  • This paper is to develop replacement models under minimal repair with exponential polynomial wavelet failure rate function. Wavelets have good time-frequency localization, fast algorithms and parsimonious representation. Also this study is presented along with numerical examples using sensitivity analysis for exponential polynomial trigonometric failure rate function.

  • We study the neural network approximation to a function in $C^1$[0, 1] and its derivative. In [3], we used even trigonometric polynomials in order to get an approximation order to a function in $L_p$ space. In this paper, we show the simultaneous approximation order to a function in $C^1$[0, 1] using a Bernstein polynomial and a feedforward neural network. Our proofs are constructive.

  • The least squares cross validated bandwidth is the mini-mizer of the corss validation function for choosing the smooth parame-ter of a kernel density estimator. It is a completely automatic method but it requires inordinate amounts of computational time. We present a convenient formula for calculation of the cross validation function when the kernel function is a symmetric polynomial with finite sup-port. Also we suggest an algorithm for finding global minima of the crass validation function.

  • This type of polynomial is a generating function that substitutes eλt for et in the denominator of the generating function for the Bernoulli polynomial, but polynomials by using this generating function has interesting properties involving the location of the roots. We define these generation functions and observe the properties of the generation functions.

  • There exist several forms of transfer function descriptions for multivariable LTI systems. We treat transfer function matrix with characteristic polynomial as its common denominator named Characteristic Transfer-function Matrices (CTM). First, we clarify necessary and sufficient conditions of CTM, then, we show some related lemmas. These interpretations not only offer deeper explanations but they also provide ways for calculations of all possible transfer matrices, system zeros, and inverse polynomial matrices.

  • In this present work, we obtain certain coefficients of the subclass 𝓗λ,𝛄(s, b, n) of non-Bazilević functions and estimate the relevant connection to the famous classical Fekete-Szegö inequality of functions belonging to this class.

  • In the paper we establish some new results depending on the comparative growth properties of composite entire and meromorphic functions using relative $_pL^*$-order, relative $_pL^*$-lower order and differential monomials, differential polynomials generated by one of the factors.

  • The terrain is classified by the parameters-gradient, curuature, bump frequency and the ratio of the surface area to the corresponding planar area- that indicate the quantitative measurement of the terrain roughness, and the terrain is fitted to the polynomial function. According to the terrain roughness, the flat terrain, the gently undulating terrain, the rough terrain are classified The flat terrain, the gently undulating terrain and the rough terrain are fitted to the plane function, the 3th or 5th polynomial function and the 5th polynomial function, respectively.
