이 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문성 인식과 직무만족 간의 관계를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 통해 지역아동센터 관리자와 실무자의 전문성과 직무만족도를 증진함으로써 서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울, 경기, 강원지역의 지역아동센터 시설장 및 생활복지사 221명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 조사결과, 응답자의 전문성 인식은 중간 이상의 수준을 보였으며, 직무만족도는 중간보다 조금 높은 수준을 보였다. 직무내적 만족도에 비해, 직무외적 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 특히 보상만족도는 가장 낮게 나타났다. 회귀분석결과, 전문성 인식과 그 하위영역인 전문적 지식/기술, 전문적 가치인식이 높을수록 직무만족도, 직무내적 만족도, 직무외적 만족도 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문성을 향상시킬 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

This study examined doctors' images represented in the Korean press to identify overall public perceptions of doctors and to suggest areas for improvement to enhance their image. All news reports published in the two major Korean daily newspapers between years 2011 and 2015 related to doctors and the practice of medicine were searched and collected. The news reports were categorized into the five competency domains in the Korean doctor's role (i.e., patient care, communication and cooperation, social accountability, professionalism, and education and research). Each news item was coded as being either positive or negative and was given a score regarding the extent to which positive or negative image that it represents of doctors using the Doctor Image Scale (DIS) score. A total of 314 news reports were collected, a majority of which were on patient care (36%), professionalism (33%), and social accountability (23%). Positive stories slightly outnumbered negative ones (56% vs. 44%). The largest number of positive news reports was in patient care (n=82); negative news reports most frequently appeared in professionalism (n=99) and patient care (n=32). The total DIS score was also positive (+28): the highest positive DIS score was in social accountability (+164); the highest negative DIS score was obtained in professionalism (-226). This study revealed overall positive portrayals of doctors in the Korean press, yet doctors need to better comply with regulations and ethical guidelines and enhance their medical knowledge and clinical skills and to improve their image.

Background: The purpose of this study was to examine undergraduate medical students' perceptions and intentions regarding patient safety during clinical clerkships. Methods: Cross-sectional and self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted on 34 students from one medical school using a modified version of the Medical Student Safety Attitudes and Professionalism Survey (MSSAPS). We assessed $4^{rd}-year$ medical students' perceptions of the cultures ('safety', 'teamwork', and 'error disclosure'), 'behavioural intentions' concerning patient safety issues and 'overall patient safety'. The overall response rate was 66.4%. Results: Among safety domains, "teamwork culture" was rated highest. "Error disclosure culture" received the lowest ratings. Regarding the error disclosure domain, only 10% of respondents reported that they have received education or training on how to disclose medical error to patients. Independent of survey domains, when students were asked "Overall, do you think your hospital is safe based on your clinical rotation?", 61.8% reported that the hospital was safe. Conclusions: Assessing students' perceptions of safety culture can provide clerkship directors and educators with information that enhances the educational environment and promotes patient safety. Discussions of medical errors, patient safety, and how best to incorporate an analysis of these issues into the existing curriculum are needed.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 건축설계디자인관련 실무 종사자들의 직업 현황과 직업의식을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구의 방법은 국내 건축설계디자인 관련회사에 근무하는 271명의 실무디자이너를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직업윤리와 연구가 가장 중요한 직업구성요건이었으며, 교육인증제, 대학원교육, 자격증에 대하여 부정적인 인식도를 나타내었다. 급여, 승진, 개인능력을 평가하는 가장 중요한 기준은 경력이었으며, 회사의 직업구성요건에 대한 지원과 권장은 업무와 직접적으로 관련된 교육프로그램에 집중되어있는 것으로 조사되었다. 자아성취와 적성이 직업선택의 가장 중요한 요인이었으며, 원만한 직장생활을 위한 덕목으로 팀워크와 업무수행 능력이 높은 비율을 나타내었다. 개인의 기술이나 지적소유권에 대한 의식이 매우 높았으며, 전문 직업성과 직업에 대한 자부심이 강한 반면, 직업의 사회적 지위에 대하여 부정적으로 평가되었다.

본 연구는 병원행정직에 적합한 직업 및 직무가치와 자신의 능력에 대한 개인의 주관적 인식인 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구를 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구는 부산·경남 지역 종합병원 및 병원에 근무하는 행정직 종사자들을 대상으로, 선행연구들에서 사용된 개인의 심리적·태도적 속성과 관련된 측정도구를 이용하였다. 분석은 직업 및 직무수행과 관련된 심리적·태도적 속성 측정내용의 타당성과 내적일관성을 확인하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 타당성과 내적일관성이 확보된 5개 성분은 전체 신뢰도가 94.4%로 병원행정직 종사자들의 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구로 매우 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다. 따라서 각 성분은 측정내용의 공통성과 명확한 의미전달이 될 수 있도록 직무수행 자신감, 보수 적절성, 직무 자부심, 업무목표 달성 능력, 업무수행 자율성으로 정의하였다. 현대적 관점에서의 전문직업성은 전통적 전문직업성 보다 넓은 개념으로 자격 및 면허 여부와 관계없이 직업 및 직무가치와 자신의 능력에 대한 개인의 주관적 인식 등에 대한 가치를 포함하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구는 병원행정직 종사자들의 직업 및 직무수행과 관련된 심리적·태도적 속성을 측정하는데 매우 적합하고 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This qualitative research aimed to understand what leadership engineers need to have based on perceptions of people in charge of human resources in the large engineering companies in Korea. Focused group interviews were performed with 10 participants and the collected qualitative data were analyzed using the constant comparative method. The findings showed that the required leadership for engineers consists of six elements: technological professionalism, management skills, cross-functional skills, abilities to change organizational culture, work ethics, and technological creativity. This leadership elements were formulated in the engineering work environment and job characteristics which can be represented by technology-based professionalism, flexibility in work, and process-centered work. The implications for collegiate engineering leadership education were also suggested.

과거부터 현재까지 공정성은 많은 사람들의 관심을 받고 있다. 관련하여 진행된 선행연구들은 대부분이 공정성의 결과변수에 대한 연구로, 공정성의 중요성에 대해 알게 해주었다는 큰 장점이 있다. 하지만, 동 연구결과들은 이미 지각한 공정성의 상태에 따라 조직구성원들의 행동이 달라진다는 점에만 초점이 맞춰져 있다. 따라서 공정성을 정확히 이해하기 위해서는 공정성의 선행요인에 대한 연구도 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공정성에 직접적으로 영향을 줄 수 있는 근로자 측면의 변수 및 그 관계를 조절하는 상황요인에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 구체적으로 한국행정연구원에서 공개한 '2017년 공직생활실태조사'를 활용하여 공무원의 혁신행동이 분배공정성 지각에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 그리고 상황변수인 상대적 업무 전문성 수준이 변수간의 관계를 어떠한 방향으로 조절하는지를 분석하였다. 321명의 공무원을 대상으로 회귀 분석한 결과 혁신행동은 분배공정성 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 개인이 지각한 상대적 업무 전문성 수준이 높을 때 혁신행동이 분배공정성 지각에 주는 긍정적 관계가 약화되는 것으로 확인되었다.

Virtual influencers, who are emerging as new players in digital marketing, impact consumers' purchase intentions. They promote positive perceptions and mimetic consumption of specific brands or products through interactions with followers. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of the characteristics of virtual influencers on the purchase intention for fashion products through the consumers' mimetic desire. As characteristics of virtual influencers, five factors were set: reality, attractiveness, professionalism, trustworthiness, and curiosity. Data for analysis were collected through an online questionnaire from the 8th to the 15th of August 2023, and 268 data points in total were analyzed using SPSS and Process Macro 4.3. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of virtual influencers all positively affected mimetic desire and purchase intention for fashion products. Moreover, it was found that mimetic desire has a mediating effect between the five characteristics of virtual influencers and the purchase intention for fashion products. Mimetic desire fully mediates the relationship between reality and the intention to purchase fashion products, and partially mediates the relationship between attractiveness, professionalism, trustworthiness, and curiosity and the purchase intention for fashion products. These findings further enhance the understanding of the relationship between virtual influencers and consumer behavior and identify the relationship between virtual influencers, mimetic desire, and fashion product purchase intentions. Consequently, leveraging virtual influencers strategically in digital marketing, the fashion industry can amplify positive brand perceptions, drive consumer engagement, and ultimately foster increased purchase intent.

본 연구에서는 초등과학교사연구회 활동이 교사 전문성에 미치는 영향에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아보기 위해 연구회의 운영 및 활동내용, 참여 동기는 무엇인지와 교사 전문성 신장에 대한 인식은 어떠한지 등을 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 경기도에 소재하고 있는 N 초등과학교사연구회와 소속된 교사이다. 자료는 참여관찰과 면담을 통해 수집하였고 수집된 자료의 종류는 참여관찰록, 연구회 활동사진, 문서자료, 면담자료 등이었다. 참여관찰을 하면서 본 연구회에 참여하고 있는 교사들의 인식을 면밀하게 살펴보기 위해서 연구회 참여 경력을 기준으로 5명의 교사를 선정하여 연구회 참여 동기, 개인적인 만족도, 전문성 신장에 대한 교사의 인식 등에 관한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, N 초등과학교사연구회는 운영 방식과 활동 내용에 관하여 회원들 간의 지속적인 협의를 통해 운영 체제를 확립해가고 있으며, 초등학생들의 수준에 맞는 과학 수업을 위해 고민하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 대부분의 교사가 과학 및 과학 교수법에 대한 관심과 열의로 연구회에 참여하게 되었으나, 연구회에 대한 만족도는 개인별로 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 교사들 모두 연구회가 교사로서의 전문성 신장에 도움이 된다고 생각하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 더 발전적인 초등과학교사연구회가 운영되기 위한 교육적 시사점을 얻고자 하였다.

영재교육의 수월성을 제고하는 데는 영재교육 교사가 자신의 전문성을 효율적으로 발휘하도록 행 재정 지원을 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 영재교육 교사들이 자신의 교사 전문성을 효율적으로 발휘하도록 지원함으로써 영재교육의 질을 제고하는 방안을 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 영재교육 교사를 대상으로 1차 설문조사(236명) 및 2차 설문조사(123명)를 통해 영재교육 교사 행 재정 지원에 대한 의견 및 요구를 분석하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과에 근거하여, 영재교육기관의 행 재정 지원, 지역사회 구성원의 영재교육에 대한 인식 및 지원, 그리고 영재교육교사 전문성 발휘를 위한 지원 체제에 대한 개선안을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 영재교육기관 행 재정 지원 개선안은 영재교육 전담교사 제도를 도입하고 일반학교 수업시수를 감소하는 방안, 도 지역 영재교육기관의 재정 지원을 강화하는 방안, 그리고 집단편성, 학생지도, 수업연계성의 행정지원의 체계성을 확립하는 방안이다. 지역사회 구성원의 영재교육에 대한 인식 및 지원의 개선안은, 학교장의 영재교육 인식제고를 위한 연수를 실시하는 방안, 학부모 교육을 통해 영재교육에 대한 올바른 인식을 개선하는 방안이다. 영재교육 교사 전문성 발휘를 위한 지원의 개선안은 영재교육 교사 연수를 지속적으로 확대 제공하는 방안, 우수교사 확보를 위해 영재교육 전담교사 제도를 도입하는 방안, 영재교육 교수 학습자료를 개발 보급하고 지식네트워크를 구축하여 정보를 공유하는 방안, 영재교육 교사 특혜를 강화하는 방안이다.
