인지적 안녕감 수준에 따른 다양한 감정의 지각된 빈도 프로파일 분석을 통한 대표 감정 도출 (Derivation of Representative Emotions Through Analysis of Perceived Frequency Profiles of Various Emotions According to Levels of Cognitive Well-Being)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인지적 안녕감 수준에 따라 감정 경험에 차이를 보이는지 확인하고, 인지적 안녕감 수준을 강하게 예측하는 대표적인 구체적 감정들이 무엇인지 확인함으로써 일상에서 사람들이 어떠한 감정을 관리하는 것이 전체적인 삶의 만족도 증진에 효과적인지에 대한 실용적 방안을 모색하고자 함에 있다. 이를 위해 참가자간 요인설계(between-subjects factorial design)를 채택하여 학부생 438명을 대상으로 인지적 안녕감 수준에 따른 감정 경험 빈도를 측정하였다. 인지적 안녕감은 생활만족도 척도(SWLS)로 측정하였으며, 감정 빈도는 PANAS-X 척도로 측정하였고, 조사 후 인지적 안녕감의 평균값을 기준으로 집단을 나누어 감정 프로파일을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 인지적 안녕감이 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비해 전반적으로 긍정감정, 놀람감정의 경험빈도가 높았고 부정감정 경험빈도가 낮았다. 둘째, 인지적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 감정은 긍정 8개, 부정 7개, 놀람 1개임을 확인하였다. 특히 긍정은 '즐거운(happy)', '자신감 있는(confident)', 부정은 '나 자신에게 만족하지 못하는(dissatisfied with self)', '나 자신이 역겨운(disgusted with self)', 놀람은 '경탄을 자아내는(amazed)' 감정이 인지적 안녕감에 가장 큰 영향력을 미쳤다. 본 결과를 통해 일상에서 경험하는 감정을 무조건 긍정-부정으로만 살펴볼 것이 아니라, 인지적 안녕감을 증진시키기 위해서는 특정한 감정들의 경험 빈도는 높이고(ex. 즐거움, 자신감), 특정한 감정의 경험 빈도는 줄이는 것(ex. 자신에 대한 불만족, 역겨움)이 더 효과적일 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • Persuasive emotion advertising has great effect on attention and motivation. The using of negative emotions has been an interest in consumer psychology and advertising. This is because emotions place impact on consumers, attention and decision making. Emotions are also believed to cretin evoke brand name from memory. This paper presents the evidence for the impact of negative emotions by comparing then greater with positive emotions advertising.

구매후 의류제품에 대한 감정이 제품만족과 사용에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Emotions Elicited Clothing Product on Product Satisfaction and Using in Postpurchase Processes)

  • The postpurchase process is the phase that consumers evaluate products or services while using them. And then, they may experience satisfaction/dissatisfaction and emotions elicited products or services. The satisfaction and emotions may be important concepts in consumer behavior such as brand attitude, purchase intentions and using. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotions elicited clothing products on product satisfaction and using in postpurchase. The subjects in this study were selected 500 females. The data were collected by using questionnaires, and 431 data were analysed. The results were as follows: The emotions in postpurchase process were consisted of three dimensions; unpleasure, pleasure, security/activity. These three emotions had the causal effects on product satisfaction significantly, and the unpleasure influenced stronger than others on satisfaction. In addition, the emotions were related to using and the ownership of clothing products. The emotions of pleasure and the security/activity influenced on the ownership, and the security/activity and unpleasure influenced on using clothing products. Therefore, the results in this study imply that consumption emotions elicited clothing products would be multidimensional, and the emotional factors would be important indicators for explaining the satisfaction. The positive affects were related to using clothes, which is, the consumer would have fulfilled their hedonic desires by wearing clothes. Also, the positive affects would be the basis for marketing strategies of sales promotions in clothing products.

  • Purpose: Personality qualities are essential to the prosperity of any contemporary company because they foster the growth of pleasant emotions in telecommunications distribution employees. Research design, data and methodology: Thus improving their overall psychological well-being and productivity. Talent retention is facilitated by mutual respect between management and staff. The success of the company as a whole, including the development and maintenance of emotions with customers, also depends on the psychological well-being of employees. The aim is to demonstrate how a positive and satisfied emotional workforce contributes to psychological well-being in the 21st century. Result: The research aims to better understand the personality traits that influence the psychological well-being of employees. In addition, between January and March 2023, a total of 179 employees in the telecommunications distribution industry in the Peruvian city of Chiclayo were surveyed using structural modelling methods to measure employee satisfaction. It also shows how various ideas, approaches and models can be used in the real world. Conclusion: The significance of the model on the perception of telecommunications workers in Peru is demonstrated by the results, which indicate an R2 value of 0.681 for positive emotions and an R2 value of 0.792 for employees' psychological well-being.

점포이미지, 고객의 감정반응 및 행동의도의 관계 (The Relationship Among Store Image, Customers' Emotional Responses and Behavior Intention)

  • 본 연구는 점포이미지, 감정반응, 행동의도간의 관계를 중심으로 연구모형을 수립하고, 이들 변수들 간의 인과관계를 규명하는데 주된 목적을 두었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 선행연구들을 고찰하여, 연구모형 및 가설을 도출하였고, 백화점을 이용하는 고객들을 대상으로 총 296부의 설문자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 점포이미지는 감정반응 및 행동의도와 부분적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 점포의 객관적 이미지는 긍정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 긍정적 감정을 통해 간접적으로 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 부정적 감정에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 주관적이미지는 긍정적 감정과 부정적 감정에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며, 긍정적 감정과 부정적 감정을 통해 모두 간접적으로 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 이론적인 측면은 물론 실무적인 측면에서도 유통기업의 마케팅전략 수립에 활용할 수 있는 유익한 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

충동구매 시 긍정적 감정형성과정에서 구매위험지각과 비구매위험지각의 역할 (The Role of Perceived Consumer Risk for Purchase and Non-Purchase in the Formation of Positive Impulsive Shopping Emotion)

  • This study focuses on how positive emotions form when consumers impulsively purchase fashion products. Examined are the novelty seeking situations and the fashion knowledge of consumers as influential factors that affect positive impulsive shopping emotions along with the mediating role of the perceived risk of consumers for purchase and non-purchase. An online survey was conducted for the empirical research with a questionnaire about the fashion impulsive purchases of a product within the last 2 months. A total of 555 surveys were collected from impulsive female buyers and 404 complete responses were analyzed. The results find that the perceived risk is identified into purchase and non-purchase perspectives. Purchase perceived risk influenced negatively on positive emotions of impulsive purchase and non-purchase perceived risk positively. The perceived risk for non-purchase versus purchase increased by the more fashion knowledge consumers had and the more they shopped as novelty seeking. The results imply that non-purchase perceived risk importantly mediated between the influential factors and positive affect for impulsive purchase. Based on the findings, this study proposed some marketing suggestions and thoughts about effective purchase stimulation.

제품 사용 전후의 사용자 감성 비교 (The comparison of the user's emotions before and after using a product)

  • 마케팅 분야의 많은 연구에서 소비자의 제품이나 서비스에 대한 전체적인 만족도를 결정하는 속성들의 중요도가 시간의 흐름에 따라 달라지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 이와 같이 사용자가 제품과 인터랙션하는 시간의 흐름에 따라 그 제품에서 느끼는 감성도 달라질 수 있는 것이다. 즉, 사용자가 제품을 처음 접했을 때 느끼는 감성과 제품을 일정기간 사용한 후에 그 제품에서 느끼는 감성 간에는 차이가 있을 것이라는 가정아래 본 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 아이폰을 전혀 사용해 보지 않은 그룹과 아이폰을 일정기간 사용하였고 현재도 사용 중인 그룹으로 나누어 사용자가 아이폰을 처음 경험해 보는 초기 감성과 아이폰을 일정기간 사용한 후에 느끼는 감성 간의 차이를 비교해 보았다. 본 연구에서 진행한 실험 결과, 아이폰을 처음 경험하는 시점에 아이폰에 대한 사용자의 긍정적인 감성으로 인해 불편성이라는 부정적인 감성이 다소 낮게 나왔다가 아이폰을 사용하면서 다소 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 하지만 아이폰 자체의 불편성이 높다고는 할 수 없다. 또한 아이폰에 대한 긍정적인 감성은 아이폰 사용 전후 모두 높게 나타나 아이폰을 사용하면서 느끼는 사용자의 감성은 대개 긍정적인 감성이 많이 표출된다고 할 수 있다. 향후 더 많은 연구를 진행해 봐야 하겠지만, 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 제품 사용 시 사용자가 해당 재품에 대해 반성적 레벨에서 긍정적인 감성을 가지고 있을 때 행동적 레벨에서의 불편함을 어느 정도는 감수할 수 있다고 추측해 볼 수 있다.

기혼여성의 Pap 도말검사 경험관련 정서와 검진 참여정도와의 관계연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Emotion Related to Pap Smear and Continuous Participation in Pap Smear Screening in Married Korean Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotion related to Pap smear and continuous participation in Pap smear screening by married women. The subjects for this study were 209 married women who had at least one previous Pap smear. The data were collected using a self reported survey questionnaire which was developed by the researchers. It's Cronbach's alpha score ranged from .8799 to .9118. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics. ANOVA, t-test and Pearson correlation using the SPSS Win program. The results are as follows: 1. The mean for continuous participation in Pap smear screening over the past three years was 1.95. 2. The mean score for negative emotions related to Pap smear screening was 3.2. 3. The mean score for positive emotions related to Pap smear screening was 3.9 4. Positive correlations were found between positive emotion and continuous participation in Pap smear screening (r=.417, p<.05). A weak negative correlation was found between negative emotion and continuous participation in Pap smear screening (r=-.213, p<.05). In conclusion, negative and positive emotions had a significant effect on continuous participation in the Pap smear screening among married women. This suggests that reducing negative emotions and activating messages which relate to positive emotions may be an effective strategy for increasing continuous participation in Pap smear screening.

부모의 정서사회화와 유아의 정서성 발달의 관계 (The Relation of Parents' Emotion Socialization to the Development of Emotion in Their Young Children)

  • The relation of parents' emotion socialization to emotionality in their 5-year-old children was studied in 106 mothers and 105 fathers. They reported on their own family-related emotional expressiveness and on their children's negative emotions by questionnaires; mothers rated children on both positive and negative emotionality. Results showed that mothers expressed positive and negative emotions more frequently, and mothers showed more distress, expressive encouragement, and problem-focused reactions to children's negative emotions than fathers. Mothers' emotional expressiveness was related to children's emotionality, whereas only fathers' negative emotional expressiveness was related to children's negative emotionality. Mothers' distress and punitive reactions were associated with children's positive and negative emotionality. Mothers' problem-focused and emotion-focused and fathers' problem-focused reactions were associated with children's positive emotionality.

예비 창업가의 긍정심리자본과 커리어 야망이 창업의도에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Effects of Prep-Entrepreneurs' Positive psychological capital and Career ambition on Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • Due to its nature, business foundation accompanies high levels of risk taking and responsibility. For this reason, entrepreneurs come to experience various negative emotions in the process of business foundation such as anxiety about risks, fear of failure, and pressure of success. However, entrepreneurs' negative emotions reduce individual inclinations for business foundation. Thus, it is necessary to research individual psychological characteristics that could reduce and attenuate entrepreneurs' negative emotions. To this end, this study examined the effects of Self-forgiveness, and Narcissism, psychological motivation variables, and Positive psychological capital and Career ambition, goal motivation variables, on entrepreneurial intentions. In order to verify research hypotheses, 326 questionnaires collected from prep-entrepreneurs were used for the empirical analysis. Looking at the analysis results, Self-forgiveness, Narcissism, Positive psychological capital and Career ambition had significant effects on entrepreneurial intentions. This study has a meaning in that it confirmed the influential relationship between the psychological characteristics reducing entrepreneurs' negative emotions and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study suggested its implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results.
