기상합성법에 의한 $\beta$-SiC 초미분말 합성 및 특성 (Synthesis and Characterization of Ultrafine $\beta$-SiC Powder by Vapor Phase Reaction)

  • Ultrafine ${\beta}$-SiC powders were synthesized by the vapor phase reaction of TMS[Si(CH3)4] in hydrogen The reaction temperature and TMS concentration were varied from 1000 to 1400$^{\circ}C$ and from 1 to 10% respectively. The average particle size and phase of the powders were analyzed by TEM and XRD. Ultrafine ${\beta}$-SiC powders were synthesized above 1000$^{\circ}C$ and the crystallinity of the powders increased with increasing reaction temperature. Shape of the particles were spherical and had average size of about 20 nm which showed no difference as the reaction temperature and TMS concentration increased. From the FT-IR analysis the absorption bands of Si-C of the powders shifted to higher wavenumber as the reaction temperature increased,. Under the condition of total gas flow above 1500cc/min ${\beta}$-SiC and poly-Si powders were obtained simultaneously. The Si-O bond intensity was increased under the condition of total gas flow rate above 1000cc/min which might be due to oxidation formed on poly-Si.

A Hybrid Filtering Stage Based Quasi-type-1 PLL under Distorted Grid Conditions

  • For three-phase synchronization applications, the synchronous reference frame phase-locked loop (SRF-PLL) is probably the most widely used technique due to its ease of implementation and satisfactory phase tracking performance under ideal grid conditions. However, under unbalanced and distorted grid conditions, its performance tends to worsen. To deal with this problem, a variety of filtering stages have been proposed and used in SRF-PLLs for the rejection of disturbance components at the cost of degrading the dynamic performance. In this paper, to improve dynamic performance without compromising the filtering capability, an effective hybrid filtering stage is proposed and incorporated into the inner loop of a quasi-type-1 PLL (QT1-PLL). The proposed filtering stage is a combination of a moving average filter (MAF) and a modified delay signal cancellation (DSC) operator in cascade. The time delay caused by the proposed filtering stage is smaller than that in the conventional MAF-based and DSC-based PLLs. A small-signal model of the proposed PLL is derived. The stability is analyzed and parameters design guidelines are given. The effectiveness of the proposed PLL is confirmed through experimental results.

정류방식에 따른 장치의 정확도와 출력 파형의 비교 (Comparison of Accuracy and Output Waveform of Devices According to Rectification Method)

  • This study examined the following: accuracy of the exposure conditions in the inverter device and three-phase device; output waveform over the exposure conditions; and average and standard deviation of the output waveform. After assessing whether the dose corresponding to the theoretical dose was presented, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. The accuracy of the tube voltage(kVp) and tube current(mA) exposure time(sec) was within the tolerable level prescribed in Korea's Safety Management Standards. In the error, Inverter device was large the tube voltage and exposure time, the three-phase device was large the tube current. 2. In terms of the output waveform of the exposure conditions and the average and standard deviation of the output waveform, the higher tube voltage and larger tube current resulted in greater standard deviation in pulsation. Moreover, the standard deviation of pulsation was shown to be greater in the inverter device than the three-phase device; there was also greater standard deviation in the inverter device considering the exposure time. 3. Regarding the exposure conditions over the output dose, all linearity showed the coefficient of variation which had an allowable limit of error within 0.05. Although the output dose ratio for the inverter device was 1.00~1.10 times no difference that of the three-phase device, there was almost no difference in dose ratio between the tube currents.

검도 머리치기 유형에 따른 상지의 근전도 비교 분석 (Study of the forearm EMG activities during Kumdo head striking)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the EMG activities of four-forearm muscles during Kumdo head striking. The four skilled and unskilled Kumdo club members were selected from D university in B city. Investigated muscles were left brachioradialis, right brachioradialis and left flexor carpi radialis, right flexor carpi radialis. Raw EMG data were collected during the head striking motions and the average EMG were calculated by the frame width of 0.05s, and then the average %MVC were calculated. The average %MVC values of each muscle in each group were compared. The results are as follows. 1) In each group, there were no significant statistical differences between every muscle over the all phases. 2) There were significant differences, however, between skilled group and unskilled group. The former got higher average %MVC at left flexor carpi radialis and the latter at right brachioradialis in the ready phase and in the impact phase.

창던지기기 남자 국가대표 중점지원 선수의 기술동작 분석 (The Kinematical Analysis of Supported Athlete's Technical Motion in Javelin Throw)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information on athletes' characteristics and advantages and disadvantages by analyzing the kinematic factors having a decisive influence on competitive abilities such as release conditions in the delivery phase on major Korean javelin athletes. Two supported javelin throwers of the Korean national team participated in this study. The total average time required of the delivery phase was 0.31(${\pm}0.016$). The athletes' release angle was 33.2 to 41.7 degrees. The attack angle varied widely from -3.5 to 5.9 degrees. The Javelin heights of Subject A and B were 95.9 and 89.2%Ht. The average stride length were 180.6 and 176.7cm. The center of mass velocity of LFD and REL was relatively low in all the subjects. The average deceleration rates of center of mass velocity of Subject A and B were 57.2 and 48.9%lose. The left knee angles of Subject A and B were 160.1 and 155.5 degrees in LFD, 153.0 and 164.0 degrees in REL. The joint velocity of upper limb segments was relatively low in all the subjects. The maximum average wrist velocity of Subject A and B was 18.2 and 16.3 m/s in REL.

위상 신호에 대한 부가 정보가 없는 SLM 기반 OFDM 시스템을 위한 동기식 위상 신호 검출 방식 (A Coherent Phase Sequence Detection Scheme for SLM-based OFDM Systems without Side Information)

  • OFDM 시스템을 위한 PAPR (peak-to-average power ratio) 저감 기법 중 하나인 SLM (selective mapping) 방식은 구현이 간단하고 전송 신호에 왜곡이 생기지 않는 매우 유용한 PAPR 저감 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 위상 신호에 대한 부가 정보(side information)를 전송하지 않는 SLM 기반 OFDM 시스템에 적용 가능한 동기식 위상 신호 검출 방식을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 동기식 합(coherent summation)에 기반하여 위상 신호를 검출할 수 있도록 하기 위해, 위상 신호의 일부를 직교 부호로 대치시키는 새로운 위상 신호 설계 방법을 제안한다. 또한 새로이 제안된 위상 신호에 기초하여 부가 정보가 필요 없는 동기식 위상 신호 검출 기준(detection criterion)을 제안한다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해, 제안된 방식이 SLM 기반 OFDM 시스템에서 정상적으로 동작함을 보이고, 위상 신호 검출에 사용되는 부반송파 간 채널의 변화가 적은 환경에서 기존 방식보다 위상 신호 검출 성능이 우수함을 보이고자 한다.

  • PIN 다이오드를 사용하여 부하선로 방식 위상기와 가변회로 방식 위상기의 설계방법을 제안하였다. 부하선로 방식은 어느 정도 간격을 두고 두개의 서셉턴스를 병렬로 접속하여 구성하고 스위칭 소자의 바이어스에 따른 서셉턴스값의 변화에서 위상차를 얻으므로서 작은 위상변화를 간단한 구성으로 얻었다. 가변회로 방식은 캐패시터와 인덕터로 병렬 T회로를 구성하고 스위칭 소자의 바이어스에 따른 회로의 기본 구성이 바뀌어지는 방식으로, 저역통과 상태와 고역통과 상태를 유출하여 큰 위상차를 얻었다. 중심 주파수 6GHz에서 대부분의 설계사항은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의하여 최적화 시켰다. 또한 마이크로스트립 선로의 비유전율 2.94인 기판에 Owen 식을 이용하여 계산하였다. 측정치는 평균 위상 오차 $10^{\circ}$ 미만으로 이론치와 거의 같음을 알 수 있었다.

  • 트리카프릴메틸 암모니움 클로라이드를 상이동촉매로 사용하여 $Na_2S_2O_8$의 수용액과 톨루엔의 이상계에서 질소분위기하에 $60^{\circ}C$에서 스티렌의 라디칼중합을 행하였다. 중합시의 초기 중합속도는 촉매와 $Na_2S_2O_8$의 초기공급 농도보다는 수용액 상에서의 4급 암모늄양이온과 퍼록시디슬페이트 음이온의 농도로 나타낼 수 있었다. 관찰된 초기중합속도를 사용하여 분균일 액-액계에서의 순환 상이동에 의한 개시과정을 포함한 중함메카니즘을 밝힐 수 있었다. 폴리스티렌의 점도평균분자량은 $Na_2S_2O_8$의 농도에 역비례하였는데, 라디칼 중합메카니즘에 의하여 $[Q^+]([S_2O{_8}^{2-}]{\alpha}_2)^{1/2}$로 나타내어졌다.

  • A microwave PIN diode 4-bit phase shifter is designed in X-band. A loaded-line type is used for the 22.5$^{\circ}$ and 45$^{\circ}$ bits, and a switched-line type for the 90$^{\circ}$and 180$^{\circ}$bits. The measured results show that the phase error and average insertion loss are less than $\pm$5.4$^{\circ}$and 7.2dB, respectively, over a 9.75~10.25GHz frequency band.

액상-기상 반응법에 의한 탄산칼슘 미분말의 합성과 형상제어 (Synthesis and Shape Control of Calcium Carbonate Fine Powders by Liquid-Gas Reaction Method)

  • Calcium carbonate fine powders were synthesized by blowing CO2 gas in CaO or Ca(OH)2 suspension, and the shapes of powders obtained were examined for each synthetic condition. When water was used as a solvent, ultrafine calcite powders with the average size of∼0.03$\mu\textrm{m}$ were obtained. When synthesized using methanol as a solvent, amorphous phase and spherical vaterite phase were obtained by suction filtering and non-filtering, respectively. Reaction did not occured in ethanol medium, but spherical vaterite phase was obtained by adding ethylene glycol in ethanol.
