Quality Control programs for industrial hygiene laboratory have successfully been operated since the 1st round was initiated in April 1992. Three rounds have been completed. Overall analytical performance of participants was improved through a subsquent round. The first round had a large variation among analytical results of all participants, 26.34%~504.22% of coefficient of variation. But the variation of analytical performance in the 2nd and 3rd rounds decreased to 40.42%~52.55% and 10.74%~20.98%, respectively. The difference of analytical performance among participants was decreased by operation of subsquent round. By distribution of Running Performance Index (RPI), over 50% of participants belongs to Category 3 in the first round. The average percentage of participants assigned to Category 3 in the 2nd and 3rd round was decreased to 37.2%. A definite analytical performance improvement of participants seems to be obtained. "A" and "B" group have more participants assigned to Category 3 than those of "C" group through the distribution of RPI by group divided to similar participant. By the distribution of RPI all participants, the percent of participant being over 200 RPI in the 1st round was 43%~52%, but decreased to 9%~29% and 9%~27%, in the 2nd and 3rd round, respectively. These results mentioned above indicate that the analytical performance of all participants have been improved by subsquent Quality Control Program although newcomers joined and a few participants droped out. But, there are some participants with poor analytical performance. Industrial Health Research Institute (IHRI) will offer service such as education, communication and visitation to them, and improve quality of their analytical performance in the future.
The purpose of this research is to identify a mediating effect of change management activity(CMA) on the relationships between the role of participants of ERP implementation and system performance. In this paper the role of participants are composed of top's management, user's participation, project manager's skill. Also this research organized ERP system performance into the three dimensions(adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, individual's performance). The major results of this research can be summarized as follow; project manager's role, top management's involvement, and users' participation in ERP project directly affect CMA of system implementation process and have influence system performance through CMA too. CMA also has a positive effect on a series of system performance, that is, adaptation to the end-user's ERP system, system usage, and individual's performance. In conclusion, the role of participants have an considerable influence upon system performance through CMA. This research makes certain that a mediating effect of CMA between the role of participants and system performance exists. Therefore, the companies implementing ERP must consider CMA.

This study is intended to look into the effects of project managers' leadership on participants' individual competency and project performance. To achieve this, a survey was empirically carried out to a sample of 276 researchers who are working on a project with a research and development group in private R&D centers. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, the leadership competency of project managers had a significant positive effect on the individual competency of project participants. Second, the leadership competency of project managers had a significant positive effect on the project management performance. Third, the leadership competency of project managers had no significant effect on the project completion performance. Fourth, the individual competency of project participants had a significant positive effect on the project management performance. Fifth, the individual competency of project participants had no significant effect on the project completion performance. Sixth, the project management performance had a significant positive effect on the project completion performance. Seventh, the project completion performance was indirectly mediated in the effect of project managers' leadership competency on project completion performance. Eighth, the project management performance was indirectly mediated in the effect of project participants' individual competency on project completion performance. Based on the findings stated above, a combination of project management performance can generate better results in the effect of project participants' individual competency on project completion performance.
The purpose of this research was to identify the relationship among achievement goal orientation, passion and exercise performance of Security Martial-Art participants. this research chose people who were learning Security Martial-Art participants and used the random sample to select those persons. To process the data, this research conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis with SPSS 15.0 program. And implemented confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis with AMOS 7.0. The results were as follows. first, achievement goal orientation of Security Martial-Art participants had significantly positive influence on passion. second, passion of Security Martial-Art participants had not significantly positive influence on exercise performance. third, achievement goal orientation of Security Martial-Art participants had not significantly positive influence on exercise performance.
Virtual community is a social aggregation to attain some goals in an IT-supported virtual space (Lee et al., 2002). As lots of virtual communities generate robust and reliable outputs with low control and low incentive, previous researchers was interested in the questions, "why do they participate?" or "how are they controlled?". But. as Katz (1964) said, the most important part of the high-performing organization is the behaviors of members in the organization. Therefore, this research is to examine the relationship between the performance and the behaviors of participants in the virtual community. First, we propose 6 types of behaviors related to high performance in the virtual community: 'Continuous Attendance', 'Complying with the organizational value, policies, and regulations', 'Protection', 'Suggestion for the improving', 'Self-training', and 'Favorable behavior'. The six types of behaviors are extracted from the framework of Katz (1964) and Brief and Motowidlo (1986). The reason why each behavior is positively related with high-performance is that those who continuously attend have more responsibility than temporary participants do; complying with the rules of a virtual community means that they may make more reliable outcome; 'Protection' is one of the prosocial-behaviors and those who protect the community may concern the benefit of the virtual community when they participate: those who suggest some ideas for improvement may contribute to the virtual community; 'Self-training' behavior means that participants really want to have high quality in their contribution: those who have 'Favorable attitude' consider other members in the virtual community when they participate. Then, we perform an empirical analysis with the survey from participants in the Knowledge service of Naver.com, to show those behaviors are associated with the high-performance. To make the measurement for the six behaviors, we use CVR (content validity ratio) method (Lawshe, 1975), interviewing 12 experts. The dependent variable, performance of participation, is measured by 'ratio of selected answer' given by the Naver.com. We use email survey. We sent 1200 emails to randomly selected participants in the knowledge service and received 282 responses. The results of our empirical analysis show that 4('Continuous Attendance', 'Suggestion for the improving', 'Self-training', 'Favorable attitude') are positively related to the performance, but 2('Complying with the organizational value, policies, and regulations' and 'Protection') are not significant. In line with Fitzgerald (2006), we expect that participants in the virtual community may behave similarly to employees in the off-line firms for the high performance. But 2 behaviors have different results. The reason that the 'Complying with the organizational value' behavior is not sufficiently related to performance is that the motivation of participants is more related to intrinsic pleasure or altruism than external reward. Also, the 'Protection' behavior has no significant relationship with performance, which means that the high-performing participants have little concern about the problems in the community.

Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the effect of work environment on nursing performance and the effect of job satisfaction and empowerment on nurses performance in hemodialysis units. Methods: Participants in this study were 206 nurses from 22 hemodialysis units in local clinics, general and university hospitals in two metropolitan areas. The work environment, nursing performance, job satisfaction and empowerment of the participants were measured using four self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Nursing performance correlated significantly with work environment, job satisfaction, and empowerment in the participants. Predictability of work environment for nursing performance was 28%. Job satisfaction and empowerment showed complete mediating effects, but not moderating effects in the relationship of work environment and nursing performance in the participants. Conclusion: Findings indicate that work environment is an important variable affecting nursing performance in nurses in hemodialysis units and that job satisfaction and empowerment are mediating variables in the relationship of work environment and nursing performance in nurses in hemodialysis units. Improvements in the work environment are needed to induce the high job satisfaction and empowerment that can lead to improvement of nursing performance.
KOREATECH has operated a Co-op program called 'Industry Professional Practice (IPP)' that allows students to work full-time in relevant industries for at least four months since 2012, and also developed a systematic performance evaluation model on the basis of Kirkpatrick's four-stage assessment model. This study aims to share KOREATECH's Levels 3 and 4 evaluation results which are clearly what practitioners and academic investigators of cooperative education want to know the most. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted for KOREATECH graduates and their superiors to examine influence of IPP experiences on employment and job performance. A total of 730 alumni who graduated within last 5 years participated in the survey, with 213 (29.2%) having IPP experiences, and 162 superiors rated their subordinates on seven performance criteria. The analysis results were mixed. On the one hand, employment rate of IPP participants was 89.7%, compared to 86.8% of alumni without field experiences. Participants of the IPP program were more satisfied with their salary and felt less unfair about their career and promotion opportunities than alumni without field experiences. On the other, superiors rated their subordinates without IPP experiences slightly more positively than IPP participants in terms of job performance. These contrasting results are judged to show strengths and weaknesses of the IPP program at the same time. The limitations of the study and future research directions are discussed at the last part.
The purpose of this study is to examine relationships among exhibition selection factor, performance, satisfaction and intention to revisit of participants in international exhibition. For this purpose, we set hypotheses relationship among external selection factor of exhibition (ESFE), internal selection factor of exhibition (ISFE), performance of sales (PS), performance of information gathering (PIG), performance of relationship building (PRB), performance of image building (PIB), satisfaction (SAT) and intention to revisit (IR). To verify theses hypotheses, we conducted path analysis on the data from 100 participants of 2019 Korea International Boat Show. The result of this study is as follows: Frist, ESFE positively impacts on PS, PIG, PRB, PIB. Second, ISFE positively impacts on PIG, PRB. Third, PS and PIB positively impacts on SAT. Fourth, SAT positively impacts on IR. The implication of this study is two fold. This study expands research area of international exhibition to a new industry such as marine leisure sports industry and provides useful information to firms that plan to participate in the international exhibition and to those who organize the international exhibitions.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between trust, satisfaction and cognitive performance of golf participants in golf device, focusing on the swing analyzer. A total of 328 questionnaires were collected. Collected data were analyzed by SPSSWIN and AMOS program and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity test, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The result of the study were as follows. First, the trust of golf participants in golf device data has a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, the trust of golf participants in golf device data does not affect Perceived performance. Third, the satisfaction of golf participants in golf device data does not affect Perceived performance. In conclusion, golf participants' trust and satisfaction of the golf swing analyzer are irrelevant to the perceived performance. In conclusion, it was found that golf participants trusted the data presented through the golf device and obtained satisfactory results. However, in that it did not affect the perceived performance, golf participants can think that golf devices should be used to play golf rather than thinking that golf devices enhance their performance.
Background: The multiple hop test is an active performance test that has been commonly used to assess individuals with functional ankle instability. Previous studies have suggested that insufficiency of dynamic postural stability and passive stability during dynamic activities can have an influence on performance in the multiple hop test. However, no study has investigated the effects of dynamic postural stability training and ankle bracing on multiple hop test performance in individuals with functional ankle instability. Objects: The purpose of this study was to compare the immediate effects of dynamic postural stability training versus ankle bracing in the performance of the multiple hop test for participants with functional ankle instability. Methods: Twenty-nine participants with functional ankle instability who scored below 24 in the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool were selected. The participants were randomly divided into two groups: a dynamic postural stability training group (n1=14) and an ankle bracing control group ($n_2=15$). The multiple hop tests were performed before and after applying each intervention. Dynamic postural stability training was performed using visual-feedback-based balance-training equipment; participants in this group were asked to perform a heel raise in a standing position while watching the centering of their forefoot pressure to prevent excessive ankle inversion. Ankle bracing was applied in the control group. Results: When comparing the pre- and post-intervention period for both groups, both methods significantly improved the results of the multiple hop test (p<.05). However, no significant differences were shown between the dynamic postural stability training and ankle bracing groups (p>.05). Conclusion: Both dynamic postural stability training and ankle bracing showed significant improvement (2.85 seconds and 2.05 seconds, respectively) in test performance. Further study is needed to determine the long-term effects of dynamic postural stability training and to determine whether insufficient dynamic postural stability is a causative factor for functional ankle instability.
