 'University Innovation Project', considered that the health care IT-based education of the current university differs greatly from the rapidly changing health care 3.0 environment of the fourth industry, and emphasized the PBL practice-oriented specialization program as a learning model. The PBL focused on self-directed learning experiences, real analysis problems, and team-oriented classes. In other words, it was implemented with three specialized strategies: 'Field Inside Education', 'Fusion-type Track Education', and 'Training to strengthen resilience and change response'. This collaborative, practical learning experience, etc. resulted in significant results. The results were recognized as being rated A by the Korea Research Foundation and the comprehensive evaluation, and the results were significantly elevated through the analysis of the student survey and the results index.
