Personalization and customization of product and service designs involving firms and customers using online design interfaces across the Internet is increasingly being facilitated by brands. Research on the role of information technology and value co-creation across various research disciplines in management has provided learnings on ways to creatively improve products and services by integrating customers and firms in web portals. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the specific attributes of value co-creation between customers and firms relevant to business logic, learnings, projects, personalized products and services, social network innovations, brand management and markets across the Internet for the purpose of enhancing information management of value co-creation for industries and research. The paper draws on published research and industry surveys on how value co-creation is growing in the digital economy. An industry survey of managers who use web portals for their business responded to a questionnaire on how various social, economic and intellectual motivation factors of firm-customer interactions result in value co-creation for customers and firms. These motivation factors can lead to improved learning systems for business process improvements and service management for industries, customers and firms and may also be classified.
Reputation systems aggregate users' feedback after the completion of a transaction and compute the "reputation" of products, services, or providers, which can assist other users in decision-making in the future. With the rapid growth of online e-Learning content providing services, a suitable reputation system for more credible e-Learning content delivery has become important and is essential if educational content providers are to remain competitive. Most existing reputation systems focus on generating ratings only for user reputation; they fail to consider the reputations of products or services(item reputation). However, it is essential for B2C e-Learning services to have a reliable reputation rating mechanism for items since they offer guidance for decision-making by presenting the ranks or ratings of e-Learning content items. To overcome this problem, we propose a novel collaborative filtering based reputation rating method. Collaborative filtering, one of the most successful recommendation methods, can be used to improve a reputation system. In this method, dual information sources are formed with groups of co-oriented users and expert users and to adapt it to the reputation rating mechanism. We have evaluated its performance experimentally by comparing various reputation systems.

Subject specialized services are introduced in library environment in order to meet users' needs, which become more specialized, characterized, and personalized. This concept dates back to the 1960 in Korean scholarly research, and previous studies revealed that many libraries in Korea have provided this kind of subject specialized services to library users. This study aimed to consider appropriate directions of subject specialization in Korea. This study examined seven library cases the structure of which is organized by subject specialization. It tried to give a good grasp of background of building up the subject specialization system, current state of the service and its effects, problems and challenges of operating the system, recruitment and training issues of subject specialist librarians, their duties and tasks, and so on. Also Announcements of academic subject specialist positions in Korea are compared to in other countries such as United States, UK, and Canada in order to analyze the demand for subject specialist librarians.
With the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, many consumer products have adopted AI features for providing proactive and personalized services to customers. One of the most prominent products featuring AI techniques is a smart speaker. The fundamental of smart speaker is a portable wireless Internet connecting speaker which already have existed in a consumer market. By applying AI techniques, smart speakers can recognize human voices and communicate with them. In addition, they can control other connecting devices and provide offline services. The goal of this study is to identify the impact of AI techniques for customer rating to the products. We compared customer reviews of other portable speakers without AI features and those of a smart speaker. Amazon echo is used for a smart speaker and JBL Flip 4 Bluetooth Speaker and Ultimate Ears BOOM 2 Panther Limited Edition are used for the comparison. These products are in the same price range ($50~100) and selected as featured products in Amazon.com. All reviews for the products were collected and common words for all products and unique words of the smart speaker were identified. Information gain values were calculated to identify the influences of words to be rated as positive or negative. Positive and negative words in all the products or in Amazon echo were identified, too. Topic modeling was applied to the customer reviews on Amazon echo and the importance of each topic were measured by summating information gain values of each topic. This study provides a way of identifying customer responses on the AI feature and measuring the importance of the feature among diverse features of the products.
With the development of ubiquitous computing and the construction of infrastructure for one-to-one personalized services, the importance of context-aware services based on user's situation and environment is being spotlighted. The smart home technology connects real space and virtual space, and converts situations in reality into information in a virtual space, and provides user-oriented intelligent services using this information. In this paper, we proposed the discovery of the behavior sequence pattern using the mining in the smart home. We discovered the behavior sequence pattern by using mining to add time variation to the association rule between locations that occur in location transactions. We can predict the path or behavior of user according to the recognized time sequence and provide services accordingly. To evaluate the performance of behavior consequence pattern using mining, we conducted sample t-tests so as to verify usefulness. This evaluation found that the difference of satisfaction by service was statistically meaningful, and showed high satisfaction.
Sixth generation will exploit satellite, aerial, and terrestrial platforms jointly to improve radio access capability and unlock the support of on-demand edge cloud services in three-dimensional (3D) space, by incorporating mobile edge computing (MEC) functionalities on aerial platforms and low-orbit satellites. This will extend the MEC support to devices and network elements in the sky and forge a space-borne MEC, enabling intelligent, personalized, and distributed on-demand services. End users will experience the impression of being surrounded by a distributed computer, fulfilling their requests with apparently zero latency. In this paper, we consider an architecture that provides communication, computation, and caching (C3) services on demand, anytime, and everywhere in 3D space, integrating conventional ground (terrestrial) base stations and flying (non-terrestrial) nodes. Given the complexity of the overall network, the C3 resources and management of aerial devices need to be jointly orchestrated via artificial intelligence-based algorithms, exploiting virtualized network functions dynamically deployed in a distributed manner across terrestrial and non-terrestrial nodes.

The Next generation network may describe one integrated network by IP (Internet Protocol) convergence and combining various access technologies. The IP version 6 (IPv6) becomes fundamental protocol and the terminal offered various services is having mobility, multihoming, and intelligent as well as smaller. In this convergence network, which integrate mobile network, broad cast network, and Internet as well as PSTN, can provide all of the service. In this context, we will briefly present that the end node should be required ubiquitous computing and networking. That is to say that we must guarantee the end node in any time, my place, my where, and offer continuously services to the node. As like this, Service Mobility is given if a user can obtain subscribed and personalized services consistently even if connected to a foreign network service provider. In other words, Service mobility allows users to maintain access to their services even while moving or changing devices and network service providers. In this paper, we have to refer technical consideration items to make the service mobility framework.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development of interactive services and technologies in the media industry. Through the analysis of domestic two-way broadcasting contents service, this study analyzed platform and services type according to service type of terrestrial broadcasting, SO operator and Telco. Also, by identifying the characteristics of interactive programs(open, interactive, personalized, stereoscopic), this study propose important convergence possibilities of the future providers and development plans through supporting technologies and services for each characteristic. In the case of terrestrial broadcasters, ARS, web sites and mobile apps were mostly provided in both directions, and SO and satellite broadcasting operators were found to provide diversity in interactive service operation using data domain. In the case of IPTV companies, most of them provide interactive services with additional video or information service through adjustment button or app, and cable TV operators had more adjustment data broadcasting than exclusive use data broadcasts. Therefore, domestic interactive broadcasting service type needs convergence type of revenue model needs and needs to be converted into new competitive interactive broadcasting program service environment.
In this study, it was necessary to examine consumer acceptance attitudes from an in-depth and multifaceted perspective at a time when the need for chatbot services in various industrial fields is increasing and being activated in earnest. Accordingly, this study conducted a structural equation model to examine not only the structural relationship between ease, usefulness, and playfulness among the main functions of chatbot services and their acceptance attitudes, but also whether there is a mediating effect of service value in the relationship. As a result of the main study of this study, it was identified that the relationship between the ease, usefulness, and playfulness factors, which are the main functional sub-factors of the chatbot service, and their acceptance attitude and service value had a statistically static influence relationship. Based on these research results, the main research conclusions suggest that when companies in various fields provide chatbot services in the future, it is necessary to clearly determine the influencing factors that can affect the chatbot service acceptance attitude and provide these services. Through this, it is expected that the AI chatbot service will strengthen communication with consumers and establish itself as a customized and personalized counseling service.
