재독 한국인 간호사들의 사회적지지, 직무만족도 및 소진과의 관계연구 (A Study of the Relationship between Social Support, Job Satisfaction and Burn-out Levels of Korean Nurses in Germany)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze social support, job satisfaction and burnout level of Korean nurses who are working in Germany. The data were obtained from 71 nurses in terms of questionnaire which was distributed between October 2000. to January 2001. The analysis of the data was done by means of the SPSS program. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. The subjects had social supporters on the average of 8 to 9. The total social support score was 264.79. An analysis of the relationship between social support and general characteristics for the subjects was found to be statistically significant in the case of religion(t=2.783, p< .05 ) and work experience(F=2.594, p< .05). 2. The mean score of job satisfaction was the highest in interaction(3.71) followed by the relationship between nurses and doctors (3.56), and then followed by autonomy, professional position, pay, requirements, administration in descending order. So the total mean score 3.33 was based on a maximum score of 5. An analysis of the relationship between job satisfaction and general characteristics for the subjects was found to be statistically significant in the case of the thought of the value for the nurse job (F=4.977, p< .001). 3. The mean score of burnout level was 2.94 based on a maximum score of 7. Burnout level was the highest in the order of physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion and mental exhaustion. An analysis of the relationship between burnout level and general characteristics for the subjects was found to be statistically significant in the case of planning period of employed nursing profession (F=4.113, p< .001), shift of work department (F=2.593, p< .05 ), thought of the value for the nurse job (F=3.789, p< .001). 4. The job satisfaction was found higher as the social support was higher(r= .278, p< .05). The burnout level was found lower as the social support was higher(r= .342, p< .01). The burnout level was found lower as the job satisfaction was higher(r= .478, p< .01). These results discussed on the above indicated that social support influenced on job satisfaction and burnout level, and that job satisfaction influenced on burnout level. To improve job satisfaction for the nurse, it is necessary that the role of social support as well as the method to increase it should be investigated correctly. The study to adjust as well as to prevent burnout level is absolutely needed.

튜브구조물의 누설을 포함한 진공 펌프 용량에 관한 연구 (Study on Vacuum Pump Capacity with Leakage of Tube Structure)

  • 본 연구에서는 튜브 시스템 내부를 대기압 이하로 감압하여 유지시키는데 필요한 진공 펌프 시스템의 용량에 관한 파라메타들의 영향을 연구하였다. 튜브 열차 시스템은 기존 육상 교통의 속도 한계를 극복하기 위하여 튜브 내부를 대기압 이하로 유지하여 주행하는 열차의 공기 저항을 크게 줄일 수 있다. 진공 펌프 시스템은 튜브 내부를 감압시키고, 튜브 내부로 누설되는 공기를 추가적으로 배출시키는 역할을 한다. 튜브 구조물의 누설을 고려한 정량적 및 정성적 용량을 산정하기 위하여 진공 펌프의 용량에 영향을 끼치는 파라메타를 선정하여 각각의 변화에 대한 영향을 검토하였다. 콘크리트의 압력 누설 실험식을 이용하여 누설량을 구하고, 그 결과를 진공 펌프 용량 산정에 반영하였다. 본 결과는 진공 펌프 구동에 소요되는 동력이 튜브 열차 공기 저항 저감으로 인한 동력비 절감 효과를 비교 분석하는 데에도 참고 자료로 활용될 것이다.

농촌노인의 일자리사업 참여실태와 만족도 및 요구도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Participation of Rural Elderly People in Senior Employment Programs, Satisfaction Level and Needs)

  • 본 연구에서는 농촌노인들의 일자리사업 참여실태와 만족도 및 요구도를 살펴봄으로써 농촌노인들의 삶의 질 향상에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌노인들은 노인일자리사업 중에 공익형에 가장 많이 참여하고 있었으며, 환경개선사업 활동을 가장 많이 하고 있었고, 생계비 마련을 위해 가장 많이 참여하였다. 둘째, 노인일자사업 중에는 소속기관 실무자와의 관계에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고, 급여수준에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮았다. 셋째, 농촌노인들은 노인일자리사업 교육에 있어 가장 우선적으로 노인의 차이와 다양성을 고려한 맞춤형 교육 강화가 개선되어야 한다고 인식하였으며, 노인일자리사업에 참여하는 과정에서 교통문제로 인해 가장 많은 어려움을 느꼈다. 이런 결과를 볼 때, 농촌노인들의 특성과 욕구에 맞는 보다 다양한 형태의 프로그램 제공과 교통편의 제공을 통해 참된 자활이 이루어질 수 있도록 정책적 배려가 뒷받침되어야 할 것이다.

학교급식 영양사의 직무특성과 직무가치관이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Characteristics and Work Values on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction of the School Foodservice Dietitians)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of job characteristics and work on both organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the school foodservice dietitian for the purpose of providing information for quality improvement in productivity of school foodservice. The subjects were 401 school foodservice dietitians in Taegu and the Kyungpook area. The survey questionnaires consisted of five parts including demographic characteristics, job characteristics(JCI), work values, organizational commitment(OCQ) and job satisfaction(JDI). More than half of the subjects(65.3%) were between the age of 26 to 30 years. Seventy-one percent of the participants had bachelor’s degrees and monthly wages of 83.2% ranged from 700,000 to 1,200,000 won. The education of thedietitians was found to have a significant relatinship with job satisfaction in all fields. Job characteristics such as feedback, job characcteristics such as job autonomy, feedback and friendship were positively correlated with job satisfaction. The group of dietitians with high work value scores for work as a central life interest had significantly high scores in organizational commitment(p<0.01) and overall job satisfaction(p<0.05). Job satisfaction such as work-itself, pay, supervision, promotion and co-workers were positively correlated with organizational commitment. According to the Lisrel program, organizational commitment was affected by educational level(-0.23). Job satisfaction was also affected by educational level(-0.18), autonomy(0.24), friendship(0.12), feedback(0.08), individualism(-0.07) and organizational commitment(0.44) directly. In conclusion, school foodservice dietitians may increase the level of their commitment to organization and job satisfaction by increasing autonomy, feedback adn friendship of job characteristics and work values.

  • As the importance of intellectual property rights for the 21st century challenge became prominent, many companies have been trying to secure many rights competitively. In particular, application numbers of patent that represents technology has been increased continuously. Korean companies were not exception; mainly in large companies, there have been continued the efforts to grow the number of patent applications in quantitative volume. But the issues that how viable patents the companies have, how effectively the companies manage, and how economically usable the patents are, are totally different from quantitative management level. As such, the issue is connected to how to assess the patent management level of companies. On the other side of quantitative growth of patent that companies hold, there are some problems such as the difficulties to determine if the patents hold substantial values, and the difficulties to determine whether the patent are managed effectively. In addition, as the numbers of patent application and registration of companies are increased, the cost for patent holding and managing increase. It is required to pay continuous attention to the cost of patent management because patent registration fee has a property that increases rapidly with time and burden for patentee become heavier. As a result of analysis and interpretation, we confirmed that quantitative management, particularly the number of patent applicant does not make positive impact on how to use patent after application. Rather, it is observed that the economical usage is influenced positively by the efforts of patent applicants such as considering for the time of patent examination, paying attention to receive patent registration decision. Therefore, this study shows that efforts patent applicants provide in management level after application time are important to maintain the value of patents.

선택실험법을 이용한 수목원의 경제가치 추정 (An Economic Valuation of Arboretum Using Choice Experiments)

  • 본 연구는 이선선택법의 일반형인 선택실험법을 적용해 행정중심복합도시 내에 제공될 국립수목원의 중요 속성과 수준을 확인하고, 이들이 조합되어 실제 반영될 경우 각 대안들에 한 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. '자원보전', '교육', '레크리에이션', '시설', '접근성'과 입장료를 속성으로 사용해 주 효과 모델을 정산하기 위한 가상대안을 작성한 후 컨조인트 선택 을 정산한 결과 '자원보전'의 '습지식물'과 '레크리에이션'의 '숲 산책로'가 유의성 있는 수준이었다. 만약 이 수준들이 수목원에 반영될 경우, 응답자들은 각각 약 1,330원과 약 1,507 의 입장료를 더 낼 용의가 있었다. 또한 '자극추구' 성향이 높을수록, 나이가 어릴수록, 소득이 높을수록 수목원 조성에 호의적이 었지만 자연보호에 대한 관여도가 높은 사람들은 부정적이었다. 도시 내 수목원의 경제가치를 실험선택법으로 평가할 후속연구를 위해 중요 속성별 수준과 기준수준에 대한 여러가지의 제언을 추가하였다.

숲해설가의 직무만족도와 관련변인에 따른 차이 분석 (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Its Related Variables of Forest Interpreters)

  • 본 연구는 숲해설가의 직무만족 향상과 효율적인 조직운영을 위한 기초자료제공을 목적으로 숲해설가의 직무만족도와 관련변인에 따른 직무만족도 차이를 분석하였다. 첫째, 전체직무만족도는 평균 3.41점(5점 만점)으로 직무자체에 대한 만족도는 중위수보다 높은 것으로 나타났으나 복리후생에 관한 만족도는 상대적으로 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 직무만족도 요인분석결과 조직분위기, 보상수준, 직무갈등, 근무여건 네 개의 요인으로 분류되었고 조직분위기와 근무여건 요인에 대한 만족도는 높고 보상수준의 만족도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전체직무만족도는 소속기관, 활동현장, 근무경력에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 직무만족도 하위요인의 경우 조직분위기는 근무경력과 소속기관에 따라 차이가 있었고 보상수준은 소속기관, 근무여건은 소속기관과 활동현장에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다.

경제⋅사회적 요인이 여성의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis on Effect of Socio-Economic Factors on the Subjective Life Satisfaction of Women)

  • 본 연구는 경제 사회적 요인이 여성의 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 한계효과에 대하여 복지패널 3차자료를 활용하여 순서화로짓(Odered Logit)분석을 실행하였다. 이를 위해 사회적 경제적 요인들이 주요 독립변수로 채택되었으며 표준화계수를 기준으로 주요 연구결과를 요약하면, 사회생활요인인 여가생활만족도, 사회적 친분관계만족도, 가족간 논의를 통한 문제해결, 긍정적 생활태도 등이 여성생활만족도 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 경제적 요인인 주택유무, 가처분소득수준 등은 사회생활요인에 비교하여 적은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 가족간 불화, 저소득 가정 해당 등은 생활만족도에 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부는 여성의 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 시설이나 프로그램 개선에 더 많은 정책적 관심을 가져야 할 것이다.

일부 노인의 양생 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Level of Yangseng(養生) of Certain Elderly People)

  • Objectives : To explore the causes that affect the level of Yangseng(養生) certain elderly people.(Level of Yanseng; The oriental medicine tool to measure Yanseng developed to fit the situation of korea) Methods : For this purpose, characteristics, Life Satisfaction and Activities of Daily Living were adopted as independent variables and analyzed statistically. Out of questionnaires distributed to the old people aged 65 or more living in Jeonbuk province, 824 replies were collected from April to June 2004 and processed for an analysis. Results : The analysis revealed that the higher points old persons tend to score in Total of Yangseng, the more they are inclined to be Life satisfaction, the higher K-ADL they get and the longer they have leisure. Rather old men than women or rather those who live with family than those who do not have more possibility to record higher scores of Total of Yangseng(R Square=0.365). There was greater possibility that the higher points persons can get in Morality Yangseng(R Square=0.200), Mind Yangseng(R Square=0.173), Diet Yangseng(R Square=0.139), Exercise Yangseng(R Square=0.353), Sleep Yangseng(R Square=0.187), Seasonal Yangseng(R Square=0.107), Sex life Yangseng(R Square=0.199), the more they tend to be Life satisfaction. It was revealed from the analysis that the better care old people pay to Activities & Rest Yangseng, the higher K-ADL they get(R Square=0.186). Conclusions : Front the above results, it may be concluded that approaches of Oriental medicine can contribute to maintaining and promoting health as well as preventing and controlling disease for old people who are in greater needs for proper health care in the aged period.

푸드 코트 서비스의 고객만족 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Customers' Satisfaction Factors Regarding Large Food Court Service)

  • The purposes of the study was to identify customers' satisfaction factors regarding foods and services in food courts in big department stores and discount stores in Seoul and Cheonan. A survey of 235 customers was conducted regarding customer satisfaction levels and factors of food and services. Customers' perceived level of attributes were identified into eight underlying dimensions by factor analysis as follows: factor 1 was "cleanliness": factor 2 "service quality": factor 3 "accuracy": factor 4 "atomosphere": factor 5 "food quality": factor 6 "menu information": factor 7 "price" and the eighth factor was "food result". Regression analysis indicated that "cleanliness" was found to be the most important factor contributing to customers' overall satisfaction. There were significant differences in customers' perceived satisfaction level of "food quality"(p<0.01), "accuracy", and "price" factors(p<0.05) between department stores and discount store. The customers' perceived satisfaction levels of "accuracy", "food quality" and "price" factor at a large store food court are higher than those of department store food court. Comparing location of food court, there were significant differences in customers' perceived satisfaction level of "accuracy" and "price" factors between in Seoul and Cheonan(p<0.001). The customers' perceived satisfaction levels of "accuracy" and "price" at the discount store in Seoul are lower than those of food court at Cheonan. It is suggested that the management should pay attention to the sanitation of their dinning halls, kitchens, hygienic dishes, hygienic water fountain, employee hygiene, and a proper place to put used dishes to increase the customers' satisfaction.
