  • Purpose - The study aims to provide the relationships between the social servicescape and customer's emotion and voluntary behaviors were investigated in this study. The social servicescape was largely divided into service employee's image and other customers (in customer's similarity, physical appearance and suitable behavior). Firstly, the relationship between service employee's image and customer's positive emotion was investigated as a specific purpose of study. Secondly, this study attempted to understand the relationship between other customers (in customer's similarity, physical appearance and suitable behavior) and customer's positive emotion. Lastly, the relationship between customer's positive emotion and customer's voluntary behavior dimension (intention to cooperate, intention to participate in and loyalty) was examined. Research design, data, & methodology - In order to prove the hypotheses in this study, the customers who have experienced family restaurants during the last two months were targeted for a survey. A total number of 300 survey papers were distributed and as a result, 248 papers could be used for analysis, except the papers with insincere answers. After the analysis of the reliability and validity of each major variable, the hypothesis was verified through the structure method by using Amos 20.0. Results - First, the results of hypothesis testing on the relationship between social servicescape and customer's positive emotion showed service employee image gives a positively meaningful impact on customer's positive emotion. Secondly, the results on the relationship between other customers and customer's positive emotion indicated that the customer's similarity and physical appearance has a positively significant impact on customer's emotion while customer's suitable behavior has not a significantly positive impact on customer's positive emotion Lastly, customer's positive emotion was shown to have a significantly positive influence on customer's voluntary behavior dimension, that is, intention to cooperate, intention to participate in and loyalty. Conclusions - This study aims to focus on and emphasize the social servicescape and its importance, which is different from the previous studies that have been focused largely on physical servicescape. Such results in this study indicated the social servicescape (service employee's image and other customers) as an important factor that affects customer's positive emotion and voluntary behavior.

  • Robots will be able to coexist with humans and support humans effectively in near future. One of the most important aspects in the development of human-friendly robots is to cooperation between humans and robots. In this paper, we proposed a method for multi-object identification in order to achieve such human-centered system and robot localization in intelligent space. The intelligent space is the space where many intelligent devices, such as computers and sensors, are distributed. The Intelligent Space achieves the human centered services by accelerating the physical and psychological interaction between humans and intelligent devices. As an intelligent device of the Intelligent Space, a color CCD camera module, which includes processing and networking part, has been chosen. The Intelligent Space requires functions of identifying and tracking the multiple objects to realize appropriate services to users under the multi-camera environments. In order to achieve seamless tracking and location estimation many camera modules are distributed. They causes some errors about object identification among different camera modules. This paper describes appearance based object representation for the distributed vision system in Intelligent Space to achieve consistent labeling of all objects. Then, we discuss how to learn the object color appearance model and how to achieve the multi-object tracking under occlusions.

  • A wide variety of fashion materials focus on good drape property and softness. Among the recently emerging materials, Neoprene that consists of laminated knit on both sides of foamed neoprene sheet seeks a unique appearance that is considerably deviated from the current flow. Diverse processing methods for the newly released material heighten the value in function and beauty among trends of fashion materials by enhancing the appearance, touch and material property. Laser-cutting technique is one of the processing methods that is consistently used in the textile area. This study aimed to find the basic materials for applicability of laser-cutting technique to clothing goods after consideration of the changes in material property and drape shape, and to furthermore enforce different pattern conditions to Neoprene material, one of the newly attractive materials in the fashion area. In this study, we applied laser-cutting technique to Neoprene material sample under different conditions of pattern appearance, size and distance, based on current evaluation and theoretical background of Neoprene material, fashion trend and laser-cutting technique. Drape property can improve and the drape direction could also be controlled by a wide variety of laser-cutting techniques applied to Neoprene materials that have uniquely different appearances from most other textiles. This technique could be applied to the design for diversification of Neoprene clothing goods in the future.

  • Originating in South Korea, Taekwondo has been globally popular among individuals who desire to improve their health in a unique fashion. The Taekwondo uniform, one of the essential factors within the sport, needs to possess both functionality and size suitability to support dynamic movements within Taekwondo. This study investigated the development of patterns in Taekwondo uniforms by suggesting patterns that reflect physical suitability derived from appearance tests and movement functionality tests of the uniforms. More specifically, we selected a sample uniform and conducted a dressing test, which considered both the aesthetics and the functionality of the garment. Then, we considered size suitability, which allowed us to design practical Taekwondo uniform patterns that encompassed more variation in body sizes of both men and women. The result of the dressing test was that women's uniforms typically required more factors compared to men's uniforms due to women's relatively smaller physiques. Based on this result, we revised the pattern to also encompass the minor differences in uniforms between men and women. In the end, the Taekwondo uniforms for women required more modifications than those for men.

  • This study sought to investigate the relationship between perception, body awareness, and beauty management behavior in the untact era in their MZ generation's, and as a result of the study, it was confirmed that there is a causal relationship between variables. For the empirical analysis of the study, a survey was conducted online(Google questionnaire) in Seoul/Gyeonggi area from June 7 to 26, 2021. Of the 548 questionnaires, 512, excluding 36, were analyzed using SPSS V.21.0. Among the sub-factors of perception in the untact era, it was confirmed that the social environment perception and human relationship perception are key factors that negatively affect body consciousness and beauty management behavior, and so does self-awareness(p<.05). Next, it was confirmed that, among the sub-factors of body consciousness, appearance management awareness and appearance/body care effort were key factors that positively affected beauty management behavior, and that appearance confidence was also an important factor that positively affected beauty management behavior(p<.05). Therefore, through this study, we intend to provide basic data for product development, programs, and marketing strategies that can cope with changes in the beauty consumption market in preparation for the post-COVID era.

Methods : The subjects were 521 high school girls in I city. The data was collected by using structured questionnaire. T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Stepwise-multiple regression were performed by SPSS/PC 17.0. Results : Study-related stress were higher in the freshmen than sophomore (p=.001). The sophomore have highest level in family (F=5.32, p=.005), friends (F=3.13, p=.044), and appearance-related stress (F=5.49, p=.004). Poor grades in their studies were related to family-related stress (p=.010) and study-related stress (p=.009), They complained severe discomfort, displeasure, and G-I symptom in order. The more physical symptoms were, the more coping with their stress do (p=.001). Factors affecting physical symptoms are study-related stress (${\beta}$=.38), unhealthy (${\beta}$=.16), friends (${\beta}$=.14), active coping with stress (${\beta}$=.15) and sophomore (${\beta}$=.11), family (${\beta}$=.11), and they explained 33.3% of variables.
