  • This study tries to develop the typology of relative costs-benefits perception about the transition to parenthood and explore the group differences in the socio-demographic variables, family context variables, and social support level. For these purpose data was gathered from 342 fathers who experienced the transition to parenthood within past three years. The major findings were as follow. 1. The level of men's perceived benefits about the transition to parenthood was higher than the level of costs. 2. The typology of relative costs-benefits perception about the transition to parenthood were , , and . The discriminant variables among 4 groups were marital satisfaction. birth planning educational attainment, and kinship's emotional support.

관계효익이 관계 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Relational Benefits Affecting Relationship Quality)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate relational benefits affecting the relationship quality and the existence of differences to which relational benefits are most important to the customers across the type of services that customer buys and customer's relationship orientation in how they orientate their relationships with service firms. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, all relational benefits, economic, social, psychological, functional benefits, is related the relationship quality. Second, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customers will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across the type of service. The more service is customized, the less economic benefits affect relationship quality and the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. however there isn't a difference in the effect of functional benefits on relationship quality across the types of service, functional benefits are a important benefits both situations. Third, There is a difference in the perceived relative importance of relational benefits that customer will lead to the establishment of a long-term relationship across customers. The more customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more psychological benefits affect relationship quality. The less customers orientate their relationships with service firms, the more economic and functional benefits affect relationship quality. However there isn't a difference in the effect of social benefits on relationship quality across customers. In addition to, relationship orientation is related to demographic facets such as sex-type, age and income. Male is higher relationship orientation than female. The more customers are older, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms and the more customers have income, the more they orientate their relationships with service firms.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine which factors are encouraging SMEs to participate in uTradeHub(focused on the uTrade search service) in terms of product characteristics and sourcing patterns. The three factors encouraging Trade e-Marketplaces are identified in this study. First, internal factors include the support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure. Second, external factors include the pressure of industry, industry competition, dependence of trading partners. Third perception factors are perceived Usefulness, perceived easy of use. The empirical analysis had the following results. First, it reveals that support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure, industry competition have significant influence upon uTrade Search Services. On the other hand, pressure of industry, dependence of trading partners, Perceived relative benefits are not significant variable of the participation in uTrade Search Services. Second, the factors affecting the participation in uTrade Search Services are differentiated in terms of product characteristics and sourcing patterns. And the support of top management, mature of IT infrastructure, Perceived relative benefits are emphasized very important factors affecting the participation of uTrade Search Services in SMEs. The industry competition is recognized as more important factor in horizontal market in which Spot sourcing just like Operating products is trading. On the other hands, the dependence of trading partners are significant factor in vertical market in which Systemic sourcing just like Manufacturing products is trading.

E-logistics에 있어서 화주의 평가체계에 관한 실증적 연구 : 국제 해운분야를 중심으로 (Empirical Analysis of Shipper Requirement for E-logistics : The Case of International Shipping)

  • Information technology has been transforming the relationship between shippers and carriers, but an unresolved question remains: what is the relative importance to shippers of service versus cost benefits of e-logistics solutions? This research develops and empirically tests a model to determine how Internet-based logistical operations in international shipping impact on the relative importance of cost versus service benefits to shippers. Contrary to expectations, results show that shippers perceived cost benefits from well-designed web sites, undoubtedly a consequence of perceptions that multi-function portals with ease of access contributed to savings in time and money. Another result was the confirmation of the positive effects of cargo tracing and bill of lading issuance on service-related factors. Finally, this study draws attention to the need for improvements in on-line booking capabilities and development of a comprehensive common portal; issues that must be addressed for shipping lines to succeed in an increasingly competitive e-logistics market.

기업의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 채택의도의 결정요인 (Determinants Affecting the Intention to Adopt the Internet Shopping Mall)

  • 본 연구는 오프라인 기반의 기업이 신경로의 설계 관점에서 새로운 B2C 형태의 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 채택하려는 의도에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해, 인터넷 유통경로를 고려한 경로설계전략을 수립하는 기업들에게 실무적 시사점을 제공하는데 연구목적을 두었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 기업들이 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 대한 지각된 상대적 혜택수준, 조직준비성, 대내외적 압력수준이 높을수록 인터넷 쇼핑몰 채택의도는 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 지각된 장애요인의 수준이 높을수록 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 채택의도도 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 덧붙여 연구과정에서 나타난 한계점과 미래 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

미술관의 방문자 특성과 방문 후 평가에 따른 효율적 경영에의 시사점 (Study on Museum Visitor Characteristics and Implications for Effective Management Reflecting on Visitor's Feedback)

  • 본 연구는 미술관의 방문자의 특성 및 방문형태가 미술관의 상대적 위상지각 및 심미적 반응, 그리고 미술관의 제공 혜택지각에 영향을 미쳐 후속하여 방문자의 만족 및 개인.사회적 참여행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 미술관을 방문한 방문자를 대상으로 약 4주 동안 조사를 실시하였다. 총 315부를 배포하여 308부를 회수하였으나 이 중 불성실한 응답으로 분석대상으로 적합하지 않는 자료 15부를 제외한 293부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과, 방문자의 특성은 미술관의 상대적 위상지각 및 미술관 제공 혜택지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 심미적 반응에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 미술관의 방문형태는 상대적 위상지각에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 심미적 반응과 미술관의 제공 혜택지각에는 유의한 영향을 미치 지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 미술관의 상대적 위상지각은 심미적 반응에 긍정적 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 미술관의 제공 혜택지각에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 미술관의 상대적 위상지각은 방문자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으나 심미적 반응 및 미술관 제공 혜택지각은 방문자 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 미술관의 방문자가 만족할수록 향후 미술관의 다양한 프로그램에 참여도 높게 나타났다. 이로써 미래의 미술관은 방문자의 교육, 자선행사, 기부행사 등 내외적인 참여행동을 이끌어 일반 대중과 함께하는 공간으로 인식시키는 것이 방문자의 만족을 이끌 뿐만 아니라 개인.사회적 참여까지도 이끌 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.

국내 골퍼들의 햇빛차단 행동 및 자외선차단 의복에 대한 태도 조사 (A Study on Korean Golfers' Sun Protective Behavior and Their Intention to Buy UV-protective Clothing)

  • The purpose of this study was to find factors affecting sun protective behavior and intention to buy UV-protective clothing among Korean golfers. Health belief (HB) model and diffusion theory(DT) were used for the study. Dependent variable of HB model was sun protective behaviors (SPBs) and dependent variable of DT model was intention to buy (ITB) UV-protective clothing. Independent variables for HB model were cancer perception, perceived benefits, behavioral/psychological barriers and cues to actions, while independent variables of DT model were relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, friability, and observability, besides demographic variables. Perceived benefits and cues to action variables in addition to gender and age were significant determinants of SPB for Korean golfers. Also, relative advantage and compatibility. behavioral barriers and cues to action were significant in affecting intention to buy UV-protective clothes. Both HB model and extended DT model were useful to predict sun protective behavior of Korean golfers.

기술제품에 대한 사용자 지각이 사용의도에 미치는 영향 : 수용적 태도와 저항의 매개적 역할을 중심으로 (The Impact of User Perception on Usage Intention : Focusing on the Moderating Role of Attitude of Acceptance and Resistance)

  • This study explores the major factors that are likely to affect the acceptance and resistance of innovative products and services. The TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) has been widely used for understanding consumer acceptance of new technology. This model displays perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use as antecedents of intention to adopt and use. However, research has reported a variety of preceding variables for technology acceptance. In addition, considering paradoxes of technology, research regarding both acceptance and resistance in an integrated model can explain consumer perception and behavior in detail. The results of this study states that relative benefits, degree of innovation in technology, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have had positive influence on the intention to adopt but negative impact on that of resistance. However, alterations of usage and perceived risk positively affects resistance, but also have negative effects on the intention to adopt. Finally, intention to adopt has comparatively greater influence than that of resistance on intention to use. Theoretical and managerial implications of the results are also discussed.

Examining High School Students' BYOD Use under Office of Education-led Policy: Insights from the Technology Acceptance Model

  • Offices of Education in Korea is planning and implementing the BYOD (bring your own device) policy. In particular, the Seoul Metropolitan Education Office promoted the 'Dibud' (digital buddy) policy. Due to the relative newness of the policy, coupled with opposition from the council, it hasn't been fully implemented. This study focuses on a rare example of a high school that experienced BYOD under the Office of Education-led policy in all three grades. This study adapted key variables from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The regression results showed that both perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) significantly influenced intention to use Chromebooks and students' perceived learning outcomes. Analysis of the open-ended questionnaires revealed that students perceived positive benefits from using Chromebooks, such as easier data retrieval, improved academic performance, and increased learning productivity. Although the majority of respondents said there were no negative aspects to Chromebooks, negative factors included non-academic use, wireless network inconvenience, and device performance issues. The results of this study can provide data and understanding for future BYOD policies, specifically Chromebooks.

IPTV 이용자의 유료 VOD 재구매 의도 결정 요인 (Determinants of Paid-VOD Re-Purchasing Intention in IPTV Platform)

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 활용하여 IPTV의 유료 VOD 이용자의 만족도와 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과, '지각된 시스템 품질'은 '지각된 유용성'과 '지각된 비용'에 선행적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 한편, '지각된 콘텐츠 품질'은 '지각된 비용'에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았지만, '지각된 유희성'에게는 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 만족도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 지각된 신념들의 상대적 영향력에 대해서는 콘텐츠 품질, 비용, 유용성, 유희성 순으로 높게 확인되어, 유료 VOD 소비자의 콘텐츠 지속구매를 유도하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 가격 및 품질과 같은 기능적 편익이 중요하다는 결과를 도출하였다. 또한 소비자의 상황 및 특징과 관련된 요인들을 조절변수로 도입하여, 이들이 신념, 만족도, 의도의 형성 과정에서 어느 정도 영향력을 갖는지에 대해서도 분석하였는데, IPTV 가입 기간, 유료 콘텐츠 구매정도, 연령 및 소득 수준에 따라 이들의 가치 인식과 만족도 수준에는 뚜렷한 차이가 있음을 발견했다.
