공공기관의 대국민 서비스 효율성 제고를 위한 프로세스 기반 자가진단 방법론 개발 (Development of Self-Diagnosis Methodology Based on Process for Improving the Effectiveness in Public Institutions Service)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the self-diagnosis methodology based on process for improving the effectiveness in public institutions service and to suggest it. For this goal, we would like to select the management methodology which can be easily handled from the viewpoint of working personnel in the public institutions and make it as a process. First, the strategy for the public institutions and the strategic task for practicing it are acquired using BSC (Balanced Score Card) which is now under the active research. At this time, the relative degree of significance is derived using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) which is conducted for the professionals and management to get the degree of importance in the strategic tasks. The acquired relative degree of significance and the figures related to the performance of each strategic task derived from the subsequent questionnaire are used to get the final highly efficient strategic task through IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). In this study, this process based self diagnosis methodology will be explained in detail using the case of Project A in order to verify the effectiveness of the management science technique on the self diagnosis of the public institutions.

프레온 냉동장치의 과열도에 관한 성능 특성 연구 (열교환기 타입별 비교) (The Study on Performance Characteristics due to the Degree of Superheat in Freon Refrigerating System (The Comparison of Heat Exchanger Types))

  • Nowadays heat exchangers that have been applied for freon refrigerating systems, a shell and tube type condenser, but because of their large size, large space for installation and more amount of refrigerants are needed. Therefore, in this study, we will find the most suitable operating condition through the comparison of performance between the shell & tube type and shell & disk type heat exchanger with R22. The experiments are carried out for the condensing pressure of refrigeration system from 1500kPa to 1600kPa and for the degree of superheat from 0 to $1^{\circ}C$ at each condensing pressure. As a result of experiment, if the shell & disk type heat exchanger is applied for R22 refrigerating systems, minimized input of refrigerants and space required for installation will be secured, which will have a great contribute to financial improvement for industry.

다중선형회귀법을 활용한 예민화와 환경변수에 따른 AL-6XN강의 공식특성 예측 (Prediction of Pitting Corrosion Characteristics of AL-6XN Steel with Sensitization and Environmental Variables Using Multiple Linear Regression Method)

  • This study aimed to predict the pitting corrosion characteristics of AL-6XN super-austenitic steel using multiple linear regression. The variables used in the model are degree of sensitization, temperature, and pH. Experiments were designed and cyclic polarization curve tests were conducted accordingly. The data obtained from the cyclic polarization curve tests were used as training data for the multiple linear regression model. The significance of each factor in the response (critical pitting potential, repassivation potential) was analyzed. The multiple linear regression model was validated using experimental conditions that were not included in the training data. As a result, the degree of sensitization showed a greater effect than the other variables. Multiple linear regression showed poor performance for prediction of repassivation potential. On the other hand, the model showed a considerable degree of predictive performance for critical pitting potential. The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.7745. The possibility for pitting potential prediction was confirmed using multiple linear regression.

창업기업 성과에 미치는 창업보육 지원 서비스 연구 (Impact of Start-Up Incubator Service On the Start-up Performance)

  • 본 연구는 창업지원제도의 수혜 받을 당시가 아닌 졸업 후 2년 이상 지난 시점에서 창업보육 지원서비스가 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 실증 분석을 위해서 서울시가 지원하는 청년창업1000프로젝트 졸업 후 2년 이상 경과한 813명의 창업가들을 대상으로 조사하였다. 창업보육센터 입주기업들에게 제공하는 지원서비스들인 사무공간무상제공, 창업활동지원금 지원, 교육 및 코칭 지원, 전문컨설팅 지원, 홍보 및 판로개척지원, 입주기업 간 협업지원을 독립변수로 하고 졸업 후 창업성과(창업성공만족도)를 종속변수로 하여 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석을 결과는 창업기업들의 지원서비스 만족도 평균이 가장 낮게 나왔던 창업가의 입주사 간 협업지원에 대한 만족도가 창업성공 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업가의 창업활동지원금에 대한 만족도가 창업성공만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 창업보육센터내 창업기업들의 창업 성공 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 창업 활동금 지원과 입주사간 협업 지원에 더욱 집중할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 또한 사무공간 무상 제공과 교육 및 코칭 지원, 전문컨설팅 지원, 홍보 및 판로 개척 지원은 입주기업 들에게 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 볼 때 창업보육센터 지원서비스들에 있어서 입주기업들에게 창업성공 만족도에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있는 방법을 국내외에서 차별적으로 실적을 달성하고 있는 창업보육센터들을 벤치마킹하여 새롭게 지원서비스 방법을 모색하여야 하겠다.

An Efficient Implementation of Tornado Code for Fault Tolerance

  • This paper presents the implementation procedure of encoding and decoding algorithms for Tornado code that can provide fault tolerance for storage and transmission system. The degree distribution satisfying heavy tail distribution is produced. Based on this distribution, a good random irregular bipartite graph is attained after plenty of trails. Such graph construction is proved to be efficient, and the experiments also demonstrate that the implementation obtains good performance in terms of decoding overhead.

  • In this paper, a new LMS algorithm with a variable step size (VVS LMS) is presented. The change of step size .mu. at each iteration, which increases or decreases according to the misadaptation degree, is computed by a proportional fuzzy logic controller. As a result the algorithm has very good convergence speed and low steady-state misadjustment. The norm of the cross correlation between the estimation error and input signal is used. As a measure of the misadaptation degree. Simulation results are presented to compare the performance of the VSS LMS algorithm with the normalized LMS algorithm.

  • This paper deals with a dual mode control system design for the starching work robot. From the feature of this work, the robot has redundant degree of freedom. In this paper, we try to split the whole movement the robot into a gross motion part ai. a fine motion part so as to achieve a good tracking performance. The preview learning control is applied to the gross motion part. The validity of the dual mode control architecture is demonstrated.

  • In this paper, we present a local reduced-order observer for a class of nonlinear systems that have full robust relative degree. The proposed observer utilizes the coordinate change which transforms a nonlinear system into an approximate normal form. The proposed reduce order observer is applied to a ball and beam system, and simulation results show that substantial improvement in the performance was achieved compared with the jacobian linearization observers.
