  • Intranet system for use within an organization, usually a corporation, is to basically pass through user authentication, but information can be leaked, modified, and deleted by malevolent users who disguise an authorized user or due to user's mistakes in using various functions of web browser. Thus, there is a need for measures to protect the information from illegal use, transformation through partial modification, and illegal leakage such as fraudulent use. This paper presents a flexible Web Security Access Control system based ACM which Provide efficient suity Policy to Protect information in intranet. This Web Security Access Control system not only enhances security by Performing encryption/decryption of information in intranet but also, for sharing confidential information among departments, performs effective and useful access control by assigning different authority to the secured web page. And, by controlling the functions of client PC in various ways, information leakage on malicious purpose or by mistake can be prevented.

Validation of an HPLC Analytical Method for Determination of Biogenic Amines in Agricultural Products and Monitoring of Biogenic Amines in Korean Fermented Agricultural Products

  • An HPLC analytical method was validated for the quantitative determination of biogenic amines in agricultural products. Four agricultural foods, including apple juice, Juk, corn oil and peanut butter, were selected as food matrices based on their water and fat contents (i.e., non-fatty liquid, non-fatty solid, fatty liquid and fatty solid, respectively). The precision, accuracy, recovery, limit of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) were determined to test the validity of an HPLC procedure for the determination of biogenic amines, including tryptamine, ${\beta}$-phenylethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, spermidine and spermine, in each matrix. The LODs and LOQs for the biogenic amines were within the range of 0.01~0.10 mg/kg and 0.02~0.31 mg/kg, respectively. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of intraday for biogenic amine concentrations ranged from 1.86 to 5.95%, whereas the RSD of interday ranged from 2.08 to 5.96%. Of the matrices spiked with biogenic amines, corn oil with tyramine and Juk with putrescine exhibited the least accuracy of 84.85% and recovery rate of 89.63%, respectively, at the lowest concentration (10 mg/kg). Therefore, the validation results fulfilled AOAC criteria and recommendations. Subsequently, the method was applied to the analysis of biogenic amines in fermented agricultural products for a total dietary survey in Korea. Although the results revealed that Korean traditional soy sauce and Doenjang contained relatively high levels of histamine, the amounts are of no concern if these fermented agricultural products serve as condiments.

  • The analysis of the tourist industry in relation to the general industries is of high use as a means to measure an economic effectiveness as the interest in the policy of service industry increases. From the Input-Output Tables of both 2007 and 2008, Inverse Matrix Coefficients, Imports Requirement Coefficients, and Value Added Requirement Coefficients have been derived. As a result of analysis, the main indexes of the industry-related analysis have almost no differences as compared with those of the 1980s. In spite of the reduction in the scope of the tourist industry in this paper, it is estimated that the reason why the above-mentioned result has been derived is that the influence of today's tourist industry grows bigger than that of the past. In the future studies, the agreement on the classification of tourist industry is requested. In addition, all kinds of calculations have to be derived in general, and the general parts of the tourist industry have to be analyzed in details.

Assessment of Changed Input Modules with SMOKE Model (SMOKE 모델의 입력 모듈 변경에 따른 영향 분석)

  • Emission input modules was developed to produce emission input data and change some profiles for Sparse Matrix Operator Kernel Emissions (SMOKE) using Clean Air Policy Support System (CAPSS)'s activities and previous studies. Specially, this study was focused to improve chemical speciation and temporal allocation profiles of SMOKE. At first, SCC cord mapping was done. 579 SCC cords of CAPSS were matched with EPA's one. Temporal allocation profiles were changed using CAPSS monthly activities. And Chemical speciation profiles were substituted using Kang et al. (2000) and Lee et al. (2005) studies and Kim et al. (2005) study. Simulation in Seoul Metropolitan Area (Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi) using MM5, SMOKE and CMAQ modeling system was done for effect analysis of changed input modules of SMOKE. Emission model results adjusted with new input modules were slightly changed as compared to using EPA's default modules. SMOKE outputs shows that aldehyde emissions were decreased 4.78% after changing chemical profiles, increased 0.85% after implementing new temporal profiles. Toluene emissions were decreased 18.56% by changing chemical speciation profiles, increased 0.67% by replacing temporal profiles as well. Simulated results of air quality were also slightly elevated by using new input modules. Continuous accumulation of domestic data and studies to develop input system for air quality modeling would produce more improved results of air quality prediction.

  • Container port development in Korea seems to be based on the policy of balanced regional development rather than demand and supply theory. The problem of overcapacity and low utilization faced by several ports such as Kwangyang, Ulsan New Port and Phohang Youngil New Port can back up this. Furthermore as some ports are located closely sharing the same domestic hinterland the revitalization of the ports is not easy resulting in wasting resources with both regional and national aspect. This study, therefore, aims at providing an empirical results for the container port classification of the 5 ports such as Busan, Kwangyang, Incheon, Pyeongtaek and Ulsan. For this several time series data for the ports such as transshipment containers, import and export containers, origin and destination countries, and local origin and destination are analysed. Based on the results of the analysis the 5 container ports are classified together with their practical roles, and the functional overlap of the port including Phohang was analysed.

  • Multivariate analysis is a rapidly expanding approach to data analysis. One specific technique in multivariate analysis is Principal Component Analysis (PCA). PCA is a statistical technique that linearly transform a given set of variables into a new set of composite variables. These new variables are orthogonal to each other and capture most of the information in the original variables. PCA is used to reduce the number of control points to be checked by measurement system. Therefore, the structure of the data set is simplified significantly It is also shown that eigenvectors obtained by conducting principal component analysis on the basis of the covariance matrix can be used to physically interpret the pattern of relative deformation for the points. This case study reveals the twisting deformation pattern of the underbody which is the largest mode of the total variation.

  • This Study aimed to construction the plan of the statistics for national greenhouse gas inventories of international standards. Currently, the statistics of the greenhouse gas inventories of South Korea, has a problem that is not able to build the changed information. In previous studies, it has been limited to the construction of the information within each category. In order to solve these problems, targeting Gyeonggi province, we analyzed the land use change by utilizing the various information such as satellite images, KLIS, UPIS. As a result, we suggested the following implementation, classification system of LULUCF category, improvement of accuracy by utilizing satellite images of high resolution, additional research for methodology. Based on these contents, we suggested the construction plan of the statistics for national greenhouse gas inventories(LULUCF sector). Frist, it is necessary to construct of land use change informations for the past 20 years, Then, it need to create the matrix of land use change by utilizing satellite images and various land information systems.

A study on primary school teachers' needs of Online After-School management (온라인 방과후학교 프로그램 도입에 대한 수도권과 비수도권 간 인식차이 분석: 초등학교 교사들의 인식을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the different needs between the after-school programs of elementary schools in metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas to understand the areas that need addressing to meet with the requisites of the programs. To this end, this study conducted a survey among teachers with experience in after-school management (n=233), and the needs and performance recognized by teachers were analyzed in the IPA model matrix. To sum up the results, 'Online educational infrastructure', 'Efficient administrative operation', and 'Supply of professional after-school instructors' were identified as the prior needs in metropolitan area. On the other hand, non-metropolitan area, 'Supply of professional after-school instructors', 'Quality educational contents', and 'Online educational infrastructure' were identified as the prior requisites to be addressed. Based on research findings, the study suggested implications in developing and implementing related policies. Research findings will be expected to refer as baseline data for activating after-school online program operations and improving its programs to meet with the different needs of regions.

Analysis of the abstracts of research articles in food related to climate change using a text-mining algorithm (텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 기후변화관련 식품분야 논문초록 분석)

  • Research articles in food related to climate change were analyzed by implementing a text-mining algorithm, which is one of nonstructural data analysis tools in big data analysis with a focus on frequencies of terms appearing in the abstracts. As a first step, a term-document matrix was established, followed by implementing a hierarchical clustering algorithm based on dissimilarities among the selected terms and expertise in the field to classify the documents under consideration into a few labeled groups. Through this research, we were able to find out important topics appearing in the field of food related to climate change and their trends over past years. It is expected that the results of the article can be utilized for future research to make systematic responses and adaptation to climate change.

Developing Forest Recreation Forecasting Model Using Panel Date (패널자료를 이용한 산림휴양의 장기수급예측 모형의 개발)

  • This study tried to develop a model which can predict a long-term of forest recreation quantity corresponded with econometrics. Simultaneously this study was conducted with the aim of development of practical matrix which is able to apply forest recreation management with policy-control variables about forest supplement with some problem of former study using only a cross-section analysis. As the results of analyses, forest recreation quantity is affected (-) relation by distance, (+) relation by population of the origin area, the size of forest, and a destination's annual social expenditure. In addition, the distance variable is elastic, however, the other variables are inelastic. This results might correspond to a general gravity model theory about forest recreation quantity.
