  • Microarchitecture simulator is an important tool to verify and optimize the microarchitecture of a new microprocessor. Moreover. it can be use as a performance simulator to estimate the target microprocessor′s performance. And system software designers can use it as a software developing environment. This paper describes a "microarchitecture simulator for on-chip Multiprocessor microprocessor". It is a program-driven and cycle-based simulator that can execute simultaneous mutithreading benchmarks. We verified the microarchitecture of a new on-chip multiprocessor microprocessor with it and did performance simulations to estimate the performance of the on-chip multiprocessor microprocessor.

  • It is hardly achieved Electronic Commerce (EC) activation if there isn't any performance in spite of the estimation that EC would improve whole economic efficiency. Therefore, there should be a need for the research whether implementation and utilization of EC really improve companies' business performance. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the level of EC utilization in Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and analyze its effect on business performance in terms of BSC. The results indicate that EC utilization in various fields of business and the use of information created through EC are significantly related to higher business performance, but EC volume is not. This study examines facing problems of SMEs in utilizing EC as well.

The Structure Model of Service Performance Influence in Knowledge Based Service Business

  • This study is attempted to demonstrate the structure of the influencing factors on the performance of services of knowledge based service firms. In the model presented, the structure is that service performance in knowledge-based services are affected by the strategic utilization of knowledge resources and service orientation factors of the service organization. And the service performance are also affected in which the systemization of service processes and customer satisfaction play a mediating role. As an analysis result of examining 148 practitioners engaged in the knowledge service industry, it is necessary to increase the satisfaction of external customers in order to improve service performance in a knowledge-based service organizations. This can be achieved by increasing the satisfaction of internal customers. In addition, for this structure to be successful, the service production process to be provided to the customer must be enhanced. The service production process has been found to be an important factor influencing the internal customer satisfaction and service delivery process, especially in the use of knowledge resource, and customer oriented service among service orientation factors.

  • In this paper, we analyze and compare the performance of different publish and subscribe protocols in the real application environment. This paper provides a horizontal comparison of current publish/subscribe protocols in terms of security, throughput, and delay performance. Thanks to the use of lightweight frameworks, the MQTT protocol has demonstrated excellent performance in terms of delay performance. However, the AMQP protocol has more advantages in security and throughput. Although the REST/HTTP protocol has the worst delay performance, it is excellent in terms of compatibility because it is based on the HTTP protocol.

  • Wavelet transform used for content-based image retrieval has good performance in texture image. Image features for content-based image retrieval are color, texture, and shape. In this paper, we use color feature extracted from HSI color space known as most similar vision system to human vision system and texture feature extracted from wavelet histogram which has multiresolution property. Proposed method is compared with HSI color histogram method and wavelet histogram method. It is shown better performance.

  • This paper is a studying of the vector control of AC servo motor using a high performance DSP(TMX320F2812). This DSP has many special peripheral circuits to drive a AC Servo motor as AD converter, QEP and so on. It makes us reduce the time of developing a control system and also can be simple size controller. We use vector control algorithm for instantaneous torque control and SVPWM algorithm by offset voltage methods.

  • This paper describes a method of performance enhancement using Flatness Mesure(FM) for the Gaussian Mixture Model(GMM) face recognition systems. Using this measure we discard the frames having low information before training and test. As the result, the performance increases about 9% in the lower mixtures and calculation burden is decreased. As well, the recognition error rate is decreased under the illumination change surroundings. We use the 2D DCT coefficients lot face feature vectors and experiments are carried out on the Olivetti Research Laboratory (ORL) face database.

  • In this paper, we deal with performance improvement of OBE for automatic gate clearance system by using DSRC network of 5.8GHz ISM band. A data format is improved to represent Rx and Tx information which is need to perform clearance at the gate of container terminal. An error message caused by data discordance is added to Previous data format. A graphic LCD monitor is used to control a character font and use Korean.

SVC with Modified Hinge Loss Function

  • Support vector classification(SVC) provides more complete description of the linear and nonlinear relationships between input vectors and classifiers. In this paper we propose to solve the optimization problem of SVC with a modified hinge loss function, which enables to use an iterative reweighted least squares(IRWLS) procedure. We also introduce the approximate cross validation function to select the hyperparameters which affect the performance of SVC. Experimental results are then presented which illustrate the performance of the proposed procedure for classification.

중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 고도화수용의도 영향 메커니즘: 정보시스템 성공모형을 기반으로 (The Influencing Mechanism of Manufacturing SMEs' Smart Factory Advancement Acceptance Intention: Based on the Information Systems Success Model)

  • 국가경쟁력 제고와 제조업 경쟁력 확보를 위한 스마트팩토리 보급 및 확산사업이 국가주도로 진행되고 있으나, 대부분의 구축기업이 기초 단계에 머무르고 있으며, 그 마저도 지속적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 스마트팩토리 관련 선행연구의 대다수는 도입사례 혹은 빅데이터 적용방안 등 기술적인 부분에 초점을 맞추고 있어, 스마트팩토리의 지속적 활용에 대한 실증 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 성공모형과 선행연구를 바탕으로 스마트팩토리 사용정도 및 사용자만족에 영향을 주는 주요 선행요인을 도출하고, 이 요인들이 사용정도 및 사용자만족을 거쳐 지속사용의도, 경영성과 및 고도화수용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하였다. 스마트팩토리를 기 도입한 287개 중소제조기업을 대상으로 수집한 설문지를 바탕으로 구조방정식모형을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 주요 선행요인인 시스템품질과 정보품질, 서비스품질, 정부지원은 사용정도에 유의한 영향을, 서비스품질과 정부지원은 사용자만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사용정도와 사용자만족은 경영성과 및 지속사용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 나아가 고도화수용의도에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 정보시스템 성공모형을 활용하여 중소제조기업의 스마트팩토리 사용자만족이 경영성과 및 지속사용의도, 나아가 고도화수용의도에 미치는 구체적인 영향 메커니즘을 최초로 실증한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다.
