미취학 아동의 감성 발달을 위한 연령별 놀이가구 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Type of Playable Furniture for Emotional Development of Preschool Children)

  • Nowadays the preschool children spend much of the day playing indoors. Therefore, it needs the indoor environment that helps a variety of fun activities and physical development, and it requires the space configuration and playable furniture considering the emotional development for mental health. However, the furniture for fast growing preschoolers has not various types because the domestic furniture market for children is mostly baby beds and the furniture for the education of children. Therefore, this study presents the concepts and types of the playable furniture reflecting emotional design for preschool children's healthy emotion and suggests the most appropriate type of playable furniture considering play behavior by age. In this study, we investigated the physical, cognitive, social, emotional and linguistic development characteristics and play behavior of preschoolers, and derived the right type of playground equipment and furniture, and examined the types of playable furniture to help the emotional development. We derived the items to be checked for developing the playable furniture by age for emotional development, and classified preschoolers' playable furniture into the use of learning, relaxation and storage, and suggested its basic type focusing on the cases of various playable furniture developed at home and abroad. As a result, the playable furniture was divided into three types. The first is the self-play type making possible self amusement, the second is module built-up-type that consists of furniture and modules or units and creates various patterns and can be modified through the self-assembly and disassembly, and the third is IT game type grafting IT skills and a variety of electronic games to furniture. We sorted these types into three classes (1-3 years old, 4-5, 6-7) according to age and presented the type of play for each age, the play element and representative image that can be introduced to this furniture. In this study, we provided the basic design types of age-specific emotional playable furniture by analyzing these results.

임시전력 건설현장에 사용되는 전기설비의 감전위험에 관한 현장실태 조사 및 분석 (The Investigation and Analysis of Field Condition on the Electrical Shock Hazard of Electrical Facilities Used for Temporary Power Supply at Construction Site)

  • 건설현장에서 공사기간 중 일시적인 전원공급을 위하여 사용되는 임시전력설비는 영구설비와 달리 최소한의 보호장치만을 구비하여 운용되는 설비로서, 산만한 작업환경, 전기설비의 재사용으로 인한 노후화 등의 불안요인에 의해 타설비에 비해 많은 감전위해요인을 나타내고 있다. 이에 임시전력설비의 감전위험요소를 분석하기 위해 수전 설비, 배ㆍ분전반 등에 대한 실태조사 및 설문조사가 병행하여 실시되었으며 관련 전문가, 연구원, 한국전기안전공사 기술자 등에 의해 전국적으로 실시되었다. 그 대상은 공항, 아파트, 시립운동장 등 다양하였다. 실태조사의 분석 결과 자물쇠장치의 불량, 충전부 방호의 미흡 등 문제점이 나타났으며 이를 해소하기 위해서는 관련 제도개선 안전교육, 안전점검 등이 이루어져야 한다. 향후 분석 자료는 건설현장에서의 감전사고를 방지하는데 활용될 수 있으며 전기설비를 안정화시키는데 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

농촌마을 공동시설 개선 방향 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Common Facilities in the Rural Village)

  • The main aim of this study is to propose the improvement guidelines for the rural communit;- facilities(short as RCFs) in the village level. 28 villages were selected in consideration of the travelling distance to the nearest city, farming types and percentage of farm to total land. Through the analyses of the physical conditions and utilizing practices of RCFs in case villages, the tentative improvement guidelines were finally formulated. The major results of the study were summarized as follows ' 1. Most villagers thought the village hall and Jungjamok(Korean-style outdoor rest point) being centrally located, which was reflected in their high satisfaction with the accessibility to RCFs.However, they evaluated that above two places were too small and old for normal use, so set forth their views of high dissatisfaction on the scale of RCFs, 2. Analyses results of the survey in the study showed the ranking order of service level of RCFs as following; the village hall l rest building for the aged 1 rural-pocket park 1 village store / playground.And the need for cultural function was much more highly expressed than merely meeting function. 3. Considering together with the analysis results of this study and the related referencing guidelines, it is proposed to introduce the village hall, shop, and village store as basic ones of RCFs in the village level, which should form a single complex connected mutually and functionally each other.

A P2P-to-UPnP Proxy Gateway Architecture for Home Multimedia Content Distribution

  • Deploying advanced home networking technologies and modern home-networked devices in residential environments provides a playground for new home applications and services. Because home multimedia entertainment is among the most essential home applications, this paper presents an appealing home media content sharing scenario: home-networked devices can discover neighboring devices and share local media content, as well as enormous amounts of Internet media content in a convenient and networked manner. This ideal scenario differs from traditional usages that merely offer local media content and require tedious manual operations of connection setup and file transfer among various devices. To achieve this goal, this study proposes a proxy gateway architecture for home multimedia content distribution. The proposed architecture integrates several functional mechanisms, including UPnP-based device discovery, home gateway, Internet media provision, and in-home media content delivery. This design addresses several inherent limitations of device heterogeneity and network interoperability on home and public networks, and allows diverse home-networked devices to play media content in an identical and networked manner. Prototypical implementation of the proposed proxy gateway architecture develops a proof-of-concept software, integrating a BitTorrent peer-to-peer client, a UPnP protocol stack, and a UPnP AV media server, as well as media distribution and management components on the OSGi home gateway platform. Practical demonstration shows the proposed design and scenario realization, offering users an unlimited volume of media content for home multimedia entertainment.

60GHz 대역에서의 전파 환경별 경로손실 및 도래각 측정 (Radio Path Loss and Angle of Arrival Measurements to the Radio Environments at 60GHz)

  • 피코셀 무선 통신용으로 이용이 확대되고 있는 밀리미터 파대의 전파 특성을 분석하기 위하여 60GHz대역에서 신호 세기를 측정하고, 측정된 데이터를 이용하여 경로손실 지수 및 표준편차를 제시하였다. 수신 신호 세기에 영향을 미치는 다중경로파의 도래 방향을 파악하기 위하여 도래각의 분포를 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 측정 환경에서 경로손실 지수는 자유공간에서의 경로손실 지수인 2보다 작게 나타났으며, 신호세기에 많은 영향을 미치는 바닥면의 재질에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 다중 경로파의 도래각 분포는 송수신기가 위치한 주변 환경 구조에 따라 달라진다. 즉, 체육관, 운동장 등과 같이 측정 환경이 넓은 곳에서는 직접파와 지면 반사파를 제외한 다중경로파를 확인하기 어려웠으나 복도에서는 양쪽 벽면에 의한 다중경로파도 수신기에 도래하는 것을 수 있다. 60GHz대의 주파수 특성상 반사파의 크기는 직접파의 크기에 비해 미약하여 수신 신호 세기에 거의 영향을 주지 못하는 것을 알 수 있다.

어린이용품의 환경유해인자 표시 현황과 독성자료에 대한 연구 (Investigation of Labeling Status and Toxicity Data of Environmentally Hazardous Substances in Children's Products)

  • Objectives: Children are exposed to various environmental pollutants through contact with children's products. We investigated the KC mark, certification number, and contained substances labeled on children's products through market research and collected the toxicological data on these substances. Methods: The environmentally hazardous substances labeled on children's products (n=6576), including toys (n=2812), personal care products (n=2212), stationary/books (n=1333), and playground equipment (n=219) were examined. For the components that could be identified by CAS number, toxicological data on oral, inhalation, and dermal routes, cancer slope factor, and reference dose were collected. Results: Among the investigated products, KC marks or certification numbers were found for 4557 products (69.3%). Except for cosmetics and cleansers, the material information was labeled on most of the products. The frequency of labeling substance information in toys and stationary/books was low since this information could be omitted if KC certification was obtained. In the target products, 617 substances were identified by CAS number, and polypropylene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, and polyester were the most frequently displayed. Chronic toxicity data was found for only 32.4% of individual components, and information on toxicity through the dermal route was also highly limited. Conclusion: Our study suggested that labeling guidelines should be required to identify the environmentally hazardous substances contained in children's products. In addition, the toxicological data on many ingredients in children's products were insufficient. The data gap for toxicity data should be filled for future risk assessment.

어린이공원 주변공간의 환경계획요인에 관한 연구 - 전문가 의식조사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Environmental Design Factors of Children's Park Access Area - A Survey Focusing on the Perceptions of Professional Groups -)

  • This study seeks to identify elements of spatial planning for areas surrounding children's parks in order to improve child safety. It will identify different aspects of child safety and extract elements of safety planning for the areas surrounding children's parks from a literature review of both domestic and international research. The study classifies the space between one's residence and the children's park as either a "means of access", such as pedestrian walkways and streets, or a "boundary", which consists of the entrance, exit, and fences; then, the derived safety planning elements were categorized in accordance with this classification. In order to ensure the validity of the planning elements, an expert survey was conducted of environment planners who specialize in the palnning and designing of residential area as well as government employees who are in direct charge of managing children's parks. The survey findings were as follow. First, the pedestrian walkway(means of access) near the park is the most crucial factor in regards to the safety of children, followed by the entrance and exit(boundary), fency(boundary), and streets (means of access), in descending order of importance. Thus, improving the safety of the pedestrian walkway should be considered first and foremost, and it should precede improving the surrounding streets. Second, an investigation of the need for safety devices near the children's park showed that securing visibility, through the installation of an illegal parking prevention device, is imperative. Illegal parking near children's parks poses a grave risk to pedestrian safety and demands immediate action. Furthermore, a section of streets within 300m of the park entrance should be designated as a children protection zone, in addition to the designation of school zones near elementary schools.

2012-2017년 보수 유권자의 분화: 과연 운동장은 (거꾸로) 기울었는가? (Differentiation among Conservative Voters, 2012-2017: Is the Uneven Playground Tilted to the Other Side)

  • 본 논문은 2012년 제18대 대통령선거와 2017년 제19대 대통령선거 사이의 상반된 결과에 주목하여, 과연 보수 유권자들의 정치적 태도와 선호가 5년 동안 어떻게 변화하였으며 이러한 변화가 어떻게 제19대 대통령선거에서의 투표선택의 차이를 가져왔는지 분석하고 있다. 두 번의 대통령선거에 걸친 패널자료를 사용하여 본 논문은 2012년 박근혜 후보를 지지했던 유권자들 사이에서 보수 정당 및 후보에 대한 이념적 정서적 평가가 악화된 것은 사실이지만, 이 중 정작 2017년의 투표선택에는 정당 요인보다는 후보자 요인이 훨씬 중요한 영향을 끼쳤다는 사실을 발견하였다. 또한 보수 유권자들 사이에서 정치적 경제적 정책선호에 있어서 분화가 발생한 것은 사실이지만, 이러한 분화가 실제 투표선택에 끼친 영향력은 아직까지 미미하다는 사실을 발견하였다. 결론에서는 이러한 발견이 제19대 대통령선거의 결과를 해석하고 앞으로의 한국 선거정치를 전망하는데 있어서 가지는 함의에 대해서 논의한다.

동물 분변으로 인한 모래 바닥재의 오염실태 및 관리 방안에 관한 연구 - 질소분석방법개발 - (A Study on Pollution Conditions and Management of Sand Flooring Related to Animal Feces - Nitrogen Analysis Method Development -)

  • Objectives: Users of parks or children's play facilities have pointed to pets' bowel movements as the most serious problem when using them. In prior studies, a very low detection rate of parasites (eggs) in sand flooring materials has been found. Even though feces have been identified, no parasites (eggs) have been detected. Method: A standard solution of nitrate nitrogen was used to verify the reliability of a new nitrogen analysis method. The linearity, precision, and accuracy of the nitrate nitrogen analysis method were verified. Using this method, the pollution distribution of the sand flooring material and the degree of pollution at each point were investigated. Results: As a result of the verification of the nitrogen analysis method, the linearity was found to be good at r2=0.999 when distilled water is mixed in a standard substance solution. The standard substance additive solution r2=0.968 was found to be good. Precision represented 0.01 to 0.06% RSD for peak height. The recovery rate was 92.4 to 104.0 percent, indicating high accuracy. According to the same method of analysis, the flooring material sand at a general amusement facility with the largest number of concealed spaces was nitrate nitrogen 6.1 times higher than at the entrance of the playground. Also, in a comparison between clean sand and sandy flooring, the average nitrogen concentration of the sand flooring material was 24.4-167 times higher than pure sand. Conclusions: As such, no parasites (eggs) were detected at all points under investigation, but the sand flooring was exposed to animal fecal contamination. Therefore, the management of nitrogenous components should allow accurate identification of animal fecal contamination so that the timing of sand replacement can be managed hygienically and safely.

사물인터넷 기반 얼티미트 경기 자동추적 및 분석 시스템 (Ultimate-Game Automatic Trace and Analysis System Using IoT)

  • 본 논문은 플라잉디스크를 사용한 경기중 하나인 얼티미트 경기에 사물인터넷 기술을 접목하여 경기진행 사항을 선수중심 및 경기원반 중심으로 추적하며, 경기 결과에 대한 선수간 종합적인 관계분석을 수행하였다. 선수 및 경기원반에 GPS기능이 내장된 WiFi 모듈을 장착하여 경기 진행 중 선수의 ID, GPS로부터 수신된 위도/경도 값 및 시간이 실시간으로 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 경기진행용 모바일 앱을 통해 선수들간의 경기진행 상태에 대한 정보들도 동시에 데이터베이스에 저장된다. 경기종료 후 이러한 정보들에 기반하여 경기내용에 대한 종합분석을 수행 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발 하였다. 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 활용하여 선수중심의 경기진행상황 및 경기원반중심의 득점상황을 가상 경기장에서 동영상 형태로 재현 할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, Python프로그램을 활용하여 선수중심의 다양한 경기분석 정보를 각종 그래프로 표시하였다.
