모바일 생태계에서 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the effects of business model and product innovation on the performance of firms in mobile ecosystem)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신이 모바일 생태계의 기업성과에 미치는 요인들을 제시하고 영향을 주는지에 대한 결과를 확인하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 통하여 4차 산업의 모태가 된 모바일 생태계에서 비즈니스 모델 요인과 제품혁신 요인들을 정의하였고, 각 요인이 기업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 수립하였다. 그런 다음 모바일 생태계에 종사하는 기업 임직원을 대상으로 탐색적 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 진행하여 통계분석 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 비즈니스 모델의 가치제안은 기업의 재무 및 비재우 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 입증하였고 혁신성은 기업의 비재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 입증하였다. 제품혁신의 가격경쟁력은 기업의 재무적인 요소에 정(+)의 효과 그리고 최초시장진입은 비재무적인 요소에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 4차 산업혁명을 맞아 급성장하고 있는 기업의 성과를 비즈니스 모델과 제품혁신측면에서 측정 기준을 제안하였다.

식생활 관련 변인들이 실과 식생활단원의 학업성취에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Various Factors on the Academic Achievement in ′the Food and Nutrition′Units in Practical Arts)

  • This study investigated the effects of factors on the academic achievement in the 'Food and Nutrition' units in the Practical Arts : factors such as gender. family and home environment. and participation in. interest in attitude toward. and encouragement by mother in meal management. The factors were surveyed for 453 grade four elementary students (226 boys and 227 girls) and their mothers in Busan. The extent of participation in meal management. of interest. of attitude. and of the mother's encouragement was broken into three groups. Upon completing the 'Table Setting with Fruits'unit. the students'academic achievements were evaluated and compared according to these factors. The results were as follows : 1. The girls participated in meal management more frequently than the boys. Most of the children exhibited a high interest. the girls showing a higher interest than the boys. Both sexes showed a positive attitude toward meal management. Mothers encouraged girls more often than boys to manage meals at home. 2. The academic achievement of the girls was higher than that of the boys. Children living in apartments and more affluent environments scored higher than those who were less well off and living in independent households. 3. Those who frequently participated in meal management. exhibited a high interest. and showed a positive attitude towards it. achieved higher scores than those who showed a lower interest. less positive attitude. and only occasionally participated in it. 4. Those who were encouraged frequently to manage meals by their mother showed a tendency to score higher than those who wee encouraged only occasionally. In conclusion. academic achievement in the 'Food and Nutrition'units in Practical Arts was affected by gender. domestic economy. type of residence. participation in meal management in the home. interest in it. attitude toward it. and encouragement in participation by the other. Thus academic achievement in food. nutrition. and meal management is dependent upon both the school and home environments. Children would learn more in the 'Food and Nutrition'units when their parents set a positive and encouraging environment in the home.

  • 스마트폰을 활용한 다양한 서비스들이 제공되면서 결제분야에서도 모바일을 이용한 다양한 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 모바일 결제서비스는 금전적인 부분과 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에 시스템의 여러 특성들이 사용 신뢰에 밀접한 영향을 끼치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 결제서비스의 시스템 중 중요 요인으로 접근성, 호환성, 보안성을 선정하였다. 이러한 시스템적 요인들이 사용자의 인지적 신뢰 및 긍정 감정 및 만족도와 같은 감성반응에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해, 모바일 결제시스템 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 분석은 SPSS 23과 SmartPLS 2.0을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 모든 시스템 요인들이 인지적 신뢰 및 감성반응에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 감성 반응들 간의 관계를 살펴보면, 긍정감정은 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 기주 식물체 내에서 식물바이러스의 증식과 이동 여부는 바이러스 게놈과 기주 간의 상호작용에 의해 결정된다. 바이러스는 기주 내에서 바이러스가 증식하고 이동하기 위해서는 기주의 요소들을 이용해야 하며, 이러한 기주 요소들은 바이러스의 기주내 침입(entry),바이러스 유전자의 발현, 그리고 바이러스 입자형성(virion assembly) 등 모든 과정에서 직접적으로 관여를 하거나, 또는 기주 단백질 발현과 저항성을 조절하여 바이러스 증식에 간접적으로 관여를 한다. 기주 요소들과 상호작용을 통해서 바이러스 증식에 관여함으로써, 기주 특이성 및 바이러스의 병 발생에 관여를 할 것으로 보고 있다.

성인 여성 음주에 대한 긍정심리학적 조망에 관한 연구 (A Study on Positive Psychological Perspectives on Adult Women's Drinking)

  • 이 연구는 성인 여성의 음주 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하기 위한 것이다. 특히 긍정심리학적 요인을 탐색하여 성인 여성의 음주율을 낮추고 단주를 위한 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구는 한국에 사는 20대부터 50대 성인 여성 340명을 온라인으로 무선표집하여 2018년 5월 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시했다. 연구 결과에 따르면 연령이 낮을수록, 미혼, 별거 또는 이혼했을 때 AUDIT가 높았다. AUDIT는 우울과 스트레스와 정적인 상관관계를 보였고 감사와 그릿과 부정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 연령, 감사, 그릿, 우울 순으로 영향을 받았다. 따라서 성인여성의 음주를 예방하고 절주와 단주를 유지하기 위하여 긍정심리적 요인인 감사와 그릿과 같은 보호요인을 높임으로써 우울과 스트레스를 낮추고 음주를 적정하게 통제할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 더불어 성인여성의 음주를 예방하고 감소시킬 수 있는 다양한 긍정심리적 요인을 탐색하는 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 본다.

서두름 행동과 A형 행동의 관계 (The Relationship between Hasteful Behavior and Type A Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 서두름 행동의 5요인의 특성에 초점을 맞추어, 서두름 행동과 A형 행동의 관계를 바탕으로 서두름 행동의 5요인의 특성을 밝히고자 진행되었다. 이를 위해, 만 18세 이상 59세 이하 성인 207명이 서두름 행동 질문지와 A형 행동 질문지에 응답하였다. A형 행동 질문지는 A형 행동 및 성격을 측정하는 기존 문항을 바탕으로 총 136개 문항을 수집하였다. 그리고 요인분석을 통해 6개 요인으로 이루어진 29개 문항으로 축소되었다. A형 행동의 구성요인으로 성공추구, 인내부족, 실패불안, 과제몰입, 활동성, 민첩성이 나타났다. 서두름 행동요인분석 결과, 서두름 행동은 기존 연구와 동일한 5가지 요인으로 이루어져 있었다. 서두름 행동과 A형 행동의 상관분석 결과, 시간압력에서 나타나는 서두름 행동은 성공추구, 실패불안, 과제몰입, 민첩성과 정적상관을 보였다. 불편함에서 나타나는 서두름 행동과 고립에서 나타나는 서두름 행동은 인내심부족과 정적상관을 보였다. 지루함에서 나타나는 서두름 행동은 성공추구와 활동성 및 민첩성과 정적 상관이 있었다. 보상기대에서 나타나는 서두름 행동은 성공추구, 인내부족, 실패불안, 민첩성과 정적상관을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

의료서비스에서 고객지향요인이 서비스가치와 고객만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effects of Customer Orientation Factors in Relation to Medical Services on the Values of the Services and Customer Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of customer orientation factors in relation to medical services on the values of the service and customer satisfaction and loyalty. Those factors include patient safety and, as found by previous studies, specialization, explanation of what to be medically examined and customer orientation itself. Based on these pervious studies, this study surveyed customers of 7 general hospitals located in Busan to empirically identify relations between customer orientation factors of medical services and the values of the services and customer satisfaction. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, this study is very meaningful in that it established a basic theory of patient safety as one of the above customer orientation factors, and tried to empirically demonstrated the theory by applying it to medical services. Second, another of the factors, specialization was found positively affecting the values of medical services, but not affecting customer satisfaction. Customers are likely to choose specialized medical institutions even at higher cost when they undergo an accident or disease. Nevertheless, in factors, whether medical service providers are specialized is not influencing customer satisfaction. This is because medical institutions are failing to properly make recognized their specialization to customers who want to receive specialized medical services. Third, another of customer orientation factors, that is, explanation of what to be medically examined was found not having positive effects on the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because enough time was not given for the explanation or because the explanation itself was not provided enough. Fourth, medical service providers' customer orientation was found positively influencing the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. In other words, it seems that customer-centered attitudes and behaviors of medical service providers had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Fifth, another of the factors, that is, patient safety was found positively affecting the values of medical services and customer satisfaction. This is probably because medical services' accurate diagnoses and reliable services had positive effects on customers' perception of medical services. Sixth, customers' perceived values of medical services were found having positive effects on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This suggests that the values of medical services are an antecedent variable that directly influences customer satisfaction and loyalty. Seventh, customer satisfaction was found positively affecting customer loyalty. This suggests that customer satisfaction is an antecedent variable of customer loyalty. In conclusion, this study showed that in relation to medical services, customer orientation factors' significant influences on the values of the services and customer satisfaction requires continuous efforts for raising customers' perceived qualities of medical services.

Helicobacter pylori 감염 위염에서의 비만세포 증가와 Stem Cell Factor Receptor (c-kit)의 발현 (Mast Cell Increase and Stem Cell Factor Receptor (c-kit) Expression in Helicobacter pylori-infected Gastritis)

  • It is known that mast cells (MCs) are increased in H. pylori-infected gastritis and its increase is mediated by stem cell factor (c-kit ligand). To determine the mechanism of mast cell recruitment and activation by stem cell factor, weinvestigated the expression of stem cell factor receptor (c-kit) in H. pylori-positive and -negative gastric mucosa. Biopsy specimens from 16 H. pylori-negative and 20 positive subjects were examined. H. pylori infection in gastric mucosa was examined by the Warthin-Starry method. MC and c-kit were identified by immunohistochemisty, using a monoclonal antihuman MC tryptase antibody and a polyclonal anti-human c-kit antibody. Densities of MC and c-kit positive cell were measured by a computerized image analysis system. MCs were detected in the lamina propria of both H. pylori-positive and -negative gastric mucosa. Densities of MC and c-kit positive cell were significantly greater in H. pylori-positive than -negative subjects. c-kit was located on the surface of MCs. These results indicate that stem cell factors may be one of the factors involved in mast cell increase and that they activate mast cells by binding with c-kit.

커피 전문점 이용자의 일반적 특성, 선택 속성, 커피 음용 행동 및 긍정적 감정 간 관계 (The Relationships among Characteristics of Customers, Choice Attributes, Positive Emotion Associated with Coffee-Drinking Behavior -Focusing on Specialty Coffee Shop Customers-)

  • This study explored choice attributes in specially coffee shops and examined the relations between choice attributes and positive emotions customers felt in specially coffee shops. The study also attempted to find differences in choice attributes and positive emotions according to general characteristics of customers and coffee-drinking behavior. Measured items were derived from preliminary interviews and a literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to customers in Seoul who had visited a specially coffee shop in the last 3 months. The derived factors of choice attributes were 'taste of coffee and atmosphere', 'brand', 'price benefit', 'pleasant space', and 'coffee itself. Among those, the two factors 'taste of coffee and atmosphere', and 'brand' had a statistically significant influence on positive emotions of customers. This implies that specially coffee shop customers have primarily emotional rather than utilitarian motivations. Therefore, to better satisfy customers' desires, more effort is needed to improve the physical environment in coffee shops. Female and younger customers showed higher perception of price benefits than others did. The perception of price benefits and pleasant space mainly varied by the location of coffee-drinking and frequency of visiting specially coffee shops. Further differences in positive emotion according to general characteristics and behaviors of having coffee also discussed.

Relevant Analysis on User Choice Tendency of Intelligent Tourism Platform under the Background of Text mining

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the relevant factors of the choice tendency of tourism users to Intelligent Tourism platform through big data analysis, which will help enterprises to make accurate positioning and improvement according to user information feedback in the tourism market in the future, so as to gain the favor of users' choice and achieve long-term market competitiveness. This study takes the Intelligent Tourism platform as the independent variable and the user choice tendency as the dependent variable, and explores the related factors between the Intelligent Tourism platform and the user choice tendency. This study make use of text mining and R language text analysis, and uses SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools to carry out empirical analysis. According to the analysis results, the conclusions are as follows: service quality has a significant positive correlation with user choice tendency; service quality has a significant positive correlation with tourism trust; Tourism Trust has a significant positive correlation with user choice tendency; service quality has a significant positive correlation with user experience; user experience has a significant positive correlation with user choice tendency Positive correlation effect.
