갈수록 심각해져가는 보안위협 속에 많은 기관들은 다양한 정보보호시스템을 구축하고, 이를 통합하는 통합보안관리시스템을 운영하고 있다. 이러한 통합보안관리시스템은 이기종간 보안로그를 상호연관분석 할 수 있는 기능을 다양한 방법을 통해 제공하고 있다. 이러한 다양한 상호연관분석 방법 중 다단계 상호연관분석 방법을 이용한 통합보안관리시스템에서 내부자원이 악성코드에 악용되는 걸 사전에 탐지할 수 있는 상호연관분석 정책을 제안한다.

운영체제는 여러 가지 프로세스 스케줄링 기법을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 오픈 소스운영체제인 Linux에서 fairness에 중점을 둔 스케줄링 기법을 설계 및 구현하여 프로세스들간의 priority inversion과 starvation을 해결하는 방법을 제안한다.

월간공정보고는 건설공사를 수행하는 동안 공종별로 매월 공사의 진척사항과 집행금액을 계획대비실적으로 파악하는데 필요한 정보를 포함하고 있는 문서이다. 본 연구는 정해진 구성항목과 속성에 따라 공정보고 내용을 디지털화할 수 있도록 월간공정보고에 대한 정보표준안을 마련하였다. 공정보고 업무의 효율화를 위해 정보표준안을 기초로 한 공정보고시스템 개발과 함께 현장 적용성 검토를 위한 시범 적용과 사용자 만족도를 실시하였다.

Recently, Internet solution market is focused on competition in Electronic Commerce (EC) rather than necessity and effectiveness of EC. In this paper, we propose a policy-oriented matching agent system that makes EC market active. We can pursue diverse promotion since policies are objects, and we can formulate, carry out, pursue, and evaluated a policy consistently on the proposed solution since our solution is integrated into merits of rule-based system and operation space (release post). There are three important points of the implementation. It is component-based structure that fits to be a basic platform for EC. It is connected with other system easily, so it can help marketing. XML is the most common tool for data processing and data transmission in web applications. Policies are extensively used in all online business solutions and it is recognized that abinary decision such as 'yes/no' for access requests is not enough. In this paper, a method is developed to convert policy rules with provisions and obligations in logic formula formats into XML formats. The primary purpose is to enable security policy programmers to write flexible authorization policies in XML and to implement them easily. General syntaxes are defined to specify information for users, objects and actions in XML formats and an XML DTD is developed to specify authorization rules with these three components. To support various security features such as data transcoding and non-repudiation depending on data in addition to access control based on authorization policies, studies for specifying them in XML policy rules will be performed in the future.

Built-out issue of copper processing appearing recently in the Paldang watershed is a critical problem to deteriorate the basic framework of national water management policy as well as to be simply a copper-related problem. Up to now, Korea government has invested hard and relevant upstream areas have been victimized readily in a variety of field to comply its goal of 'Safe Water Supply'. Because of the reason, the desirable water quality level of the Paldang watershed has been maintained regardless of its dense population. Paldang drinking water management policy is based on residents' understanding which is considered as a 'social capital'. The issue raised in the aspect of water quality management policy should be reviewed on the basis of the 'social capital' concept. One regarding semiconductor industry as a potential industry to export many products in 10 years insists that the industry not be a simple private business but be a prominent part for national competitiveness. There is no doubt about this opinion. However, a nation should support environmental right-to-life of its people prior to any other tasks. In other words, it is really risky to give up people's right due to economic benefits. Therefore, it should not happen to trade 'life', the dignity of man, with national competitiveness which is likely to be preferred in these days. In addition, coherent policy not to destroy 'social capital' promoting Paldang drinking water resource management policy should be maintained.

This study analyzed the relationship between the sense of community, organizational commitment, and business performance among farmers participating in the agricultural products processing center. As a result, the farmer's sense of community at the agricultural products processing center had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and the farmer's sense of community had a positive effect on business performance. In this regard, efforts should be made to systematically manage and sustain the future of formal, formal and informal activities of the agricultural products processing center. In addition, in order for the community formed at the agricultural products processing center to continue to grow, it is necessary to take the approach of improving the competence of personnel, organizing work, developing professional programs, and forming related networks. In addition, the organization formed through the agricultural products processing center should be grown as a farmer's organization of processing base so that it can be linked with the activation policy such as food plan and local food.

Purpose - This dissertation is based on previous research, and analyzes processing trade, which constitutes a major section of foreign trade in Shandong Province. Research design, data, and methodology - The study uses the survey data on polarization, which is a vital index reflecting the unbalanced growth of regional economic development. The article introduces the processing trade polarization index, and the processing trade polarization fluctuation rate, to predict the geographical polarization posture and development trends in Shandong Province. Results -The development of processing trade in Shandong Province shows the level of gradient from east to west. The first-line growth pole has been formed and developed, and the initial formation of the diffusion mechanism has taken place. However, coordination problems in accompanying regional development have become increasingly prominent. Conclusions - This study focuses on the development of processing trade strategy and suggests overall coordination of development objectives, using non-balanced development goals. According to regional characteristics and development objectives of the processing trade in Shandong Province, the region around the city is divided into innovation diffusion region, enhanced growth areas, areas expected to undertake development, and areas to upgrade in four levels, given the different policy proposals.
