Ganglionic cyst is the most common benign tumor in the wrist and hand, and easily diagnosed with ultrasonography. Ganglionic cyst in sonography usually appears as hypoechoic or anechoic with well-demarcated cystic mass. We report a case of the hyperechoic mass at the volar aspect of the wrist, which confirmed as ganglionic cyst by operative and histological findings.

The aim of this paper is to assess the reliability and accuracy of the PSI standard method, used in many previous works, for the quantification of ND uncertainties in the SPERT-III RIA transient, by quantifying the discrepancy between the actual inserted reactivity and the original static reactivity worth and their associated uncertainties. The assessment has shown that the inherent S3K neutron source renormalization scheme, introduced before starting the transient, alters the original static reactivity worth of the transient CR and reduces the associated uncertainty due to the ND perturbation. In order to overcome these limitations, two additional methods have been developed based on CR adjustment. The comparative study performed between the three methods has showed clearly the high sensitivity of the obtained results to the selected approach and pointed out the importance of using the right procedure in order to simulate correctly the effect of ND uncertainties on the overall parameters in a RIA transient. This study has proven that the approach that allows matching the original static reactivity worth and starting the transient from criticality is the most reliable method since it conservatively preserves the effect of the ND uncertainties on the inserted reactivity during a RIA transient.

Fungal infection of intracardiac pacing wire is very rare. We experienced a case of patient with functioning transvenous pacemaker lead, inserted 3 years previously, which was completely encased in a large thrombus infected with aspergillus. The lung biopsy also confirmed aspergillus infection.

Multiple aneurysms at the same cerebral arterial branching site are rare, and have been mainly described in a few case reports in comparison with other intracranial multiple aneurysms. Most reported locations of the same artery where multiple aneurysms developed were internal carotid artery and anterior communicating artery. We experienced a very rare case of multiple aneurysms arising at the same bifurcation site of the middle cerebral artery. Only one case like this has been reported previously in the literature. We discussed the preoperative diagnosis and surgical management of such condition.

This survey paper aims to compare two significant figures in the history of Haute Couture e.g, Paul Poiret and Coco Chanel, who played a leading role between 1910 and 1930. It is found here that they have common features with respect to giving freedom to body through costume, enlarging Garconne Mode, creating more value of Costume Jewelry, exploiting advertisement strategy using models, proving exotic styles, and last but not the least contributing to Haute Couture. The research shows, however, that Poiret differs from Chanel in that he made most of various natural colors whereas Chanel used black or beige colors that had been rarely used woman wear previously. They also differed in using fabric, permitting copy by others, ingredients and bottling of perfume, meaning of silhouette. This kind of comparative research is expected to provide more understanding of fashion history and to contribute to more rigorous analysis of key success factors of designers in his or her age of fashion.

The "Film boiling" Chemical Vapor Infiltration (CVI) process is a rapid densification one developed in particular for the elaboration of carbon/carbon composite materials. In order to optimize this new thermal gradient process, we have carried out several studies, on one hand, about the nature of the complex chemical reactions in a confined medium, and on the other hand, relative to the role of heat and mass transfers inside the preform. We show in this study that the introduction of a permeable sheath around the preform leads to hybrid liquid/gas CVI process which presents the advantages of very high densification rates associated with a moderate input energy.

The presence of hydrogen absorbed by zirconium-based cladding materials during reactor operation can trigger degradation mechanisms and endanger the rod integrity. Ensuring the durability of the rods in extended time-frames like dry storage requires anticipating hydrogen behavior using numerical modeling. In this context, the present paper describes a hydrogen post-processing tool for Falcon - HYPE, a PSI's in-house tool able to calculate hydrogen uptake, transport, thermochemistry, reorientation of hydrides and hydrogen-related failure criteria. The tool extracts all necessary data from a Falcon output file; therefore, it can be considered loosely coupled to Falcon. HYPE has been successfully validated against experimental data and applied to reactor operation and interim storage scenarios to present its capabilities.

Paul Rudolph's early work in Florida after World War II is a significant example of the regional transformation of typical Modern Architecture through the spatial composition based on the diversity and use of local material and construction methods. Paul Rudolph's concept of a Florida House design is the expression of regional material, construction, and structural system through the spatial extension & connection based on periodical, regional characteristics. The characteristics of the Florida works is the spatial extension & connection design based on the wood structural framework through the various design factors, such as a screen roof, open roof, and internal patio as the spatial extension and link method. Paul Rudolf designed the house using local materials, such as cypress wood and lime block produced near the Florida Area and provided details & technology considering the Florida climate and construction environment. Through studies of Paul Rudolph's Florida works, the Florida Houses can be a prototype of localization, and can be presented as the spatial & technical transformation of design by the historical, cultural, regional background.

Diagnosis of the long head tendon of biceps is not easy. and an ultrasonography is helpful at the office. We report a case who visited with the right shoulder pain and was diagnosed as a mass around the bicipital groove using the ultrasonography, finally undertook an arthroscopic resection. On the histologic examination, synovial lining cell were not found, the wall was thickened. He diagnosed as ganglion.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of Men's Jacket design in Paul Smith. According to the Change of Gender Image. Following study comprehends gender images and the concept of man's jacket through series of collected data and observes the influence that sociocultural background had upon men's wear. A standard of contemporary men's jacket, the subject of this study, is established based on the review of literature. According to this specific standard, photos of men's jacket were obtained from Paul Smith men collection and from these data the characteristics of men's jacket were analyzed. The method of this following study was to establish a standard of data collection from review of literature and to gather 721 photos of men's jacket from Paul Smith, which consistently appeared in first view korea for 28 seasons from 2001 s/s collection to 2014 f/w collection. Design characteristics of collected data were categorized by shape, color, fabric. This study brought forth following results. Paul Smith's jacket had more X-shape silhouette of feminine image. Color was mostly low chroma of RB series, so that masculine images could be pointed out. Compared to other brands, from 2004 to 2006, more jackets with natural pattern and abstract pattern were widely seen. In terms of fabric, feminine fabrics with glossy and flexible characteristics were used.
