With explosively growing PPI databases, the computational approach for a prediction and configuration of PPI network has been a big stream in the bioinformatics area. Recent researches gradually consider physicochemical properties of proteins and support high resolution results with integration of experimental results. With regard to current research trend, it is very close future to complete a PPI network configuration of each organism. However, direct applying the PPI network to real field is complicated problem because PPI network is only a set of co-expressive proteins or gene products, and its network link means simple physical binding rather than in-depth knowledge of biological process. In this paper, we suggest a protein functional flow model which is a directed network based on a protein functions' relation of signaling transduction pathway. The vertex of the suggested model is a molecular function annotated by gene ontology, and the relations among the vertex are considered as edges. Thus, it is easy to trace a specific function's transition, and it can be a constraint to extract a meaningful sub-path from whole PPI network. To evaluate the model, 11 functional flow models of Homo sapiens were built from KEGG, and Cronbach's alpha values were measured (alpha=0.67). Among 1023 functional flows, 765 functional flows showed 0.6 or higher alpha values.
Temperature and humidity data collection using real-time sensors and data loggers was conducted for integrated pest management in the collection storage and exhibition space of the Jeongnimsaji Museum, Buyeo. The real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system collected measurement data every 30 minutes and enabled real-time confirmation of the data through a linked application. If the temperature and humidity data measured in the real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system exceeds the set range, a push notification was sent to the mobile phone of the person in charge to provide status information to establish a continuous management system. Through this, it was possible to immediately recognize and take action when the temperature range exceeded the recommended relic temperature in August. We performed data visualization on the concentration of airborne fungus in the storage area and the inflow path and density of insects. Based on the recommended criteria presented by the National Institute of Cultural Heritage, The data on the spatial and temporal concentration of airborne fungus inside the collection storage were found to be maintained at a value below the standard recommended by the National Institute of Cultural Heritage (80 CFU/m3). Also, as a result of the insect inflow survey, no insects were captured inside the storage area, and in the case of the exhibition space, insects such as Scutigera coleoptrata, Loxoblemmus arietulus, Diestrammena asynamora, Koreoniscus racovitzai were captured. Based on this, as a result of visualization according to the individual density of captured insects by area, it was confirmed that the main inflow paths of insects were the external entrance and the toilet area.

A sub-munition which has low aspect ratio does not have flight stability and control of drag force under free-fall condition. In order to satisfy those problems, fin, which is called grid-fin, is designed instead of conventional flight fins and adapted to the sub-munition. The base model of the sub-munition is firstly set and numerical simulation of the model is conducted under transonic condition that is free-fall range of the sub-munition. Wind test is secondly performed to verify the simulation result. The result shows that grid fin adapted sub-munition has high drag force, but the flight stability is still needed. In order to enhance the flight stability, two additional grid-fins are designed which modify web-thickness and numerical simulations of modified models are conducted. As the results, the thinnest web-thickness grid-fin has the highest flight stability and still maintains high drag coefficient. Based on these results, design of grid-fin adapted sub-munition is completed, the path trajectory of the sub-munition can be predicted with acquired aerodynamic datum and it is expected that grid fin can be used to various shape of the flight vehicle and bomb.

The marine officer plays a pivotal role in the shipping organization as a professional who performs a complex and diverse function. On the sea, unlike land duty, the possibility of turnover increases due to characteristics such as living in isolated spaces, continuous shift work during a set sailing period, high intensity work tension, stress, and social isolation. In this study, the impact of the organization's civic actions on the intention of turnover as a mediator of organizational immersion was divided into three groups of large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and public enterprises to check the differences between each category in a structural manner. Analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the groups in loyalty and turnover intention when the sub-factors of organizational commitment and organizational citizen behavior of the marine officer, and the size of turnover intention were included. Organization citizen behavior did not directly affect turnover intention, but when indirect effects were included, there was an effect through loyalty, and relationship-oriented organizational citizen behavior negatively affected turnover intention through loyalty. Excluding public enterprises, the non-standardization path coefficients were -0.229±0.117 and -0.319±0.068, respectively, showing a statistically significant effect in large companies and SMEs. These results indicate that in order to lower the employee turnover intention in large corporations and small and medium-sized shipping companies, it is necessary to consider not only organizational citizen behavior but also measures to increase organizational commitment.
This study is aimed to provide basic data to set the direction of polar literacy education and to raise awareness of the importance of polar research. Elementary, middle, and high school students' perception of the polar region was examined in terms of current status of polar information, impression regarding polar regions, and awareness of related issues. The study included 975 students from nine elementary, middle, and high schools, who responded to 16 questions, including close-ended and open-ended items. The results suggest that students had more experiences regarding the polar region on audiovisual media, but relatively limited learning experiences in school education. The impression they had of the polar region was confined to the monotonous image of a polar bear in crisis, following the melting of the glacier due to global warming. The students formed powerful images by combining scenes they saw in audiovisual media with emotions. In terms of recognizing problems in the polar region, the students were generally interested in creatures, natural environment, and climate change, but their interests varied depending on their school level and their own career path. The students highly valued the scientist's status as agents to address the problems facing the region, and gave priority to global citizenship values rather than practical standards. Based on the results, we suggest the following: introducing and systematizing content focusing on the polar region in the school curriculum, providing a differentiated learning experience through cooperation between scientists and educators, establishing polar literacy based on concepts that are relevant to various subjects, earth system-centered learning approach, setting the direction for follow-up studies and the need for science education that incorporates diverse values.

In this paper, we proposed an active fault tolerant control (AFTC) method for the position control of a quadrotor with complete loss of effectiveness of one motor. We obtained the dynamics of a quadrotor using Lagrangian equation without small angle assumption. For detecting the fault on a motor, we designed a fault detection module, which consists of the fault detection and diagnosis (FDD) module and the fault detection and isolation (FDI) module. For the FDD module, we designed a nonlinear observer that observes the states of a quadrotor based on the obtained dynamics. Using the observed states of a quadrotor, we designed residual signals and set the appropriate threshold values of residual signals to detect the fault. Also, we designed an FDI module to identify the fault location using the designed additional conditions. To make a quadrotor track the desired path after detecting the fault of a motor, we designed a fault tolerant controller based on the multiple sliding surface control (MSSC) technique. Finally, through simulations, we verified the effectiveness of the proposed AFTC method for a quadrotor with complete loss of effectiveness of one motor.
A coastal ferries, which serve as a mode between mainland and offshore islands, are frequently used by islanders and travelers visiting islands. Therefore, it is located in a place with good accessibility to the downtown so that users can use it conveniently. However, research on the built environment and walking environment of coastal ferry terminals has not been conducted to ensure that elderly islanders and general travelers can use comfortably the coastal ferry terminal. In this study, with a focus on the coastal ferry terminal space, the walking section was set as 1)the accessibility of the coastal ferry terminal, 2)the built environment for using the coastal ferry terminal, and 3)walking environment in the ferry boarding and disembarkation at the coastal ferry terminal, and 4, 5)walking environment in the ferry. An evaluation tool was developed to measure the walking environment for each walking section, and the importance and satisfaction of users were analyzed using the IPA for the Yeosu Coastal Ferry Terminal. As a result, in the process of approaching the ferry terminal, 'convenience of using public transportation by foot' and 'convenience of using signposts guiding the location and direction of the ferry terminal' were investigated as concentrated areas. On the other hand, the built environment inside the ferry terminal and the walking environment showed that the satisfaction of the users was high. Regarding the walking environment from the ferry terminal to the ferry, the 'surface walking environment of the walking path', 'convenience of walking with luggage', 'convenience of walking in the slope section', and 'convenience of walking in the ferry ramp section' showed low satisfaction. This study can be used as basic data for improving the facilities and walking environment of Yeosu Coastal Ferry Terminal and is expected to be used as data for comparative research with other coastal ferry terminals.
With the aim of preventing safety accidents at construction sites, the company aims to create safe behaviors intended through variables called smart safety and health activities to help reduce industrial accidents. Purpose: It analyzes how smart safety and health activities affect accidents caused by unsafe behavior and changes in worker behavior, which is the root cause, and verifies the hypothesis that it helps prevent safety accidents and protect workers' lives. Method: Smart safety and health activities were selected as independent variables (X), and intended safety and anxiety, which are workers' behavioral intentions, were set as dependent variables (Y), attitude and subjective norms, and planned behavioral control as parameters (M). Exploratory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, and intensive validity analysis of safety and health activities were used to analyze the scale's reliability and validity. To verify the hypothesis of behavior change, the study was verified through Bayesian model analysis and MC simulation's probability density distribution. Result: It was found that workers who experienced smart safety and health activities at construction sites had the highest analysis of reducing unstable behavior and performing intended safety behavior. The research hypothesis that this will affect changes in worker behavior has been proven, the correlation between variables has been verified in the structural equation and path analysis of the research analysis, and it has been confirmed that smart safety and health activities can control and reduce worker instability. Conclusion: Smart safety and health activities are a very important item to prevent accidents and change workers' behavior at construction sites.

Bikes have recently emerged as an alternative to carbon neutrality. To understand the demand for public bikes, we endeavored to estimate travel frequency of public bike by considering the intermediate stops. Using the GPS trajectory data of 'Ttareungyi', a public bike service in Seoul, we identified a stay point and estimated travel frequency reflecting population, land use, and physical characteristics. Application of map matching and a stay point detection algorithm revealed that stay point appeared in about 12.1% of the total trips. Compared to a trip without stay point, the trip with stay point has a longer average travel distance and travel time and a higher occurrence rate during off-peak hours. According to visualization analysis, the stay points are mainly found in parks, leisure facilities, and business facilities. To consider the stay point, the unit of analysis was set as a hexagonal grid rather than the existing rental station base. Travel frequency considering the stay point were analyzed using the Zero-Inflated Negative Binomial (ZINB) model. Results of our analysis revealed that the travel frequency were higher in bike infrastructure where the safety of bike users was secured, such as 'Bikepath' and 'Bike and pedestrian path'. Also, public bikes play a role as first & last mile means of access to public transportation. The measure of travel frequency was also observed to increase in life and employment centers. Considering the results of this analysis, securing safety facilities and space for users should be given priority when planning any additional expansion of bike infrastructure. Moreover, there is a necessity to establish a plan to supply bike infrastructure facilities linked to public transportation, especially the subway.
Adolescence is the important period of experiencing primary social relations through family relations. Adolescent of grandparent-grandchildren family who are provided social welfare service, however, causes many psychological and social problems on account of the negative family relationship, so it is needed resilience in order to recover from those circumstances through easing their negative family relations. This study set self esteem, empathy and internal·external locus control as parameters in order to know how negative family relations of grandparent-grandchildren family could influence the resilience of adolescent, then tried to reveal the entire and synthetic causal relationship in paths of them. For this, we analyzed 492 cases of grandparent-grandchildren family adolescent, which had negative family relations. In this process, we used Amos 19.0, analyzed interrelation and path, and examined significance of type and statistical significance in direct-indirect effect between paths. As the analysis result, we proposed that the development of social welfare program and use of it centered on self-esteem, empathy and internal-external control to the family relations of grandparent-grandchildren family adolescents was a practical approaching task of social welfare for them.
