발전구조물의 자산관리 시스템 구축을 위한 시설물분류체계 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application Method of Facility Classification System for the Development of Asset Management System for Power Generation Structures)

  • 최근 시설물의 관리를 위한 유지관리는 기존 시설물의 안전진단 등을 통한 구조물의 안정성 위주의 관리에서 시설물의 성능을 평가하여 관리하는 자산관리 개념으로 추세가 바뀌어 가고 있다. 시설물의 자산관리를 위해서는 시설물의 유지관리 및 서비스수준을 평가하고 이를 관리하기 위한 정보 분류가 효율적으로 이루어 져야 한다. 발전 시설물의 경우 복합구조물로 매우 복잡한 형식으로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 국내 통합 건설분류체계 형식을 반영하여 발전 시설물을 시설, 공간, 부위, 요소로 구분하고 보일러 건물을 사례로 하여 분류를 실시하였다. 본 분류체계는 시설물의 환경조건 등을 반영한 열화조건을 반영하기 위해서 기존의 분류체계에서는 볼 수 없는 방향, 내부, 외부 등을 추가하여 분류하였다. 이는 발전구조물의 특성상 해안가에 위치하고 비례 염분 및 습도 등의 환경조건에 따라 열화속도를 반영하여 체계적이고 효율적인 유지관리를 할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 연구에서 개발된 분류체계는 발전시설물의 자산관리를 위한 전산시스템개발에 기초적인 자료로 활용되게 될 것이다.

화력발전설비 감시점검용 필드 로봇 시스템 개발 (Development of Patrol Robot System for Thermal Power Plant Facilities)

  • To guarantee the safety and reliability of obsolete thermal power plants, on site routine patrol in their facilities has been done by human workers. Due to their poor working environments, however, a patrol robot system has been gradually required instead of the human workers from the viewpoint of the workers' safety and work efficiency. For this purpose, this paper presents a patrol robot, controllers, and its control scheme. Especially, this robot system uses a line tracing algorithm, which uses a vision camera instead of IR sensors, and an RFID system for its patrol operation. We confirmed its effectiveness through experiments.

  • This paper concerns with (p$_{1}$, p$_{2}$)-Plant Location problem in which entire set of candidate sites for facility locations is divided by two overlapping subsets, each of which with its own number of facilities to be established. We propose an algorithm which attempts to solve the Lagrangean dual of (p$_{1}$, p$_{2}$)-PLP by dividing sub-problem into twop-Plant Location Problems and solving them based on the convexity of the Lagrangean dual problem with respect to the number of facilities to be established. In doing so, Orthogonal Move procedure is proposed to provide easy-to-obtain lower bound to the Lagrangean Dual of (p$_{1}$, p$_{2}$)-PLP. Computational experience is reported.

해저 송유배관 유지관리를 위한 기준 보완 제시 (Supplementation of Regulation on the Offshore Oil Pipeline for Maintenance)

  • The study aims to supplement facility management plan and safety regulations & standard of oil pipeline by searching and reviewing related regulation & standard inside and outside of the country. Korean regulation & standard is reviewed based on harbor and fishery design standard of the ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries, general technology standard of oil pipeline safety regulation, gas excavation construction and safety maintenance indicator of Korea gas corporation. Global regulation & standard is reviewed based on U.S standard inspection for offshore pipeline and Europe/Mexico standard inspection for offshore pipeline. The contents of offshore pipeline installation is inserted into pipeline sector for objected facilities of safety inspection regulation & standard and, the standard of safety inspection for offshore pipeline is newly presented into pipeline maintenance part of the planning facilities management with its inspection period and method.

  • In this study, we analyzed the accident scenarios of chemical plants through the analysis of lots of chemical accidents and using experts knowledge, and looked into the method of prevention and response. Moreover, we developed a systemic and actual Emergency Response Plan Software(ERPS) that could prevent, prepare and respond totally for the chemical industry facilities using the data from the accident effect estimation from the local society and the geographic information of a chemical plant. The ERPS consists of the information for the plant and process, the consequence analysis and the ERPTA(Emergency Response Plan Tree Analysis). In conclusion, the program developed in this study could help effectively all the chemical industry facilities to prevent and respond to possible accidents.

  • 최근 플랜트산업분야에서는 발전설비와 해양 플랜트 및 선박, 교량 건설등 핵심 구조물들에 대한 내구성 향상 및 평가를 위한 기술이 크게 확장 적용될 것으로 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초음파 탄성진동에너지를 이용한 초음파 나노표면개질(Ultrasonic Nanocrystalline Surface Modification) 기술과 초음파 피로시험(Ultrasonic Fatigue Test)기술을 통해서 현재까지 국내산업분야에서 활발하게 진행중인 적용사례를 분석하고자 하였으며. 플랜트분야 특히 발전설비와 해양선박 플랜트 및 교량 건설구조물들의 핵심 용접부에 대한 내구성 향상을 위해 크게 확장 적용될 수 있는 새로운 응용기술 연구방향에 대한 방법들을 제시하고자 한다.

보건관리대행기관 산업보건간호사의 업무에 관한 조사 (A Study on the Activity of Occupational Health Nurses in Occupational Group Health Service)

  • This study was aimed to investigate the actual condition of the performance of the occupational health nursing services, and to analyze a main cause which affects on the execution of its duties for occupational health nurses in occupational group health service. It had been surveyed by responsed data from the 105 respondents out of 180 persons. The results were as follows : 1. In performance of occupational health nursing services by the number of assigned plant, participation rate of health examination tended to significantly increase with decreasing the number of assigned and it was observed that the visiting rate of every month was also significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant, recommendation of facility improvement for work environment, understanding the modification of manufacturing process, and inspection of welfare and sanitation facilities. 2. While they executed their nursing services according to duration of service, the more, their duration of service was, the higher, participation rate of health examination, health check in returning to work for injured workers, talk with other health managers on promoting welfare, service evaluation for a year plan, record of health statistic, and experience of first aid service were. And it was found out that the visiting rate of every month was also significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant. 3. In regard to occupational health nursing services by age, the participation rate of health examination and the experience of first aid service were significantly higher as the age increased. And also the visiting rate of every month was significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant, compared with young ones. 4. In performance of occupational health nursing services by the time required visiting plant, The shorter, the time required visiting plant was, the higher, the visiting rate of every month was, on time of health consultation for diseased workers, and inspection of welfare and sanitation facilities. 5. The subjects of health education were mostly liver disease and occupational hearing loss and video tape was used mostly in health education, monthly health education was the highest in 1-3 times(74.5%) and its duration was the highest in about 60 minutes(33.3%). 6. Vaccination of hepatitis among the specific health services was the highest accounting for 64.7%.

AHP를 이용한 전력설비 입지선정 항목 중요도 분석 (Analysis of Weight Factors for Siting the Electric Facilities utilizing Analytical Hierarchy Process)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the weight factors for siting the electric facilities using Analytic Heirarchy Process technique participating the stakeholders. Siting the electric facilities has been a dispute of long standing because of landscape damage, geological deformation and various environmental problems such as electromagnetic effect to human health. For analyzing the weight factors by AHP technique, the questionnaire process was applied to the fifteen committee members including representatives of resident, academic experts, members of local assembly, officers of local government, journalists, etc. in Gangwondo, Korea. Weight factors for siting the electric facilities by AHP committee members resulted in residential areas 35.06%, cultural assets 16.68%, landscape conservation 13.11%, large-scale ecological corridor 10.17%, connectability of electric transmission line 8.32% respectively. The distance from residential areas was the most important factor preferred by committee members for siting the electric facilities.

마을하수도 운영실태 및 개선방안 (A study on the management status of public small-scale sewage treatment facilities and the improvement)

  • In this study, the management and improvement of public small-scale sewage treatment facilities was investigated. In order to improve the effective management of the operation of small-scale sewage treatment facilities, treatment methods and the problems associated with sewage treatment were carefully addressed based on the data and literature. The investigation results showed that sewer pipes in rural areas should be repaired to prevent sewage from leaking and small-scale operations should be required to have effective management for pollutant loads less than 50%. Also, new methods should be developed for low concentrations of sewage. A law associated with FRP treatment facilities should be established and local governments need to supervise these operations to avoid insufficient and faulty construction. It is recommended that new facilities are built with advanced treatment techniques when the old facility can not comply with nitrogen and phosphorous discharge limits. Moreover, the study shows that nutrient and coliform treatment efficiency improves when abandoned facilities are renovated with the installation of nitrification/denitrification and disinfection processes or another advanced process.

우리나라 파프리카 수출단지 및 선과장의 병해충 조사 (The pests survey of paprika export complexes and packing house in Korea)

  • The disease and insect were surveyed locally in greenhouse, fruit packing house and store house of 51 farms in 13 towns having purpose of paprika exportation. By analysis, various disease and insect were not only founded locally but more ones detected in farms having old facilities and no natural enemy. We found 15 pathogens such as Fusarium spp., Alternaria solani, Leveilluila taurica, PepMV (Pepino mosaic virus) and TMV (Tobacco mosaic virus) in greenhouse, Fusarium spp. in fruit packing house and Penicillium spp. in store house. We found 15 insects in greenhouse such as Bemisia tabaci, rialeurodes vaporariorum and Myzus persicae in greenhouse, Hylobitelus haroldi in fruit packing house. However, the problem quarantine disease and insect for importation and exportation were not detected in inspection time.
