일반적인 전원을 포함하는 평판구조에 대한 정확한 Closed-form 그린함수 (An Accurate Closed-form Green's Function for the Planar Structure with General Sources)

  • 정확한 closed-form 근린함수 계산방법은 공간영역 그린함수에 포함된 Sommerfeld 적분의 계산시간을 줄이기 위해 기존에 이용되어온 복소 영상법(Complex image method)과 2단계 근사화법(Two-level approach)에 비해 훨씬 적은 오차를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 정확한 closed-form 그린함수 계산방법을 일반적인 전원을 포함하는 평판구조에 적용하는 방법을 제안하였다.

Planar Fashionable Circuit Board Technology and Its Applications

  • A new flexible electronics technology, named P-FCB (Planar Fashionable Circuit Board), is introduced. P-FCB is a circuit board technology implemented on the plain fabric patch for wearable electronics applications. In this paper, the manufacturing of P-FCB, and its electrical characteristics such as sheet resistance, maximum current density, and frequency characteristics are reported. The fabrication methods and their electrical characteristics of passive devices such as resistor, capacitor, and inductor in P-FCB are discussed. In addition, how to integrate silicon chip directly to the fabric for the flexible electronics system are described. Finally, examples of P-FCB applications will be presented.

물매-굴절률 기판을 이용한 평판광학적 광신호 연결 (Planar-optical interconnections by using a novel gradient-index substrate)

  • 광신호 상호연결 및 입력물체의 결상을 위한 기존의 평판광학계에서는 굴절률이 일정한 유리기판을 광신호 전달매체로 사용하였는데 반하여, 본 연구에서는 물매-굴절률(gradient-index) 분포를 갖는 기판을 사용하는 새로운 개념의 평판광학계를 제안하였다. 물매기판에 의한 결상특성을 근축광선 추적에 의해 분석하였으며, 입력 광신호의 위치에 따라 결상된 위치가 변하는 실험결과로부터 새로운 결상광학계로의 응용 가능성을 검증하였다. 그리고, 물매기판을 이용한 평판광학계가 하나의 입력신호를 여러 출력면으로 동시에 분배할 수 있는 광신호처리계로도 응용될 수 있음을 제시하였다.

센서 융합을 이용한 움직이는 물체의 동작예측에 관한 연구 (Motion Estimation of 3D Planar Objects using Multi-Sensor Data Fusion)

  • Motion can be estimated continuously from each sensor through the analysis of the instantaneous states of an object. This paper is aimed to introduce a method to estimate the general 3D motion of a planar object from the instantaneous states of an object using multi-sensor data fusion. The instantaneous states of an object is estimated using the linear feedback estimation algorithm. The motion estimated from each sensor is fused to provide more accurate and reliable information about the motion of an unknown planar object. We present a fusion algorithm which combines averaging and deciding. With the assumption that the motion is smooth, the approach can handle the data sequences from multiple sensors with different sampling times. Simulation results show proposed algorithm is advantageous in terms of accuracy, speed, and versatility.

  • Anisotropy is closely related to the formability of sheet metal and should be considered carefully for more realistic analysis of actual sheet metal forming operations. In order to better describe anisotropic plastic properties of aluminum alloy sheets, a planar anisotropic yield function which accounts for the anisotropy of uniaxial yield stresses and strain rate ratios simultaneously was proposed recently[1]. This yield function was used in the finite element simulations of cup drawing tests for an aluminum alloy 2008-T4. Isotropic hardening with a fixed initial back stress based on experimental tensile and compressive test results was assumed in the simulation. The computation results were in very good agreement with the experimental results. It was shown that the initial back stress as well as the yield surface shape have a large influence on the prediction of the cup height profile.

  • A membrane element is regarded as more preferable rather than other elements in the sense of its computing efficiency and the merit with respect to contact treatment. However, it cannot consider the bending effect during the deformation. Moreover, due to the characteristics of rolling process, sheet metal has anisotropy with respect to the direction in the plane. To take the bending effect into account, a modified membrane element was introduced and improved to consider planar anisotropic characteristics with the aid of Hill's quadratic criterion.

  • In this paper, mobility of planar mobile robots is discussed. Firstly, simplified joint models for four typical wheels of the mobile robots are described including both rotational and translational friction parameters. Then, based on these joint models and through the inclusion of the additional imaginary joint particularly to the mobile robots which lack geometric generality, mobility analysis of various types of planar mobile robots is performed.

  • Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) is an electrochemical energy device which converts the free energy of fuel gas directly to electric energy. SOFC has several diratinct advantages over other types of fuel cells: no use of noble metals, no requirement of a reformer, no problem of liquid electrolyte management, and no problem of corrosion by liquid electrolyte. In this study, we have investigated the cell components and the single cell of the planar SOFC fabricated by composite plate process, in which green films of electrolyte, anode and cathode were co-fired. The planar SOFCs were tested and the cell performance characteristics wag evaluated by using electrochemical methods.

  • Power MOSFET(metal oxide silicon field effect transistor) operate voltage-driven devices, design to control the large power switching device for power supply, converter, motor control, etc. But on-resistance characteristics depending on the increasing breakdown voltage spikes is a problem. So 600 V planar power MOSFET compare to 1/3 low on-resistance characteristics of super junction MOSFET structure. In this paper design to 600 V planar MOSFET and super junction MOSFET, then improvement of comparative analysis breakdown voltage and resistance characteristics. As a result, super junction MOSFET improve on about 40% on-state voltage drop performance than planar MOSFET.

  • We have analyzed the dielectrophoretic(DEP) force on a cell in a micro planar electrode structure. We fabricate a micro planar electrode structure using micro machining technology and measure the motion of a cell that is accelerated by DEP force. DEP force on a cell is calculated by curve fitting the motion of a cell. Radish and yeast are used for the experiment. In case of radish, DEP force is increased as the voltage and the frequency is increased, and in case of yeast, DEP force is increased only as the voltage is increased DEP force on a yeast does not vary when the frequency varies from 1 MHz to 3 MHz. The result will be helpful to the manipulation of cells using DEP force.
