지불계수를 이용한 시험포장구간의 품질평가와 피로수명 분석 (An Evaluation on Quality of Field Trial Protocol using Pay Factor and Analysis of Fatigue Life)

  • 본 연구는 지불계수를 이용하여 시험포장 구간의 품질을 평가하고 이에 따른 피로수명의 변화를 분석하기 위해 실시되었다. 특히 품질관리가 어려운 아스팔트 함량을 지불규정 기준인자로 선정하여 지불계수를 산출하였다. 먼저 아스팔트 함량이 피로수명에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 아스팔트 함량에 따른 피로수명의 연관성을 분석하였다. 이후 총 2회에 걸쳐 시험포장 구간에서 시료를 채취해서 지불계수를 산출하여 시험포장 구간의 품질을 평가하였으며, 지불계수에 따라 시험포장 구간의 품질에 차이가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 시험포장 구간에 포설된 아스팔트 혼합물을 이용하여 시편을 제작, 피로수명을 분석하였다. 그 결과 지불계수가 높은 시험포장의 피로수명이 월등히 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 통계이론을 이용한 지불계수가 실제 포장의 피로수명을 반영한다는 것을 의미한다고 사료된다. 또한 시험포장 구간에 아스팔트 혼합물을 납품한 플랜트의 배합보고서와 동일한 시편을 제작하여 휨 피로시험을 실시하여 1, 2회차 시험포장의 피로수명들과 비교하였다. 그 결과 배합보고서를 기초로 제작한 시편의 피로수명이 시험포장 구간의 피로수명에 비해 월등히 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 입도나 기타 요인에 따른 공용성 감소현상이 발생 할 수 있음을 나타내는 것이라 사료된다. 따라서 지불규정을 적용중인 미국과 같이 입도, 공극률 등을 지불규정 기준인자로 선정하여 최종적인 지불계수를 산출하는 것이 보다 정확한 도로포장의 품질을 평가할 수 있을 것이다.

치과 의료 기관 직원의 임금만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Determinants of pay satisfaction of dental employees)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of pay satisfaction of dental employees. The questionnaire used in this study consists of personal characteristics, characteristics of workplace, administration of pay, Pay satisfaction questionnaire (PSQ). PSQ was translated, and backward translation into korean was implemented. A pilot test was conducted with 25 dental employees to complete the questionnaire. Survey was conducted from February to July in 2015, receiving 323 valid responses. Anova or t-test was conducted with categorized characteristics, by calculating pay satisfaction scores. Principal factor analysis which is an exploratory factor analysis was conducted to investigate the consistency of pay satisfaction. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to investigate how much effect the variables have on pay satisfaction. The result of principal factor analysis showed that pay satisfaction consists of 3 factors which are 'paying system', 'pay level', 'benefits'. 'Pay raise' which was one of 4 factors of original PSQ was not the factor of pay satisfaction of dental employees. The result of analysis of characteristics showed that the scores of paying system between dental clinic and dental hospital had significant difference. The result of multiple regression analysis showed tendencies pay satisfaction increases when age and monthly income increases and whole career and the number of unit chairs decreases. Increasing the autonomy of employees and simplification of paying system would improve pay satisfaction efficiently. When age increases, the pay level increases because of the seniority-based pay structure, and this leads to the higher satisfaction. The higher amount of pay leads to higher satisfaction. The expectation over pay increases relatively higher than the increase of pay level and this leads to the less satisfaction. When the number of unit chairs is fewer, the workplace is smaller, so the employees have more autonomy, and this leads to higher satisfaction.

조리학 전공 대학생들의 인턴쉽 기대와 만족에 관한 연구 (Expectation and Satisfaction with Internship Program of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Culinary Studies)

  • This study investigated the degree of expectation and satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies, and suggested improvements in satisfaction for training programs. Differences between expectation and satisfaction were significant in all 21 items including pay for internship program, rest spaces, and break time during working. Expectation questions were extracted to five factors. Factor 1 circumstances of kitchen Factor 2 staff's ability and attitude Factor 3 working environment Factor 4 working hours and pay and Factor 5 rotation, period, and placement of jobs. Five factors were also obtained from factor analysis of satisfaction. Factor 1 working hours and rest Factor 2 staff's attitude and pay Factor 3 facilities and sanitation Factor 4 circumstances of kitchen and Factor 5 period and placement of jobs. Overall satisfaction values showed significant differences depending on gender, school-year system, grade, age, and school. The working hours and rest factor had the most significant influence on the overall satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies.

  • 미국에서는 품질 관리 문제를 해결할 수 있는 아이디어로 지급(Pay) Factor가 사용되어왔으며 현재는 생애주기비용까지 고려한 한층 진보된 지급조정모델 개발에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 지급조정모델절차의 개발은 품질특성변수 선택의 문제, 품질특성변수의 확률적 분포와 도로 공용성간의 관계 분석의 문제, 그리고 하나의 전체 지급조정모델 개발의 문제 등으로 미 교통부에서 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 극복하기 위한 방법론으로 생애주기비용분석을 고려한 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 접근 방식이 사용되었다. 미 여러 교통부에서 적용 가능한 견본이 될 수 있도록 현 위스콘신 교통국에서 사용중인 도로관리 관련 시스템들에서 데이터를 축출하여 지급조정을 격정하기 위한 분석 절차를 제시하고 이를 근간으로 지급조정모델 결정 지원 시스템을 개발하였으며 민감도 분석을 실행하여 실제 데이터를 사용하여 개발된 지급조정모델의 적정성을 평가하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 지급조정모델 개발 절차는 한층 정확성을 높인 도로공용성예측모델과 생애주기비용모델을 사용함으로써 실제 프로젝트에 사용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Public Building Value Evaluation Using Contingent Valuation Method Based on Market Value Estimation

  • Building deterioration reflects the degradation of basic building performance including structural performance, energy performance, durability, and safety, and it also includes perceived deterioration, which considers a user-based perspective. More than 50% of the existing buildings in Korea are over 15 years old and public buildings compose 2.5% of all buildings domestically. Therefore, there are several different problems, such as poor energy efficiency, structural performance, and safety. To address the challenges of increasing stock in deteriorated buildings, it is necessary to make decisions about reconstruction or renovation. In this study, we propose a new method to evaluate public building value with a contingent valuation method (CVM). By estimating willing-to-pay (WTP) from users of private buildings in similar situation with the public building, it is possible to compare market prices and calculate a correction factor to adjust the WTP data. Finally, we apply the correction factor to the WTP of a public building and estimate market price, willingness to pay (WTP). 임금만족 측정치 개발에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Empirical Study on the Developments of Pay Satisfaction Measurements)

  • This study develops the pay satisfaction questionnaire for Korean employees. Based upon the review of previous studies, 16 questionnaire items are developed. Exploratory factor analysis results in a modified measurement through item deletion, item-to-dimension reassignment, and dimension combination. The measurement model was good fit assessed by overall fit measures(GFI; goodness of fit index, AGFI; adjusted goodness of fit index, RMR; root mean square residual) criteria, lambda score, and squared multiple correlation with confirmatory factor analysis. Implication of this work for future theoretical and empirical development are suggested.

What is the Switching Intention from Existing Payment to Mobile Payment Service?

  • Recently, the use of mobile payment, called "Pay" payment, is increasing such as 'KakaoPay' and 'SamsungPay'. In Korea, various mobile payment services are running and emerging. The purpose of this study is to examine the intention to switch from using existing credit cards or check card to mobile payment service based on the two-factor theory. We empirically examined the effect of the two factors, the factors that enable switching and the factors that inhibit switching. Therefore, the study use switching cost and switching benefit as parameters to confirm the effect on the switching intention. In addition, this study intends to analyze the differences between two subgroups by the degree of personal innovativeness. We survey smartphone users and credit card or check card users, and analyzed the Smart PLS 3.0 using structural equation model to verify the significance of the research hypothesis.

당뇨병 환자 맞춤형 농식품 식단에 대한 소비자 지불의사금액 (The Analysis on Consumers' Willingness to Pay for Customized Agricultural Products in Diabetes)

  • This study analyze the willingness to pay for customized agricultural products to diabetes. For this purpose, a survey was carried out for patients with diabetes 212 patients. The main results are as follows. First, the survey found that the interest in health and food was found to be very high in 93.9 % and 85.9 % respectively. This means that there is sufficient market potential if customized food and diets for diabetes are developed. Second, the Logit analysis showed that influential factor for the willingness to pay for a customized diet. The higher the risk, the better the health outcomes, the higher the likelihood that the higher the level of income, the more likely it is to purchase a product for a diabetic food package. Third, the average amount of willingness to pay for the customized food for diabetes patients was 7,823.5 won and the truncated average value was 6,953.3 won.

Pay Per Click Marketing Strategies: A Review of Empirical Evidence

  • Purpose - Today's world revolves around search engines which are the driving force behind any marketer. The thirst for marketing has led to the evolution of online 'Pay per click' over last few years and is the most widely used instrument. Research design, data, and methodology - Exploratory research design highlights many marketing variables getting affected by pay per click marketing. To analyze the said phenomenon, the data was gathered through questionnaire from the sample of 338 respondents which were selected by simple random sampling method mostly from the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi in India. The data collected from the respondents was loaded on SAS base for exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results - Pay per click as a marketing tool has significant impact on the consumers. The most prominent factors of pay per click marketing identified in the research are Ad quality, Competition, Targeting, Trend and Budget. Conclusions - Organic as well as inorganic ads, keeping in mind the end goal to gage the exchange of these two postings in the marked look territory. Additionally, here we dissected supported pursuit promotions in all. It would be beneficial to break down the impact of promotion position on the pay per click marketing.

Antecedents of Duty Free Shop Willingness to Pay

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the antecedents of willingness to pay in the domain of duty free shop. Design/methodology/approach - This study chooses willingness to pay as explained variable. The candidates of explanatory variables are price fairness, brand awareness, employee service, product diversity, and crowding. This study uses survey to explore the linear relation between variables. This research collected data using online panel data collection service. The number of valid observation is 265. The research targe is Lotte duty free store. Statistical analysis was for statistical inference. To attain the information of survey respondents, frequency analysis is employed. Next, this study implemented exploratory factor analysis and reliability to ensure both validity and reliability of measurement items. This study executed multiple regression analysis to test research hypotheses Findings - Regrading results, brand awareness, employee service, and product diversity are positively associated with willingness to pay of duty free shop product. Moreover, the results of regression analysis suggest the inverted-U shape association between crowding and willingness to pay. However, price fairness appeared as non-significant variable to account for willingness to pay in the multiple regression analysis. Originality - This study contributes to the literature by examining duty free shop customers more.
