Intelligent applications are crucial for increasing the popularity of shared urban electric bicycles (EBs). Building an application platform architectural system that can satisfy independent user operations is critical for increasing the intelligent usage of shared EBs. Consequently, we collected online reviews of shared EB applications, conducted semantic processing and sentiment analysis, and refined the positive and negative review data for each function. The positive and negative review indices of each function were calculated using the formulae for positive and negative review indices of product functions, thereby determining the functions that need to be improved. Each function of the Shared EB application was improved according to its business process. The main contributions of this study are to build a user requirement architecture system for the Shared EB application with five dimensions and 22 functions using the Delphi method to design the user interface (UI) of this application based on user satisfaction evaluation results; to create a high-fidelity dynamic interaction prototype and compare user satisfaction before and after improving the Shared EB application functions. The testing results indicate that the changes in the UI significantly improve the user experience satisfaction of the urban Shared EB application, with the positive experience index increasing by 69.21% and the negative experience index decreasing by 75.85% overall. This information can be directly used by relevant companies to improve the functions of the Shared EB application.

Purpose: In this paper, we investigate whether the endeavors for Six Sigma quality management by a firm have positive effects on its financial performance and the length of Six Sigma implemented period affects its financial status. We find a relationship between Six Sigma implemented period and several financial performance index using a smoothing spline function. Methods: A smoothing spline function is used in order to analyze the relationship between efforts for quality management and financial performance. Specifically, the return on assets, return on equity, sales cost and business fee are investigated as dependent variables and the efforts for quality management as independent variable. Results: As a result of the analysis, the indication is that companies that put effects into the Six Sigma quality management have a positive result in its financial status. In detail, the efforts for Six Sigma quality management have positive effects on total asset turnover ratio and Six Sigma implemented period on net income to net sales ratio. Additionally, companies with longer (shorter) period of Six Sigma program have more (less) improvement in its financial status. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the company's efforts for quality management positively influence financial performance.

Patients with locally advanced lung cancer and very limited pulmonary function (forced expiratory volume in 1 second $[FEV1]{\leq}1L$) have dismal prognosis and undergo palliative treatment or best supportive care. We describe two cases of locally advanced node-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with very limited lung function treated with induction chemotherapy and moderate hypofractionated image-guided radiotherapy (Hypo-IGRT). Hypo-IGRT was delivered to a total dose of 45 Gy to the primary tumor and involved lymph nodes. Planning was based on positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET/CT) and four-dimensional computed tomography (4D-CT). Internal target volume (ITV) was defined as the overlap of gross tumor volume delineated on 10 phases of 4D-CT. ITV to planning target volume margin was 5 mm in all directions. Both patients showed good clinical and radiological response. No relevant toxicity was documented. Hypo-IGRT is feasible treatment option in locally advanced node-positive NSCLC patients with very limited lung function ($FEV1{\leq}1L$).

Motivated by Agarwal and O'Regan ( Boundary value problems for general discrete systems on infinite intervals, Comput. Math. Appl. 33(1997)85-99), this article deals with the discrete type BVP of the infinite difference equations. The sufficient conditions to guarantee the existence of at least three positive solutions are established. An example is presented to illustrate the main results. It is the purpose of this paper to show that the approach to get positive solutions of BVPs by using multi-fixed-point theorems can be extended to treat BVPs for infinite difference equations. The strong Caratheodory (S-Caratheodory) function is defined in this paper.

In this paper, we consider singular 𝜑-Laplacian problems with nonlocal boundary conditions. Using a fixed point index theorem on a suitable cone, the existence results for one or two positive solutions are established under the assumption that the nonlinearity may not satisfy the L¹-Carathéodory condition.

PURPOSE: The objective of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of mental practice on function and muscle activation of upper extremity (UE) in stroke patients. METHODS: The mental practice was conducted on 12 subjects for 10 minutes and the related existing work treatment for 20 minutes. The evaluation for the function of UE proceeded with Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function (FMA) and muscle activity analysis instrument. Furthermore we analyzed patients' reaching activity by two stages, reaching phase and returning to original position phase. RESULTS: According to the research results, the subjects' upper limb function improved in all of the measured items and the total scores after the mental practice (p<.05). In muscle activity, CCR value was used to efficiently analyze the patients' reaching activity in the two stages of reaching stage and returning to the original position phase. While the elbow movement only had a bit of positive change (1.1%) in the reaching stage, both the shoulder (-12.3%) and elbow (-18.2%) movements had a positive change in the returning to original position phase. CONCLUSION: This research confirmed that the mental practice is effective for the enhancement of UE function for stroke patients. The result of this research can contribute to the progress of mental practice in clinical environment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among body image, depression and sexual function in Korean postmenopausal women. Methods: Subjects were 96 postmenopausal women who have lived in Korea. Data was collected using Semantic Differential scale, CES-D, and FSFI. Results: The level of body image was positive, depression was mild, and sexual function was moderate. There were no significant correlation between depression and sexual function. The subjects who had more positive body image experienced higher sexual function and less depressed mood. Conclusion: These findings showed the need for a knowledge development program for nurses regarding women's sexual function. Also, nurses must do counseling with sexual partner's and consider patients' body image when counseling those who complain of sexual dysfunction.

Purpose: This study examined factors influencing death anxiety in the middle aged. Method: This was a descriptive survey study. Data were collected from September to October, 2011, from 410 middle- aged adults. The questionnaires solicited information on death anxiety, health behavior, depression, life satisfaction, and family function. Analysis of data was performed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Average scores were 2.53 for death anxiety, 3.02 for health behavior, 4.44 for depression, 10.13 for life satisfaction, and 3.77 for family function. Statistically significant negative correlations were observed between health behavior and death anxiety, life satisfaction and death anxiety, and family function and death anxiety. However, from the statistical point of view the correlation between depression and death anxiety was a significantly positive. In addition, statistically significant positive correlations were observed between depression and death anxiety. Depression, life satisfaction, and family function were significant predictors of death anxiety. Conclusion: Multilateral nursing intervention is needed for maintenance of the health of middle aged adults.

We investigate Dirichlet series of the form ${\sum}^{\infty}_{n=1}s_{\alpha}(n)n^{-s}$. To do this, a generalization of Euler's totient function is required. For a real ${\alpha}$ > 0 and a positive integer n, an arithmetic function ${\varphi}{\alpha}(n)$ is defined to be the number of positive integers m for which gcd(m, n) = 1 and 0 < m/n < ${\alpha}$. Under a condition Re(s) > 1, this paper establishes an identity ${\sum}^{\infty}_{n=1}s_{\alpha}(n)n^{-S}=1+{\sum}^{\infty}_{n=1}{\varphi}_{\alpha}(n)({\zeta}(s)-{\zeta}(s,1+n^{-1}))n^{-s}$.

Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated glomerulonephritis requires prompt diagnosis and treatment, since renal function at the time of diagnosis is significantly associated with renal outcomes. Here, we report two pediatric patients with ANCA-positive glomerulonephritis initially presenting with hematuria, mild proteinuria, and normal renal function. The first patient with a high myeloperoxidase-ANCA titer (>134 IU/mL) was diagnosed with rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis based on renal biopsy and treated with immunosuppressive therapy after 10 months of follow-up. The second patient with a low myeloperoxidase-ANCA titer (11 IU/mL) maintained normal kidney function without medication. Two cases showed different clinical course according to ANCA titer.
