Supply Chain Management (SCM) system is a critical investment that can affect the competitiveness and performance of a company. Selection of a right SCM system is one of the critical issues. This paper presents the characteristic factors of SCM system and a Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based decision-making model for SCM system evaluation and selection. This study focuses on quantitative factors, applying the fuzzy concept to various evaluative factors. The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to achieve the business goals. A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in the SCM system selection problem.

SCM은 기업의 성과를 향상시키기 위해 공급사슬 전체를 유기적으로 통합한 전략적 협업체이다. SCM의 활동을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해서는 상호 장기적 관계수립을 위한 변화관리가 강조되고 있다. SCM 시스템의 구현은 공급사슬 내의 기업 및 구성원들의 광범위한 변화를 가져오고, 이러한 변화는 기업 및 구성원의 저항에 부딪칠 수 있기 때문이다. 따라서, 효과적인 변화관리 없이는 SCM 시스템의 성공을 보장 할 수 없다. 또한 본 연구에서는 정보특성 (정보품질, 정보공유)를 통한 SCM 시스템성과를 측정하기 위해 정보역량을 개념을 채택하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 변화관리가 정보품질과 정보공유를 통해 정보역량에 미치는 상호호혜적인 인과관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변화관리는 정보품질, 정보공유, 정보역량에 모두 유의한 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 정보품질 역시 정보공유 및 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다. 마지막으로, 정보공유 또한 정보역량에 유의한 영향을 보였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze structural relationships with regard to the effect of customer integration, which is a type of integration in the supply chain, and market orientation of supply chain on the resulting change in the supply chain and management performance. The results of analysis in this study are as follows: First, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on reducing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. The decreased flexibility and uncertainty of SCM had a positive effect on non-financial performance, which also had a positive effect on financial performance. Second, customer integration and market orientation had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance indirectly by decreasing the flexibility and uncertainty of SCM. Third, the effect of customer integration and uncertainty of SCM on the flexibility of SCM changed depending on the position in the supply chain; the effect was larger in the distribution group. The implications based on the analysis results are as follows: It is expected that the ability to deal with market changes in the overall supply chain is improved by laying the foundation for cooperation through establishing information infrastructure, including sharing information with trade partners and integrating systems, and implementing customer integration based on these achievements. It is also necessary to consider the business types and characteristics of individual companies in establishing information infrastructure.

The objective in this paper is to develope the e-Supply Chain Management System and applied for the Manufacturing. A Manufacturing that is consider to be world class recognize that its ability to complete in the marketplace depends on developing e-SCM System that is properly align with its mission of serving the customer. This paper investigated the relationship between e-SCM and performance in manufacturing. A stratified random sample was collected from the Federation of Korea Industries. Conclusively, e-SCM is important factor between source factors (environmental dynamic, Leadership) and manufacturing performance. e-SCM is significantly related to Quality, Flexibility, Delivery, and Cost.

최근 등장한 비휘발성 속성과 램의 속성을 동시에 제공하는 스토리지 클래스 메모리(SCM)는 스토리지 시스템의 입출력 성능과 안정성 향상을 위한 시스템 소프트웨어 연구에 있어 새로운 가능성을 열어준다. 이에 본 연구에서는 트랜잭션 단위 쓰기를 보장하는 SCM 버퍼 캐시를 통하여 스토리지 시스템의 안전성과 성능을 동시에 향상 시키는 한편 시스템 붕괴 시 즉각적인 복구를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 트랜잭션 단위 쓰기를 보장하는 SCM 버퍼 캐시 기법은 리눅스 저널링 블록 디바이스(JBD)의 트랜잭션 메커니즘을 기반으로 하므로 JBD 만큼의 안정성을 제공 한다. 동시에 실제 시스템에서의 성능 평과 결과에서 트랜잭션 단위 쓰기를 보장하는 SCM 버퍼 캐시를 적용한 EXT3 파일 시스템은 높은 수준의 안정성을 보장하는 동시에 최소한의 안정성만을 제공하는 파일시스템보다 더 좋은 수행성능을 보여주었으며, 시스템 붕괴 시 시스템을 즉각적(약 0.2초)으로 복구함을 보여주었다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the interorganizational factors that influence both the supplier-buyer's EDI utilization and the business performance in domestic retail industry. In terms of successful supply chain implementation and operation, we deduced the structural factors in the context of the interorganizational characteristics between mass merchandisers and vendors. This study therefore focused on suggesting the ways of managing the partnership in supply chain and conceptualizing the big picture of EDI development model in the scope of a retailer's IT strategy. This paper implicates that it is important to leverage the level of organizational capabilities for the success of supply chain adoption and operation. In the stream of SCM initiatives from the manufacturing industry, retailers should concentrate on improving the interorganizational environment and implementing the effective information technology for supporting business strategy.

In this paper, it is analyzed the statistical characteristics on the transmission performance of the optical SCM transmission in the CDMA RF signal relay system. Using Mach-Zehnder modulator, optical signal is regenerated into CDMA RF signal. Transfer function model of mach-Zehnder modulator is approximated to the third power of the input signal using Taylor series. BER results are analyzed under the multiple access interference and multi-path fading environment.

본 연구는 국내 기업들의 공급체인 통합 요인들과 환경성과에 관해 분석하였다. 기업들이 글로벌 지역으로 사업영역이 확장되면서 각국들은 제품에 대한 환경규제를 통하여 수출입을 제한하는 새로운 패러다임에 대비한 친환경 공급체인관리에 대한 연구를 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 공급체인 통합, 친환경 활동, 환경성과와 같은 주요 요인들을 중점으로 본 연구의 목적인 전통적인 공급체인통합 요인들과 새로운 친환경활동 간의 관계를 규명하는 것으로 친환경적성과를 염두에 두고 있는 기업들에게 친환경성과 핵심요인을 도출하여 사업성과를 살펴보는데 있다. 표본은 88개 설문지를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째로 친환경 공급체인 활동에서 외부 친환경협력요인과 내부 친환경모니터링요인을 발견할 수 있었다. 둘째로 공급체인통합은 환경성과에 유의한 영향을 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로 내부 친환경모니터링 요인은 환경성과에 유의한 영향을 나타내는 것으로 나타났으나 외부 친환경협력 요인은 환경성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 높은 수준의 공급체인통합은 이룬 기업들은 높은 수준의 공급체인 전반에 걸친 환경성과를 기대할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 특히, 연구 결과 우리 기업들은 친환경요인에 관한 주요요인에 관한 활동들을 준비하여 신 무역규제인 친환경 공급체인망 통합에 대한 준비가 필요하다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

Supplementary cementing materials (SCM), such as silica fume, slag, and low-calcium fly ash, have been widely used as mineral admixtures in high strength and high performance concrete. Due to the chemical and physical effect of SCM on hydration, compared with Portland cement, hydration process of cement incorporating SCM is much more complex. This paper presents a numerical hydration model which is based on multi-component concept and can simulate hydration of cement incorporating SCM. The proposed model starts with mixture proportion of concrete and considers both chemical and physical effect of SCM on hydration. Using this proposed model, this paper predicts the following properties of hydrating cement-SCM blends as a function of hydration time: reaction ratio of SCM, calcium hydroxide content, heat evolution, porosity, chemically bound water and the development of the compressive strength of concrete. The prediction results agree well with experiment results.
