유방자가검진 이행정도별 건강신념의 차이와 이행요인 (Differences in Health Belief by Compliance Level with Breast Self-Examination and Predictors of BSE among Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore differences in health belief by compliance level with breast self-examination (BSE) and the predictors of BSE compliance among women. Method: Using a convenience sampling method, 163 women were selected for the sample. Data were measured for each participant during the period between December 2008 and February 2009, and analyzed by chi-square test, t-test, Kruskal-Wallis test with post hoc, and logistic regression analysis. Samples were categorized into three groups by the compliance level of BSE for the last 6 months: Never-performers (i.e, women who had never performed BSE), irregularly-performers (i.e, women who performed BSE at least once), and regularly-performers (i.e, women who performed monthly BSE). Result: Significant differences were reported among never-performers, irregularly-performers and regularly-performers correlated to age, level of education, mammography, ultrasonography, clinical examination, benefit, and confidence. There was no significant difference between irregularly-performers and regularly performers. The significant factor influencing compliance with BSE was 'confidence', which explained 33.7% of the variance in compliance with BSE. Conclusion: Women who had more confidence in their ability to perform BSE were more likely to practice BSE. It is necessary to develop the strategy to enforce woman's confidence in complying with BSE.

농협조직의 핵심성공요인: 고성과 지역농협과 저성과 지역농협의 비교연구 (Key Success Factors of Agricultural Cooperative Federation: A Comparative Study of High Performers and Low Performers)

  • 본 연구는 농협조직의 핵심성공요인을 도출하기 위해 지역농협의 사업부들을 대상으로 상대적으로 성과가 높은 사업부와 상대적으로 성과가 낮은 사업부로 분류한 후, 이들 간에 환경의 안정성, 자원의 보유량, 자원의 유연성, 차별화 전략, 저원가 전략의 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 분석결과에 따르면 고성과 사업부는 저성과 사업부에 비해 자원의 보유량, 자원의 유연성, 차별화 전략의 추구정도, 저원가 전략의 추구정도에 있어 우위를 가지는 것으로 확인되었으나, 환경의 안정성은 고성과 사업부와 저성과 사업부 간에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 자원속성 및 전략속성으로 대표되는 조직의 내적요인이 핵심성공요인으로서 경영성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 반면, 환경속성으로 대표되는 조직의 외적요인은 핵심성공요인으로 작용하기에는 한계가 있다는 결론에 도달하였다. 특히 고성과 사업부와 저성과 사업부 간에 가장 큰 차이를 발생시키는 요인은 자원의 유연성으로서, 경쟁자에 비해 자원과 규모 면에서 불리한 위치에서 경쟁하는 경우에는 다양한 영역에서 활용될 수 있는 유연한 자원의 확보가 핵심적인 성공요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 실증분석에 근거하여 농협조직의 핵심성공요인을 도출했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

재교육으로서 비디오를 이용한 피드백이 임상수행평가 성적에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Remedial Precepted Video Review on Clinical Performance Examination Scores)

  • Purpose: Precepted video review (PVR) has been considered one of the methods for the remediation of clinical performance examinations (CPX). This study quantified the effect of brief PVR on CPX scores. Methods: For two years, final-year students (61 students in the 1st year's cohort and 54 in the 2nd year's cohort) participated in CPXs. The scores on the initial CPX were announced to the students shortly after that CPX administration. There was no PVR after the initial CPX in the 1st year. All participants of the 2nd year were notified of the opportunity to voluntarily receive brief PVR after the initial CPX. Several months after the initial CPX, the students took the latter CPX in both years. The differences of scores between initial and latter CPX were compared in good performers and poor performers of the initial CPX. Results: Thirteen poor performers and 8 good performers received PVR in the 2nd year. In the 1st year, history taking (Hx), physical examination, and patient physician interaction (PPI) scores of the good performers of the initial CPX were significantly decreased on the latter CPX. In the 2nd year, the Hx and PPI scores of the good performers of the initial CPX, who received PVR, were significantly decreased at the latter CPX. The Hx and PPI scores of the poor performers of the initial CPX were significantly increased at the latter CPX in both years regardless of PVR. Conclusion: The changes in CPX scores according to PVR did not show any consistent trend. Brief PVR appears to be not sufficient for improving CPX scores.

무대분장이 공연자의 심리상태 교 공연수행에 미치는 영향 (The in Fluence of Stage Make-Up to Psychological Condition of Performers and Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify function of make-up as an Important variable in terms of its influence to psychology of performers and outcome of their performance. From June to November 2004 performers in 4 types of fields, i.e., opera, musical, drama and dancing being performed in Seoul and Cheongju were chosen as subjects and totally 450 questionnaires were prepared and distributed and among them 416 were used as data for final analysis. For data analysis frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, path analysis, chi-square test were conducted by means of SPS 12.0 and MOS 4.0 statistical programs and as ex post facto checking Duncan's multiful range test was conducted. Make-up is an important element in acting and it has great influence on level of psychological satisfaction of an individual. It was disclosed that psychological factor of concentration and lethargy have direct bearing on acting performance. In order to maximize actor or actresses performance skill perfect make-up is essential and role of make-up specialist can become a critical factor for inducing success in performance. Role and duty of make-up artists in terms of scope of their responsibility should be extended so that they may give their full support to the performers to be most successful in their performance.

A GraphML-based Visualization Framework for Workflow-Performers' Closeness Centrality Measurements

  • A hot-issued research topic in the workflow intelligence arena is the emerging topic of "workflow-supported organizational social networks." These specialized social networks have been proposed to primarily represent the process-driven work-sharing and work-collaborating relationships among the workflow-performers fulfilling a series of workflow-related operations in a workflow-supported organization. We can discover those organizational social networks, and visualize its analysis results as organizational knowledge. In this paper, we are particularly interested in how to visualize the degrees of closeness centralities among workflow-performers by proposing a graphical representation schema based on the Graph Markup Language, which is named to ccWSSN-GraphML. Additionally, we expatiate on the functional expansion of the closeness centralization formulas so as for the visualization framework to handle a group of workflow procedures (or a workflow package) with organizational workflow-performers.

연진자를 위한 무태공간의 최적화 (An optimum stage-enclosure configuration for performers)

  • n optimization technique is adapted to determine the stage enclosure configuration preferred by performers. The merit function which quantifies the ease of ensemble among the performers is derived from a set of qualitative conditions recommended by researchers of hall acoustics. The ray path tracing technique based on the modified method of images is used to analyze acoustical characteristics at any locations of performers in stage enclosure. The gradient search technique is employed to find the geometric parameters which maximmize the merit function. As an example, optimum stage enclosure configuration of the trio chamber music is obtained using the computer program developed. The developed technique can be used in the design of concert hall stage and also in forming a special enclosure with movable reflecting surfaces.

역사성 보존을 위한 구 국악사양성소(별오름극장)의 리모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Remodeling of The Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music(Studio 'Byeol') for Historicity Conservation)

  • Recently, the recognition is changing about cultural heritage, and the various types of buildings or facilities of modern or contemporary times have been designated as cultural properties after that Registered Cultural Properties System is enforced. The purpose of this study is to survey how the newly born the historic buildings of modern or contemporary times through the remodeling process of the Studio 'Byeol'(the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music) in the National Theater of Korea so-called a microcosm of performing arts history. In the process, it will examine the merits and demerits of various alternatives and the direction of the remodeling etc., and propose an utilization as a basic data of post evaluation for the remodeling of a historic building. The result are as followings. Firstly, the remodeling that gave a new physical properties to a building can be used a method of conservation and reuse on a historic building. The remodeling of a historic building must be eclectically progress between the owner and the citizen or the economic value and the historicity conservation. And, the remodeling of historic buildings such as the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music must consider the conservation of the exterior walls in whole or in part at least. Secondly, an architect Lee Hee Tae(李喜泰) who had been to develop his own architectural vocabulary and to test based on the korean traditional architecture and the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music must be newly evaluated today. Lastly, the remodeling alternatives of the Training Center for Performers of Korean Traditional Music have been analyzed with three types, which is 'repairing only the interior which maintains the size and an appearance of present', 'extending the outer wall to the external column line', 'extending the basement'. And, it was analyzed with the appropriate final decision that it remodels only the interior in the current situation because of a historicity, a budget, a relevant law etc.

조선후기 감로탱화 하단화를 통해 본 예인복식 연구(제1보) - 사당패 남자복식을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Costumes of Male Performers in the late Joseon's Gamrotaenghwa(Part I) - Korean Nectar Ritual Painting -)

  • This study is focused on the man's costumes of Sadangpae(the troupe of performers) shown in Gamrotaenghwa (감로탱화) during the late Chosun dynasty. Originally Gamrotaenghwa was used as a painting for a Buddhist praying ceremony, 또Young-ga-cheon-do-je(영가천도제). It shows us the lives of the commoners in those days. Gamrotaenghwa reflects the changes of costume style in the late Chosun period. The early styles of po(포, coat) for male performers in the 17th century were changeui(창의) and dopo(도포), which had the front panels(seop) overlapped deeply and sleeves that got wider as time passed. After the 18th century, Male performers wore a simpler coat such as sochangeui(소창의), which had narrow sleeves and long slits on the both sides. Especially the coats of acrobats were fastened on the center front with buttons. Heuklip(흑립: black hat), somoja(소모자: small cap) and jeonlip(전립: wool hat) were used as hats for the male performers. Originally, heuklip was the hat that represented the noble status: yangban(양반). However, it was popularized among the commoners in the late Chosun period. As time passed on, the heuklip became more popular and its shape also changed. Somoja and jeonlip were shown throughout the entire Gamrotaenghwa. Unlike heuklip, those were common hats for Sadangpae. The costumes of entertainers shown in Gamrotaenghwa were very similar to those of the commoners. However, it seems that there were some differences of the costumes depending on the roles they performed.

공연에서 나타나는 '전이'와 배우의 '심리적 경계'에 관한 연구 (Study on the Performer's Transference and Mental Borderline in a Performance)

  • 일반적으로 공연을 준비하는 배우들은 처음 텍스트(희곡)를 접하면서 배역과 배우 자신과의 경계를 허물려는 노력을 통해 일상의 공간에서 극중의 공간으로 이동하는 심리적 전이과정을 경험하게 된다. 이러한 '전이'는 실제로도 나타난다고 할 수 있는데 무대에 서기전까지 분장실이나 윙(무대에 등장하기 직전의 공간), 그리고 무대(관객을 접하는 공간)라는 물리적 공간이 그것이다. 공연을 하는 배우는 공연기간이 완전히 종료되는 순간까지 끊임없이 반복적으로 심리적 물리적 공간들을 이동하게 된다. 이렇게 각각의 공간으로 이동하는 것은 '전이'이며, 이 '전이'과정 속에서 배우들이 경험하게 되는 심리적 변화의 지점을 '심리적 경계'라고 할 수 있을 것이다. '심리적 경계'는 실제 배우들이 각각의 공간에서 전이되는 순간 느끼는 심리적 양상들을 통해 그 존재 자체를 유추할 수 있다. 배우의 '심리적 경계'를 알 수 있는 변화 양상 중에서 가장 대표적인 예가 바로 '긴장', '불안' 등으로 표출되는 '무대공포'인데, 연구에 따르면 가장 많은 수의 배우가 무대에 등장하기 직전의 공간에서 이 같은 심리적 양상을 경험하게 된다고 한다. 즉 회피의 감정이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 공연을 완성해 무대에서 구현하기까지 과정 중에서 배우가 경험하게 되는 심리적 물리적 공간과 이를 관통하는 전이과정에서 나타나는 '심리적 경계'와 배우의 심리적 변화에 대한 관계를 규명해보고자 한다. 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 심리적 경계개념을 이해하고 이를 기반으로 배우가 경험하는 '공간'과 그 전이에서 나타나는 '심리적 경계'에 대한 개념을 재정립하였다. 둘째, 공연과정에서 나타나는 '전이영역'을 물리적 공간과 심리적 공간으로 재분류하여 개념 정리를 하였다. 셋째, '심리적 경계'를 체험하는 배우들의 실제 사례 분석을 통해 긍정적 요소로 작용가능한 '경계'의 다각적인 활용방안을 모색해 본다. 공연을 하는 배우가 경험하는 심리적 현상은 무대공포 등의 부정적인 측면이외에도 긍정적인 측면도 있음을 부정할 수 없다. 전이 영역에서 일어나는 긴장이 배우에게 긍정적이고 에너지화로 발전되기 때문이다. 이러한 '전이'와 '심리적 경계'의 관계에 대한 연구를 통해 공연중 배우가 경험하는 '심리적 경계'에서 실제 배우가 어떤 변화를 일으키며 심리상태가 유지되어 공연의 전 과정을 수행하는 것인지를 분석하여 무대공포, 부끄러움 등으로 발생하는 스트레스와 집중력을 확인하고 이를 기반으로 정체성의 다변화와 방어기제로 활용되는 무대 현존의 긍정적인 요소를 찾아본다.

무대 위 연주평가에 따른 듀엣 연주자의 무대음향 선호요인 (Preference factors of stage acoustics for duet performers according to on-stage performance evaluation)

  • 본 연구는 실제 콘서트홀에서의 무대음향측정과 무대 위 연주평가를 통해 듀엣연주자의 무대음향 선호요인을 도출한 것이다. 실험은 1186석 규모의 공연장에서 진행하였으며, 무대에는 오케스트라 쉘(Orchestra Shell)이 설치되었다. 실험에는 15쌍(총30명)의 연주자가 참여하였고, 선별된 5개 위치에서 순서에 따라 쌍을 지어 자기연주에 따른 각 지점의 선호도를 평가하였다. 그 결과, 무대 중앙의 선호도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며, CS(Clarity at stage) 및 $ST_{Late}$가 가장 유의한 선호요인으로 도출되었다.
