Location Based Service(LBS) is various and widely spreading service based on the Location information. Those services are under the control of Privacy Act for Location Information to protect from misusing or overusing of personal location information. In this paper, we analyze a concept and a feature of personal location information and how to use and control the flow of location information by the Location Information Act. As the result of this paper, we expect to use the location information in various fields to develop more efficient service.

Users who using computer may experience fatigue or sickness on their wrists if they use the keyboard and mouse for a long time. People with physical disabilities will find it difficult to work with the keyboard and mouse. There is a problem in that the substitute product for solving this is limited in function or expensive. In this paper, we development a system for controlling a personal computer with voice commands using the Amazon Echo and Amazon Web Services lambda functions. The implemented system processes the user's voice commands from the Amazon web server and sends them to the personal computer. The personal computer processes the received command and uses it to operate the application program.

Widespread personal data utilization has led personal data protection to its importance at core, and serious data spill has increased constantly as a result. Though various types of protection systems for data spill have been suggested, all these met failures in detection of personal data when printed out or preventing fatal data exposure without any protections when data spill happens. I propose API-Hook method which detects and controls personal data within printouts, and prevents data leakage through masking on the printed-out data. Also, it is verified if security is guaranteed on the documents containing personal data when implementing. In order to obtain security, it is essential to put more weights on the balance with availability than confidentiality.

This study tries to describe personal name access point control ontology for the American novelist Mark Twain using RDF/OWL axiom to control access point based on the ontology. The Axiom used in this study are disjoint with class, domain and range, property cardinality, inverse functional property, individual and literal data property. As a result, in the ontology environment we can accept various access points as equal access points exclusive of authority heading and heading concept. It can successfully describe Mark Twain's personal name access point control ontology and display using the OntoGraf.
The age of big data has not only opened new opportunities for economic growth in various industries, but it has also created new problems related to personal information protection and privacy invasion. Given this situation, Korea's communications commission has proposed a big data guideline that specifies how companies should collect and utilize personal information in the big data environment. However, this guideline is more focused on industrial development than personal information protection, and it contains many features that conflict with personal information protection law as it currently exists. As a result, civic groups strongly oppose the guideline, as it may create serious privacy issues for subjects of information gathering. Thus, this paper analyses the limitations of the guideline by comparing it with domestic and foreign laws about personal information protection and privacy. We also discuss the direction of legalization and institutionalization with respect to the secure use of big data.
With the advancement of the internet, the use of personal information in online interactions has increased, underscoring the significance of data protection. Breaches of personal data due to unauthorized access can result in psychological and financial damage to individuals, and may even enable wide-ranging societal attacks aimed at those associated with the victims. In response to such threats, there is active research into security measures using blockchain to safeguard personal information. This study proposes a system that uses middleware and IAM (Identity and Access Management) services to protect personal information in a BaaS (Blockchain as a Service) environment where blockchain is provided via the Internet. The middleware operates on servers where IAM roles and policies are applied, authenticates users, and performs access control to allow only legitimate users to access blockchain data existing in the cloud. Additionally, to understand the impact of the proposed personal information protection method on the system, we measure the response time according to the time taken and the number of users under three assumed scenarios, and compare the proposed method and research related to personal information protection using blockchain in terms of security characteristics such as idea, type of blockchain, authentication, and confidentiality.
With emergence of smart technologies(e.g., smartphones), Location-Based Services(LBS) are expected to provide more enhanced values utilizing consumers' personal information than other smart services. However, in contrast to existing smartphone applications, LBS could raised severe consumer's privacy concerns because of rapidly changing information sensitive to consumers. In this context, the purpose of this study is to explore relationships among privacy concerns reduction, trust and intention to use LBS by examining the effect of precedence factors(social presence, reputation, mobile literacy, ability of information control) of privacy concern reduction. In addition, the study investigates the role of personal innovation as a moderating effect between privacy concern reduction and intention to use LBS. The results showed that the proposed precedence factors of privacy concerns with a exception of Mobile Literacy had a positive impact on privacy concerns reduction that then positively affected trust and intention to use LBS. In addition, the relationship between trust and intention to use LBS was significantly supported. Finally, personal innovation as a moderating effect significantly influenced the relationship between privacy concern reduction and intention to use LBS. This study is expected to be a reference for a subsequent study about the spread of LBS application of smartphone. Also, the finding of this study is meaningful for helping service direction to firms providing LBS.

DID(Decentralized Identity Identification) is a system in which users voluntarily manage their identity, etc., and control the scope and subject of submission of identity information based on a block chain. In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, where the importance of protecting personal information is increasing day by day, DID will surely be positioned as the industrial center of the Internet and e-business. However, when managing personal information, DID is highly likely to cause a large amount of personal information leakage due to electronic infringement, such as hacking and invasion of privacy caused by the concentration of user's identity information on global service users. Therefore, there are a number of challenges to be solved before DID settles into a stable standardization. Therefore, in this paper, we try to examine what problems exist in order to positively apply the development of DID technology, and analyze the improvement plan to become a stable service in the future.
Since there are growing concerns regarding personal information, users have perceived the importance of it. It makes users try to manage and control personal information by their own intentions. Therefore, we assume users now have begun to perceive psychological ownership on personal information. A main objective of this study is to identitythe relationship between accountability, self-identity, self-efficacy and sense of belongingness and psychological ownership on personal information. We conduct an online-basedsurvey and establish a structural equation model for testing hypothesis. The results show that users' accountability, self-identity and sense of belongingness positively influence to psychological ownership on personal information. Additionally, users' perceived psychological ownership on personal information increase their concern for information privacy. This study suggests a new concept as 'perceived psychological ownership on personal information' to explain for intentions of their psychological possessions toward personal information. The findings of this study can provide a way for how firms have to require clients' personal information with increasing their satisfactions.
