오늘날 디지털 정보기술의 발달로 정보관리와 활용에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 효과적인 정보관리와 정보 활용방안에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 본 논문은 웹 서버에 의해 자동으로 수집되는 로그 파일로부터 고객 가치 판단 기준을 고객의 행동 기반에 두고 고객을 분류하여 과학정보포털 서비스를 이용하는 이용자의 각 분류군에 해당하는 정보와 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있는 통합 모형을 제안하였다. 고객관리 측면에서 본 논문은 정보 서비스를 제공하는 웹사이트의 기존고객을 분류하여 패턴을 분석함으로써 고객 위주의 사이트 운영정책과 동적 인터페이스를 제공하기 위한 웹사이트 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 고객의 지속적인 관리와 각 고객 분류군별에 맞는 서비스를 제공하고 고객의 관리에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Oriental medicine statistics are essential in research planning, research evaluation, and policy decision based on objective data. However, integrated administration of such statistics is not presently possible in the oriental medicine field, which has been slow in incorporating information communication technology. In an effort to address this problem, the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine (KIOM) developed an oriental medicine statistical system in 2009, and the system has been offered in the traditional medicine information portal of OASIS. However, according to a 2010 survey targeting OASIS users, those surveys reported that needs for a system where various statistical data can be extracted via an interactive approach to multidimensional data. As a result of an analysis of the functions of the existing system, it was found that it is necessary to array and arithmetically analyze Stats Value, Drill Up & Drill Down, and Pivot. To this end, the existing DB schema should be redesigned. Based on our analysis result, we redesigned the database into a structure that is applicable to the reverse pivot algorithm. We used J2EE/JSP and a Flex framework to design and develop an oriental medicine statistical system that can provide multidimensional statistical data. Considering that the improved oriental medicine statistical system is planned to be offered by OASIS of KIOM, utilization and value of oriental medicine statistical data are expected to be enhanced.

최근 몇 년 사이에는 정보공개청구뿐만 아니라 청구 이전의 적극적 공유를 강화하는 정부2.0이 정부운영방식의 새로운 패러다임으로 자리잡고 있다. 우리나라도 이에 발맞춰 정부3.0 정책을 추진하면서 정보공개와 공유가 더욱 강화 확산되고 있는 추세다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정부3.0 시대의 원활한 공공정보 활용을 위해 역할과 책임이 더욱 확대되고 있는 정보공개시스템을 살피고, 시스템을 통해 공개되는 공개정보의 이용가능성을 이용자 중심의 시각에서 분석하고자 한다. 정보공개시스템은 공공데이터를 포함한 모든 공적 정보의 개방과 활용에 있어 가장 기초가 되는 창구다. 더구나, 박근혜정부가 내세우고 있는 정부3.0 추진 과제의 주요 내용인 정보공개 강화, 결재문서 즉시 공개, 공공정보 접근 확대 등은 정보공개시스템을 통해 이루어져야 하는 것들이다. 정보공개에 대한 확대되는 요구에 정보공개시스템의 중요성은 날로 무거워지고 있다. 기존의 단순한 정보공개청구의 온라인 창구 역할을 넘어 원문정보 공유의 장으로, 나아가 정부3.0의 실질적 구현 공간으로의 비전을 담아내고 있다. 하지만 현재 정보공개시스템은 미래적 발전 전망은커녕 2006년 출범과 함께 제기되었던 문제들을 여전히 해결하고 있지 못하고 있는 형편이다. 이에 본 연구는 시스템 유지 및 보수와 이용자 편의성이라는 측면에서 정보공개시스템의 문제점을 분석하였다.

정보보호 공시제도는 이해관계자 보호 및 알권리를 보장하고, 기업의 자발적인 정보보호 투자를 촉진하기 위하여 2016년부터 시행된 제도이다. 정보보호 공시제도(ISDS)에 대해서는 해당 제도의 시행을 촉구하는 연구들이 있었으나, 제도 시행 후에 공시된 내용을 분석하거나 개선방향을 제시하는 연구는 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호 산업진흥포털에 2020년까지 공시되었던 정보보호공시의 내용을 분석하여 그 현황을 정리하고, 제도의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 공시제도를 통해 정보보호 관련 정보를 공개한 기업들에서 전담인력을 늘리는 경우가 있었으며, 정보보호 관련 인증을 취득하기도 했음을 알 수 있었지만, 투자의 증/감에는 영향을 발견하지 못했다. 현재의 공시제도는 개별 기업들이 공시를 해야하는 유인을 주는 데 어려움을 가지고 있기 때문에 활성화되지 못하고 있고, 이로 인하여 제도의 취지였던 기업의 정보보호 위험을 이해관계자들에게 공개하는 것이나 기업의 정보보호 투자를 활성화하는 것을 달성하지 못하고 있다. 현재 의무화되어 활성화되고 있는 정보보호 관리체계 인증제도(ISMS)에 포함하여 활성화하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 현재의 공시제도에서 기업의 이해관계자나 고객이 공시의 내용을 확인하는 것이 어렵기 때문에 이를 보다 인지하기 쉽도록 하는 방안으로 개인정보 처리방침 또는 개인정보 이용내역 통지의 내용에 포함하는 방법을 제시하였다.

Considering innovation a key to raising living standards, the Ministry of Science and Technology has put in place various measures meeting the needs of the newly promoted Deputy Prime Minister of Science and Technology. Such measures include business process reengineering as streamlining the work process to achieve the improvement in quality and efficiency: building the integrated performance management system to promote performance-or tented environment; and running the 1ifelong learning system for better competitiveness of government officials. Further to the innovation efforts at work, the number of steps of the R&D budget execution is streamlined from eight to five and its payment period is considerably reduced to 15 days from 60 days. In addition, the digitalized R&D budget management systems such as e-Contract System, One-click Processing Monitoring System, and Information Service System through Short Message Service (SMS) will contribute to improving R&D performance. And these systems are efficiently integrated into a portal interface named "Yeon-gu-ma-ru." The Ministry of Science and Technology, spearheading nationwide innovation, will continue efforts to make viable achievements of innovation.

공공데이터포털에서는 공공기관이 보유한 데이터를 취합하여 관련 법에 따라 개방과 공유하고 있는데 최근 4차 산업혁명의 활성화와 함께 우리 사회의 모든 분야에서 고품질 데이터를 요구하고 있으나 산업계에서 요구하는 수준에는 데이터는 양과 질에 있어 미치지 못하여 크게 활용되지 못하고 있다. 현실세계에서 수집된 수많은 데이터는 사이버물리공간 상에 구현하여 현실에서의 문제를 시뮬레이션함으로써 각종 사회 현안에 대한 대안을 찾을 수 있으나 현재 공공데이터는 공간정보화되어 있지 않고 제공방식에 있어서도 단순하게 범주별로 나열식으로 제공되고 있어 한계가 있다. 위치지능화는 기존 데이터를 공간상에 표현할 수 있게 하여 융복합을 통해 새로운 가치 창출이 가능케하는 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 공공데이터의 위치지능화 방안을 제시하기 위해 공공데이터 포털을 대상으로 데이터별 위치정보 보유현황을 조사하였고, 그 결과 조사 대상 데이터의 약 60%가 위치정보를 보유하고 있었으며 대표적인 유형은 주소인 것으로 나타났다. 이에 주소를 기준으로 한 공공데이터 위치지능화 방안과 활용방안을 제시함으로써 공공데이터가 미래 사회 데이터 기반 산업 창출과 정책 수립시 제역할을 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

In the field of environmental landscape architecture, the internet medium is used as an effective communication tool not only in the private level but also in the policy level. Recently, the active utilization of mobile web service is emphasized as the time changes, but there is not much improvement or advance in services due to lack of relevant studies. Therefore, this study is intended to provide basic data needed for improvement and advance by researching the quality of mobile web service among multichannel services provided in environmental landscape architecture related internet media. The model for measuring service quality is SERVQUAL, which was verified in the study of Choi(2015), Choi and Koo(2016), and the final valid samples are total 230. First, the subjects were analyzed as the representative media that are possible to acquire comprehensive knowledge related to environmental landscape architecture. Second, the highest importance level in each subsection was 'protection and security maintenance of customer information' followed by 'Reliability about accurate information supply'. Regarding performance level, 'Reliability about accurate information supply' and 'professional knowledge to communicate with users' are highly evaluated. Third, regarding Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA), the first priority management should is 'Tangibles', and the next are 'Responsibility' and 'Empathy'. The ones for maintenance of the status quo are 'Reliability' and 'Assurance', and there is none for effort reduction. Meanwhile, regarding the importance of each factor and difference in the quality of PC web service and mobile web service studied before, the biggest difference is in 'Tangibles', followed by 'Assurance', 'Empathy', 'Responsibility' and 'Reliability'. It is suggested that the revitalization of Landscape information science(LB1106) presented in the National Science&Technology Standard Classification System is needed. In the future, it is necessary to research the change trend on users' response through continuous evaluation of improved mobile web service.

Trade Portal Site(TPS) is one of the innovative skills which makes it possible for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) to manage international trade activities more efficiently by using the newest information and telecommunication technology. Based on performance and an existing research related to using information technology, this research analyzed the user's degree of utilization of TPSs which moderates effects between SMEs characteristics and export performance of SMEs. According to the results of the empirical study on actual data of 194 sample firms by using moderated regression analysis, there are significant only organizational characteristics among determinants(such as organizational characteristics, export characteristics) as the degree of utilization of TPSs. These research results provide many useful insights to the CEOs of SMEs using the services of TPSs, e-Trade system developers, and government policy makers. First, CEOs and managers of SMEs should have thorough understanding of the importance of the new information technology and e-Trade and positively adopt new e-Trade solutions and systems to their export processes to enhance global competitiveness. Second, TPS managers and e-Trade systems developers must concentrate on improving the user's degree of utilization of TPSs. Finally, the government agency should develop the various e-Trade promotion policies to support the efforts of SMEs organizational characteristics and TPS to increase the degree of utilization of TPS, which have positive effects on the export performance of SMEs.

국내의 공동주택은 1980년대 후반에 시행된 주택공급정책으로 급속히 증가하였으나, 물량적 보급에만 치중하고 품질관리측면에서는 상대적으로 소홀히 하여 다양하고 많은 하자가 발생하게 되었다. 그리고 다양하고 많은 하자 발생에 따른 분쟁이 점점 부각되고 있으며, 다양한 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 공동주택 하자 관련 연구들이 지속적으로 수행되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 키워드 네트워크 분석 방법론을 활용하여 오랜 기간 축적된 공동주택 하자 관련 연구 분야의 주요 키워드 및 트렌드를 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 분석 방법으로는 한국교육학술정보원 포털을 활용하여 학술지 논문을 수집하고, 수집된 학술논문의 필터링 및 키워드 정제과정을 거쳐 분석자료를 구축하였다. 그리고 키워드 네트워크 관계에 대한 시각화 모델링, 연결정도 중심성 분석, 매개 중심성 분석을 실시하였다. 연결정도 및 매개 중심성 분석 결과, 담보, 논쟁, 수리, 사례, 책임, 결로, 비용, 제도, 기준, 감정이 공동주택 하자 분야에 특징적으로 나타나는 주요 키워드로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 사업성과분석을 위한 성과조사 과정에서 수집된 사업관련 요구사항과 개선사항에 대해 집대성하고 이에 대한 분석을 통해 정책적 대안을 제시하는 한편, 지원성과 제고를 위한 방안을 제시함으로써 정책융자사업 운용상의 보완점을 도출하고 이를 개선함으로써 지원성과를 극대화할 수 있는 총체적인 방안들을 논의하고 있다. 이를 위해 융자사업 발전을 위한 제도적 정책적 요구사항이 반영된 10가지 정책방안들을 제시하고, 융자사업에 대한 새로운 평가지표의 발굴과 산출식의 개선방안을 도출하는 한편, 융자지원기업들에 대한 융자 후 후속 지원방안으로 K-OTC 및 KONEX시장을 이용한 자금조달방식과 3대 정보포털 라인업을 이용한 맞춤형 정책자금 지원방안도 함께 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 정책융자사업의 효과성 및 효율성을 제고함으로써 IT중소기업 성장기반 조성, 산업활성화 견인, 국민생활의 질 향상, 국가 경제 성장의 견인차 역할이라는 사업목표 달성에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
