This study focused on analyzing the difference in the impact of non-financial performance, specifically ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) activity grade level, on management performance and corporate value among the 25 fashion companies listed on the Korea Exchange that completed their ESG evaluation in 2022. The companies were categorized into three levels based on their ESG evaluations: ESG Integrated Grade (ESG-T), ESG-E (Environmental), ESG-S (Social), and ESG-G (Governance). The study then empirically analyzed how these levels affected management performance and corporate value. The empirical analysis revealed significant differences in the impact on management performance and corporate value depending on the ESG activity grade level. Companies with higher ESG grades exhibited better management performance and higher corporate values across all ESG sub-variables (ESG-T, ESG-E, ESG-S, ESG-G) compared to those with lower grades. This finding demonstrates the influence of ESG activity grade levels on improving management performance and enhancing corporate value in fashion companies. The results of this research provide meaningful insights into the direction of sustainable management through ESG activities in fashion companies.

A "Housing Performance Grade Indication System" that is bound to present the grade in housing designs has been executed since January 2006 in order to build sustainable housing and supply high quality housing. Thus, users are able to select their housing based on certain comparisons in housing performances, and providers can be exactly evaluated using precise standards according to the execution of this system. The objective of this study is to propose a guideline in designs according to the grade of housing as a reasonable decision making tool in order to obtain a high grade in housing performance grades under the execution of the "Housing Performance Grade Indication System". In order to perform this goal, this study examines the performance evaluation item and evaluation guidelines in the "Housing Performance Grade Indication System" and analyzes relative systems and guidelines executed in the present time to investigate certain relativeness for this system. The housing performance evaluation item can be classified four different categories according to the characteristics of evaluation guidelines. Then, the system of a design guideline is configured to propose a reasonable design guideline according to the grade of housing performances. It is evident that the design guideline proposed in this paper will support the reasonable decision making to obtain a high grade in housing performances for the designer and constructor in the process of a housing project.

The current housing performance rating system displays the performance rating of the houses supplied by the housing construction company, approved by the Housing Law. This system is intended to provide accurate information to the consumers in the announcement of the tenant recruitment, thereby improving the quality of the housing. This system was revised in January 2005 and implemented from January 2006. It is obligatory for companies with a scale of more than 1,000 households (energy performance rating is over 300 households), but there is currently no content on the waterproofing field. Therefore, this study suggests the revision plan proposes the necessity of the inclusion of the performance grade for the waterproofing field which is not currently implemented in the apartment house performance rating system, and to understand how to secure an adequate living environment. As a result, according to survey results, the performance score based on the difficulty of the maintenance method according to future leaks was selected and the revised system was prepared. Based on this, the performance grade for the virtual apartment was evaluated, and the results show that the performance of various grades is presented accordingly.

Purpose : This study aims to investigate the effect of instrument-activities daily living training through client-centered home visitation on the cognitive functions, occupational performance, and instrument-activities daily living of elderly at the cognitive support grade(Grade6). Methods : The subject of this study was a 66-year-old woman living in G Metropolitan City, who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and mild dementia. The study period was from March 17, 2020 through June 12, 2020, and the A-B-A' design, among the individual case experiments, was adopted as the study design. For the data analysis, descriptive statistic and visual analysis using graph were used for the change of cognitive functions, occupational performance, and instrument-activities daily living. Results : The instrument-activities daily living provided through client-centered home visitation improved the subject's cognitive functions, occupational performance(performance, satisfaction) and instrument-activities daily living. Conclusion : This study showed that daily life training through client-centered home visitation can help elderly people at the cognitive support grade select for themselves the problems of daily life caused by cognitive decline and practice specific action plans, thereby enabling them to maintain and improve the cognitive functions necessary for the performance of activities, such as comprehension, memory, and thinking skills. In addition, it is thought that the activities based on the subject's preferences, performance, and sense of importance assured the subject of feelings of motivation and the possibility of participation, and had a positive effect on the subject's performance speed and rate. With the above in mind, Instrument-activities daily living client-centered home visitation is proposed as a potential practical intervention program for individuals. It can help elderly people at cognitive support grade to maintain and improve their functions, thereby delaying the progress of their condition to severe dementia.

The objective of this study is to analyze and evaluate design factors relating to sound reduction performance in dry wall system. The main contents of this study are as follows. 1) Analysis and pre-evaluation of sound reduction performance of drywall system ; The sound reduction performance was pre-evaluated by INSUL simulation and these results of analyzing walls were analyzed by screening DOE(design of experiment) for selecting major factors that dominant influence the sound reduction performance. These main factors relating to sound reduction performance can be used for development of 1st grade sound reduction performance drywall system. 2) Design and evaluation of 1st grade sound reduction performance drywall system; The evaluation test of the sound reduction performance gave vaues higher than 1st grade (Rw+C=64). When campared with existing dry wall system, respectivelly, the new system shows performance higher than 8 dB.

The government has enforced Housing Performance Grade Indication System (Article 21, Paragraph 2 of Housing Act) starting January 2006 for the purpose of giving users in hope of toying an apartment opportunities to select housing based on personal preferences by providing information on housing performance at the time of tenant recruitment announcement as well as securing desirable environment (comfort) by encouraging construction companies to build housing of the indicated performance level. The acoustic performance indication items include three items such as floor impact isolation performance(light weight impact sound, heavy weight impact sound), bathroom noise and insulation performance of boundary walls between households. This paper explains the background, the basis of creation and evaluation method focused on the acoustic environment performance helping for the developer of technique and a staff in charge of construction business who cope with this system.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the practice of performance assessment in elementary mathematics classes especially focused on 4th grade. To achieve this, three research questions were posed as follow: First, What do they prepare for performance assessment? Second, What kinds of tests do they use in mathematics performance assessment? Third, What kinds of difficulties do they have for performance assessment and what should be changed for a successful performance assessment in mathematics? To Answer the research questions, three 4th grade classes were selected from three different elementary schools in seoul and three teachers were interviewed. From the data analysis, several conclusion were drawn. First, a plan for mathematics performance assessment was not set by the class teacher who are in charge of the class. The main reason was lack of time. Second, in most of the assessment, written tests were used and the items in the tests were skill-oriented. Third, teachers thought that performance assessment was needed in mathematics. But lack of their time, knowledge and competency, it is difficult to do performance assessment in mathematics.

This paper reports on a study that examined the longitudinal and concurrent effects of the home literacy environment(HLE) on first grade language performance, and the effect of language performance on school adjustment. Study subjects were 469 first graders of 6 elementary schools. The parents' and teacher's reports were used to investigate the subjects' language performance, school adjustment, and the HLE before and after the elementary school entry. Findings from the study show that there is an association between the HLE during the preschool period and the HLE in first grade, and the HLE in first grade positively affects children's language performance. Also the children's language performance had a positive influence on their school adjustment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the HLE during the preschool period is a significant feature that lingers to affect children's language performance and school adjustment.
