Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore how to apply socially responsible corporate management and public policy to perceive awareness and adoption of electric vehicles for global sustainability. This study examined i) how perceived factors such as economic, environment, convenience, uncertainty, and efficiency factors differ based on experiences of electric vehicles, ii) how actual and potential customers perceive management and policy issues on electric vehicles differently, iii) how proposed factors including policy planning for the management of electric vehicle, prospect of electric vehicles, and socially responsible corporate activities affect overall attitudes toward electric vehicles? iv) how overall attitudes affect growth of electric vehicle industry and development of automobile industry? Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an online survey and applied t-test, ANOVA, factor and regression analysis. Results: This study found that policy planning for the management of electric vehicles, prospect of electric vehicles, and corporate activities affect overall attitudes toward electric vehicles and actual and potential customers showed mean differences on management and policy on electric vehicles. Conclusions: This study provides managerial and policy implications. This study suggests promoting policies for better adoption of electric vehicles and regulatory policies to enhance global sustainability and prospect of electric vehicles.

Purpose: To develop and test the validity and reliability of the Korean version of PES-NWI measuring nursing work environments in hospitals. Methods: The Korean version of the PES-NWI was developed through forward-backward translation techniques, and revision based on feedback from focus groups. An internal consistency reliability and construct validity using confirmatory factor analysis were conducted using SPSS WIN (16.0) and AMOS (18.0). Survey data were collected from 733 nurses who worked in three acute care hospitals in Seoul, South Korea. Results: The Korean version of PES-NWI showed reliable internal consistency with a Cronbach's alpha for the total scale of .93. Factor loadings of the 29 items on the five subscales ranged from .28 to .85. The five subscales model was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (RMR<.05, CFI >.9). Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that the Korean version of PES-NWI has satisfactory construct validity and reliability to measure nursing work environments of hospitals in Korea.

Recently K-POP's popularity and the success story of 'Psy' suggests that Korean Culture can get the possibility of entry into the global major market. Increasing the purchasing power of global contents distribution also shows that the delivery of cultural content can be a big business model to create economic benefits. However, for sustainable diffusion of Korean culture, we need efforts to expand the business scope to the global market like the establishment of global distribution platform. In this study, we investigated key factors for activating the global content distribution and then analyzed priority of importance of the factors to be utilized the strategic alternatives using AHP method. To ensure the reliability of the study, experts (30patients) who worked more than 10 years of relevant work were included as population of the questionnaire. The results of analysis, the relative importance of content aspects were higher than technical aspects and policy aspects. In the analysis of the importance of the second layer factors, the business models of policy aspects were analyzed as a factor of top priority, then high-quality content production was selected as an important factor of the next higher ranks.

This paper adopts the big data research method, and draws 491 data from the Tianya Forum about the Simultaneous Renting and Purchasing policy of Guangzhou. The qualitative analysis software Nvivo11 is used to cluster the main questions about the Simultaneous Renting and Purchasing policy in the forum. The 36 high-frequency word frequencies are obtained through text clustering. Through rooted theory analysis, the main driving factors for summarizing people's doubts are 9 main categories, 3 core categories, and the model of driving factors for online forums is established. The study finds that resource factors are the most key factor, economic factors are the important drivers, and policy guiding factors are sub-important drivers.

The present study construct a new technique that can evaluate diverse rural policies, which have been applied to the rural development programs at the village level. The method incorporates spatial econometrics models with a decomposition method that has little been utilized before. We applies the technique to evaluate the rural development programs that have been carried out by the Korea Forest Service and. Korea Rural Development Agency. The technique proved to be quite useful in that the technique efficiently separate the direct effect caused by the government policy from the effect explained by the endowment effect such as regional or area characteristics, and residual effect that cannot be identified by the models. The present study concludes with suggesting more quantitative methods need to be developed to evaluate diverse government policy programs, which enables us to discern correct policy effects.

In this paper, we investigate a software release policy with software reliability growth factor during the warranty period by assuming that the software reliability growth is assumed to occur after the testing phase with probability p and the software reliability growth is not assumed to occur after the testing phase with probability 1-p. The optimal release policy to minimize the expected total software cost is discussed. Numerical examples are shown to illustrate the results of the optimal policy. And we consider a Bayesian decision theoretic approach to determine an optimal software release policy. This approach enables us to update our uncertainty when determining optimal software release time, When the failure time is Weibull distribution with uncertain parameters, a bayesian approach is established. Finally, numerical examples are presented for illustrative propose.

Enterprises accomplish their missions through obtaining and managing information. The unintended disclose of enterprises' sensitive information causes serious damage to enterprises, resulting in disruptive management. For effective security of enterprises, information security management systems and information security policy owing clear goals should be firmly established. This study analyzes factors influencing maturity of information security policy and gives important hints to execute information security policy.

BIM (Building Information Model/Modeling) is attracting attention not only as a unit technology, but also as a factor that can promote the transformation of the entire construction industry process. This study aims to investigate the status and cases of policy introduction and legalization of BIM in foreign countries for the advancement of their own construction industry, and to discover policy implications that can be applied to Korea. The first survey uncovered policy elements, and based on this, the second survey conducted an in-depth survey of experts in actual BIM service and research activities. Looking at each priority, BIM standardization, mandating BIM in projects, payment standard establishment, and PQ additional points were given the highest level of importance.
