According to the social learning theory, leader' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a predisposing factor for follower' OCB, because they acknowledge and imitate leader as a desirable example of behaviors for organizational and individual success. We investigate social learning effect of leader OCB on follower OCB and examine the moderating role of political skill in the mediated relationship between leaders OCB and follower OCB (with followers' affective organizational commitment as the mediator). We find that follower's affective organizational commitment may mediate the relationship between leader OCB and follower OCB. Furthermore, we find that follower with high political skill may focus on the instrumental value of OCB. Political skill moderates the relationship between follower' affective organizational commitment and follower OCB. Data from 325 leader-follower dyads support the hypothesis. Theoretical and practical implications of these findings are also discussed.

본 연구는 동료 조직정치지각이 동료지향 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향력과 양자 관계에서 정치적 기술의 조절효과를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 제주지역에 소재하고 있는 공 사기업 종사자 375명으로부터 획득된 자료를 활용하였다. 분석결과, 동료 조직정치지각은 동료지향 조직시민행동에 영향력이 없는 것으로 확인되었으나, 이직의도를 촉진하는 원인이 되는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 동료 조직정치지각과 동료지향 조직시민행동의 관계는 정치적 기술의 조절효과가 유의하지 않으나, 동료 조직정치지각과 이직의도의 관계는 정치적 기술에 의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 기존 조직정치지각 연구에서 조직정치와 조직시민행동 변인과의 일관적이지 못한 연구결과가 조직정치지각 대상에 따른 차이로 인한 것임을 의미하며, 조직정치지각 연구에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 또한 동료 조직정치지각과 이직의도 관계에서 정치적 기술이 양자관계를 조절하는 것으로 확인되어 정치적 기술 관련 연구에 있어 연구범위 확대에 기여하고 있다.

본 연구는 부서원이 지각하는 부서장의 주도적 성격과 상향 영향력간 관계에 있어서 부서원이 지각하는 부서장의 정치적 기술의 4가지 하위차원의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 동일방법 오류를 방지하기 위하여 자료 수집의 원천을 달리하였다. 연구결과, 첫째 부서원이 지각하는 부서장의 주도적 성격은 부서원이 지각하는 부서장의 정치적 기술의 4가지 차원과 부서장의 상향 영향력에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 부서장의 주도적 성격과 상향 영향력 간 관계에 있어서 사회적 통찰력과 대인관계 영향력은 부분 매개효과를 나타냈으며, 외형적 진실성은 완전 매개효과를 나타냈다. 반면, 네트워킹 능력은 매개효과를 나타내지 않았다. 즉, 부서장의 주도적 성격은 네트워킹 능력을 경로로 해서는 상향 영향력에 긍정적 영향을 주지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 학문적 및 실무적 시사점을 도출하였고, 연구 한계 및 향후 연구방향 등에 대해서 제시하였다.

Youth leadership development is crucial domain of youth development. The study was to analyze the influences of youth community participation and organizational engagements on youth leadership development. Community participation of youth was categorized fours factors; service activity, school engagement, conversation participation and political activity. The survey was employed by rural students in Daegu and KoungBuk area. Major findings of the study were as followed; First rural students' community participation of eup-myoun area were higher than that of outside area. Second, rural students' participating community organization of eup-myoun area were higher than that of outside area. Third, youth leadership skill was positively influenced by students school engagement. The study showed that youth leadership is positively influenced by community participation of rural students. The study suggested that rural youth should encourage to participate community organization and community activities for developing youth leadership skill.

This paper introduces a politico-economic model with a welfare state and immigration. In this model, policies on taxes and immigration are determined through a plurality voting system. While many studies of fiscal implications of immigration argue that relaxing immigration policies can substitute for tax reforms in an aging economy, I show that the democratic voting procedure can dampen the effect of relaxing immigration policies as desired policy reforms are not always implemented by the winner of an election. This political economy results in three types of social welfare losses. First, the skill composition is not balanced at a socially efficient level because workers are motivated to maximize their wages. Second, older retirees implement excessive taxes to maximize the size of the welfare state. Third, the volume of immigration is lower than the optimal level given the incentive by young workers to regain political power in the future.

본 연구는 중소 벤처기업 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 기업가를 대상으로 정치적 기술, 사회적 네트워크 그리고 기업가적 성과가 어떤 영향관계를 갖는지 고찰한 연구다. 연구결과 기업가의 정치적 기술은 사회적 네트워크와 기업가적 성과에 유의하고도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사회적 네트워크는 일부 하위 요소만 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 약한 유대의 네트워크 원천은 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타나서 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 결과는 중소 벤처기업 기업가를 대상으로 역량과 성과의 관계를 고찰했다는 점, 그리고 기업가의 정치적 기술과 기업가적 성과 사이에서 작용하는 사회적 네트워크의 매개역할을 구체적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 크다. 또한 정치적 기술이라는 구체적이고도 새로운 선행변수의 도입과 사회적 네트워크의 역할 수립이라는 점, 성과의 전(前)단계에 해당하는 기업가 역량 개발에 관한 실제적인 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 이론적 실무적 공헌이 크다.

The purpose of this study was to make valuable suggestions for improving environmental education(EE) teaching materials. For the purpose of this study, we analyzed four secondary school EE textbooks in the perspective of environmental literacy components. The findings of this study are as follows: (1) As a whole, the EE textbooks tend to focus the understanding environmental knowledge much more than environmental activities. (2) In 'main text' domain of EE textbooks, environmental information, including environmental issue knowledge, is much more focused than environmental attitudes and behavior, including socio-political and environmental issue knowledge. (3) In 'graphic data' domain, environmental information about environmental issue knowledge was most prevalent. (4) Most learning activities focus on 'issue skill' component, rather than 'attitude' and 'action' component. (5) The objectives of EE in the 7th national Curriculum were not explicitly embedded in textbooks and too much is inclined toward 'knowledge' and 'skill'. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop 'module-type' EE textbooks to enable integrative EE. Also, it is suggested to develop specific strategies for linking environmental knowledge and attitude/behavior.

This article is concerned to investigate the changing nature of the role of the state in relation to industrial policy to foster the IT industry in the Republic of Korea. In doing this, it has started with economic globalization introduced to the Korean political economy since the late 1980s. It has identified in what ways the state responded to the change, and to what extent the role of the state has fundamentally been changed in the context of policy mechanism in the process towards facilitating the IT industry in Korea. In addition, it presented how the state played a role in skill formation in relation to the industrial policy. In consequence, the role of the Korean state in fostering the IT industry has fundamentally changed from that as the developmental state in the industrialization process. In the process, that the strategic co-ordination role of the state and relations between the state and private capitals and societies are very significant to achieve the economic goal is presented as results, as well as some future tensions that would encounter in the way of charting the current policies.

본 연구는 중소 벤처기업들의 태생적 약점을 극복하게 해 주는 것으로 알려진 사회적 네트워크와 그 원천인 정치적 기술 간의 관계구조를 실증 고찰한 연구이다. 211명의 벤처기업가 응답을 근거로 한 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과, 첫째 네트워킹 능력은 사회적 네트워크의 약한 유대(${\beta}$=.527, C.R.=3.626), 강한 유대(${\beta}$=.594, C.R.=3.969), 네트워크 중심성(${\beta}$=.418, C.R.=4.884)에 모두 유의하고 강한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 사회적 통찰력 역시 약한 유대(${\beta}$=.192, C.R.=1.701), 강한 유대 (${\beta}$=.269, C.R.=2.509) 그리고 네트워크 중심성(${\beta}$=.228, p=2.283)에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째 대인관계 영향력은 강한 유대(${\beta}$=-.264, C.R.=-1.862)와 네트워크 중심성(${\beta}$=-.394, C.R.=-2.914)에만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 부호의 방향이 (-)인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 외형적 진실성은 사회적 네트워크의 하부요인들에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 사회적 네트워크와 사회적 역량의 관계를 실증 분석했다는 점 외에 중소 벤처기업 기업가들에게 그들의 태생적 한계 극복을 위한 실제적인 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 사회적 역량의 구체적 실체인 정치적 기술 개념을 제안하고 실증분석 함으로써, 기업가적 역량 구축에 관심을 둔 향후 연구들의 이론적 토대를 제공했다는 점에 큰 의의가 있다.
