  • The Purpose of this study is to develop and test a nursing model which can be applied to prediction of the quality of life for the patient receiving hemodialysis. A hypothetical model was constructed on Johns & Meleis's empowerment model framework which has 3 contsructs(stress, resource, empowerment). 6 Factors(perceived stress, self-esteem as personal resource, perceived social support as social resource, perceived fertigue, perceived health status & self efficacy as empowerment) were selected to pre dict the quality of life of receiving hemodialysis patients. 4 Factors(self-esteem, perceived social support, perceived health status & self efficacy) had direct effects on the quality of life significantly. Self-esteem had indirect effect on the quality of life via perceived heath status significantly. Perceived social support had indirect effect on the quality of life via self-effcacy significantly. Perceived stress had no direct and indirect effect on the quality of life significantly. Revised model from hypothetical model showed better fit to the data by eliminating unsignificant path. From results of this study we suggest that to improve quality of life of hemodialysis patient nurses provide nursing interventions which improve self-esteem, perceived social support, self-efficacy & perceived health status.

  • This paper presents and tests a conceptual model of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) that explains perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, organizational commitment and turnover intention in terms of psychological commitment in mandatory environments. The model focuses on psychological commitment(Kelman's internalization, identification, compliance) as the primal of predictor of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and organizational commitment we discuss our current understanding of technology acceptance, as well as the notion of mandated use. The results and implications of the research are as follows. First, organizational commitment negatively influence turnover intention in mandatory environment. Second, perceived usefulness positively influence organizational commitment in mandatory environments. Third, psychological commitment positively influence organizational commitment, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use in mandatory environments. Fourth, perceived ease of use positively influence perceived usefulness in mandatory environments. Through this research, psychological commitment is a strong determinant of technology acceptance in mandatory environments. These findings advance theory and contribution to the foundation for future research aimed at improving our understanding of user adoption behavior in mandatory environments.

  • In an effort to find ways to increase the effectiveness of online education, literature and empirical study based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) have addressed a variety of questions, including perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived usefulness (PU). After TAM, extensive studies have focused on the impact of extrinsic factors on PEU and PU, including Self-efficacy and Perceived Risk. This study aims to analyze the direct, indirect, and moderating effects of Self-efficacy and Perceived Risk on Online Learning Intention (OLI). Data was collected through a survey method from 472 students studying at universities in Vietnam. The collected data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that Technology Self-Efficacy influences the intention to take online courses both directly and indirectly through Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness. Besides, Perceived Risk COVID-19 also has a positive effect on online learning intention, and plays a role as a moderating variable on the impact of PU on OLI. These findings suggest that students will have a stronger intention to study online when they are confident in their ability to use technology. When they believe in their ability to use technology, their online learning intention will also increase.

  • Purpose: This study discusses and discovers the important role of fashion product coolness in affecting consumers' perceived value and consumers' value creation behavior. Accordingly, fashion product coolness exerts a direct effect on perceived value while perceived value has a direct impact on value creation. Besides, fashion product coolness has an indirect effect on value creation through perceived value. Research design, data, and methodology: This study adopts the quantitative research approach by cross-sectional technical on a sample of 319 respondents in Vietnam. PLS-SEM has been used to analyze the survey data. Results: The result indicates that the proposed direct and indirect effects are significant. Specifically, utilitarian "coolness" and hedonic "coolness" have positive impacts on perceived value. The perceived value poses an impact on consumers' value creation behavior, including customer lifetime value and influencer value. Finally, the perceived value links utilitarian "coolness", hedonic "coolness" with customer lifetime value and influencer value. Conclusions: Fashion distribution is playing an increasingly important role in the retail sector of the economy. Fashion distribution activities are greatly influenced by the perceived value of consumers. The findings are supposed to strengthen the beliefs of fashion brands and retailers in the promotion of value creation and consumers' perceived value in the field of fashion distribution.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the utility and sacrifice factors of paid membership in domestic e-commerce based on the value-based acceptance model, and to determine its impact on perceived value and intention to continue using e-commerce. Design/methodology/approach This study confirmed the perceived benefits and sacrifice factors of e-commerce paid membership through in-depth interviews, and verified the research model through an online survey. Findings The study identifies seven perceived benefit factors(differentiation, enjoyment, sharing, point benefit, discount benefit, contents benefit, and delivery benefit) and three perceived sacrifice factors(fee, opportunity loss, complexity). Structural model verification reveals that discount benefit, delivery benefit, and opportunity loss significantly impact the perceived value in Coupang Rocket Wow, while discount benefit, point benefit, and fee significantly influence the perceived value in Naver Plus membership. The perceived value of both memberships positively influences the intention to continue using the respective e-commerce platforms. A comparison highlights a significant difference in the impact of opportunity loss on perceived value between Coupang Rocket Wow and Naver Plus memberships.

  • Due to the intense competition and low switching cost, to find out which factors will significantly impact on user's continuance intention is very important for mobile instant messaging (IM) practitioners. In this study, we adopted network externalities and perceived service quality as independent variables based on the definition of mobile IM service. Network externalities also include direct externalities (referent network size) and indirect externalities (perceived complementarity). The result of this study shows that referent network size has a critical influence on perceived usefulness and perceived complementarity has a critical influence on perceived enjoyment; perceived service quality, as we expected, has significantly impact on not only customer's satisfaction but also perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. Meanwhile, both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment have directly critical influences on customer's continuance intention.

The results of data analysis by structured equation model(SEM) indicate that self-efficacy significantly influences individual's perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness. Both perceived playfulness and perceived ease of use affects perceived usefulness on SNS. Individual's self-efficacy, perceived playfulness and perceived usefulness affect reuse intention of SNS. Based on the results, the theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

  • In this paper, we propose to study the factors affecting the user's intention to use smart music platform, and on the basis of studying the impact of service quality on the user's intention to use, such as perceived usability, perceived ease, perceived entertainment and perceived cost, respectively. Based on this, the impact factors model on the usage intention of smart music platform users was presented, and 398 questionnaires were collected through a survey of university students majoring in Chinese music, and the collected data were obtained by conducting frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using spss20.0 and amos20.0. The results show that: Quality of service has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived entertainment and perceived cost. A study found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived entertainment have a positive effect on users' intention of use and perceived cost has a negative effect on their intention of use. Through this conclusion, the entrepreneur presented an important meaning in promoting sustainable development of smart music platforms by improving the operation and profit model of smart music platforms.
