  • Recently cosmetic enterprises make rapid progress try to make well-known brands to perceive an image marketing. As the result, the brand's reliability continues to grow, beyond a medium of expression in two-dimensional, but through tridimensional, on brand's image runs strategies. In a strategic point suchlike visual as a shop's image give a stimulus to customers for increase invalue in corporate image and value of commodities. In the strategy of increase in sales, it is on the rise immediate constituent to consumers. Through cosmetic brand shops, cosmetic industries are provide personalized services and cultural facilities, rather than just selling products and to help revitalization of the cosmetic markets, and the pursuit of customer-oriented segmentation strategy to make changes for the better image for the shops. Each cosmetic brand shops' image of segmentation strategy has an effect on individual organizations and designs. As of today in Korea, cosmetic brand shop's designs, start to appear in the late 2000,will try to fine segmentation strategy for strengthen shop's image and research about unique quality of cosmetic brand shops into consumer orientation space, and make the best of significant prepare on the basis of directions for cosmetic brand shop which have ability to function as cultural facilities.

  • 최근 다수의 소셜 네트워크가 빠르게 확산되었다. 그 중에서도 소셜 북마킹 시스템은 가장 널리 사용되는 것 중 하나이다. 소셜 북마킹 시스템은 사용자들이 온라인 자원에 태그를 부여해서 공유하고 관리할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 소셜 북마킹 시스템에서는 품질향상을 위해 태그와 시간 정보를 반영하여 개인에 특화된 추천을 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 가중치와 유사도 측정 과정에서 태그와 시간을 반영한 추천 시스템을 제안하였다. 또한 제안 방법론을 실제 데이터에 적용하였고, 실험결과 태그와 시간 정보를 함께 반영하였을 때 추천 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 개인화와 이동성을 결합하여 제공될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 위치 기반 서비스 기반의 u-마케팅 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. u-마케팅 시스템은 기존 모바일 마케팅 시스템을 보다 더 효율적으로 지원하는 u-LBS 기반 기술을 활용한 u-마케팅 콜센터이다. 지금까지의 모바일 마케팅이 불특정 다수의 고객에게 일방적으로 홍보 내용을 전달하는 스팸 방식에 마케팅이었다면, u-마케팅 시스템은 u-LBS 기반 기술을 활용하여 이동통신사 가입 회원의 성별, 연령, 거주지, 직업과 그리고 휴대폰의 위치정보나 GPS를 통하여 가입자의 위치정보를 활용함으로써 회원사가 원하는 맞춤형 타겟 마케팅을 지원할 수 있는 위치기반의 유비쿼터스 마케팅 시스템이다.

스마트 스피커의 교육적 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Educational Uses of Smart Speaker)

  • 교육업계에 교육과 정보기술(IT)을 융합한 '에듀테크' 바람이 불고 있다. 4차 산업혁명 핵심 기술이 최근 교육 분야에 적극 활용되고 있는데 학습자들은 인공지능 기반 학습 플랫폼을 이용해 자신이 부족한 부분을 스스로 진단하고, 클라우드 학습 플랫폼으로 온라인상에서 개인 맞춤형 교육을 받는다. 최근 인공지능 기술과 음성인식 기술을 접목한 스마트 스피커와 같은 새로운 교육 매체가 등장하게 되어 다양한 교육서비스가 시도되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 교육의 한계를 극복하기 위해 스마트 스피커를 교육적으로 활용하는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 스마트 스피커의 개념 및 특성을 알아보고 스마트 스피커에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 스마트 스피커이용의 문제점에 대해서도 고찰하였다.

  • 스마트폰 확산에 따라 스마트 사회가 진행되면서 개인의 일상생활 방식이 변하고 있으며, 업무수행 방식도 스마트 워크화 되어감에 따라 업무 담당자는 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 원격지에서도 업무처리가 가능해지고 있다. 이러한 사회전반에 걸친 스마트화에 따라, 업무관련 구성원과 시스템은 상호 연결되어 개인화된 서비스를 받을 수 있는 환경으로 바뀌면서 유연한 근무가 가능해졌다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 근로자의 업무인지와 업무수행간 스마트워크 환경의 조절효과를 탐색하고자 한다. 탐색연구 결과 업무가 복잡할 때 스마트워크 환경 수용은 협업 업무수행을 증가시키는 조절효과가 있다는 것을 알 수가 있었다.

4차 산업혁명시대 노인 간호 (Gerontological Nursing in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • Purpose: There is a need to examine changes in the health care environment and the impact on gerontological nursing care in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this article recent healthcare paradigm changes, gerontechnology, high tech and high touch, person-centered approaches are discussed. Methods: A narrative review was used. Results: Cyber physical system, artificial intelligence, advance and convergence of bioengineering, and information communication technology are changing the health care paradigm to "precision", "prediction" and "personalization". Entry into the global aging society and the surge in the elderly population worldwide has led to searches for a new means to prepare for projected demands of this growing population. Thus, efforts such as gerontechnology have been made to apply and utilize recent innovative science and technology in order to promote the health and life of elders. There is a great emphasis on the convergence of high tech and high touch, in which humanistic and artistic approach are critical in order to assure that technology is beneficial to human beings rather than harmful. Conclusion: Positive healthcare experiences among patients and their families are emphasized by utilizing new technology and employing high touch while providing personalized care with a person-centered approach.

The Effect of Big Data-based Fashion Shopping Applications on App Users' Continuous Usage Intention

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristics of big data-based fashion shopping (BDFS) application, perceived usefulness, and expectation confirmation that influence the continuous usage intention of BDFS application users based on the expectation-confirmation model. A survey was conducted with female consumers in their 20s, who are living in Seoul and Incheon area and have used BDFS applications, A total of 182 responses were used for the data analysis. Five hypotheses were proposed, and regression analyses were conducted to test those hypotheses. The results indicated that the users' perceived usefulness increased with the increase of accuracy and personalization characteristics of the app and the expectation confirmation. The result suggested that it is essential to provide accurate information for users to feel useful and to develop the personalized offerings and services which can be the biggest strength of the big-data based mobile fashion store. It was also found that continuous usage intention increases with increased perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation. This result suggests that expectations can play a critical role in perceiving the usefulness of BDFS applications and the user's expectation confirmation also significantly affected the users' continuous usage intention.

Wearable Designs for Hair Designers with 3D Virtual Images and 3D Printed Models

  • Improving work efficiency and satisfying customers through personalized services is becoming more important in an increasingly competitive hair industry. Wearables may help to improve hair designers' work efficiency and customer satisfaction by analyzing customer and hair designers' conditions and provide hair stylingrelated data. However, there is limited research on developing wearables for hair designers (WHDs), and many existing wearables were developed without understanding user needs and perceptions. This research investigated preferences, perceptions, and intentions on WHDs based on hair designers in the U.S., which is the largest hair market. Specific design options that hair designers preferred and possible options to meet requirements that hair designers expect for wearables were identified and suggested in WHD design guidelines. Second, most people preferred a WHD design of a black-colored bracelet/watch that can be a necklace designed with preferred functions; in addition, 3D virtual images and 3D printed models were prototyped. Third, developed designs were evaluated. More than 70% of users were satisfied and considered it as useful and easy to use, with an intention to purchase. The results are expected to provide insights to designers when developing WHDs.

머신러닝을 이용한 이러닝 학습자 집중도 평가 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of e-learners' Concentration by using Machine Learning)

  • Recently, e-learning has been attracting significant attention due to COVID-19. However, while e-learning has many advantages, it has disadvantages as well. One of the main disadvantages of e-learning is that it is difficult for teachers to continuously and systematically monitor learners. Although services such as personalized e-learning are provided to compensate for the shortcoming, systematic monitoring of learners' concentration is insufficient. This study suggests a method to evaluate the learner's concentration by applying machine learning techniques. In this study, emotion and gaze data were extracted from 184 videos of 92 participants. First, the learners' concentration was labeled by experts. Then, statistical-based status indicators were preprocessed from the data. Random Forests (RF), Support Vector Machines (SVMs), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), and an ensemble model have been used in the experiment. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) has also been used for comparison. As a result, it was possible to predict e-learners' concentration with an accuracy of 90.54%. This study is expected to improve learners' immersion by providing a customized educational curriculum according to the learner's concentration level.

Research on Community Knowledge Modeling of Readers Based on Interest Labels

  • Community portraits can deeply explore the characteristics of community structures and describe the personalized knowledge needs of community users, which is of great practical significance for improving community recommendation services, as well as the accuracy of resource push. The current community portraits generally have the problems of weak perception of interest characteristics and low degree of integration of topic information. To resolve this problem, the reader community portrait method based on the thematic and timeliness characteristics of interest labels (UIT) is proposed. First, community opinion leaders are identified based on multi-feature calculations, and then the topic features of their texts are identified based on the LDA topic model. On this basis, a semantic mapping including "reader community-opinion leader-text content" was established. Second, the readers' interest similarity of the labels was dynamically updated, and two kinds of tag parameters were integrated, namely, the intensity of interest labels and the stability of interest labels. Finally, the similarity distance between the opinion leader and the topic of interest was calculated to obtain the dynamic interest set of the opinion leaders. Experimental analysis was conducted on real data from the Douban reading community. The experimental results show that the UIT has the highest average F value (0.551) compared to the state-of-the-art approaches, which indicates that the UIT has better performance in the smooth time dimension.
