세무공무원의 국세청전자문서시스템 수용에 관한 연구 (Acceptance of The National Tax Service Electronic Document System of Tax Officials)

  • 본 연구는 국세청전자문서시스템 수용에 영향을 미치는 정보품질요인이 전자문서시스템의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성 그리고 시스템 사용태도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 기술수용모형(TAM)을 이용하여 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 분석결과, 국세청전자문서시스템을 수용하는 과정에 있어서 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 전자문서시스템의 정보품질변수와 시스템의 사용태도에서 매개역할을 하고 있으며, 전자문서시스템의 정보품질요인은 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시스템의 지각된 사용용이성은 지각된 유용성에 영향을 미치며, 전자문서시스템의 정보품질요인은 지각된 사용용이성과 지각된 유용성의 완전 매개역할을 통해서 시스템 사용태도에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

사용자 인지 서비스 가용도의 시뮬레이션 모델 (Simulation Model for User-Perceived Service Availability)

  • 전통적인 시스템 차원에서의 신뢰도 분석 모형에서 탈피하여 사용자가 인지하는 서비스 가용도에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선 서비스 가용도 모형에 대해 살펴보고 이의 근간을 이루는 UBG에 대하여 논하였다. 그리고 사용자 모델, 시스템 모델 및 서비스 모델을 복합적으로 고려하여 서비스 가용도를 산출하는 시뮬레이션 모델을 제안하였다. 아울러 예제를 통하여 사용자 모델의 UBG와 시스템 모델을 작성하고 이를 토대로 서비스 모델을 정의하는 일련의 과정을 보여 주었다. 그리고 시스템 모델과 UBG의 여러 파라메타들이 서비스 가용도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다.

해외직구의 기술수용이 사용의도 및 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Technology Acceptance of Overseas Direct Purchase on Behavioral Intention and Perceived Availability)

  • 본 논문은 해외직구를 이용하는 소비자들을 대상으로 통합기술수용모형을 이용하여 해외직구의 기술수용요인에 대해 살펴보고 소비자가 들이는 노력기대 정도 및 해외직구를 이용함으로써 얻게 될 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 가격효용성 정도가 향후 해외직구 사용의도 및 해외직구를 사용함에 있어서 지각된 유용성 정도에 미치는 유의성 유무에 대해 실증 분석하고자 한다. 연구결과 향후 해외직구 사용의도와 관련하여서는 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 가격효용성이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 해외직구를 이용함에 있어서 지각된 유용성 정도와 관련하여서는 노력기대, 가격효용성이 정(+)의 유의적인 영향력이 있는 것으로 조사되었으나 성과기대, 사회적 영향은 지각된 유용성 정도에 유의적인 영향력이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 무엇보다 해외직구 시장의 확대를 위한 방법으로 간이통관, 무관세 범위의 조정 및 배송정보 분석을 통한 분산반입 그리고 탈세행위의 차단, 첨단장비를 활용한 신속한 검사 등이 시행될 필요가 있다.

A Case for Using Service Availability to Characterize IP Backbone Topologies

  • Traditional service-level agreements (SLAs), defined by average delay or packet loss, often camouflage the instantaneous performance perceived by end-users. We define a set of metrics for service availability to quantify the performance of Internet protocol (IP) backbone networks and capture the impact of routing dynamics on packet forwarding. Given a network topology and its link weights, we propose a novel technique to compute the associated service availability by taking into account transient routing dynamics and operational conditions, such as border gateway protocol (BGP) table size and traffic distributions. Even though there are numerous models for characterizing topologies, none of them provide insights on the expected performance perceived by end customers. Our simulations show that the amount of service disruption experienced by similar networks (i.e., with similar intrinsic properties such as average out-degree or network diameter) could be significantly different, making it imperative to use new metrics for characterizing networks. In the second part of the paper, we derive goodness factors based on service availability viewed from three perspectives: Ingress node (from one node to many destinations), link (traffic traversing a link), and network-wide (across all source-destination pairs). We show how goodness factors can be used in various applications and describe our numerical results.

패션 제품 소셜 라이브 스트리밍 서비스(SLSS)의 인지적 공유를 통한 서비스품질 지각과 구매경험의 조절효과 (Perceived Service Quality through Cognitive Communion of Social Live Streaming Service (SLSS) of Fashion Product and Moderating Effect of Purchasing Experience)

  • Consumers' shopping experience has recently expanded to mobile and social networks; in addition, online fashion retailers started to focus on real-time interaction services as an emerging marketing tool. This study explores the consumer' shopping experience based on social live streaming services (SLSS) to investigate consumer's response behavior and effects through perceived service quality. An online survey method was conducted and a total of 186 female consumer panels were collected. The results indicate that cognitive communion of co-experience had a significant effect on perceived SLSS service quality (responsiveness, contents informativeness, playfulness, system availability). Service quality of SLSS (responsiveness, contents informativeness, and playfulness) had significant effect on trust in SLSS seller while system availability had no significant effect. Also, trust in seller showed significant effect on purchase intention. Last, it was confirmed that the moderating effect of purchasing experience of SLSS was significant in the relationship between cognitive communion and responsiveness/playfulness. There was also an additional significant moderating effect of purchasing experience between system availability and trust in seller.

대장암 위험도와 관련된 식생활 행동 분석 (Analyses on the Factors Associated with Dietary Behavior Regarding Colon Cancer Risk)

  • A case-control study was conducted in order to examine dietary behavioral factors associated with colorectal cancer risks. Data were collected from 128 cases with either colorectal cancer or large bowl adenomatous polyps and 129 controls regarding stages of dietary behavioral change, perceived barrier, self efficacy, nutrition knowledge, social support and food availability as well as body mass index and overall dietary quality. Cases showed less desirable behaviors with respect to fat reduction and vegetable intake compared with controls based on the analyses of the stages of dietary change. After adjustment of relevant covariates (age, gender and smoking), significant trends of increasing risk with higher level emerged for perceived barriers resulted from environmental conditions (OR = 1.6 - 2.0) and self-efficacy (OR = 2.2-2.3). No such relationships were found for nutrition knowledge and social support. The risk of colorectal cancer was associated with the kinds of foods available at home showing a borderline protective relation with milk (OR = 0.6) and respective significant and borderline direct associations for fresh meat (OR = 2.1) and soft drinks (OR = 0.6 when reversely scored). Within-group analyses presented best predictors of overall dietary quality as food availability for the case and self-efficacy and social support for the control. The findings of this study suggested a need for focusing on motivational and reinforcing factors in the development of nutrition education programs for colorectal cancer prevention.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 소비자의 의류제품 반품 경험에 따른 반품 요인, 정보 탐색, 위험 지각 특성 (The Characteristics of Return Factor, Information Search and Perceived Risks by Return Experience in Internet Clothing Purchase)

  • Internet shopping provides convenience to consumers, however, in recent years the consumer's return rate and return-related disputes continue to increase. This article examines the characteristics of return behavior through return experiences of internet clothing purchases. For an empirical study, questionnaires were handed out to 317 undergraduate male and female students, in which the results had been used for data analysis. Data were analyzed through SPSS 12.0 software, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANDVA analysis, Duncan test, and $x^2-test$. The results are the following: The analysis of consumers' return factor for clothes in Internet shopping showed there are five factors: product and quality, delivery, impulse buying, change of mind, and service. There is a significant difference in product quality of return factors depending on the availability of the return experience. Thus, consumers with return experience showed more return tendency owing to product quality factor than consumers without return experience. The availability of consumer's return experience was significantly related to information search. Consumers with return experience showed more consistent information search than consumers without return experience. There were significant differences in perceived risks depending on the availability and degree of consumer's return experience. In other words, consumers with return experience perceived more account related risk than consumers without return experience. Moreover, the more return experience the consumer has, the more risks consumers perceived in product performance.

확장된 기술수용모델을 적용한 실시간 화상강의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Study on the Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Real-time Video Conferencing Using Extended Technology Acceptance Model)

  • COVID 19의 영향이 교육계에도 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히, 비대면 수업이 선택이 아닌 필수가 된 상황에서 실시간 화상강의에 대한 학습자의 만족과 이용의도를 높일 수 있는 방안에 대해 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 화상강의 특성으로서 학습자-교수자 간 상호작용성, 사회적 실재감, 이용가능성, 자기효능감, 참여정도가 인지된 유용성과 이용 용이성, 학습 만족과 화상강의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 연구결과, 인지된 이용 용이성에는 학습자-교수자 상호작용성과 이용가능성, 자기효능감이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 인지된 유용성에는 이용가능성을 제외한 모든 변인이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 인지된 유용성과 이용 용이성은 학습 만족과 화상강의 이용의도를 높이는 요인인 것으로 확인되었으며, 학습 만족 역시 화상강의 이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 주요 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실증적인 분석을 통해 향후 많은 교육 현장에서 활용하게 될 실시간 화상강의에 대해 여러 이론적, 실천적 시사점을 제공했다는 점에 의의가 있다.

온라인 패션 쇼핑 시 도전감의 척도 개발 및 타당성 연구 (Perceived challenges in fashion shopping online: Scale development and validation)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a multi-dimensional scale measuring consumers' perceived challenge in shopping fashion products online, and to verify its validity and reliability. Relevant literature is first reviewed to identify possible dimensions of perceived challenge. Next, Study 1 is conducted in order to explore the dimensions empirically and to see whether the dimensions that emerged were consistent with prior findings. A total of 190 responses to an open-ended question was qualitatively analyzed by using content analysis. The findings of Study 1 generate 26 items reflecting four dimensions (i.e., product knowledge, previous experience, website functionality, and product availability), which correspond to the dimensions suggested in literature review. Study 2 is subsequently conducted to refine the items so that the perceived challenge scale establishes cross-validation, convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, and predictive validity. A total of 238 responses is quantitatively analyzed by using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. In the results of Study 2, the perceived challenge scale is found to consist of a total of 16 items reflecting three dimensions: E-commerce Challenge (corresponding to Previous Experience reported in Study 1), Retailer Challenge (corresponding to Website Functionality), and Product Challenge (corresponding to Product Knowledge); all Product Availability items have been eliminated through the item refinement process. Specifically, E-commerce Challenge and Retailer Challenge are found to predict flow, supporting flow theory, while Product Challenge fails to lead to flow significantly. Implications, limitations, and suggestions for future studies are also discussed.

병원 인사고과의 공정성지각 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on Antecedents and Consequences of Perceived Justice of the Performance Appraisals in Hospital Organization)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate antecedents and consequences of perceived justice of performance appraisals, which is classified as distributive and procedural justice, in hospital organization. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, for distributive justice of performance appraisals, the influential factors are the pertinence of performance appraisal method, the opportunity of self-reporting, the availability of performance appraisal, and the feedback of performance appraisal. For the procedural justice of performance appraisals, they are the leadership style of performance appraisers, the ratee-rater exchange relationship, the pertinence of performance appraisal method, the opportunity of self-reporting, and the feedback of performance appraisal. Second, the perceived justice weakly affects outcome variables, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. By these results, the performance appraisal system needs to be changed in order to enhance distributive justice through the improvement of suitable methods of the performance appraisal, the opportunity of self-reporting, the availability of performance appraisal, and the feedback of performance appraisals. If it is difficult to increase the level of distributive justice due to the environmental restrictions in hospitals, the way to enhance the procedural justice more than the distributive one should be considered.
