  • The goal of this paper is accuracy improvement of appearance inspection by using image separation average value matching method. The appearance inspection of various electronic products and parts has been executed by the eyesight of human. But inspection by eyesight can't bring about uniform inspection result. Because the appearance inspection result by eyesight of human is changed by condition of physical and spirit of the checker. So machine vision inspection system is currently used to many appearance inspection fields instead of the checker. However the inspection result of machine vision is changed by the illumination of workplace. Therefore we have used a average value matching in this paper for improvement of vision inspection accuracy and could increase inspection accuracy of vision system. In other words, we made an effort for elevation of vision inspection accuracy by making the identical image separation average value of reference image and input image. Also this system has been developed only using PC, CCD Camera and Visual C++ for universal workplace.

  • Objectives : To present a differential standard of Armeniacae Semen and Persicae Semen that are easily confused. Methods : It was planed a differential standard form through outer appearance of the original plant, outer appearance in the form of each medicines and the appearance of the interior form through a microscope for each samples. Using an standard compound amygdalin, each samples have been analyzed by HPLC and TLC. Results : It was possible to distinguish the orignal plant between Armeniacae Semen and Persicae Semen through its leaf shape and calyx type. In Outer appearance in the form of each medicines, there was no difference pre-existing method(measuring length and width). In vascular pattern of the surface, however, there was a clear difference that Armeniacae Semen was developed more reticulated branches than Persicae Semen. In appearance through a microscope, it has not been possible to find a clear difference in the per original plant. However, there was a clear difference between Armeniacae Semen(1 layer) and Persicae Semen(3 layer) in inner albubemen cell. In TLC analysis, there was no difference in the pattern between samples. But in HPLC analysis, Armeniacae Semen showed amygdalin content higher on average. Conclusions : It will be possible to find various differences in the outer appearance of the original plant, the outer appearance in the form of each medicines, the appearance of the interior form through a microscope and physical and chemical research component.

The main purpose of this study was to identify the domains of life satisfaction that affect suicidal behavior in adolescence. Methods: Data were collected from eight middle schools in Incheon, Korea. A total of 1297 students answered questions regarding their demographic characteristics, happiness, self-related life satisfaction domains (appearance, leisure time, physical health, and mental health), depressive symptoms, and suicidal behavior. Results: In the Spearman correlation analysis, female sex, perceived socioeconomic status (SES), happiness, and all four self-related satisfaction scores showed significant correlations with depression and suicidality. Multivariate regression analysis suggested that suicidality was significantly affected by perceived SES, satisfaction with appearance, mental health satisfaction, and depression. Finally, depression was identified as a partial mediator of the association between mental health satisfaction and suicidality, and a complete mediator of the association between female sex and suicidality. Conclusion: Perceived SES, satisfaction with appearance, and mental health satisfaction significantly affected students' suicidality, with or without the effect of depression. Health authorities, educators, and family members must be aware of this to identify adolescents at suicide risk earlier.
