Apartments, having advantages of providing high density in limited area, are now booming in these days in Korea. However, most of the apartments are monotonus and all alike in the siteplan. As a result, they we in lack of humanity for the Apartment residents. The subject of this study is analysis and development of the site planning and design trends in Apartment Complexes in the official sector. In order to suggest the new planning and Design method, the study has analyzed the Apartment complexes exemplary, that have built in recent 10 years in Seoul districts. As a results a environmentally friendly planning and design in Apartment complexes estates as a new paradigm for environmentally sound sustainable development. Apartment Unit Plans have few Flexibility and Variability in the inner space.

The development of industrial society brought about the highly-aged society, facilitated urbanization and nuclear families and changed conventional society and even the values. Pleural adhesions are a major challenge in standard and nonintubated video-assisted thoracic surgery. The currently available imaging techniques help to assess the presence and extent of pleural adhesions, but do not provide information on tissue deformability, which is crucial for intraoperative management. In this report, we describe the utilization of real-time elastography mapping of pleural adhesions. This technique enabled us to detect areas with softer adhesions, and helped establish the surgical plan in a difficult case of a patient scheduled for nonintubated video-assisted thoracic surgery.

In this study, focusing on work types of lifting modules and modules assembly in modular construction sites, unit works were defined according to the construction process of each work type, and safety management elements, safety management activities, and key check point were proposed. The results of this study may have somewhat overlapping contents in the construction procedure in order to derive specific safety management activities and check point for each unit work. Therefore, there is a limit to use the results in an actual modular construction site. In future research, we plan to improve this part and derive a checklist that considers field usability.

본 연구에서는 헤도닉 모델을 활용한 공동주택 리모델링 사업성 평가방법을 제안하고자 한다. 공동주택 헤도닉 모델을 구성하기 위하여 공동주택 가격에 영향을 미치는 위치, 평형, 평면, 조경, 주차, 설비성능, 인테리어, 경과년수, 단지규모 등 9개의 독립변수를 설정하고 서울시내 25개구의 공동주택가격을 평형으로 나누어 평가데이터를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 구성한 공동주택 리모델링사업성 평가모델을 이용하여 기 시행된 공동주택 리모델링 사례에 적용한 결과 실제상황과 유사한 것으로 검증되었다.

Our government will make a plan regulating the cooling limit temperature of the summer season to 26 degree and the heating limit temperature of the winter season to 20 degree for energy saving. Where, the key point of this politic pursuit can be the charge system on heating and cooling cost. We have suggested new cost allocation methodology as a worth evaluation method in the precedent study, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation on four kind of warm air produced from a heating system as an example. In this study, we applied the suggested method to four kind of cool air, and preformed the worth evaluation and cost allocation on each cool air. As a result, similarly to the precedent study, the more energy a customer saved, the more cooling unit cost decreased, and the more energy a customer consumed, the more cooling unit cost increased. From this analysis, we hope that the suggested methodology can offer a theoretical basis to the energy charge policy of government, and induce the spontaneous energy saving of consumers.

Apartments have been the most prevalent type of housing in Korea for the past few decades. During those times, apartments have emerged as one of the most attractive real estate properties in Korea, with the still growing population living in them. Now that over twenty years have passed since the 1970s and 1980s when apartment construction started booming, building stocks are increasing that need refurbishment. In this concern, apartment extension has raised public interest for the past few years, as the remodeling of them has mainly been considered in terms of increasing asset value in Korea. It comes through in our study that these extension types are examined by such items as building core types, number of rooms and front and rear bays in unit, and other design features related to extension techniques. The objective of this study is to suggest a way to produce the best quality possible of unit plan through extension.

저탄소 녹색성장은 국내외적으로 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며, 중앙정부 및 각 지자체별로 기본계획 및 데이터베이스를 구축하고 다양한 관련 연구를 진행중이다. 이러한 관점에서 지자체의 탄소배출량 및 탄소흡수량을 계산한 탄소배출총량은 향후 도시계획 및 관리에 있어 중요한 요소가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 경기도를 대상으로 통계자료 및 수치임상도를 이용하여 탄소발생총량을 산출하고 탄소발생환경을 분석해 보았으며, 그 결과 산림면적이 넓고 탄소흡수율이 우수한 품종을 많이 보유한 가평군, 양평군, 연천군, 과천시, 동두천시, 여주군 등의 탄소발생총량이 비교적 적은 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 주기적인 연차별 데이터베이스 구축을 위해서는 위성영상 등을 이용한 탄소흡수량 추정 등이 필요하며, 이러한 기반 자료들은 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 정책기반자료로서 활용가능할 것이다.

This study was intended to analyze the behavioral patterns of family members at home and to grasp the housing needs of dual-earner families nursing preschoolers, and to suggest the planning of apartment house unit. The survey method was used for data collection. The questionnaire consisted of 31 questions. The subjects were the wives who had full-time jobs and reared children 0-5 years old. The subjects were randomly selected at three-childcare centers in Daejeon and Cheongju. The data was collected from $5^{th}$∼$25^{th}$ July, 2002. 115 cases were analyzed using the SPSS Window 10.0 package. The findings from this study could suggest the apartment house planning for dual-earner families nursing preschoolers. It is necessary that the planners consider relationships of children's room with their parents room. A flexible and exchangeable plan to accommodate the need for growing children was desired. The children's room has to be located near their parents room when the children are babyhood. And then for privacy of family members, when their children go to the elementary school, children's room has to be moved to other space to be separated from their parents room. small.

By the result of efforts for the technology development of G7 trainset, the technology of domestic high-speed train KTX-II has lately been put to practical use while a forward countries of railway, which have their own developing ability of high-speed train, are competing against each other for the development of faster high-speed train system. Japan has been commissioning of FASTECH 360 which was developed in June 2005. Also France and Germany have been commissioning of next generation high-speed train such as AGV and ICE-3, developed basing on technology of their existing high-speed train system(TGV and ICE), its maximum commercial running speed is 360kph, and adopted multiple unit system. For the development of technology of domestic high-speed train and enhancement of national technology competitive power, HEMU (High-speed Electrical Multiple Unit) development project has been carried out as a national R&D project from last August. For the executing of HEMU's maximum speed test, we have investigated the high speed line characteristics (i.e. radius of curvature, gradient, cant etc.) of Seoul-Pusan line and Honam line which is under construction. We'd like to examine a study of condition for the best HEMU T&C line considering HEMU's characteristics (i.e. acceleration, deceleration etc.) and its interface with infrastructure in this paper.
