그림책 페리텍스트 분석을 위한 구성 요소 (Components for Picturebook Peritext Analysis)

  • 그림책의 교육적 활용 가치와 페리텍스트의 서사적 중요성에 대한 학문적 관심이 증가하면서 그림책 분석 시 사용되는 페리텍스트 구성 요소에 대한 체계적인 고찰이 요구되는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 그림책 페리텍스트를 분석한 11편의 선행연구에서 사용한 페리텍스트 구성 요소를 고찰한 후, 네 가지('기본적 정보', '물리적 요소', '위치적 요소', '콘텐츠 요소')로 범주화하여 분석틀을 제안했다. 첫 번째 범주는 '기본적 정보'로 '제목', '작가명', '출판 정보', '수상 정보', '헌사/감사의 말', '추천사' 등이 포함되며, 두 번째 범주는 '물리적 요소'로 '판형', '제본', '재질' 등이 포함된다. 세 번째 범주는 '위치적 요소'로 '표지(앞표지, 뒤표지, 책등)', '면지', '표제지', '간기면', '덧싸개 및 띠지' 등이 포함되며, 네 번째 범주는 '콘텐츠 요소'로 '글', '그림', '타이포그래피', '레이아웃', '페이지 형태' 등이 포함된다. 본 연구결과를 통해 다양한 그림책의 페리텍스트 분석 및 활용 연구가 활성화될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

측두하악장애환자에서 연하고경과 발음양상에 관한 연구 (Vertical Dimension during Swallowing and Speech Pattern in Patients with Temporomandibular Disorders)

  • This study was performed to investigate the relationship between vertical dimension during swallowing and speech pattern in patients with temporomandibular disorders. For this study, 33 patients with temporomandibular disorders(TMDs), namely, 17 patients with disc displacement with reduction and 16 patients with disc displacement without reduction, and 30 normal subjects without any signs and symptoms in the masticatory system were selected as the patient group and as the normal group, respectively. Biopak $system^{(R)}$(Bioresearch Inc., Milwaukee, USA) was used for recording of electromyographic(EMG) activity(${\mu}V$) of the anterior temporalis, the superficial masseter, the sternocleidomastoideus and the trapezius insertion muscle during swallowing, and of mandibular positional change with function time(sec.) during swallowing and speech. A sentence of 'Sue is missing her house' was used for observing of speech pattern. Comparison between the two groups and relationship of the mandibular positional change and the function time between during swallowing and during speech were analysed by SPSS windows program. The results of this study were as follows : 1. Mean EMG activity of the trapezius insertion during swallowing was higher in the patient group, and the value was $3.4{\mu}V$ in patients and $2.1{\mu}V$ in normal subjects. 2. Vertica1 dimension(VD) at mandibular rest position before swallowing was slightly higher in the patient group, but VD at swallowing-late stage and at rest position after swallowing were not different between the two groups. 3. Swallowing time were 2.1 sec. in the patient group, and 1.5 sec. in the normal group, and the difference was significant. 4. VD during speech were generally higher in the normal group. In this case, speaking position showing the most difference between the two groups was 'her' position. The distance from habitual intercuspal position to 'her' position was 4.9mm in the patient group, and 6.6mm in the normal group. Speaking time was also longer in the patient group. 5. There were no difference in all observed items between the two categories of the patient group according to reduction of disc displacement. 6. Relationship between the positional changes during swallowing and speech were different between the patient group and the normal group. And in the normal group, VD at rest position before swallowing was negatively correlated with speaking time.

하악골 후방이동시 악골고정방법에 따른 악간고정기간 중 치아 및 악골의 위치변화에 대한 연구 (A STUDY ON POSITIONAL CHANGES OF THE TEETH AND MANDIBLE ACCORDING TO FIXATION TYPE DURING INTERMAXILLARY FIXATION PERIOD AFTER MANDIBULAR SETBACK)

  • Skeletal relapse is known as a complication following orthognathic surgery of mandibular prognathism and occurring during intermaxillary fixation period. Therefore relapse of teeth and skeleton during intermaxillary fixation period is considered as a important problem of orthognathic surgery. In this study, cephalolateral radiographs taken at pre-operation, immediate post-operation and after release of intermaxillary fixation were measured for evaluation of dental and skeletal relapse in 30 cases. The cases were classified as screw fixation group and plate fixation group, then we compared magnitude of dental and skeletal changes of each group. The results were as follows 1. The $\underline{1}$ SN angle increased at immediate post-operation with a mean value of $0.12^{\circ}$ and at intermaxillary fixation period with a mean value of $0.43^{\circ}$ (p>0.05). 2. The $\overline{1}$ MP angle decreased with a mean value of $0.14^{\circ} at immediate post-operation and with a mean value of $1.28^{\circ} during intermaxillary fixation period but there were not significant difference(p>0.05). 3. There were not significant difference in magnitude of dental position changes between screw fixation group and plate fixation group(p>0.05). 4. Gonial angle increased with a mean value of $0.62^{\circ} during intermaxillary fixation period. Each group showed changes of gonial angle during intermaxillary fixation period but there were not significant difference(p>0.05).

악교정 수술후 하악 근원심 골편의 위치 변화와 안정성에 관한 연구 (A STUDY OF THE CHANGE OF MANDIBLE POSITION AND THE STABILITY AFTER ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the patterns of skeletal changes of proximal and distal segments after one jaw surgery and two jaw surgery with posterior impaction using SSRO on mandible in order to determine the skeletal origin of relapse and compare the stability of surgical methods in anterior open bite. The points and lines from lateral cephalometrics were measured before, after surgery, and at least 6-month follow up period. And then, the positional change of the proximal and distal segment were evaluated respectively. The results obtained were as follows; In cases of two jaw surgery, the results were stabler because they had less relapse factors. In cases of one jaw surgery, the value of APD were increased but it didn't relapse to the original value. Both of proximal and distal segments were responsible for the relapse tendency. But in one jaw surgery, the rotation of proximal segment was more responsible, and in two jaw surgery, the rotation of distal segment was.

The Possibility of TBC1D21 as a Candidate Gene for Teat Numbers in Pigs

  • Based on a quantitative traits locus (QTL) study using a $F_2$ intercross between Landrace and Korean native pigs, a significant QTL affecting teat numbers in SSC7 was identified. The strong positional candidate gene, TBC1D21, was selected due to its biological function for epithelial mesenchymal cell development. Sequence analysis revealed six single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the TBC1D21 gene. Among these, two SNP markers, one silent mutation (SNP01) for g.13,050A>G and one missense mutation (SNP04) for c.829A>T (S277C), were genotyped and they showed significant associations with teat number traits (p value = 6.38E-05 for SNP01 and p value = 1.06E-07 for SNP04 with total teat numbers). Further functional validation of these SNPs could give valuable information for understanding the teat number variation in pigs.

박용(舶用) 중속(中速) 디젤엔진 피스톤의 형상최적설계(形狀最適設計) (The Shape Optimal Design of Marine Medium Speed Diesel Engine Piston)

  • Polynomial is used to optimize crown bowl shape of a marine medium speed diesel engine piston. The primary goal of this paper is that it's for an original design through a thermal stress and highest temperature minimum. Piston is modeled using solid element with 6 design variables defined the positional coordinate value. Global optimum of design variables are found and evaluated as developed and integrated with the optimum algorithm combining genetic algorithm(GA) and tabu search(TS). Iteration for optimization is performed based on the result of finite element analysis. After optimization, thermal stress and highest temperature reduced 0.68% and 1.42% more than initial geometry.

Stepping motor controlling apparatus

  • Stepping motor normally operates without feedback and may loss the synchronization. This problem can be prevented by using positional feedback. This paper introduces one method for closed loop control of stepping motor and a method for combining full-step control and micro-step control. This combination controlling apparatus can perform position control with high accuracy in a high speed, so that it will not suffer from vibration (or hunting) problem when stopping motor. Controlling apparatus contains a position counter block for detecting rotor position of stepping motor, a driving block for supplying current to windings of stepping motor, a control block for comparing output signal of position counter block with command position (desired position) and outputting current command signal based on deviation between current position and command position of rotor. To output current command signal, the control block refers to a sine wave data table. This table contains value of duty cycle of Pulse Width Modulation signal. As the second object of this paper, the process of building this data table is also presented.

주행특성지수를 이용한 차량 주행상태 판별 (Determination of Driving States using the Driving Characteristics Index)

  • This paper proposes a method to determine vehicle driving state using the driving characteristics index. This index is a quantitative value to classify the driving state of a vehicle with its velocity and heading angle in that instant. It can classify driving state into straight driving, lane changing driving and curve driving in real time. In addition, the number of positional information is movably set up by designed region of interest. The proposed index is expressed on the stable driving states. Each driving state has characteristic tendency, and is compared with index distributional areas. The proposed method is verified by the actual driving experiment on the KATECH proving ground.

  • This paper is aimed to construct a CIM(Computer Intergrated Manufacturing) model through optimal flexible manufacturing systems for factory automation in order to provide higher productivity. This paper provides a ease through an analytical method to construct flexible manufacturing systems for factory automation. The contents of this paper include forecasting of demands which analyze variation of demand using Winter's model, line balancing utilizing Lanked Positional Weight Method, and a case analysis through simulation by Monte Carlor Method. The result shows the manpower and net present value of investment have decreased 42% and 19.6%, respectively, and yearly net profit has increased 30%.

Design of gCRM system integrated with LBS

  • The success of gCRM depends on the availability of adequate, real-time data about customers' location and the provision of diverse value-added services utilizing it. In the existing gCRM systems, however, it seems that the positional precision of customers' location is very low, and further that the services based on real-time location data are not provided. In order to overcome these weaknesses and extend the limited scope of gCRM, we suggest a new design of gCRM system integrated with LBS. We also describe in some detail the system prototype for such an integration.
