Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

The purpose of this study is to suggest development direction of open BIM. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated application status and current problems of open BIM through question survey to design firm which is introducing or plan BIM. In addition, the authors have suggested improvement way about current problems of BIM application such as BIM standard guide, reference of practical application examples, BIM library, data interoperability between software, improvement of BIM software function and performance that is deducted through question survey.

The accumulated BMS data have made it easy to make reasonable decision-making for bride maintenance and repair work. In the developing period of BMS, the bridge management was not easy due to the lack of understanding of BMS and low credibility of the data. In recent years, it has been possible to enhance the credibility of the data and to expand the application scopes of BMS with the efforts of Local Road Construction Offices. The reasonable decision making for bridge management can improve the performance of bridges under the practical constraints such as limited budget. It can then result in the reduction of bridge maintenance budget. This study provides the methodology for the application of mobile internet-based KOBMS for bridge management. The data flow for BMS is the most important factor for decision-making on budget allocation, and this study establishes the basic scheme of the data flow for BMS. The implementation of PDA for BMS may suggest a new paradigm of 'Mobile' in the field of construction management.

Application examples of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) in the planning stage of high-rise buildings are introduced. First, we introduce examples of applications in the environmental field. The pedestrian wind environment was one of the earliest practical examples of CFD. CFD was also employed to validate the heat island mitigation measures proposed as part of the new construction plan. Second, application examples of wind-force evaluations are introduced. Prediction examples are presented for the peak wind pressure around a complex-shaped building and the wind force evaluation for a base-isolated building. The results prove that the results of the proper execution of CFD are equivalent to those of the wind tunnel experiment. As examples of CFD applications of other issues related to high-rise building planning, we introduce snow accretion on outer walls and high-temperature exhaust from emergency generators. Finally, the future prospects for the use of CFD are discussed.

교육부에서는 산업현장의 실무와 직업교육 및 훈련, 자격 내용의 불일치 해소를 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 활용하여 산업현장과 교육·훈련기관 등으로 빠르게 적용해 나가고 있으며, 2018년도부터 특성화고등학교의 직업교육에 NCS기반 교육과정을 전면 도입하도록 의무화하고 있다. 이 연구는 특성과고의 기계계열인 '기계' 및 '기계·금속'전공 교사를 대상으로 350명을 지역별로 유층 표집하여 절삭가공 실무과목 적용에 대한 교사의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기계관련 학과에서 선반가공, 밀링가공, 컴퓨터활용생산, 측정과목의 적용률은 전체 응답자 중 대부분을 차지하고 있으며 둘째, 실무과목 및 능력단위 선정 시 고려사항에 대한 교사 인식은 산업체 요구능력이 가장 높다. 셋째, 실무과목 도입으로 인한 학교 교육에서의 긍정적인 변화에 대한 교사 인식은 학생의 실무 능력 향상과 산업체 요구 충족이 가장 높으며 넷째, 실무과목 도입으로 인한 학교 교육에서의 부정적인 변화에 대한 교사 인식은 실무과목 수업에 활용되는 학습모듈의 수준이 학생의 수준에 비해 너무 어렵다는 것과 학습모듈에 집필되어 있는 산업체 장비와 학교 장비가 차이가 있어 수업에 대한 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 다섯째, 실무과목 수업 및 제반 여건에 대한 교사 만족도는 보통 이상이며 실무과목의 수준, 재구성된 실무과목 교재를 제본 또는 구매하는 것에 대한 만족도는 보통 이하이다. 따라서 기계관련 학과의 NCS기반 교육과정의 안정적인 정착을 위해서는 가장 대표성을 띠는 위 4개 실무과목의 활용 실태를 점검하고 지속적으로 개선하는 데 노력해야 한다.

최근의 웹 동향은 포털 중심에서 사용자 중심으로 이동하고 있으며, 사용자의 편리성과 다양한 기능을 제공하는 RIA(Rich Internet Application)가 새로운 대안으로 급부상하고 있다. 이를 배경으로 많은 기업들이 사용자가 만족할 수 있는 환경에서 다양한 컨텐츠와 기능을 제공하고자 노력하고 있다. 하지만 RIA의 실제 구현에 있어서 참고할 수 있는 자료가 부족하여 구현의 방향성이나 제공기능의 정의 및 구성에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 RIA의 개념을 충실히 따르면서 사용자 중심의 환경을 구현하는 개념과 방향성을 제공하고, 실제 사례를 제공하였다. 제시된 사례는 국내 및 국외의 환경이며, 일부는 실제 운영 중인 것이다. 본 논문에서 제시한 개념과 사례는 유/무선 환경을 동시에 지원할 수 있으며, 기존에 사용하는 메일 환경을 활용하여 구축할 수 있다. 이러한 점 때문에 쉽고 다양한 기능을 제공하며 경쟁력 있는 사용자 환경을 구현하고자 하는 포탈(portal)이나 관련 회사의 실무자들에게 많은 도움이 될 것으로 확신한다.

수행평가의 성공적인 현장 적용올 위해서는 수행평가의 이론적 연구뿐 아니라 현장 적용을 위한 실천적연구도 필요하다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 교사 자신이 직접 수행평가 도구를 개발할 수 있도록 하기위해, 교육전문가와 교사가 함께 연구모임을 가지면서 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과는 크게 3가지로 제시하였다. 첫째, 연구모임을 통해 교사들은 수행평가의 개발과 현장적용을 위해서 여러 가지 측면들을 논의하였고, 그러한 논의는 크게 4가지 영역으로 구분 될 수 있었다. 둘째, 그러한 논의에 기초하여 5가지 개발방향이 확정되었고, 그에 따라 총 7개 유형의 수행평가 문항이 데이터베이스식으로 개발되었다. 수행평가 문항의 개발 목적과 평가시기 및 횟수, 개발시 특별히 고려한 점 등도 함께 제시하였다. 셋째, 개발된 평가문항은 다른 중학교 교사 2명에서 몇 달간 자유스럽게 적용하도록 하였고, 적용 후 각 유형의 사용에 대한 면담을 실시하였다. 면담결과는 수행평가 유형별로 요약하여 제시하였다.

XML is situating a standard fur data exchange in the Web. Most applications use database to manage XML documents of high-capacity efficiently. Therefore, most applications create label that expresses structure information of XML data and stores with information of XML document. A number of labeling schemes have been designed to label the element nodes such that the relationships between nodes can be easily determined by comparing their labels. With the increased popularity of XML data on the web, finding a labeling scheme that is able to support order-sensitive queries in the presence of dynamic updates becomes urgent. XML documents that most applications use have many properties as their application. So, in the thesis, we present the most efficient updating methods dependent on properties of XML documents in practical application by choosing a representative labeling method and applying these properties. The result of our test is based on XML data management system, so it expect not only used directly in practical application, but a standard to select the most proper methods for environment of application to develop a new exclusive XML database or use XML.

Increasing utilization of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) in nuclear industry including non-power area has achieved sustainable development of radiation industry. Industries are no longer confined by a single technology or abilities but expanded for application gradually. RI-Biomics fields are one of the convergence technology that is recognized on a high-tech industry. Unlike the conventional industry, RI-Biomics field needs to various specialists to perform related task. There is no domestic training program to educate the whole process. This study aims to suggest the plan for improvement of practical skills for specialists in RI-Biomics through development of our training program. For this purpose, we have first investigated the opinion about classification scheme from experts and then analyzed the results in order to reflecting our training program. Based on analyzed results, conformity assessment was executed to organize curriculum through status of constructed device and instructor in domestic. Our training program was performed jointly with KAERI (Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). RI-Biomics center is prepared with facilities of overall experiment to improve quality of education. Due to the fact that specialists have routine task, we organized a five-day short course to reflect temporal difficulties. We performed a trial operation to 6 participants in RI-Biomics field. Through the survey for the specialists who participated in the program, we evaluated the efficiency of our training program. The results showed that participants were satisfied with the organized curriculum and educational materials. Therefore, our program is expected to be utilized as basic research data to develop feasible program for policy development and to improve practical skills in RI-Biomics.

This paper describes the practical difficulties experienced with ultrasonic testing during site fabrication of the offshore structures, and indicates some of the problems when UT indications are evaluated according to written procedure which is prepared to the requirements of the applicable code (standard) and/or specification.
