EU의 GDPR에 따르면 개인정보를 수집할 때 정보 주체(사용자)의 동의 혹은 거절하는 권리가 가장 우선시 되고 있다. 그러므로 정보 주체는 언제라도 동의 철회 및 잊힐 권리를 주장할 수 있어야 한다. 특히, 제한적인 IoT 장치(Constrained Node)에서는 프라이버시에 민감한 데이터의 수집, 처리 등에 대해 정보 주체의 동의 기능 구현 및 수집 정보의 활용 내용을 게시하기 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 정보 주체가 IoT 장치에서 수집, 처리되는 데이터를 모니터링하여, 정보 유출의 문제를 인지하고, 연결 및 장치 제어가 가능한 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. IoT 장치의 표준 OCF(Open Connectivity Foundation)와 장치 연결 프레임워크인 AllJoyn의 공통 정보를 고려하고, 정보 보호를 위한 메타 데이터 10개를 정의하였다. 이를 DPD(Data Protection Descriptor)라고 명명하였으며, DPD를 기반으로 정보 주체가 정보를 관리할 수 있는 SW인 DPM(Data Protection Manager)를 개발하였다.

This paper proposes an image processing algorithm for detecting obstacles on road-lane using DLI(disparity of lane-related information) that is generated by stereo images acquired from dual cameras mounted on a moving vehicle. The DLI is a disparity that is acquired using single lane information from road lane detection. For the purpose to reduce processing time, we use small blocks obtained by edge-histogram based blocking logic. This algorithm detects moving objects such as preceding vehicles and obstacles. The proposed algorithm has been implemented in a personal computer with the road image data of a typical highway. We successfully performed experiments under a wide variety of road conditions without changing parameter values or adding human intervention. Experimental results also showed that the proposed DLI is quite successful.

A newly designed torsion pendulum operating at high pressures and various temperatures has been constructed. The High Pressure Torsion Pendulum(HPTP) is capable of containing gaseous pressure to 690MPa(100, 000psi) and operating at temperatures from-$100^{\circ}C$ to $300^{\circ}C$. A glass fiber braid is installed between two sample holders to accommodateliquid samples. The HPTP was fully automated and computerized using an IBM-AT personal computer to control initiation of oscillation, collect digitized data, and calculate the shear and loss moduli from damped curves, The curing process of an epoxyamine(DGEBA-DDS) system under various pressures up to 124 MPa(18, 000 psi) at $150^{\circ}C$has been successfully carried out and some results are presented.

In Korea-U.S.A. FTA Negotiation, U.S.A. request to eliminate barriers of tariffs and non-tariff in trade of cosmetics. Korea applies tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics and personal care products. There are some non-tariffs barriers in cosmetics trade between Korea and U.S.A., for example, transparency on restriction and regulatory, cosmeceuticals, import clearance review, quality control testing, ingredient labelling. Tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics should be eliminated, a proviso of complementary measures on sanitation of Korean people about imported cosmetics. This is a meaning of reformation of prior management(tariffs) by strong ex post management in cosmetics trade. It is important that Korea should construct system of ex post management, for instance, construction of data base on manufacturer, importer, bland name of cosmetics and all ingredients of cosmetics. This is concerned with labelling of cosmetics and cosmeceutical and publication of Korean edition of INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient).

An automated calibration system of sound level meters was developed and tested. As a standard sound source, the speaker unit(Forstex FE208) cabineted by 440 * 390 * 490 mm$^{3}$(LHW) volume wood box was adopted. Including this source, the driving part was found out to have a good linearity of sound pressure output vs AC input. We use the Hybrid-Bisect, /Newton-Raphson method modified by the linearity as searching algorithm. Personal computer and program do the control, measurements, and calculations and finally do the accumulation of useful data and results. Several trials of automatic calibration using this developed system give reliable results.

The system start-up function of TDX-1A that should be executed during installation or emergency has been designed to meet requirements of the distributed real time control system. It is performed in a centralized manner by the dedicated processor according to the maintenance and administration mechanism of the system. Upon execution, it provides information on the system state for the ESS personal. In additions, it protects the loss the charging and statistics data, and minimizes the effect on the customer service. This paper describes the design concept of the system startup function and its implementation method and also calculates its the execution time.

마이크로 프로세서를 이용하여 8채널 방식의 선량측정장치를 구성하여 방사선 치료시 환자의 부위별 선량측정 및 밀봉선원을 이용한 치료에서의 선량분포와 뇌정위적 방사선 수술에서의 선량 측정에 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구에서는 방사선 검출소자에 상용 반도체도 이용할 수 있도록 하는데에도 목적을 두고 여러개의 검출소자의 신호를 실시간 계측이 가능토록 하였으며 개인용 컴퓨터의 RS-232C 직렬 포트를 이용하여 본 시스템의 모든 기능을 제어하고 데이타 처리를 하도록 하였다.

The major purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship of employed and unemployed wives' financial management behavior and financial well-being on the basis of the family resource management system theory. The data were obtained from 660 wives who lived in Seoul 1996. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1. Regardless of the wives' employment status marriage duration and level of wives' education negatively influenced objective financial well-being in the case of unemployed wives but one in the case of employed wives. 2. Both unemployed and employed wives locus of control over their financial situation positively influences subjective financial well-being 3. It was found that personal and managerial factors had effect on subjective financial well-being both for unemployed and employed wives. The path model designed in this research was found to be proven for unemployed but not for employed wives.

The IEEE 802.15.4 standard not only provides a maximum of seven guaranteed time slots (GTSs) for allocation within a superframe to support time-critical traffic, but also achieves ultralow complexity, cost, and power in low-rate and short-distance wireless personal area networks (WPANs). Real-time wireless body area sensor networks (WBASNs), as a special purpose WPAN, can perfectly use the IEEE 802. 15. 4 standard for its wireless connection. In this paper, we propose an adaptive GTS allocation scheme for real-time WBASN data transmissions with different priorities in consideration of low latency, fairness, and bandwidth utilization. The proposed GTS allocation scheme combines a weight-based priority assignment algorithm with an innovative starvation avoidance scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed method significantly outperforms the existing GTS implementation for the traditional IEEE 802.15.4 in terms of average delay, contention free period bandwidth utilization, and fairness.

최근 교육 수월성 제고와 질적 수준 향상을 위해서 대학에서는 정보화를 추진하고 있으나 개인정보를 비롯한 학사행정과 관련된 중요 정보들이 학사 데이터베이스에 집적되어 있어 그에 따른 보호 대책이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 학사 데이터베이스 구축에 사용되는 DBMS의 접근제어, 기밀성, 무결성 그리고 보안감사 등이 보장되도록 대학의 현실에 적합한 학사 데이터베이스 통합 보안 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 상당 수 대학들이 데이터베이스 보안 제품을 활용하고 있지 못한 여건을 고려하여 DBMS가 제공하는 기능만으로 보안의 가장 핵심 요소인 기밀성 등을 구현하는 세부 방안을 제시하고 있다.
